Pharmaceutical preparations is a term that covers all forms of pharmaceutical preparations ranging from drugs, medicinal ingredients, traditional medicines to cosmetics. This term has been regulated in Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 51 of 2009 concerning Pharmaceutical Work. Management of pharmaceutical preparations is a cycle of activities starting from the selection, scheduling needs, receiving, storage, distribution, destruction and withdrawal, control, which is necessary for pharmaceutical service activities. The method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of ten national journals which were obtained using online database facilities via the Google Scholar, Refseek, and Sciencegate pages. Journals were selected based on publications published between 2018 and 2023. There were obstacles in the implementation of pharmaceutical preparations, including planning that was still conservative, from delays in drug procurement in demand and distribution, resulting in empty drug supplies. However, not all aspects are problematic. There are many other aspects of the mechanism of pharmaceutical preparation that are carefully programmed and procedurally appropriate. This matter needs to be done routinely and continuously, and with written commitments for pharmaceutical preparations in Indonesia in supporting SKN it can be categorized as quite good.

A rule of law is a country that upholds the rule of law as the main foundation in the administration of the state and government. In essence, a rule of law state also adheres to the meaning that every decision and action of the government must be based on law and mere will. It has been written clearly that the legal basis for the rule of law in Indonesia is contained in Article 1 Paragraph (3) of the 1945 Constitution which states that, "Indonesia is a country based on law". It is undeniable that in this Digital Age, Indonesia's challenges as a rule of law and its implementation are increasingly challenging. There are still many human rights violations, corruption and injustice in the justice system. To overcome these challenges, Indonesia has carried out many legal reforms. The purpose of this article is to find out how to analyze the challenges of the rule of law in enforcing constitutional law in the digital era. The type of research method used, using the method of literature study or literature review, by examining literature data that matches the theory within the scope of Constitutional Law. The results show that Indonesia as a rule of law country is still lacking in law enforcement and the justice system. In this digital era, technology has developed very rapidly, it also presents new challenges for constitutional law and of course also has an impact on the constitution. In conclusion, the existence of a rule of law remains important in this digital era in the implementation of constitutional law by adapting and developing an appropriate legal framework and strengthening the capacity of law enforcers to respond to these new emerging challenges.

Indonesia is a constitutional state, in which every behavior of the Indonesian people must be based on the laws set by the government. In addition, of course, as an Indonesian citizen, he must know his status in this country. Because basically every Indonesian citizen has the same right to obtain guarantees and legal certainty in every action. After knowing the importance of citizenship, of course, what is no less important is knowing immigration law. Because citizenship law and immigration law have an interrelated relationship in the legal system in Indonesia. The purpose of the research that the authors conducted was to find out the nature of citizenship and immigration in the Indonesian legal system. The research method used is the library method, in which researchers use sources from various books, journals and other sources of literature.  

Over time, Islamic banking is growing more rapidly, this phenomenon also affects the economic system in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of inflation and exchange rates on mudharabah financing in Islamic banking in Indonesia. This research is a quantitative study using time series data. The data used is secondary data obtained from the official website of Bank Indonesia (BI) and the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The samples used in this study are inflation, exchange rates and mudharabah which are annual historical data starting from 2013-2021. The data analysis technique is using multiple regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. This study shows the results that inflation has a significant negative effect on mudharabah financing. Meanwhile, the exchange rate does not have a significant effect on mudharabah financing. 

Whereas the legal regulation governing the Criminal Sanctions for Money Laundering of Narcotics Crimes is Article 2 of Law Number 8 of 2010 Concerning the Prevention and Eradication of Money Laundering Crimes paragraph (1) point 3 concerning Narcotics. The implementation of the implementation of the Criminal Sanctions for Money Laundering from Narcotics Crime is still overlapping and separate or simultaneous. This occurs both at the placement stage, the distribution stage, and the collection stage, so that handling becomes increasingly difficult and requires systematic and continuous capacity building. Factors constraining Criminal Sanctions for Money Laundering from Narcotics Crime are the Globalization Factor, the Rapid Technological Advancement Factor, the Very Strict Bank Confidential Provisions Factor of the Country Concerned. Therefore, stricter legal arrangements are needed in enforcing criminal sanctions for money laundering of the proceeds of narcotics crimes and should pay more attention to the principles of simple, fast and low-cost criminal procedural law so that the next stage of the judicial process can be carried out immediately.  

