Digital marketing can be a solution to solving problems that have been experienced by MSME actors, namely product marketing problems. Especially in Musir lor Village, Kec. Rejoso, Kab. Ngajuk, East Java Province, where there are several UMKM that have the potential to be developed to become more productive. However, the lack of understanding of digital marketing causes these UMKM to not develop further on a large scale. This is based on the results of observations and the implementation of location surveys in the village of Musir Lor which is a form of research method in the analysis of problems with Musir Lor UMKM owners, namely the lack of awareness of the residents of Musir Lor Village about the importance of Business Identification Numbers, as well as the lack of understanding in increasing business value. or the image of a product to support product quality improvement and increase the interest of potential consumers in an UMKM product. Some UMKM build businesses with minimal knowledge of UMKM business owners causing a lack of knowledge about product brands. Therefore, in branding or rebranding a product, it must be understood that an attractive, unique and easily recognized design is very important. Therefore, several alternative strategies that need to be considered in building a brand are logos that are appropriate to the line of business, banners and business stamps, more attractive and modern packaging designs. In this modern and technological era, it is certainly not far from operating digital applications that must be understood by UMKM business actors as a form of effort to increase the development of an UMKM, such as operating an online marketplace, social media and operating a financial management application to manage finances in a structured manner.

UMKM Al-Qolam Fish Farm is one of the businesses located in Tanjungsari Village, Sukorejo District, Blitar City. This UMKM is engaged in catfish cultivation. The lack of knowledge and information about digital marketing has resulted in the marketing of UMKM Al-Qolam Fish Farm products being limited to conventional media. Therefore, there is a need for outreach and assistance regarding the importance of digital marketing and the benefits of this type of marketing to Al-Qolam Fish Farm UMKM. The methods used in this service are surveys, questionnaires, outreach, FGDs, and assistance to UMKM. The results of this study, Al-Qolam Fish,Farm can understand the benefits and importance of digital marketing. These UMKM also know the platforms that can be used for digital marketing. In addition, these UMKM also understand how to create and run websites through the Google Site and TikTok social media accounts. It is hoped that the socialization and mentoring activities carried out for UMKM can increase the sustainability and competitiveness of UMKM Al-Qolam Fish Farm in the current digital era.

Geothermal energy is a renewable energy source that can be used to generate electricity, heat homes and businesses, and provide hot water for industrial processes. The interior of the Earth is hot, and this heat can be transferred to the surface through geological structures such as faults, fractures and sedimentary basins. These structures provide pathways for geothermal fluids to flow, and they can also trap these fluids, creating geothermal reservoirs. The type and size of geological structures that affect geothermal energy can vary depending on the location. For example, in some areas, faults and fractures are the most important structures, while in other areas, sedimentary basins are the most important. The distribution of these structures also plays a role in determining the potential for developing geothermal energy. The study of geological structure is very important to understand the distribution and potential of geothermal energy resources. By understanding how these structures influence the circulation and accumulation of geothermal fluids, we can develop and better manage these resources. This abstract provides a brief overview of the topic of geothermal energy and the role of geological structures in this field. It is intended to provide a starting point for further research and discussion.

The existence of acceptance of imported used clothing in society is a serious enough problem in an industry, especially in the garment industry, many people prefer imported used clothing to local products making it a challenge for the garment industry to be able to compete with the used clothing market which has become the idol of society lately This. In fact, the government has been intensifying regulations regarding the banning of imports of used clothes for a long time to help industrial parties keep their businesses running. However, the demand for the garment industry is decreasing day by day, so strong protection is needed for garment products to survive in the domestic market. So the authors are very interested in conducting studies regarding the rise of imported clothing which is increasingly troubling the industry, both garment and textile. This study uses a normative legal research method that conducts empirical studies. The results of this study show that there are a lot of government regulations that have been issued regarding imported clothing, both the impact and the way to solve them. In addition, the author also provides an understanding of the economic review of the laws put forward by the ministers and the solutions that must be faced by the garment industry.

KKN MBKM Thematic is a community service activity formed by universities. This activity was carried out by students with the theme of entrepreneurship in Nglebak Village. The aim of this project is to provide wider opportunities for communities to develop their businesses in a more contemporary, efficient and inclusive manner. In addition, this project aims to increase students' knowledge and integrate it into the environment. This is to identify and solve problems faced by the 06 KKN-T MBKM group, such as creating digital marketing through Instagram social media which contains content about furniture products in an attractive appearance so that they are more easily recognized in the eyes of the wider community. To realize the development of the furniture business in this community service activity, group 06 KKN-T MBKM carried it out using detailed and gradual implementation methods starting from surveys, observations, and Focus Group Discussions (FGD). The steps taken to help digital marketing for MSMEs Furniture are starting with creating a business name, creating a product logo, creating an e-commerce account, and creating a social media account.

