This research is entitled "Administrative Implementation in Providing Academic Services at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang". This study aims to determine the implementation of administration in providing academic services and the supporting and inhibiting factors of administrative implementation in providing academic services at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. This type of research approach is descriptive qualitative. The techniques used in data analysis are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. To test the validity of the research data using technical triangulation and source triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of administration in providing academic services at SMP Negeri 24 Palembang has three areas, namely: 1) Implementation of student administration activities carried out by administration in archiving student data documents are still not neatly arranged due to insufficient storage space and administrative space small businesses that are only partitioned off to the teacher's room which causes the implementation of student administration to not be optimal. 2) The administrative implementation of the curriculum activities carried out by the administration is running quite well, starting from administering the completeness of the curriculum, inputting the list of student grades, dividing teacher assignments, as well as fostering the preparation of lesson plans and syllabi. 3) The administrative implementation of academic personnel has been going well starting from the preparation of school personnel for the management of academic services, sending employees to take part in training for human resource development and coordinating to maintain harmony, balance and determination in carrying out employee duties. The supporting factors are personnel and methods. The inhibiting factors are the lack of other supporting facilities and infrastructure such as document storage cabinets, administrative rooms which are only separated from the teacher's room and from sources of funds that are less profitable in supporting academic service activities.

The community service carried out in Pelutan village aims to train participants to have the knowledge and information to do troubleshooting or detect motorbike damage. To achieve this goal, training was carried out using the counseling method by delivering material on troubleshooting and how to handle motorcycle damage. The activity was attended by 18 participants. Methods of implementing activities include: preparation, implementation, and reflection. Preparation is carried out by analyzing the problems and needs of the training participants. The implementation of the activity is carried out using the lecture method (question and answer) followed by a reflection stage. The end result of the community service activity is that participants can troubleshoot motorcycle damage and know how to handle it. The results of the analysis of the activity reflection questionnaire are as follows: 1) Understanding of troubleshooting material scores 92 %; 2) The benefits of the activity material presented with a score of 90%; 3) The level of pleasure or satisfaction of participants in the activity gets a score of 80%. Based on the reflection data of community service activities, it was concluded that the implementation of community service received a good response, hoping for further follow-up.

This article aims to find out the implementation of the Rabbani method in improving the memory of students in memorizing the Qur'an at the Tahfidz Al Qur'an Islamic Boarding School Al Madinah Banjarnegara. This research is a qualitative descriptive approach, where data is obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. The main subjects of the research include the kiai and ustadz who support tahfidz Al-Qur'an, analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of the study show: that the implementation of the Rabbani method at the Al Madinah Islamic boarding school is very suitable for students because it has the advantage of not only memorizing the verses of the Al-Qur'an, but being able to know the location of the number and position of the memorized verse. Implementation of more specific research on knowing the location of the memorized verse numbers and positions, further research is needed. Research contributes to Islamic education, especially the strategy of memorizing the Qur'an.

The purpose of this study is to explore the opinions of classical and contemporary scholars about Makassid Sharia theory and to demonstrate the implementation in Islamic economics and Islamic psychology. Data sources for this study are books on Makassid's Sharia theory, Islamic economics and Islamic psychology written by classical and contemporary scholars. Data collection was conducted by careful reference surveys related to Makassid's Sharia theory and its practice in Islamic economics and Islamic psychology. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive and qualitative. The impact of this research makes the control of the Islamic economic system better. In this study, the application of Makassid Sharia in Islamic economics is found next in its five main purposes. Another purpose of this study is to determine the planning, organizing, implementing, and controlling community empowerment programs in Indonesia. Thus, the result to be achieved is to obtain a complete picture and explanation of how the governance of collecting and utilizing alms properly for the development of productive businesses.   Keywords: : Implementation, Economy, Growth, People

Sleep quality is a state lived by an individual to produce freshness and fitness after waking up. If a person's sleep quality is poor it will cause a decrease in the body's immune system and Hb levels which causes the individual to feel easily tired, sleepy and susceptible to disease. Adolescents are identified as a population at high risk of experiencing sleep problems which disrupt sleep quality. Accumulated work and lifestyle are one of the factors causing poor sleep patterns in adolescents which makes it easier for them to experience sleep disturbances. Adolescents with high risk certainly need adequate knowledge regarding the importance of maintaining quality sleep related to the body's immune system and Hb levels. Increased knowledge and examination can be carried out by laboratory personnel with health counseling and laboratory tests. The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge of adolescents to maintain good quality sleep so that Hb levels and body immunity are maintained. This community service implementation method consists of three stages, namely the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. At the implementation stage, an examination of Hb levels and counting the number of types of leukocytes was carried out as well as education related to the effect of sleep quality on Hb levels and the body's immune system. As a result of community service, adolescents have obtained health status through laboratory tests and good knowledge about the effect of sleep quality on Hb levels and body immunity.

