The tendency of students to form circles often causes conflict, lack of self-confidence, difficulty socializing, low learning outcomes, and intolerance. This study used a quantitative experimental research method. The research sample was students of class VII SMP Yohannes XXIII Semarang. The purpose of this study was conducted to determine the effect, increase in learning outcomes, and the effectiveness of using the module-assisted GI method on learning (PAK) on learning outcomes. The instrument used documentation, questionnaires, and tests. The results showed that the average pretest score was 39, posttest was 84, and the difference was 45. The average learning achievement exceeded KKM 78 with an increase in score reaching 1213. The results of global diversity attitudes and student achievement showed that by 87.3%. This means that the attitude of global diversity of students influences as much as 87.3%. The mean of the N-gain test is 76.2 which is in the very good and effective category. It can be concluded that the module-assisted GI method is effective in learning, able to increase: global diversity attitude values, learning outcomes, and is effective in increasing global diversity attitudes.

Background: Final-year students are entrusted with the responsibility of completing their final assignments as a prerequisite for graduation and degree attainment. The prevalence of mental health problems among these students is higher, with more pronounced stress symptoms compared to new students. Central Java is ranked third, reporting 95,461 cases of emotional and mental disorders among individuals aged 15 and above. Expressive writing, which revolves around emotions, assists each student in channeling and expressing their anger through written words. Objective: Depicting students' stress levels through the implementation of expressive writing to reduce stress among those finalizing their Independent Study (KTI) at Universitas 'Aisyiyah Surakarta. Method: A case study approach is employed. A pretest utilizing the DASS-42 (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale) questionnaire determines respondents' stress levels. Following implementation, a posttest is conducted using the same scale. Results: Findings indicate moderate stress levels pre-implementation, which decrease to mild stress post-implementation. Conclusion: The application of expressive writing significantly influences the reduction of stress levels experienced by final-year students at Universitas 'Aisyiyah Surakarta.

In Indonesia, more and more individuals are doing business activities. Business is an activity carried out by one individual. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are businesses engaged in trade, which involve entrepreneurial activities. UMKM Kitchen Keyra is one of the businesses engaged in the field of food that is easy to develop, which is located on Jalan Kebonagung Village, Kec. Kab. Castle Mojokerto. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction, to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, to determine the effect of corporate image on customer satisfaction and to determine the effect of product quality, service quality and corporate image on customer satisfaction. This study uses quantitative methods, with a sample of 100 respondents with the help of IBM SPSS version 25. The results show that product quality variable (X1) partially and significantly influences consumer satisfaction (Y) with t count 7.801 > 1.98498 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, service quality (X2) has a partial and significant effect on customer satisfaction (Y) with t count 2.531 > 1.98498 and a sig value of 0.013 <0.05, and corporate image (X3) has a partial and significant effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) with t count 16.567 > 1.98498 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05, while simultaneously product quality (X1), service quality (X2) and corporate image (X3) have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction ( Y) Keyra Kitchen SMEs with f count 292.834 > 2.70 and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05

Leadership in LPPBMN is currently being implemented in implementing units under the unit coordinator, so that the decision-making process requires more time. This leadership ineffectiveness has an impact on employees, including saturation in work effectiveness, which causes a decrease in the level of morale. Besides that, an uncomfortable work environment has an impact on decreased morale, resulting in low work performance. This study aims to determine 1) The influence of leadership on Employee morale, 2) The influence of the work environment on Employee morale, and 3) The influence of leadership and work environment on the morale of LPPBMN Kemenhub Employees. This research uses quantitative research methods. The results of the study show that leadership affects employee morale, the work environment influences employee morale, and leadership and work environment affect employee morale of LPPBMN Kemenhub. This means that the better the leadership and work environment, the morale will also increase, and vice versa.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact that information asymmetry and profitability have on profit management for companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between the years 2016 and 2020. Previous research on the subject of profit management has produced contradictory findings. As a result, the idea about profit management requires more investigation so that it may be retested. Within the consumer products industry sub-sector, this research focused on 53 different businesses as its population. The type of sampling that was used was known as purposive sampling, and as a result, 22 sample firms were acquired for a period of observation spanning five years (2016-2020) and included 86 observations. The information used in the study was collected by downloading sample company files from the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The methods of descriptive statistical analysis and multiple regression analysis are used in the process of analysing the data. The initial step in the process of analysing the data is doing descriptive statistics. Next comes the testing of classical assumptions, followed by multiple regression analysis, and finally hypothesis testing. The findings of this research indicate, even if only in part, that Profitability is the sole factor that significantly influences profit management. There is no impact on the management of profits caused by information asymmetry. The findings of this research demonstrate that there is a correlation between information asymmetry and profitability, both of which have a substantial impact on profit management.    