Business identity is an important component for business progress. Many micro MSME actors underestimate the existence of a business identity. The existence of a business identity, indirectly the customer's business has a characteristic or differentiator with similar competitors' business products. In addition, having a business identity can indirectly promote and introduce products widely more quickly. During this assistance, micro, small and medium businesses are given knowledge about the importance of business identity and how to have a good and attractive business identity. This mentoring activity lasts for about 4 months and aims to develop micro businesses so that they can progress and develop. This activity was carried out in Jorong Uba, Tilatang Kamang District, the participants consisted of 2 people and 1 mentor who was experienced in their field. Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Klampok City, in running their business, handle problems related to almost all assets, both raw materials, finance, advertising, work, innovation and also the views of the management. The data checking procedure used is a separate inspection method because the information obtained is subjective, namely by distributing opinion polls using a real scale. The factor that creates this problem is largely due to the low level of training and education in business that business entertainment executives have. Most financial experts feel that they have sufficient business knowledge and skills, so they are not too eager to add their business information, especially if they need to pay cash to get this information. The problem of capital is a well-known one that almost all types of businesses face. The problems of MSMEs in Klampok District inspired researchers to develop solutions starting from NIB, product branding with improved packaging and logos or brands, business analysis with business plans, online bookkeeping system assistance, and product digitization with a more modern online marketing system. way to increase sales.

This research analyzes the role of family support, creativity, and internal motivation in increasing business success for women entrepreneurs in Surakarta City. Respondents were 100 women entrepreneurs in Surakarta City from various types of businesses. The instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis with multiple regression. Research results: family support, creativity, and internal motivation significantly increase business success. This study uses a financial ratio approach to examine the financial performance of Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that uses financial data from businesses for two years between 2021 and 2022. Liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios are all included in the financial ratio method. Based on the research results, it can be interpreted that the financial performance of Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk has decreased during the study period. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to improve financial performance by implementing effective and efficient business strategies and good risk management. In addition, the company also needs to improve operational performance and efficiency in the use of assets to develop the business in a sustainable manner in the future.

In rural areas, there are fewer and fewer native chicken (non-breed or free-range) businesses run by household units. In other words, even though other households no longer raise free-range chickens, there are still households that do. When they have free-range chickens, they have the potential to earn more money than many other households. Furthermore, according to febroni (kompas.com), the native chicken livestock business has become one of the most promising in recent years. Year after year, the demand for chicken meat grows because there are more and more restaurants and street stalls selling native chicken menus. This phenomenon is worth researching in order to gain scientific knowledge about various aspects, especially the economic aspects of their income and social analysis in social life. The stretching of Indonesia's economic growth after Covid 19 shows conditions that are increasing, this can be seen from the business activities that have started to be carried out for people in villages and urban areas. This opportunity for the people of Rejoso village, Nganjuk Regency, is an opportunity that is very exploited so that traded products are able to penetrate big cities in East Java. The purpose of this study is to analyze the ability of businesses to create financial performance and to analyze the factors that influence the achievement of financial performance. This type of research is a quantitative research using primary data for the July 2022 period and distributing questionnaires to 110 MSMEs. The data source is from the Nganjuk Regency Cooperative and MSME Office. The analysis of this study uses the financial performance index and SEM PLS. The results show that managerial ability and innovation in achieving good financial performance have been achieved with an index of 96.91. These results are in line with the test results where the statistical T values ​​and P values ​​are in areas that are significant.

Provision of good working hours in accordance with standards must be maintained by businesses to fulfill all their goals, including the Indonesian manufacturing industry. The manufacturing industry in Indonesia must prioritize work standards, because these factors greatly affect a company's ability to achieve its goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of working hours and overtime on resource management with industrial relations, to analyze working hours to attract employees and to analyze the calculation of employee wages. The author uses a qualitative descriptive method in this study. The result of this research is that everyone involved in industrial relations must understand the rules of the game and other regulations that apply in Indonesia. In terms of working hours or overtime policies, developing the quality of human resources, absenteeism and leave policies, and salary increases that are in accordance with industry standards, can improve employee welfare and productivity and maintain competitiveness in a company.

Career management is an ongoing series of activities that must be prepared, developed, implemented and monitored by employees or Organizational involvement. The key to creating professional HR lies in recruiting, selecting, training, and developing employees. Therefore, in this study the authors wanted to examine HR analysis related to recruitment and career management. The type of research used by the author is qualitative research, which is carried out based on scientific objects. In this study, the data collected is secondary data. The researcher uses the Observation method, which is the act of analyzing, keeping detailed records of the observable changes that occur in the subjects studied. The author finds that HR Analytics can be used to make a significant difference in business, particularly in the manufacturing sector. These procedures can help businesses grow by reducing the impact of human fatigue on all aspects of business operations and enabling more effective data-driven decision-making.

In the digital era, people are expected to master and use technology. This also applies to micro, small and medium enterprises. MSMEs must be able to make good bookkeeping both manually and digitally. Digital accounting can be managed with the Bukukas application on a smartphone. The advantage of this application is that it makes recording easy, economical, easy to increase capacity, quality and reporting expertise. Application-based financing so that MSME players can use the BukuKas application independently. This mission was carried out in Kedungdalem Village MSMEs by presenting around 20 people from various types of MSMEs such as flower sales, chips and snacks businesses. The obstacles that are often faced by MSMEs are that there is no record of bookkeeping and financial transactions and some are still recording manually as well. In addition, there are still difficulties in determining profits and inventory levels. Therefore, providing training on how to use the BukuKas application can help them record financial transactions and market their products.
