This research was conducted to determine how big the relationship between the role of the family in providing Islamic education to children's abilities and to find out how big the ability of parents to provide basic Islamic education to their children. The method used in this research is to use quantitative methods using a correlation approach. We took samples from the parents of the students of the Al-Husna female dormitory. The results of this study state that there is a correlation between the ability of families to basic Islamic education in children. This is based on the calculation of r + 0.611 which is then consulted with the price of "r" tanel with N = 25 and a significance level of 1% = 0.505, thus 0.611> 0.505 , so it is accepted while H is rejected. And if interpreted on the correlation index "r" momentct product, then 0.611 is between 0.40-0.70, which means there is a moderate or moderate relationship between the family's ability to basic Islamic education in children.

Taruna Alqolam Islamic Boarding School carries out community service by holding mural-making activities on the Islamic boarding school's walls to spread important messages to the surrounding community. The murals created by the students function as decoration and as a reminder of the importance of environmental cleanliness, local wisdom, and religious values. Through this service, the students also provide knowledge and skills to the surrounding community and strengthen ties between the Islamic boarding school and the local community. Discussion of the results of the service opens up space for in-depth reflection on the values ​​contained in the work of art and how these messages can permeate people's daily lives. Taruna Alqolam Islamic Boarding School has created an environment that promotes sound values, increases awareness of important issues, and inspires behavior under religious and moral teachings. Thus, this service benefits the surrounding community and provides valuable experience for the students in terms of contributing to society and strengthening the role of Islamic boarding schools in building a better and more sustainable society socially, environmentally, and spiritually.

This paper focuses on unlocking the creative potential of architecture students through an exploration of the Four C model of creativity. This model extends the traditional understanding of creativity and offers a comprehensive framework for fostering innovation in architecture. It introduces "mini-c" and "Pro-c" dimensions, highlighting creativity within the learning process and the attainment of professional expertise. Architecture demands a blend of technical skills and artistic expression for effective communication of ideas. However, nurturing creative thinking among architecture students faces challenges, including fear of experimentation and traditional teaching methods. To address these obstacles, the paper suggests integrating problem-based learning (PBL) and mind mapping techniques. PBL encourages collaboration and critical thinking, while mind mapping stimulates visual and associative thinking, aiding idea generation and organization. Additionally, the role of technology in architecture education is explored, emphasizing the benefits of mixed learning environments that enhance collaboration and creativity. Embracing technology readiness equips students with tools to tackle real-world challenges and create innovative designs. In conclusion, this paper underscores the importance of creative thinking in architectural design and its implications for the discipline's future. By adopting the Four C model, implementing PBL with mind mapping, and leveraging technology, educators can revolutionize architecture education, nurturing a new generation of architects prepared to shape the evolving world with imaginative and visionary designs. 

Patient safety is a basic thing in the quality of health and nursing services. During the handover process, a nurse must be as effective as possible, as clearly as possible, as short as possible and as comprehensively as possible regarding nurses' independent and collaborative actions. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the role and function of the head of the room with the quality of handovers at Tk.II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital Manado. This research method uses descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach where the independent and dependent variables are studied simultaneously. The sample of respondents as many as 32 people using random sampling. Data collection using a questionnaire sheet. Analyzed with Chi Square ? 0.05 statistical test. The results of the study obtained p value = 0.036, where p value = 0.000, which is smaller than = 0.05, meaning that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted or there is a relationship between the role and the quality of handovers at Tk.II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital Manado. p value = 0.000 where p value = 0.000 which is smaller than = 0.05 meaning that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted or there is a relationship between function and handover quality at Tk.II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital Manado The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between the role and function of the head of the room with the quality of handover at the Tk.II Robert Wolter Mongisidi Hospital, Manado. Suggestions from the results of this study can be used as input for hospital considerations that are used to improve health services and design nursing service policies in terms of patient handover by conducting ongoing education or training so that the level of knowledge and nursing actions becomes better.

This research aims to determine the role of planning, research and development agency in increasing local tax revenues in Sikka Regency. The data collecting techniques used in this writing were observation, interviews and documentation at Bapelitbang, especially in the economy sector and natural resources (PSDA) which has an obligation to monitor and evaluate the receipt of regional original income including regional tax revenue. The results of this writing showed that Bapelitbang also plays a role in increasing local tax revenues through the preparation of local tax plans that take into account factors such as revenue potential, efficiency, and service quality. On the oher hand, the economic and natural resources sectors must perform a large number of duties, but this was still a problem due to a lack of personnel in these sectors. This condition makes it difficult for them carry out theeir role in monitoring and coordinating regional tax revenues.

