Poverty is a very dynamic problem that depends on the challenges faced. In Indonesia, each government period has its own focus and character in efforts to reduce poverty. Preparing for the analysis requires information to be used in the research process. Information in the form of research published by the Central Bureau of Statistics of Finland (BPS), other information from the BPS of East Java Province, BPS of Mojokerto Regency, using time series data (time series data) at least from the most recent period of 3-5 years, and using djpb data from the Indonesian Ministry of Finance. The results of the study show that the poverty line is known to be directly proportional to the increase in the number of poor people in 2020. This indicates that the increase in the price of food and other staple goods will be far above the average. spending of the poor. The very poor and the poor remained in place, while the near poor became even poorer as their spending could no longer keep up with the rising poverty line. It is hoped that during this reform period, the Mojokerto Regency Government will be able to overcome the impacts and consequences and find solutions or steps to reduce the current poverty problems in Mojokerto Regency.

There is demand for transportation services from other sectors (such as agriculture, industry, trade, mining, fisheries and others) causing the provision of transportation services (Adisasmita: 2011). This is like what happened in the Pandaan area, East Java. Due to the large number of factories producing goods needed by the community, especially bottled drinking water, the demand for transportation services is also increasing. So transportation capacity must be provided in balance with demand, in order to be able to serve the development of activities in other sectors.

The art of Reog Ponorogo is one that has quite long values and history in the process of Islamization of the people of the land of Java, particularly in East Java. This is particularly true for East Java. In Islamizing people in East Java, the values contained in Reog Ponorogo include traditional, religious, cultural, social, political, and historical values. These values are all interrelated in some way. Since Islam was introduced to Java, the traditional art of Reog has been transformed into a form of propaganda that is utilized to disseminate Islamic principles. The purpose of this study is to shed light on the ways in which Reog is utilized as a tool for Islamization in Java. There are a number of symbols connected to the religion of Islam that can be found in Reog. One example of this is the depiction of a horse, which represents the Mi'raj Isra journey that the Prophet Muhammad undertook. Ulrich Beck's theory of the risk society faces is utilized in the method of analysis. Ulrich Beck investigates the ways in which contemporary dangers mold and transform society, as well as the difficulties inherent in mitigating these dangers in a way that is both equitable and environmentally responsible. In the context of the Islamization of Reog culture, through the lens of Ulrich Beck's point of view, it is possible to interpret that the culture of Reog Ponorogo is the result of a modernization process and also a response to increasingly complex changes in both the global and local contexts.

The research method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques employed include interviews, observations, questionnaires, and documentary studies. The results of the study indicate that the welfare of workers at PT Muara Griya Lestari, in general, has changed. Two aspects that have experienced noticeable changes are income and household consumption or expenditure, shifting from the moderate category to the high category. This has had an impact on the changes in the lifestyle of factory workers' families, which can be seen in three dimensions: activities, interests, and opinions. However, the changes in the lifestyle of factory workers' families at PT MGL have not reached a consumptive lifestyle and remain within reasonable conditions. Meanwhile, welfare has only a small influence on the changes in the lifestyle of workers' families. Lifestyle changes are influenced by the social and environmental conditions in which the workers reside. Therefore, lifestyle changes are a process that occurs as a result of the interaction between the members of the workers' families and their environment.

The Power of the State Apparatus As a government institution in the perspective of moving the State Capital becomes part of the practice of social reproduction. Various considerations wrapped in political consensus are a challenge for bureaucrats. It is suspected that his involvement in carrying out his duties and responsibilities simultaneously has an impact on the domino effect that arises as a response to transcendental transformation. The grand factor driving the transfer of IKN is such as population agglomeration on the island of Java, which has an impact on economic stagnation which is increasingly apprehensive. In other words, the underdevelopment experienced by regions outside Java will soon be resolved. The symptom of duality in the structuring of agent behavior becomes so essential considering that the agent, namely the bureaucrat, is the key person as well as a vessel for social reproduction. Thus, it is hoped that Giddens' conception in the corridor of internal bureaucratic structuring in the search for resources as a nation accelerator can be realized properly. This is in line with the transformation of community development which requires institutional elements to accommodate all levels of stakeholders. Giddens' concept emphasizes how patterns of power relations, systems and structures unite in building the evolution of a theologically patterned society. The duality approach between the possessors of power and their powers will influence each other on an ongoing basis. More than that, the connection between political phenomena in creating opportunities will be very radical when an actor expects to optimize the capacity of his actions to influence other elements. Various speculations from minority groups to the voice of environmental elements over the transfer of the national capital are purely based on an oligarchic profit-sharing project. This skeptical assumption overshadows the fact that the development transformation synergy is fraught with risks for the possibilities that will occur. Especially regarding investment-motivated funding for the state capital project, it will confront the role of bureaucrats in a metaphorical setting in the growth of national economic capacity. It is claimed that the megaproject will participate in mobilizing supporting resources that cannot be separated from the comparison of science and technology development.