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, service quality, and price on purchasing decisions at the Pillow Moker store through distributing online questionnaires to customers. The population in this study are customers who buy at the Moker Pillow shop with a sample of 98 respondents. The results of the respondent's questionnaire were analyzed by multiple linear regression through the SPSS 24 application. The results showed that the variable product quality, service quality, and price partially had a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision variable. While the variables of product quality, service quality, and price have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. The results of the study show that product quality (X1) partially influences the decision to purchase pillow products at the Moker Pillow Shop with a t count of 6.953 > t table 1.660 with a significance level of 000. Service quality (X2) partially influences product purchase decisions Pillows at the Moker Pillow Shop with a t-count value of 7,993 > t-table 1,660 with a significance level of 000. Price (X3) partially influences the decision to buy Pillow products at the Moker Pillow Shop with a t-count value of 6,984 > t-table 1,660 with a significance level 000.  

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of motivation, innovation, and entrepreneurial competence on the success of with business ability as an intervening variable. The sample in this study was 110 respondents who were employees of Jenang Mubarokfod Cipta Delicia Kudus. The sampling technique in this study used the Probability Sampling Technique with proportional random sampling. The data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM (Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model). The processing of this research data uses the SmartPLS 3.0 tool. Based on this research, it shows that motivation influences the success of Jenang Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia Kudus with a P-Value (0.004). Innovation has no effect on the success of Jenang Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia Kudus with a P-Value of (0,147). Entrepreneurial competence influences the success of Jenang Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia Kudus with a P-Value of (0.000). Motivation has no effect on success which is mediated by business ability in Jenang Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia Kudus with a P-Value of (0.545). Innovation has an effect on success which is mediated by business ability in the Jenang Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia Kudus with a P-Value of (0.001). Entrepreneurial competence has an effect on success which is mediated by business ability in Jenang Mubarokfood Cipta Delicia Kudus  with a P-Value of (0.007).

In the current era, people who own land containing trees and plants have been used as buildings for business and personal interests, increasing population has resulted in increased housing needs, the use of open space for public entertainment has decreased due to the activities of people who are busy working to make ends meet. and the lack of public interest in making the environment more beautiful and sustainable. Even though the existence of a garden in a large building greatly influences the atmosphere in the environment around the building. Apart from that, one of the reasons is the lack of interest of the community in creating a beautiful environment because it is quite difficult to find the services of gardeners around where people live. The problem that occurs is that these gardeners are not exposed to all the gardens they build.

The phenomenon of migration is a phenomenon that is often found in people's lives as an alternative action to make a move for a specific purpose, including work. Migration is one of the causes of population movement between regions. The development gap between cities and villages continues to be a driving force for migration. It is inevitable that every human being would want to have a comfortable place to live with adequate facilities, for example there are places for entertainment, sports, education, and so on. The era of globalization has also removed barriers for everyone to migrate between countries and even continents. International migration of labor can be interpreted as the movement of individuals from one country to another with the aim of getting a job. Globalization also makes people to carry out mobility with various reasons they have. Problems with migration also do not include the problems of the destination (recipient) country, but also the country of origin, where after the immigrants return to their country of origin it becomes a problem that must be resolved. priority so that they have a high quality and level of competitiveness as well as gain an understanding of their rights as migrant workers. This study aimed to explore the “Kiss up, kick down” culture in Vietnamese educational institutions and understand its implications on teachers at different stages of their career: novice, mid-career, and near-end. Using a qualitative approach, 15 participants were interviewed. The thematic analysis of interview data resulted in the identification of fifteen themes. They highlighted a pervasive culture driven by power dynamics and hierarchy, impacting interpersonal relationships, job satisfaction, professional growth, and mental well-being. Additionally, the culture was found to align with societal norms and was seen as a reflection of the collective culture and historical influences in Vietnam. The study underscores the need for systemic change and offers insights that could inform policy and practice aimed at creating healthier and more inclusive academic environments.