The Constitution is the highest law in Indonesia and is the foundation for the protection and upholding of Human Rights (HAM). The Indonesian constitution regulates human rights in various articles, such as freedom of expression, the right to education, the right to health, the right to work, and so on. However, there are still many cases of human rights violations that occur in Indonesia. Therefore, it is important to evaluate the relevance of the constitution in guaranteeing and upholding human rights in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative approach with content analysis techniques for constitutional documents and laws related to human rights as well as literature studies. The results of the research show that the Indonesian constitution provides a strong basis for protecting and upholding human rights. However, in practice there are still obstacles such as a weak law enforcement system, corruption, and policies that are not progressive in promoting human rights. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase public understanding and awareness of human rights and strengthen institutions that play a role in upholding law and human rights in Indonesia. In addition, there is a need for efforts to adopt progressive policies in promoting human rights and guaranteeing their protection in accordance with the constitution. Thus, it is hoped that the constitution can become an effective instrument in guaranteeing and upholding human rights in Indonesia.

This research article has the title "Building a Justice and Dignified Pancasila Law State". In this study, a qualitative method was applied using a normative juridical approach. The data that will be used later is related data from a book, academic writing, report or other written additional source. The source of the data collection correlates with the title under study, the data is collected from main legal sources as well as additional legal sources. The aim of this study is to examine whether the Pancasila legal state has a system that is justice and dignified for its people. The theories used are theories that correlate with the rule of law. The results of the discussion and analysis show that the Pancasila legal state has not fully realized a justice and dignified system. After knowing this, this article will examine how the Pancasila legal state can fulfill these two aspects with efforts to build and reorganize so that the Pancasila legal state can create a system that is justice and dignified for society.

This study aims to determine legal protection for online game users over the lootboox monetization system in a positive legal perspective in Indonesia, based on the title raised in this study. This research uses the type of normative juridical research. The process of collecting data from the objects studied in this study is using primary, secondary, and tertiary techniques. The data obtained by this research uses a qualitative method which explains the relationship between variables and generalizes the social phenomena studied.  The results of this study indicate that several formulations of laws and regulations that can help stabilize and defend rights and obligations from a civil perspective regarding the issue of the Lootboox Monetization System as well as in the case of the Lootboox Monetization System are inseparable from legal consequences and forms of accountability from parties who violate a law. agreement and also there are several suggestions about how the Lootboox Monetization System should be run nowadays.

Sleep quality is a state lived by an individual to produce freshness and fitness after waking up. If a person's sleep quality is poor it will cause a decrease in the body's immune system and Hb levels which causes the individual to feel easily tired, sleepy and susceptible to disease. Adolescents are identified as a population at high risk of experiencing sleep problems which disrupt sleep quality. Accumulated work and lifestyle are one of the factors causing poor sleep patterns in adolescents which makes it easier for them to experience sleep disturbances. Adolescents with high risk certainly need adequate knowledge regarding the importance of maintaining quality sleep related to the body's immune system and Hb levels. Increased knowledge and examination can be carried out by laboratory personnel with health counseling and laboratory tests. The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge of adolescents to maintain good quality sleep so that Hb levels and body immunity are maintained. This community service implementation method consists of three stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. At the implementation stage, an examination of Hb levels and counting the number of types of leukocytes was carried out as well as education related to the effect of sleep quality on Hb levels and the body's immune system. As a result of community service, adolescents have obtained health status through laboratory tests and good knowledge about the effect of sleep quality on Hb levels and body immunity.

Restorative justice or better known as restorative justice in the development of schools of law and punishment in human civilization, where the state returns the ius ponale and ius poniendi mandates to the community within the framework of healing, recovery and recovery. Restorative justice is a concept of thinking that responds to the development of the criminal justice system by focusing on the need to involve actors, communities and victims as a social recovery step in social relations. The principle of restorative justice is one of the principles of law enforcement in resolving cases which can be used as an instrument of recovery and has been implemented by the supreme court in the form of policy implementation (Supreme Court Regulations and Supreme Court Circulars). Restorative justice is considered a model of modern punishment that is more humane than the retributive justice used in the current justice system. One of the applications of this is the termination of the prosecution process by the prosecutor.

