The analysis shows that microlearning can be delivered through video, application, gamification, infographics, and social media. Numerous studies demonstrate the benefits of microlearning that lessons can be delivered in a short amount of time. It can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Microlearning is flexible to accommodate different learning styles and can be customized to students’ needs. With short material, students can choose which material is needed, desired, and relevant. Microlearning help increases students’ retention rates and comprehension levels. If the material is broken down into smaller parts, it is easier for students to remember lessons, and easier for teachers to update content and to know learning outcomes. However, the limitations are that microlearning is not suitable for complex and complicated material, and requires detailed explanation. The learning method is dependent on the learning objectives. If the material is in small parts, it can prevent students from understanding the material in-depth. Educators are required to produce their learning content. However, not all educators have the capacity and time to prepare content. Microlearning strategies are related to the individual qualities of learners, the propensity of teachers to utilize digital technology, and external circumstances such as the availability of learning resources.

Both teachers and students must adjust to the new teaching strategy, despite all limitations and chances in remote learning during the pandemic. To accomplish the learning objectives, educators must create their courses by utilizing the advantages of technology. In order to optimize students' learning potential, several things had to be taken into account when designing such a remote course. In order to address the issue, this study aimed to demonstrate how the English for Academic Reading course in Universitas ‘Aisyiyah Yogyakarta was developed using the ASSURE (Analyze Learners; State Objectives; Select Method, Media, or Materials; Utilize Media or Materials; Require Learners' Participation; Evaluate and Revise) model in the form of fully-online flipped classroom. The data was gathered through observation and library study. The obstacles and opportunities addressed by both educators and students throughout the remote learning practice were analyzed using a qualitative methodology. The course was developed by mixing synchronous and asynchronous class activities after taking the advantages and disadvantages of distance learning into account. The design included independent learning, content explanations, quizzes, class discussion, and collecting student assessment. Students were shown to be more motivated to study when synchronous and asynchronous class activities were used, according to the evaluations.

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced the government to enforce a physical distancing policy which is the basis for implementing learning from home. This is also something that must be applied to students at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul. The use of information technology that applies suddenly, not infrequently, makes educators and students surprised and limping in its implementation. However, the learning process must continue so that teachers at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul are challenged to create a learning media that students with special needs can understand. The limited knowledge of teachers at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul in making learning media causes the need for training and mentoring of learning media. One of the technological developments that we can use for making learning media is an application for video editing. This application can help to make videos to improve the quality and effectiveness of learning. Application users are expected to support the activities of SLB Negeri 2 Bantul to participate in competitions and promotions as routine activities that must be done every year. The two needs of these teachers are what make them collaborate to implement training programs based on the required classes. The implementation uses the Classical method and Practices using video recording applications and equipment. Community service will be carried out at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul to support improving skills in using software from basic to advanced levels. This paper focuses on unlocking the creative potential of architecture students through an exploration of the Four C model of creativity. This model extends the traditional understanding of creativity and offers a comprehensive framework for fostering innovation in architecture. It introduces "mini-c" and "Pro-c" dimensions, highlighting creativity within the learning process and the attainment of professional expertise. Architecture demands a blend of technical skills and artistic expression for effective communication of ideas. However, nurturing creative thinking among architecture students faces challenges, including fear of experimentation and traditional teaching methods. To address these obstacles, the paper suggests integrating problem-based learning (PBL) and mind mapping techniques. PBL encourages collaboration and critical thinking, while mind mapping stimulates visual and associative thinking, aiding idea generation and organization. Additionally, the role of technology in architecture education is explored, emphasizing the benefits of mixed learning environments that enhance collaboration and creativity. Embracing technology readiness equips students with tools to tackle real-world challenges and create innovative designs. In conclusion, this paper underscores the importance of creative thinking in architectural design and its implications for the discipline's future. By adopting the Four C model, implementing PBL with mind mapping, and leveraging technology, educators can revolutionize architecture education, nurturing a new generation of architects prepared to shape the evolving world with imaginative and visionary designs.