This research examines the impact of the school principal's leadership style on teacher performance and competence at MTs Azzainiyyah Nagrog, Sukabumi. A quantitative approach was employed, utilizing surveys to collect data from teachers at the school. The questionnaires focused on leadership styles implemented by the principal and teachers' perceptions of their performance and competence. The results demonstrate that the school principal's leadership style significantly influences teacher performance and competence. Leadership styles emphasizing teacher empowerment, effective communication, and support for professional development contribute to enhanced overall teacher performance and competence. Additionally, inspiring leadership and fostering a positive working climate further improve teacher performance and competence. The research emphasizes the crucial role of school principals in creating a conducive learning environment and motivating teachers to innovate and collaborate. Effective leadership goes beyond managerial aspects and extends to human resource development. The implications of the study are vital for school administrators, especially principals, to adopt more effective leadership strategies to enhance teacher performance and competence. Furthermore, this research enriches the academic knowledge in the field of education, specifically the relationship between school principal leadership styles and teacher performance and competence. Further studies could delve deeper into the factors affecting teacher performance and competence at MTs Azzainiyyah Nagrog. Exploring optimal school principal leadership development for better educational outcomes remains an area of interest for future investigation.

In this study, the theory used is Herbert Spencer's cultural theory which considers that people and culture experience changes at certain stages from simple to complex forms. In addition to the concept of children's motor development according to John Piaget, who has found that games will train children's cognitive abilities better. This research is to see how the existence of traditional games influences the development of children today. This study uses qualitative methods to see how children make traditional games into modern games for children's motoric and cognitive development. As a result, children who do traditional games have much more developed abilities and character. The role of parents and teachers Traditional games that hold meaning and tradition are also important to be preserved. The results of the research itself can be concluded in the game Gobag Sodor there are cultural values that have been applied in the game and there are components of physical conditions that exist in learning at school and in college, such as agility, speed, coordination, strength and balance.

McDonald's is one of the largest franchises that has rapidly expanded in Indonesia and internationally, becoming one of the fast-food restaurants that is still favored by people both from Indonesia and abroad. Despite the emergence of numerous competitors, McDonald's continues to thrive and excel with various strategies and innovations. One of them is the BTS Meal project, which resulted in a 57% increase in net sales. The research method used is a quantitative type with a descriptive nature, involving the distribution of questionnaires to 96 respondents who have purchased McDonald's products in Jakarta at least once. The sample for this research was determined using the Lemeshow Formula. This study utilizes multiple linear regression analysis and has fulfilled tests for instruments and classical assumptions, processed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25 software. The results of the regression analysis show that the variables of product innovation and sales promotion have significance values of <0.001. Product innovation and sales promotion together have a significance value of 0.000, contributing 62.9% to competitive advantage, while the remaining 37.1% is influenced by other factors. The conclusion drawn from the research is that product innovation significantly affects competitive advantage. Meanwhile, sales promotion significantly influences purchasing decisions. Product innovation and sales promotion, when considered together, significantly impact competitive advantage.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of simultaneous and partial as well as the dominant variable of the marketing mix consisting of product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3) and place variable (X4) on purchasing decisions (Y) in Deta Stores in the Village Senaken District of Tanah Grogot. The sample for this study were consumers or people who made purchases at Deta Stores from May 2022 to June 2022. Using an incidental sampling technique, the number of samples obtained was 50 people. Consumers who were the sample in this study were given a questionnaire consisting of 31 statements. Responses to the questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability prior to multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The results of testing the research instrument, namely the questionnaire, showed that 31 statement items were declared valid because r count > r table. In addition, all statements are reliable because the cronbach`s alpha value is 0.940 > 060. The regression equation obtained Y = -0.045+0.582X1+0.023X-0.167X3+0.562X4. The correlation coefficient value of 0.896 shows a very strong relationship between the marketing mix which consists of product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3) and place (X4) and purchasing decisions (Y) at Deta Shop in Senaken Village, Tanah District Grogot. The coefficient of determination (R2) is 0.785, which means that the marketing mix which consists of product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3) and place variable (X4) can explain the purchase decision at Shop Deta in Senaken Village, Tanah Grogot District of 78 .5%, while the remaining 21.5% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Simultaneous testing shows that the value of F count > F table or 45.828 > 2.5787 so that it can be concluded that there is at least one of the sub-variables of the marketing mix (X) consisting of product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3) and place (X4) has an effect on purchasing decisions (Y) at Store Deta in Senaken Village, Tanah Grogot District. Furthermore, testing was carried out with the calculated t value of each marketing mix sub-variable consisting of product (X1), price (X2), promotion (X3) and place (X4) each of 3.157; 0.237; 1.531 and 3.844 which when compared with the t table is 2.0141, the product (X1) and place (X4) have a significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) in Deta Shop in Senaken Village, Tanah Grogot District because the value of t count > t table. Meanwhile, price (X2) and promotion (X3) have no significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y) in Deta Stores in Senaken Village, Tanah Grogot District, because t count < t table. The dominant variable that influences purchasing decisions (Y) in Shop Deta in Senaken Village, Tanah Grogot District is place (X4) because the t value is the highest.  