The purpose of this study is to explore the opinions of classical and contemporary scholars about Makassid Sharia theory and to demonstrate the implementation in Islamic economics and Islamic psychology. Data sources for this study are books on Makassid's Sharia theory, Islamic economics and Islamic psychology written by classical and contemporary scholars. Data collection was conducted by careful reference surveys related to Makassid's Sharia theory and its practice in Islamic economics and Islamic psychology. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive and qualitative. The impact of this research makes the control of the Islamic economic system better. In this study, the application of Makassid Sharia in Islamic economics is found next in its five main purposes. Another purpose of this study is to determine the planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling community empowerment programs in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of understanding accounting, internal control systems and information technology on the quality of CV's financial reports. Woodpoindo Semarang in the Era of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The population in this study are managers and their staff and the financial management section, while the sample is 45 employees. The research data were tested for normality with classical assumptions and processed with the SPSS Version 23.0 program, then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the study are as follows: 1.) Understanding of accounting has no effect on the quality of financial reports as evidenced by the t-value of 0.468 which is less than the t-table value of 1.682 and the significance number of 0.642 is greater than the α value of 0.05. Thus H1 is rejected. 2.) The internal control system has a positive effect on the quality of financial reports as evidenced by the t-count value of 19.785 greater than the t-table value of 1.682 and a significance number of 0.000 which is less than the α value of 0.05. Thus, H2 is accepted. 3.) Information technology has an effect on the quality of financial reports as evidenced by the t-count value of 3.576 greater than the t-table value of 1.682 and a significance number of 0.001 which is less than the α value of 0.05. Thus, H3 is accepted.

Society demands public sector organizations to be able to manage public services and provide them in an accountable, participative and transparent manner. SAKTI or Institutional Level Financial Application System is an application that is used as a means of work units in supporting the implementation of SPAN to carry out financial management which includes the planning stages to budget accountability. The purpose of this research is to observe how SAKTI works and to analyze the system, with the implications of whether it provides convenience in the performance of work units of government agencies. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and the method for collecting data used is direct observation with field research and library research, and the information will be filtered through descriptive analysis methods. The research results that have been achieved are that SAKTI is a new effectiveness. The advantage of using SAKTI is that it has an open platform, so it can be accessed anywhere and anytime, and provides efficient integration. Weaknesses in the use of SAKTI is the user's understanding in technical operations, so it requires sufficient training and another deficiency is the internal control of the organization. The conclusion of this research is that in the era of technology that pressures society for optimal and in-depth digital understanding. Suggestions by the author are to integrate a digital concept in the work system of the work unit, more understanding is needed so that it does not become an obstacle.

Child-worthy cities are the first terms introduced by the ministry of women's empowerment state in 2005 through a suitable city policy for children. In policy, it explains that the kla is the district/city government's effort to accelerate the implementation of the convention on the rights of the child (CRC) from legal frameworks in definitions, development and interventions, such as appropriate policies, institutions, and programs for children. Kla is kabupten/city has a child-based development system through integration of commitments and government resources, business communities and comprehensive policies planned and sustainable, programs and activities to fulfill the child's rights. On the kla administration, the kampar district also involves local government agencies and communities. The study USES qualitative methods, the data-gathering techniques used in this research interviews, observation, and documentation. As for the subject of the informant, who has been selected using this type of information, the research of 11 informals. that is, the kasubag child protection, the children's forum, the kampar children's ambassador, 4 parents, 2 school students, 3 teachers.

Background: Waste that continues to accumulate every year is an unresolved environmental problem at the regional to global level. This problem can actually be overcome by applying good waste management according to its type (organic and inorganic). However, waste management is still rarely practiced in the community, for example for residents of Tegal Sari Village RT 1 and 3, Satui District, Tanah Bumbu Regency. The waste segregation, disposal, and processing system in the village is not optimal. Objective: Therefore, the Desa Relasi program aimed to increase the knowledge and awareness of residents in managing organic and inorganic waste through Takakura composting and inorganic crafts. Methods: The program was formed based on the results of problem priorities obtained during PBL through identification and analysis of health problems in the village by collecting secondary and primary data (with interviews and questionnaires). Results: Activities in the program are in the form of counseling, cadre debriefing, demonstration, and practice. The evaluation instruments used were pre-post test questionnaires (I and II), observation, and evaluation through chat. Based on the results of the knowledge test during counseling, 72.73% of residents experienced an increase in knowledge, 22.73% were stagnant, and 4.55% experienced a decrease (pre-post test I). While in post-test I - II, 77.72% experienced an increase, 18.18% did not experience an increase or decrease, and 4.55% experienced a decrease. Conclusion: There was an increase in knowledge in most participants regarding organic and inorganic waste management. Therefore, it is hoped that Tegal Sari Village residents will be able to apply good waste management so that it can produce use, sale and aesthetic value and advance the village.

