Airlines must always improve passenger services on the ground. One of its services is the determination of time or On Time Performance which is a benchmark for the trust of service users who are the choice to travel. There are obstacles that become obstacles in achieving On Time Performance, namely worsening uaca, inadequate airport facilities, traffic and others. This study aims to determine the performance of Ramp Handling in handling aircraft at Wings Air at PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport Sumbawa and for 2.knowing the stipulation of aircraft departure time on Wings Air airline At PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport Sumbawa. This research is qualitative with data obtained from observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. This research will be conducted in July 2023 at PT. Merpati Angkasa Abadi at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport Sumbawa. The result of this study is the performance of Ramp Handling in handling aircraft is to ensure all tools, needs and employees are ready to be positioned with their respective duties, and monitor the weather for the aircraft in order to land. In addition, the Ramp Handling Unit serves as a liaison between operational activities at the facility and operational activities at the terminal. To provide or ensure all activities on the aircraft and in the terminal run properly. The achievement of On Time Performance has been maximally optimized according to the time given by the company for 20 minutes the aircraft while on the ground, the Ramp unit makes excellent use of this time. The achievement of punctuality has been carried out optimally starting from before the plane landed. All jobs such as, helping cabin crew pick up garbage from the plane, communicating with pilots, and communicating with engineers to ensure the condition of the engine to raise passengers into the plane.

Background: Hypertension or high blood pressure is when the systolic pressure is more than 140 mmHg and the diastolic blood pressure is more than 90 mmHg. WHO data (2015) shows that around 1.13 billion people in the world have hypertension. The number of people with hypertension continues to increase every year, it is estimated that every year 20.44 million people die from hypertension and its complications. Non-pharmacological management to lower blood pressure can be done independently and naturally, namely foot hydrotherapy (warm foot bath). Foot soaks can be combined with other herbal ingredients, one of which is ginger. Objective: To determine the effect of soaking feet with warm ginger water in lowering blood pressure in hypertensive patients. Method: The application was carried out using a descriptive method in the form of a case study to 2 respondents with hypertension in the form of a pretest-posttest. The application is carried out within two days for 15 minutes by sitting on a bed or chair and then soaking the feet in a basin containing warm red ginger water with a water temperature of 37°C. Findings: Based on the results of the application of warm red ginger water foot soak therapy is decrease in blood pressure in elderly patients with hypertension, namely 160/100 mmhg and 150/100 mmhg. Implications: warm red ginger water foot soak therapy can be used as a non-pharmacological technique or independent intervention in elderly patients with hypertension

Baggage handling has a very important role in supporting the safety and comfort of passengers while traveling by airplane, then processing the baggage according to existing procedures until the baggage arrives at its destination using the same aircraft as the passenger. To find out the handling of BHS in improving passenger baggage security, as well as solutions in handling BHS operational operations so as to improve passenger baggage security, baggage handling at Operations (BHS) at Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin Airport, Sumbawa. It is carried out through a system that has several gradual processes. The process begins when passengers check-in and hand over their baggage to the check-in officer, then the baggage is given a special coded label as baggage identity. Then the baggage will enter the system with the conveyor belt as the path, then the baggage will go through several stages or levels of security and several stages of automatic sorting. After all stages of the process, both at the security level check and at the baggage sorting stage, are deemed safe, the baggage will go to the make up area of each airline or to the destination on the baggage identity tag which the system has read during the sorting process. Each stage of operations (BHS) is able to guarantee the safety and movement of the baggage is always maintained and monitored through a system that is connected to one another. The existence of a connection from the system guarantees that the baggage is in a safe condition, both the contents and physical condition of the baggage and the baggage handling process becomes faster and more efficient in terms of time and effort.

Kehadiran ruang terbuka publik memiliki peranan penting dalam konteks perkotaan sebagai tempat bertemu, berinteraksi, dan rekreasi bagi masyarakat. Kota Jambi, sebagai salah satu kota yang sedang mengalami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan, menghadapi konsekuensi spasial pada kawasan perkotaannya, terutama di kawasan tepi air. Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu, berbagai aktivitas dengan intensitas yang tinggi terjadi di kawasan ini, baik dalam sektor formal maupun informal. Pembangunan fisik seperti permukiman, pusat perbelanjaan, perdagangan, dan fasilitas pendukung lainnya memperkuat kegiatan di sekitarnya dan memberikan peluang kegiatan berekreasi bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi lapangan untuk mengumpulkan data tentang bentuk, karakter fisik, dan aktivitas yang ada di ruang terbuka publik tepi air Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tipologi ruang terbuka publik tepi air di Kota Jambi melalui bentuk, karakter fisik, dan aktivitasnya. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang ruang terbuka publik tepi air yang ada di Kota Jambi.  