The MSME sector is a form of a developing economy based on the concept of people's economic development. Sufficient insight is needed in managing MSMEs because it influences the success of the business being carried out. Within the MSME category, there are various types of businesses, one of which is a burnt stall. Warung Bakaran is located in Giripurwo Village, Kec. Purwosari, Gunung Kidul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. This activity was carried out to help apply accounting knowledge to the business owner of Warung Bakaran Ibu Tedjo. This activity is a field research using survey techniques, outreach and direct training in the field. The activity begins with the provision of material, practice and evaluation. The results obtained from this research, Ms. Tedjo, although she has somewhat less knowledge, is willing to learn, so that in providing material about the importance of making a cash book, she is relatively quick to understand. The results during practice were quite good because he quickly understood if there was an error in recording and was given understanding. With this, for now Warung Bakaran is neater in terms of recording sales and expenses.

This study aims to (1) analyze the mastery of the building blocks of poetry for class VIII students of MTsS Al-Washliyah Asahan Mati, (2) analyze the ability to write poetry for class VIII students of MTsS. Al-Washliyah Asahan Mati, (3) Knowing and describing the contribution of mastery of the building blocks of poetry to the ability to write poetry for class VIII MTsS students. Al-Washliyah Asahan Dead. This study uses correlational research methods by collecting data by observation in the form of giving questions and writing poetry assignments. From the results of this study, it was found that the correlation between mastery of the building blocks of poetry on the ability to write poetry was in the high category, amounting to 0.654457. It was also found that the coefficient of determination was 42.83 or 43%. That is, mastery of the building blocks of poetry (X) influences and contributes to the ability to write poetry (Y) by 43%.

The Islamic Investment Gallery is a means of introducing Islamic Capital Market Investment to the world of academia and as a place to study investment and make investment transactions in the Islamic capital market. One of the causes of failure in investing is a lack of understanding in investing. Apart from knowledge, another factor in increasing interest in investing is technological advances as a medium in its activities. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the effect of knowledge on interest in investing in the Islamic capital market with technological advances as a mediating variable. This research is a quantitative research. Using the path analysis method in SPSS V.20. The results of this study indicate that knowledge has a direct effect on interest in investing in the Islamic capital market, knowledge influences technological progress as a mediating variable in interest in investing in the Islamic capital market, technological advances influences interest in investing in the Islamic capital market and knowledge influences interest in investing in Islamic capital markets. Many factors are considered capable of determining the quality of lecturer performance in tertiary institutions. Therefore, this study will test whether there is an effect of organizational commitment and work climate on the performance of university lecturers in Asahan district. Data collection In this study, economics was used with a focus on education management to test the factors of improving the quality of education with the intervening variable of teacher performance at tertiary institutions in Asahan District. This research was conducted in Asahan District which of the 14 tertiary institutions, one of which is Asahan University. The population in this study are university lecturers. This study uses a non-probability sampling method. The sample criteria in this study were that there were 115 permanent lecturers in tertiary institutions in the Asahan Regency. The results of the study show that organizational commitment has an influence on the quality of lecturer performance. Because with an organization that has a commitment to advancing the university, lecturers will be encouraged to participate. Likewise with the work climate which also has a very large influence on lecturer performance. This is due to a positive work climate and high morale. Then the lecturers will also have the enthusiasm to improve the reputation of the campus. So it was concluded that organizational commitment greatly influences the performance of lecturers in Asahan district.

Background: Mother's milk (ASI) is rich in nutrients and is the key to baby's health. Breast milk is the best food that babies aged 0-6 months need for optimal growth and development, increasing body resistance, protecting against infection, forming a healthy digestive system and increasing intelligence. Objective: to determine the relationship between factors that influence the smooth flow of breastfeeding in breastfeeding mothers in the work area of ??the Kuta Baro Aceh Besar Community Health Center. Method: This research is quantitative with an analytical design using a cross-sectional study method. Data were collected using a questionnaire conducted from March 8 to April 4 2023. The population in this study were all breastfeeding mothers who had babies aged 0-6 months, totaling 139 people, using a sampling technique, namely proportional random sampling, of 58 people. Results: Data analysis using chi square with the results of the study shows that there is a relationship between family support and smooth breastfeeding with a value of p= 0.011, there is a relationship between breast care and smooth breastfeeding with a value of p= 0.012, there is a relationship between the frequency of breastfeeding and smooth breastfeeding with a value of p= 0.025 and There is no relationship between the use of contraceptives and the smoothness of breastfeeding with a p value = 0.372. Conclusion: This research is a factor that influences the smoothness of breast milk.