Restorative justice or better known as restorative justice in the development of schools of law and punishment in human civilization, where the state returns the ius ponale and ius poniendi mandates to the community within the framework of healing, recovery and recovery. Restorative justice is a concept of thinking that responds to the development of the criminal justice system by focusing on the need to involve actors, communities and victims as a social recovery step in social relations. The principle of restorative justice is one of the principles of law enforcement in resolving cases which can be used as an instrument of recovery and has been implemented by the supreme court in the form of policy implementation (Supreme Court Regulations and Supreme Court Circulars). Restorative justice is considered a model of modern punishment that is more humane than the retributive justice used in the current justice system. One of the applications of this is the termination of the prosecution process by the prosecutor.

This research was motivated by the low learning outcomes of class IV UPTD SDN Banyuajuh 5 students in Social Science content. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of applying the recitation method on student learning outcomes. The type of data in this study is quantitative data, namely data on the results of student work obtained from the initial test and the final test of the actions of each cycle. This study uses a class action research approach (CAR) with the implementation cycle of cycle I and cycle II. The results of the study concluded that the completeness of student learning outcomes before the action only reached 2 students (9.09%) complete, while 20 students (90.91%) did not complete. Then after the action cycle I experienced an increase to 6 students (31.82%) completed and 16 students (68.18%) did not complete. In the action in cycle II, student completeness exceeded 80%, namely with 81.82% completeness with 18 students reaching the KKM that had been set, namely 73.

Elderly prisoners are classified as a special vulnerable group because at that age they have decreased immunity and physical weakness so special treatment is needed. Correctional Institution must be able to fulfill the rights of elderly prisoners while they are serving their sentences. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of guidance for elderly prisoners and the obstacles faced by the Surabaya Class 1 Correctional Institution. The type of this study is empirical legal research. The results showed that the guidance for elderly prisoners at the Surabaya Class 1 Correctional Institution has not been running optimally.. This is due to budget constraints from the government, lack of human resources, insufficient infrastructure, the covid-19 pandemic, lack of support from the families of prisoners, and the difficulties of marketing the work products of prisoners. But with these obstacles, various kinds of efforts can be made to handle the problem

Electronic transactions involving Notaries can be seen in the elucidation section of Article 15 paragraph (3) of Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning the Position of Notary, Notaries have the authority to certify transactions conducted electronically. Cyber Notary has the main function of certifying and authenticating electronic transaction activities. Cyber notary is the concept of utilizing technological developments used by Notaries in carrying out their duties and authorities, such as document digitization, electronic signing of deeds etc. Even though it is stated in the Elucidation of the Notary Office Law, there is still confusion in meaning, a question arises that needs to be studied from this problem, namely how the implementation of electronic transaction certification is carried out by a Notary.    

Society demands public sector organizations to be able to manage public services and provide them in an accountable, participative and transparent manner. SAKTI or Institutional Level Financial Application System is an application that is used as a means of work units in supporting the implementation of SPAN to carry out financial management which includes the planning stages to budget accountability. The purpose of this research is to observe how SAKTI works and to analyze the system, with the implications of whether it provides convenience in the performance of work units of government agencies. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and the method for collecting data used is direct observation with field research and library research, and the information will be filtered through descriptive analysis methods. The research results that have been achieved are that SAKTI is a new effectiveness. The advantage of using SAKTI is that it has an open platform, so it can be accessed anywhere and anytime, and provides efficient integration. Weaknesses in the use of SAKTI is the user's understanding in technical operations, so it requires sufficient training and another deficiency is the internal control of the organization. The conclusion of this research is that in the era of technology that pressures society for optimal and in-depth digital understanding. Suggestions by the author are to integrate a digital concept in the work system of the work unit, more understanding is needed so that it does not become an obstacle.

Child-worthy cities are the first terms introduced by the ministry of women's empowerment state in 2005 through a suitable city policy for children. In policy, it explains that the kla is the district/city government's effort to accelerate the implementation of the convention on the rights of the child (CRC) from legal frameworks in definitions, development and interventions, such as appropriate policies, institutions, and programs for children. On the kla administration, the kampar district also involves local government agencies and communities. The study USES qualitative methods, the data-gathering techniques used in this research interviews, observation, and documentation. As for the subject of the informant, who has been selected using this type of information, the research of 11 informals. that is, the kasubag child protection, the children's forum, the kampar children's ambassador, 4 parents, 2 school students, 3 teachers.