Aerotropolis memberikan konsep bisnis yang mana tempatnya berlokasi pada kawasan bandar udara. Tujuan konsep ini adalah untuk memperoleh manfaat untuk bandar udara tersebut, wilayah yang ada di sekitar bandar udara, ataupun secara skala nasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran terkait dengan konsep aerotropolis di Bandar Udara Aji Pangeran Tumenggung Pranoto, Kuala Lumpur International Airport, dan Singapore Changi Airport. Dengan menggunakan metode studi komparatif didapatkan hasil yaitu hanya Kuala Lumpur International Airport dan Singapore Changi Airport yang sangat baik dalam menerapkan konsep aerotropolis. Untuk Bandar Udara Aji Pangeran Tumenggung Pranoto sendiri masih banyak memiliki kekurangan dan keterbatasan dalam memenuhi prinsip-prinsip aerotropolis seperti prinsip struktur tata ruang wilayah, prinsip tata guna lahan, prinsip peruntukan utama dari fungsi suatu kawasan, prinsip penyediaan kawasan bisnis, serta prinsip konektivitas transportasi.

Introduction: Exclusive breastfeeding is a global strategy to improve the growth, development, health and survival of babies. One effort to increase breast milk supply is by improving the quality of food which has a direct effect on milk production, namely katuk leaves. Objective: aims to determine the effect of katuk leaf extract on the adequacy of breast milk production in post partum mothers at Midwife Misniarti. Method: This research is a quasi experiment with a two group posttest only design. This research method is a quasi-experimental design with a nonequivalent control group design. The sample in this study was 30 people consisting of 15 experimental groups and 15 control groups. Data collection uses an observation sheet. Univariate analysis uses central tendency distribution and bivariate analysis uses paired t test. The results showed that the mean sufficiency of breast milk in the experimental group before giving katuk leaves was 6.80 and after giving katuk leaves was 8.47. The conclusion is that giving katuk leaves has proven to be effective for the adequacy of breast milk (ASI) in breastfeeding mothers.

The data obtained were analyzed using interpretive phenomenological analysis (IPA). Those who are already members of independent farmer groups are given the opportunity to order oil palm seeds at a low cost. So that many people who previously did not have a job, now work as oil palm farmers. (2) The positive impact of this independent farmer group is the ability of the community to get more optimal results and income than usual. While the negative impact is the emergence of environmental pollution caused by four-wheeled vehicles used as transporters of oil palm crops, the presence of air pollution such as the amount of dust that appears during the dry season can cause people to experience a decrease in body immunity.

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on the work discipline of UPTD employees in brackish water and marine fisheries in the northern region of West Java province. The method used in this research is descriptive design analysis using survey techniques. The results showed that work motivation in the UPTD of brackish water and sea fisheries in the northern region of West Java Province was in the very high category, so that work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Job satisfaction in the UPTD of brackish water and sea fisheries in the northern region of West Java Province is in the very high category, so that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Work discipline in the UPTD of brackish water and marine fisheries in the northern region of West Java Province is in the very high category, so that motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline.

This study was made to determine the performance of Lost and Found unit in handling lost and damaged baggage, which aims to analyze the performance of Lost and Found unit in handling lost and damaged baggage at PT Merpati Angkasa Abadi Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin III Sumbawa Airport. The research method uses a qualitative method, namely with the stages of observation, interviews, and documentation. It is known that the Lost and Found unit of Wings Airline at PT Merpati Angkasa Abadi Sultan Muhammad Kaharuddin III Sumbawa Airport is not in accordance with the SOP (Standard Operational Procedure), and there are several things that must be further improved by the Lost and Found unit in the future in carrying out its duties and taking full responsibility for passenger inconvenience about problems regarding luggage. It is expected to improve the form and quality of better performance for lost and found unit officers in handling Wings Air airline passenger baggage in order to minimize and avoid baggage irregularities and things that harm for passengers.