Habitat shifts and species distribution occur in response to climate change, while coral reefs face threats from warming oceans. These threats require effective conservation adaptation efforts, considering pollution risks, ecosystem health, and water resource sustainability. The purpose of this study is to show that currently Indonesia is facing significant challenges related to the destruction of natural resources and the environment. High deforestation, caused by illegal logging activities and the expansion of oil palm plantations, is a major cause of habitat loss and threats to biodiversity. Qualitative research uses a descriptive approach to collect data systematically, factually, and quickly according to the description when the research is carried out. The results of this study show that increasing the active participation of all components of the nation to achieve forest management goals, increasing the implementation of the Eco Tourism program as a mitigation effort in overcoming pollution risks, ecosystem health, and sustainable water resources to mitigate the impact of global warming in the context of National Resilience.  

Public space in the city center is an area that is very prominent in its growth, this is driven by various activities including: trade, entertainment/recreation, culture and government. The building, which was formerly known as Societeit Soekarame, was built during the Dutch government in the 1930s and was used as a place for the elite of Dutch colonialism to gather. During the war of independence, around 1947- 1948, Societeit Soekarame changed its name to Gedung Juang 45. Along with the times, Gedung Juang 45 was renovated with a concept that had been determined to become a Diorama Museumor an educational gallery entitled "Galeri Pati Mbiyen". This study shows that there are two factors driving place attachment in the Juan 45 Pati Building, namely the historical value attached to the building and the social value of society that grows in conjunction with space utilization activities 

This increase in the elderly population makes the government need to formulate policies and programs aimed at elderly population groups so that they can play a role in building public health. One of the government policies is that health services are provided at health centers, such as providing good and quality services, giving priority to elderly people and providing safe and easily accessible facilities, providing support or guidance to the elderly and their families on an ongoing basis. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the role of health workers and the participation level of Posyandu for the elderly in Esandom one, Tombatu Timur District, Southeast Minahsa Regency. The study used a cross sectional analytic descriptive research method. The sample of respondents was 88 people using purposive sampling. Data collection using questionnaires and observation sheets. Analyzed with the chi square statistical test. The results of the study were 68 respondents (77.3%) with the highest age, 73 respondents (83.0%) had the highest education. Chi square test results obtained p value <? 0.05. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between the role of health workers and the participation level of the Posyandu for the elderly in Esandom one, Tombatu Timur District, Southeast Minahsa Regency. Suggestions are expected that the Puskesmas can use this research as one of the bases in health promotion for the elderly.. The purpose of this study is to determine how product innovation, brand image, and digital strategy affect the purchasing decisions of Palu consumers regarding Indomilk milk. The employed research methodology is quantitative in nature, incorporating both primary and secondary sources of data. The study's population comprises Indomilk milk consumers residing in Palu, the exact number of whom has not been determined. Due to the unknown quantity of the population, the number of respondents for this survey was calculated using the Paul Leedy formula and came to 81. The data for this study was gathered through the distribution of a questionnaire to the sample of respondents. This study employed various data analysis techniques, including instrumental tests, tests for double linear regression, t tests, F tests, and determination coefficient tests. On the basis of this study's data analysis, it is possible to conclude that product innovation, brand image, and digital strategy significantly impact the purchasing decisions of Palu consumers regarding Indomilk.

The purpose of this study is to assess the impact of different components of the green marketing mix. Specifically, the impact of green product, green pricing, green location, and green advertising on Armour Coffee purchase intentions in Maros Regency. The data utilised in this study was collected from 63 customers who had previously made purchases at the Armour Coffee location in Maros and was rigorously tested for validity, reliability, and classical assumptions. Data was collected via purposive sampling, and the results were analysed using multiple linear regression aided by the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS). Three of the five hypotheses analysed have empirical evidence to support them. Empirical results reveal that eco-friendly product and eco-friendly location qualities are favourably connected with purchase intention, whereas no significant influence is detected in regard to eco-friendly pricing and eco-promotions.

