The purpose of this study is to determine the application of company resource management and supply chain management at the Grand Pet Shop. In conducting an analysis of business partners, researchers used qualitative methods in the form of direct interview techniques with the owner of the Grand Pet Shop. The results found through analysis, Grand Pet Shop has implemented a supply chain process including planning, processing, storage, shipping and returns of goods then partners have also involved 4 functional areas, namely marketing and sales, supply chain management (SCM), accounting and finance, and human resources in running their business as well as analyzing the use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is still not recommended at this time because there has not been found a suitability for Grand Pet Shop use due to the high cost and the Enterprise Resource Planning system is too complicated for Grand Pet Shops which are still SMEs, but do not rule out the possibility in the future.

This research aims to find out and examine the application of e-government in welcoming the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 which has recently been very influential in aspects of life in Indonesia. This is very interesting to study because during this transition period all countries and especially Indonesia have implemented the role of industry 4.0 in government components. The research method used in this research uses a type of normative legal research, with the research approaches used being a statutory approach and a case approach. The results of the first research analysis show that the development of the e-government system in Indonesia has begun to increase in quantity, but in terms of quality it is still inadequate because the implementation of e-government has not been evenly distributed throughout the region and it still only functions as a provider of static information. Second, there are fundamental obstacles in the implementation of e-government. -government in the industrial revolution 4.0 is at the regional government level, including; the initiative and meaning of e-government implementation by autonomous regional governments is still individual; implementation via the regional website is not yet supported by an effective management system and work processes due to the readiness of regulations, procedures and limited human resources; Many local governments identify the implementation of e-government as simply creating a local government website (web presence). Third, the projection of e-government in the future, whether the industrial revolution 4.0 is still ongoing or in the future after undergoing regeneration, must have the best formulation, including: ( 1) Good legal regulatory order and legal protection. (2) The government is proclaiming education, especially in the IT sector, as the formation of qualified human resources from now on. (3) Adequate infrastructure and availability of access media. (4) Formation of good character and work ethic for human resources for government officials. (5) Changing the mindset of the apparatus to become a disruptive mindset of the apparatus in Indonesia. (6) The industrial revolution 4.0 is based on a mental revolution. (7) Creating reliable Intrepreneurial Leadership. (8) Strengthening religious education.

STIKES Kesdam IV/Diponegoro as one of the health universities has great potential in the form of human resources (HR) to play a role in the development of the target area in the health sector. The results of an interview with the Head of the Sekaran Community Health Center revealed that of the 5 sub-districts managed by the Sekaran Community Health Center, Sukorejo Sub-District is an area that has complex health problems. Health problems related to the elderly need attention that is no less important. The health of the elderly under the management of the elderly posyandu in the Sukerejo Deliksari sub-district area has been going well. It's just that this area related to handling the cognitive health problems of the elderly still needs more attention. One of the cognitive function disorders in the elderly is dementia. There is no health care related to dementia in this area, this is because elderly posyandu cadres consider the problem of dementia or senile dementia to be natural and normal for the elderly. So promotive and preventive efforts are needed by holding community service related to cadre training in early detection of elderly people with dementia health problems.

Corruption in Indonesia is a chronic problem that damages the social and economic structure of the country. This paper explores the history of corruption from feudal times to the modern era, highlighting corrupt practices as part of the culture of government. The government has taken serious steps by establishing anti-corruption regulations and institutions to eradicate corruption that harms society and the state. This research uses the literature study method with a focus on improving governance and increasing transparency as an effort to prevent corruption. Through qualitative analysis, this research evaluates the effectiveness of existing anti-corruption regulations and institutions, as well as understanding the impact of corruption on people's social and economic rights. The results show that the government has taken concrete steps, such as establishing the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and encouraging the use of information technology. However, the fight against corruption is faced with structural, cultural, instrumental and management barriers. Measures to improve governance and increase transparency are key to preventing corruption. Challenges include organized corruption, corrupt practices in the private sector, and non-compliance with regulations. Lack of resources is a constraint, and corruption in complex bureaucratic systems complicates case handling. Improving coordination, transparency, and public participation is needed to overcome these challenges. The government needs to continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of corruption-fighting measures. Regular evaluation, public participation, and human resource capacity building are key to creating a strong and resilient system against corrupt practices. Collective awareness and cooperation between the government, anti-corruption organizations, and society are essential to build an Indonesia that is clean from corruption and just for all its people.