A 63 year old male patient came to the emergency room with complaints of weakness since 5 days of SMRS. Complaints are accompanied by nausea, vomiting, pain throughout the stomach, and liquid bowel movements. The patient also complained of low back pain that spread to both legs and made it difficult to walk. The patient also feels that he is urinating a little and seems to be stuck. Two weeks ago the patient had a fever accompanied by a cough. On physical examination, BP 90/60 mmHg, HR 111 x/minute, RR 20 x/minute, BMI 20.3 kg/m2, suprapubic area tenderness, right CVA tapping pain. Investigations Hb 11.73 g/dl, urea: 73 mg/dl, creatinine: 3.45 mg/dl, tubex: negative, dengue Ig M: negative, dengue Ig G: positive. Abdominal ultrasound examination revealed multiple nephrolithiasis dextra. On chest X-ray examination, there was an increased bronchovascular pattern, an air bronchogram (+) with an impression of bronchitis. The finding of multiple nephrolithiasis dextra indicates that the patient's kidney failure is chronic in nature, however, DHF that is not treated properly causes worsening of kidney function, giving rise to the condition of ACKD.

Then the spots also appeared on the hands, left leg and left groin. The red spots feel very itchy, especially when sweating and hot air and get better after bathing. According to the patient, itching is not affected by the food consumed every day. The patient only noticed a reddish spot 2 months ago, which prompted him to see a doctor. The patient lives in a dormitory because he attends a boarding school. History of bathing and changing clothes 2 times a day, towels are used alone and the clothes that the patient often uses are shirts and frequent outdoor activities. The patient said that he often sweats profusely, but does not immediately change his clothes. Dermatological status in the lateral abdominal region dextra et sinistra et manus sinistra et inferior extremitas sinistra et cruris sinistra shows hyperpigmented erythematous macule-patches, firm boundaries, multiple, irregular with active edges and central healing, nummular-plaque size, partly covered with medium scale with a white layer. Based on history, physical examination, dermatology, the working diagnosis in this patient is tinea corporis et cruris. Treatment was given oral drug itraconazole 2x100 mg and miconazole cream 15gr 2x1 applied in a thin layer. As well as being given an explanation of the disease, its causes, treatment options, prevention and education for body hygiene, not using clothes towels with other family members.

One of the activities at Apron is the activity carried out by the Apron Movement Control Unit, namely determining the stand packing for the aircraft parking lot. Komodo Labuan Bajo Airport has 3 parking stands that are used for non-commercial planes such as private planes, private jets, however, all of these three parking stands cannot be used. from the parking stand because the wings between the two aircraft were too close or the sizes of the parking stands between A1, A2, and A3 were different sizes and the three parking stands are still actively used today. This study aims to determine parking stand management applied at Labuan Bajo Airport and parking stand management for the safety of aircraft movements at Komodo Labuan Bajo Airport.This study used a qualitative method with data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. Sources of data in this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted from May to June 2023 at Labuan Bajo Airport.The results of this study Labuan Bajo Airport have 7 parking stands, of which 2 parking stands are used for garbarata, and 5 parking stands are used for remote and parking stands for charters where not many charter planes enter Labuan Bajo Airport and to maintain flight safety in determine the parking stand The AMC Unit is working according to the SOP that has been set. When there are planes that will be landing at the same time, the AMC Unit will ask the ATC for an estimate of the aircraft, then the AMC Unit will determine the parking stand based on the type of aircraft that will be landing, for parking stands 5 and 6 can be used for Boeing and Airbus aircraft, parking stand 3 is used for ATR type aircraft, and parking stands 6 and 7 can be used for Boeing or Airbus type aircraft.

Work accidents that occur on ships often occur in various cases, one of which is a work accident that occurs in an enclosed space. This is often experienced by a crew member who is unable to understand the proper methods and procedures for working in an enclosed space. Against this background, the researcher conducted a risk assessment of personal safety when working in an enclosed space to find out the causes, impacts and controls of the crew members' lack of understanding and knowledge of personal safety when working in an enclosed space. In this descriptive study using the Job Safety Analysis (JSA) method and the Bowtie method, the researchers obtained very high/extreme (E) scores in carrying out work in closed spaces, namely the ship's crew inhaled poisoned air/gas while checking in the cofferdam tank where these results obtained an likelihood value of 66% and a severity value of 71%. By holding routine drills regarding the application of safety principles in an enclosed space in more detail to all Ship's Crew and at the end of the drill closing displays a training video that displays shows about various accidents that occurred in an enclosed space and the causes of these events are reviewed in detail. So with a more detailed drill on the application of safety principles regarding enclosed space material to all Ship's Crew, it is hoped that it can minimize the occurrence of work accidents in an enclosed space.