Background: Hallucinations are one of the mental disorders in which the client experiences sensory changes in perception, feels a false sensation in one's senses which is not really there. The family is the closest person to the patient's family role that can be carried out by family to family members who experience hallucinations is to help clients know hallucinations and train clients to control their hallucinations. Objective: The purpose of this study was to describe the role of families in treating patients with sensory perception disorders: hallucinations. Results: The results of the study were obtained in fulfilling the patient's self-care who had a good role, namely 7 (21.9%) family members, patient health care as many as 7 (21.9%) family members, prevention of potential patient accidents as many as 8 (25 , 0%) family members and were prevented from withdrawing from the environment as many as 11 (34.4%) family members who received patients with hallucinations. Conclusions: conclusions were obtained as many as 6 (18.8%) family members who play a good role in caring for patients with hallucinations. 26 (81.3%) family members did not play a good role in caring for family members with hallucinations.Keywords: Role of family; hallucinations

Background: Diabetes Mellitus is a degenerative disease caused by changes in lifestyle such as diet can play a role in increasing blood glucose levels. This change in lifestyle is due to a lack of patient knowledge about DM management, leading to failure in DM management and complications for type II DM. The purpose of this study to determine the level of knowledge of Type 2 Diabetes Militus patients in RSUD Wangaya Kota Denpasar. Method: The method used in the study is to use descriptive methods. The study population was patients visiting the Wangaya Hospital Polyclinic in Denpasar City with medical diagnosis of type II DM. The research sample of 30 respondents with purposive sampling. The data obtained from the questionnaire that had previously been tested for validity and reliability. Then the data is analyzed univariately to see the patient demographic characteristics and is presented in the frequency distribution. Results: the results of the study obtained the level of patient knowledge about management of Type 2 DM (73.3%) in either category. When viewed by the DM management component, the patient's knowledge of DM (63.3%) is sufficiently knowledgeable, the patient's knowledge of diet (63.3%) is good, the DM patient's knowledge of medicine (90.0%) is well-informed and knowledgeable DM patients about physical exercise (60.0%) lack knowledge. Conclusion: knowledge of type II DM patients about DM management as a whole is well known, but when elaborated the components of DM management which consist of the concept of disease from type II DM, diet, medication and physical exercise are not fully well known.Keywords: Type 2 diabetes mellitus; DM management; Knowledge

Background: Premarital sexual behavior is one of the result of promiscuity. This problem tends to be carried out by middle adolescent groups (15-18 years). Around 63% of junior high school, high school and university-age adolescents in Indonesia claimed to have had premarital sex. Some permissive dating behaviors performed by adolescents include holding hands when dating (92%), kissing (82%), and petting (63%). Purpose: This purpose ostudy aims to determine the relationship of parental supervision and information media with premarital sexual behavior in adolescents at State High School No 1 Kotamobagu. Method: This study applied an analytic cross-sectional design with a sample of 299 school-age adolescents aged 14-18 years. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling. Data were collected by direct interviews with respondents and analyzed univariately and bivariately using the chi square test. Results: The results of the study based on the chi square test showed that there was a relationship between parental supervision (p=0.006) and information media (p=0.001) with premarital sexual behavior in adolescents. Conclusion: There was a relationship between parental supervision and information media with sexual behavior in adolescents at State High School No 1 Kotamobagu. It is recommended to the relevant parties to play an active role in conducting supervision and providing sexual education early on so that students avoid premarital sexual behavior.Keywords: Information Media; Parental Supervision; Premarital Sexual Behavior

Background: Menstrual cycle is the time since the first day of menstruation until the arrival of next menstrual period. Menstrual cycle ideally regular every month with a span of time between 21 to 35 days each time the menstrual period and menstrual cycle can vary in women during different times of life depending on various things, one of which in the stress factor. In it’s effect on the menstrual cycle, stress involves the neoro-endocrinological system as a large system of it’s role in female reproduction. This menstrual cycle disorder involves an integrative regulatory mechanism that affects the body biochemical and cellular processes including the brain and psychological. Purpose: The pupose of this study was determine the relationship of stress to the menstrual cycle for students of Islamic Boarding School of Ummu Sulaim Pekanbaru Year 2018. Method: This research uses quantitative analytic research type, with cross sectional design using questionnaire as a measuring tool as well as sampling was stratified random sampling. Results: The results of this study indicate that moderate stress with irregular menstrual cycles that have equal to 57,1% p value 0,001 > ? 0,005 means there is a relationship of stress to the menstrual cycle on students. Conclusion: The researcher’s suggestion is expected for students of Islamic Boarding School of Ummu Sulaim Pekanbaru in order to make good time management so that all activities, duties and memorization do not accumulate so it does not become burden which make student stress and consequently will affect the cycle of menstruation.Keyword : Stres, Menstrual cycle

