Control efforts with the DOTS (Directly Observed Treatment Short-course) strategy have been implemented. The side effects of this drug will continue as long as the sufferer takes it, furthermore anti-TB drugs (OAT) will change the metabolism in the sufferer's body. Chronic effects that arise from OAT treatment include increased levels of uric acid, glucose and hemoglobin in the blood. From the results of a preliminary study, data collection was carried out on the number of pulmonary TB sufferers in Kupang City in 2021, amounting to 385. Of this number, 72 cases were found at the Oesapa Community Health Center who were smear positive for pulmonary TB and had recovered and were still undergoing treatment. For this reason, it is necessary to carry out research to determine blood glucose, uric acid and hemoglobin levels in pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) patients who take OAT (anti-TB drugs) before taking, after taking 2 months and 6 months of treatment. This research method is descriptive and statistical. Statistical analysis using One Way Anova and Linear Regression tests was used to determine the effect of length of treatment on blood profiles in pulmonary tuberculosis sufferers. TB sufferers with anti-tuberculosis drug therapy at the Oesapa Community Health Center based on the age of the patient, there were 11 sufferers aged <30 years (55%), 9 sufferers aged >30 years (45%). Based on gender, 13 sufferers were female (65%), 7 sufferers were male (35%). Hemoglobin levels checked before treatment showed a mean of 13.015 g/dL, during 2 months of treatment 13.185 g/dL, and after 6 months of treatment the mean was 11.94 g/dL. The current blood sugar levels from table 1.3 above which were checked before treatment showed an average of 137.7 g/dL, during 2 months of treatment 145.15 g/dL, and after 6 months of treatment the average was 144.15 g/dL. Uric acid levels were based on the respondent's length of treatment with an average uric acid level before treatment of 6.16 mg/dL, 2 months of treatment 5.92 mg/dL and 6 months of treatment 6.43 mg/dL. Hemoglobin levels, instant blood sugar and uric acid before, 2 months and 6 months of treatment showed a p value <0.05, meaning the data was not normally distributed. The results of the analysis using the Friedman anova test showed a p value (0.137) > 0.05. This means there is no difference in uric acid measurement values ??before, 2 months and 6 months of treatment. The results of the analysis using the Friedman anova test showed a p value (0.142) > 0.05. This means that there is no difference in blood sugar measurement values ??before, 2 months and 6 months of treatment. The results of the analysis using the Friedman anova test showed a p value (0.378) > 0.05. This means there is no difference in Hb measurement values ??before, 2 months and 6 months of treatment

BACKGROUND The exact incidence of infertility is not yet known with certainty, it varies greatly depending on geographical conditions, culture and social status of the country. Women who marry at an old age or mature and work actively will greatly affect a woman's fertility. It is estimated that around 2 million new infertile couples appear every year and this number continues to increase. It is estimated that a healthy couple will get fertilized within 1 year (Nuparma, 2017). Infertility data in the world according to the World Health Organization (WHO) and other reports estimates that 8-12% of couples experience infertility problems during their reproductive years. If eight percent of the global population figure is around 60-80 million couples who have not had children. OBJECTIVE To analyze the factors that influence the occurrence of primary infertility in couples of childbearing age at the Pegajahan Community Health Center, Pegajahan District, Serdang Bedagai District in 2023. METHOD chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the statistical test results show a significant relationship. RESULTS: There is a significant relationship between age, menstrual cycle and no history of PMS and employment with the incidence of infertility and is a risk factor that has a significant influence on the incidence of infertility. Suggestions are given for research and for research sites and for educational institutions regarding exclusive breastfeeding and the implementation of IMD for newborn babies

Serotinus is one of the obstetric complications that needs to be watched out for and there is a high risk of caesarean section during delivery. These complication will be made worse if the mother experiences anemia which can cause uterine atony, post partum bleeding and even lead to maternal death. Antenatal care visits are influenced by two main factors. Based on the theory of Lawrence Green (1980), namely behavioral factors (behavioral causes) and factors outside of behavior (non-behavioral causes). Furthermore, the behavior itself is determined or formed from three factors, namely predisposing factors including age, level of education, parity of pregnant women, employment status, knowledge of pregnant women and attitudes of pregnant women. Enabling factors include family income, distance from residence and information media. Reinforcing factors include husband/family support. The aim of this research is to determine the factors that influence ANC visits at the South Tapanuli Pargarutan Community Health Center in 2023. This research method is analytical with a cross sectional approach with quantitative methods. The results of the research conducted showed that the number of respondents who had a negative attitude was 42 people and 31 people ( 73.8%) did not regularly make ANC visits, while 18 respondents who were positive and 14 people (77.8%) had regular antenatal visits. The RP value obtained was 3.32 (95%CI=1.37 - 8.03) indicating that mothers who had a negative attitude were 3.32 times more likely to have irregular ANC visits. People who have the principle of always living a healthy life will do anything for their health, especially for the fetus and pregnant mother. part of their family and life, one of which is by making good ANC visits

Stunting is a condition of chronic malnutrition due to malnutrition over a long period of time, causing growth disorders in children, meaning that the child's height is lower or shorter (does not grow strong) compared to children of the age standard. The physical and mental growth and development of children can cause developmental delays in children. The risk of disease and death as well as delays in the development of children's motor and mental abilities are closely related to developmental delays. If it is not addressed, the problem of stunting will arise, which is considered to be a result of malnutrition, a serious problem for a country, namely hampering a country's development because its human resources are of poor quality (Fauza et al., 2022). For this reason, joint efforts are urgently needed to resolve the stunting problem in Indonesia. Socialization is an effort carried out by the Kubang Jaya Community Health Center which is the first step taken to overcome the Stunting phenomenon among the community in Kepau Jaya Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. This socialization was attended by PKK mothers, pregnant mothers, mothers with babies under 5 years old, as well as the KUKERTA team from Kepau Jaya Village. The delivery of socialization concerns the causes of stunting, how to overcome it, and how to avoid stunting. The benefit of this activity is providing all the information and understanding to mothers in Kepau Jaya Village. By conducting outreach activities to mothers of toddlers about the dangers of stunting and how to prevent it and creating a program to provide basic necessities to prevent stunting in children. This program can be used to overcome the stunting phenomenon that occurs in communities in Kepau Jaya Village, Siak Hulu District, Kampar Regency. Every parent must be aware of the dangers of stunting in children which can hinder the child's further growth and development.