Poverty is a condition that is still a problem in Indonesia. This can be seen from the still high number of poor people in Indonesia in 2021 reaching 26.5 million people. This poverty does not just happen, one of the reasons is because people's income is low and the poverty level is still low, making them unable to meet their daily needs. Eradicating poverty in Indonesia requires cooperation from various parties, both government and private. Therefore, the community service team together with YBM PLN UID North Sumatra is implementing a program based on local wisdom to improve the community's economy in the form of community empowerment in improving community welfare. This has an impact on people's income levels which are still low. This program includes providing business capital, skills training and business assistance. The aim of this community service is to identify the problems of the partner, Copper Crafts Muda Tama Gallery, Tumang, Boyolali and provide scientific solutions. The service team identified that the number of craftsmen was starting to decline due to the tendency of the younger generation to prefer to pursue business as marketers. The team uses the extension method to share knowledge with partner communities. Human Resources Management can be carried out in several ways apart from continuing to maintain good direction efforts at each stage of production, establishing controlled production procedures, evaluating employee work results, and developing employees in terms of reward and punishment; The service team proposed that the company collaborate with several vocational schools with a concentration in arts and crafts. This is important so that this skill does not become extinct, and in fact so that it can grow in terms of manufacturing and the number of craftsmen. The result of this activity is an increase in the understanding of partners (owners of Muda Tama Gallery) in managing human resources so that there is no shortage/loss of craftsmen. The purpose of this study was to investigate the execution of measures aimed at lowering the utilization of plastic bags within the retail market of Jepara Regency. The research employs a qualitative methodology, utilizing descriptive analytic techniques. The data-gathering process involved conducting an interview with the Head of Hygiene and Waste Management at the Jepara Regency Environment Office, who served as a key informant. In order to gather comprehensive data, interviews were conducted with both sellers and buyers at retail stores in Welahan, Mayong, and Pecangaan sub-districts. The findings of the study indicate that the implementation of the policy is facilitated by socializing activities, particularly in the context of communication and transmission. The Jepara regency government has conducted socialization efforts throughout nearly all marketplaces, demonstrating a clear and consistent approach. The implementation of policies involves the participation of human resources, namely the Environment Office, as the responsible entity. The necessary financial resources for policy implementation are also obtained through the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget. Regarding disposition, policy implementers have a preexisting commitment to effectively executing their responsibilities and exhibit a democratic mindset. In relation to bureaucratic organization, the execution of government policies is already directed by the established Standard Operating Procedure. However, there are still challenges for the government in terms of public response and low understanding of the dangers of using plastic bags.

Management and utilization of water resources will increase along with the rate of population growth, increasing living standards and regional economic growth. Human needs for water in life generally consist of clean water needs, agricultural water needs and industrial water needs. Provisions for water use permits in Law no. 17 of 2019 which is not regulated in PP No. 69 of 2014, namely permission to use water to meet needs for activities other than meeting basic daily needs and people's agriculture which is not a business activity, it can be said that PP No. 69 of 2014 is no longer in accordance with the provisions in Law no. 17 of 2019 so that it needs to be revoked and new government regulations formed as implementing regulations for Law no. 17 of 2019. The paradigm that will be built with the enactment of Law Number 17 of 2019 is to improve the previous paradigm which was not in line with people's expectations so that there would be no leap in the authority to manage water resources in the hope that a more effective and efficient resource management system would be realized..