To overcome these issues, a more secure and guaranteed electronic voting system is needed. The shift from conventional media to various media used for opinion polling, such as social media/internet, has occurred in this technological era. The E-Voting system has been confirmed as safe and in line with the latest technological advancements. To enhance its security level, the system can use various types of cryptographic algorithms, including AES. Cryptography can be the solution in maintaining information security such as confidentiality, data integrity, non-repudiation, and authentication

Efforts to Increase Child Entrepreneurship in PAUD/TK institutions. Everyone needs to have an entrepreneurial spirit, including children at an early age. Entrepreneurship education is not just about educating prospective entrepreneurs or teaching children how to make money from an early age, but also about growing and developing the character that already exists in children. The purpose of this study was to: find out whether there are changes in children's habits and attitudes after doing fun activities in farming and increasing entrepreneurial spirit from an early age. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by collecting and analyzing journals related to the word key. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that the importance of planting and increasing understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship from an early age starting from early childhood education, this implementation needs examples in the form of activities carried out by playing to provide a good understanding of students. Another problem, students are less motivated to look for reference materials related to the material provided. Based on the analysis of learning tools, the entrepreneurship material being taught is still not sustainable so that the expected competencies are not clear. In addition, learning activities are still centered on the teacher. The results of the analysis of reference books to see the contents of the material, especially the main economic activity material. An education system without functioning education management or management is unlikely to be able to foster school growth. Management procedures must be implemented systematically and dynamically in the National Education System. The principal as a manager with executive and leadership functions needs to align his internal capabilities in responding to the pressing needs of his environment. Managerial is a process or framework that involves guiding or directing a group of people towards organizational goals or real purposes. For the sake of achieving a successful institution in the realm of education, of course, it is very much determined by the quality of the teacher's performance guided by the Principal. Specifically, this research is intended to explore, analyze and obtain data on planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the managerial implementation of school principals in improving the quality of teacher performance at Masagi Islamic Middle School, Sukabumi Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The research subject is the principal of the school. The results of the research, namely: (1) Planning has been carried out in accordance with applicable guidelines, (2) Organizing is carried out in a balanced manner by prioritizing performance, competence and rank order, (3) Implementation of managerial competencies by seeking effective learning, (4) Evaluation school principals in improving teacher performance by carrying out monitoring and evaluation of each activity that has been carried out, making reports on program implementation and following up on evaluation results. The obstacles faced in efforts to improve teacher performance professionally include the problem of limited human resources in implementing teacher professional capacity building.

Character Education, especially at the Elementary School level, in entrepreneurship learning has a big challenge to be able to provide enlightenment to students through the learning process about the need for entrepreneurial behavior that is not only self-interest oriented, but economic behavior that must also be oriented to the interests of the people, through learning. entrepreneurship. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that Entrepreneurship character education at the Elementary School level applies habituation and cultivation of several entrepreneurial values, namely the value of honesty, Discipline Value, Independent Value, Leadership Value, Creative Value. several models of entrepreneurship learning, namely market day which is routinely carried out by schools. There are 2 main activities carried out by the school in one year, the first is holding a book exhibition bazaar, and a culinary exhibition bazaar by grade 6 students at the end of each semester. Marketday is in the form of a book fair, usually schools cooperate with malls or publishers.

Technological developments at this time have an impact on all groups to be more competent in their use. Unfortunately, the use of this technology is still used as an object of communication and consumption, does not provide economic productivity for business development. The community should be aware of and make a big contribution to poverty alleviation activities through digitalization. One of them is that the community needs to increase business knowledge through non-formal business training/education. Along with digital developments and business knowledge, it is hoped that the community will be able to improve the welfare of their families by carrying out creative economic activities. The creative economy in this study is the management of a business in making decisions and implementing them related to the allocation of limited resources among its various members by taking into account the abilities, efforts and desires of each. Even though at first the creative economy was carried out more by the community as a side job and to increase household income, in its development it has become the main source of income if done seriously. The purpose of this study was to find out the portrait of digital-based non-formal business education in improving the creative economy. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that digital business knowledge can improve welfare by carrying out creative economic activities. Another fact is that it has a big role in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia, especially in the context of poverty alleviation. Technological developments also have a positive impact on practical digital business opportunities. The results of this research have implications for the government and non-formal educational institutions to continue to make programs related to the digital-based creative economy, be it seminars, webinars, training or mentoring.