Management functions consist of planning, organizing, directing, and controlling. The obstacle that the researchers found was that aviation security officers were confused when dealing with passengers carrying liquids in unlabeled bottles. Therefore aviation security officers need to have the ability to carry out management functions in carrying out their duties and responsibilities to maintain aviation security and safety. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the management function by aviation security officers at Juanda International Airport, Surabaya and to find out the obstacles faced and find solutions in carrying out management functions by aviation security officers at Juanda International Airport, Surabaya. This study used a qualitative method. The research was conducted at Juanda International Airport in Surabaya which was held in May-June 2023. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. To test the validity of the data used by researchers, namely triangulation of sources and triangulation of techniques. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of the study show that aviation security officers carry out management functions including: (1) planning (planning) including objectives, duties and responsibilities of aviation security officers; (2) organizing (organizing) includes human resources, division of tasks, facilities and infrastructure; (3) directing includes communication, development, and guidance; (4) supervision (controlling) includes direct supervision and provision of motivation. The obstacles faced include the lack of aviation security officers at Juanda International Airport in Surabaya, aviation security officers who lack updates regarding the latest SOPs, aviation security officers face the character of passengers. While the solution is that several tasks can be handled by one aviation security officer in multiple ways, refreshing and the supervisor providing information regarding the latest SOP, providing the latest information to passengers.

Asthma is a chronic disease characterized by airway hyperactivity due to inflammation and reversible airflow obstruction. The most common triggers of asthma are allergies (food or inhalants such as dander, dust, pollen), exposure to cold temperatures, and upper respiratory infections. Non-pharmacological therapy can be carried out with the buteyko breathing technique which aims to reduce dyspnea, asthma attacks, wheezing, reduce symptoms of nasal congestion and stop coughing experienced by sufferers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of buteyko exercise on dyspnea symptoms in asthma sufferers. The research method used was a pre-experimental one group pretest-posttest to see differences in the dyspnea scale in the intervention group before and after the buteyko exercise. The results of the pre-test and post-test statistics p = 0.025 <0.05 where there were differences in the dyspnea scale after being given buteyko exercises. Prior to the Buteyko exercise, it was shown that 4 respondents (40%) had mild dyspnea, 4 respondents (40%) had mild, 2 respondents (20%) were mild. After doing the buteyko exercise, it was shown that 7 respondents (70%) had mild dyspnea, 3 respondents (30%) had mild symptoms. Research shows that there is a decrease in the level of dyspnea after being given buteyko exercises with an average dyspnea scale decreasing (negative rank) with a result of 3.00. It was concluded that there were differences in the dyspnea scale after being given buteyko exercises, that there were significant results for a decrease in the dyspnea scale in asthma sufferers.

The Law on State Territories also explains that the development of Indonesia's border areas is the responsibility of the state. Development in the field of infrastructure is also a major supporting factor for the main functions of the social system and economic system, such as the availability of health facilities, roads, air transportation, markets and educational facilities which support people's daily lives. With an infrastructure system that supports the community to move dynamically and makes it easier for the community to carry out economic activities, investors can invest in the regions. So that isolated/hard-to-reach areas can be accessed easily.

The impact of the work ethic which consists of indicators of a person's interpersonal skills, an individual's initiative in carrying out work, and being reliable in doing his work. The physical work environment which consists of indicators of lighting, air temperature, cleanliness, security, working hours in carrying out work is very important to find out how big the impact is on the performance of street vendors Car Free Day Simpang Lima Gumul Kab. This research is a research that is included in mixed research or a combination of quantitative methods and qualitative methods. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique (where the samples used were based on certain criteria determined by the researcher). The samples used or taken in this study were street vendors at the Simpang Lima Gumul car free day, Kab. Kediri based on certain criteria determined by researchers and processed as respondents. Data obtained through observation, questionnaires or questionnaires, documentation, interviews and literature. From the results of the analysis carried out, the results of the study show that the work ethic and physical work environment have a significant impact simultaneously on performance. It is known that the results of the correlation analysis are as follows: The R Square value is 0.524 or 52.4% and the remaining 0.476 or 47.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