Background: Dementia in the elderly is a chronic confucius condition and the loss of cognitive abilities globally and progressively is associated with physical problems. Family health tasks as a support system are very important for people with dementia in order to do their daily activities. Purpose: This research aims to find out the relationship between family health tasks and dementia rates in the elderly. Methods: This research used analytical research type with cross sectional approach. Sample as much as 40 dementia elderly with total sampling technik. The dependent variable in this study was the dementia level in the elderly, while the independent variable was the family health task. Results: Based on the results of research, it was found that most of them have less family health duties and almost half of them with the level of dementia was severe. The Spearman Rank test resulted obtained p = 0.000 (?= 0.05), there was relationship between family health duties and the level of dementia in the elderly. Conclusion: Efforts made need to provide comprehensive and effective counseling from all sectors to the community to provide correct information about the importance of family duties or family roles to family members who have health problems, so that the community can pay attention to and care for sick families.Keywords: Family health tasks; Dementia; Elderly

Abstract: Financial institutions have a role as intermediary institutions or a process of transferring funds from savers to borrowers or those who need funds. The role of financial institutions is very large in the growth and development of the community's economy. Currently, non-bank financial institutions also have the influence to develop the businesses of the surrounding community that cannot be reached by banks. One of them is in the Sharia Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS) Kramat, which provides financing with rahn products. Researchers conducted research on the implementation of rahn products and strengthening the business of members in KSPPS Kramat. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of Rahn products and to determine the effect of Rahn financing in increasing income and strengthening businesses that were built or even being run by members. The research conducted at KSPPS Kramat uses qualitative research methods, by interviewing several members of KSPPS Kramat and their administrators. While the data collection techniques carried out by researchers are interviews, documentation and observation. In this study the researchers found several things. In the application of the Rahn product at KSPPS Kramat using a sale and purchase agreement, but it does not take advantage of the goods that are pawned and the application for financing is also easy. With the financing of rahn products, businesses around the village of Jatiarjo have increased, this is because the installments at KSPPS Kramat do not have usury. Pulmonary TB is a major problem in the prevention and eradication of TB in the world. This study aims to determine the relationship between the role of the family and compliance with taking medication for elderly people suffering from pulmonary TB at the Adam Malik Haji Central General Hospital, Medan in 2021. This type of research is descriptive correlation with a cross sectional research design. The number of samples was 43 from April to June 2021. The research was conducted at RSUP. Human Rights at the MDR TB Polyclinic. Bivariate analysis used the chi-square test to determine the relationship between the role of the family and the role of nurses on medication compliance, while the multivariate analysis used medication compliance for elderly people suffering from multiple logistic pulmonary TB. Based on hypothesis testing using chi-square with a confidence level of 95%, it was found that there was a significant relationship between family role and medication adherence (p=0.01). There is a significant relationship between. Based on multivariate analysis, the variable that was most related to medication adherence in MDR TB sufferers was informational family support (p=0.01). The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between the supportive role of nurses and compliance with taking medication in TB sufferers.

Civic education plays an important role in shaping the morals and character of the nation's children, especially in the midst of the increasingly strong current of globalization. This article aims to explore the importance of civic education in the context of Jayapura City, by emphasizing the moral and ethical aspects that need to be instilled in the younger generation. Through literature review and data analysis, this article seeks to provide insight into how civic education can be a tool for building the morals of the nation's children in the era of globalization.

Learning media has an important role in increasing students’ understanding and retention, attracting their attention, and supporting various learning styles. In the context of Vocational High Schools (SMK), where students tend to be more interested in practical learning, developing relevant and interesting learning media is crucial, especially for Indonesian language subjects. This article discusses the importance of training for vocational school teachers in creating effective learning media. This training aims to increase the understanding of vocational school teachers in Karangpucung sub-district about the concept of learning media, equip them with technical skills in making media, and integrate information and communication technology (ICT) in the learning process. Through stages that include theory, practice and feedback, this training is expected to increase teacher creativity and student learning motivation. Overall, this training contributes to improving the quality of Indonesian language learning in vocational schools, creating a more dynamic and effective learning environment.