Human trafficking is an organized crime that violates human rights relating to freedom, security and has the potential to use acts of violence against victims. This research uses empirical juridical research methods by examining a phenomenon that occurs in society associated with the applicable laws. The research was conducted to find out the law enforcement against the crime of trafficking in persons, the obstacles in the implementation of law enforcement, and how the police efforts as law enforcers who act to handle obstacles at the level of investigation and investigation. The results showed that law enforcement of trafficking in persons was dominated by trafficking in persons with sexual utilization and trafficking in Indonesian migrant workers. Case handling begins with a public report then submitted to the unit handling human trafficking cases for a series of investigations, investigations, and submission of files to the prosecutor's office. There are different methods in handling cases tailored to the needs of cases of trafficking in persons with sexual exploitation or exploitation and migrant workers. Based on the research, it is known that investigators find various obstacles caused by internal factors or the investigation process itself and external factors or from the community. Law enforcement is carried out with the aim of restoring the law itself so that evaluation is needed so that the handling of human trafficking crimes runs effectively.

An education system without functioning education management or management is unlikely to be able to foster school growth. Management procedures must be implemented systematically and dynamically in the National Education System. The principal as a manager with executive and leadership functions needs to align his internal capabilities in responding to the pressing needs of his environment. Managerial is a process or framework that involves guiding or directing a group of people towards organizational goals or real purposes. For the sake of achieving a successful institution in the realm of education, of course, it is very much determined by the quality of the teacher's performance guided by the Principal. Specifically, this research is intended to explore, analyze and obtain data on planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the managerial implementation of school principals in improving the quality of teacher performance at Masagi Islamic Middle School, Sukabumi Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The research subject is the principal of the school. The results of the research, namely: (1) Planning has been carried out in accordance with applicable guidelines, (2) Organizing is carried out in a balanced manner by prioritizing performance, competence and rank order, (3) Implementation of managerial competencies by seeking effective learning, (4) Evaluation school principals in improving teacher performance by carrying out monitoring and evaluation of each activity that has been carried out, making reports on program implementation and following up on evaluation results. The obstacles faced in efforts to improve teacher performance professionally include the problem of limited human resources in implementing teacher professional capacity building.

Efforts to Increase Child Entrepreneurship in PAUD/TK institutions. Everyone needs to have an entrepreneurial spirit, including children at an early age. Entrepreneurship education is not just about educating prospective entrepreneurs or teaching children how to make money from an early age, but also about growing and developing the character that already exists in children. The purpose of this study was to: find out whether there are changes in children's habits and attitudes after doing fun activities in farming and increasing entrepreneurial spirit from an early age. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by collecting and analyzing journals related to the word key. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that the importance of planting and increasing understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship from an early age starting from early childhood education, this implementation needs examples in the form of activities carried out by playing to provide a good understanding of students. Another problem, students are less motivated to look for reference materials related to the material provided. Based on the analysis of learning tools, the entrepreneurship material being taught is still not sustainable so that the expected competencies are not clear. In addition, learning activities are still centered on the teacher. The results of the analysis of reference books to see the contents of the material, especially the main economic activity material. Instilling an entrepreneurial spirit from an early age makes children have a strong business spirit, sense of responsibility and independence. Character Education, especially at the Elementary School level, in entrepreneurship learning has a big challenge to be able to provide enlightenment to students through the learning process about the need for entrepreneurial behavior that is not only self-interest oriented, but economic behavior that must also be oriented to the interests of the people, through learning. entrepreneurship. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that Entrepreneurship character education at the Elementary School level applies habituation and cultivation of several entrepreneurial values, namely the value of honesty, Discipline Value, Independent Value, Leadership Value, Creative Value. several models of entrepreneurship learning, namely market day which is routinely carried out by schools. There are 2 main activities carried out by the school in one year, the first is holding a book exhibition bazaar, and a culinary exhibition bazaar by grade 6 students at the end of each semester. Marketday is in the form of a book fair, usually schools cooperate with malls or publishers.

The example of Moses' leadership has become a reflection of contemporary Christian leadership, especially for organizational leadership. Today, some organizational leaderships are trapped in unhealthy leadership which results in unwanted events, one example being corruption, running away from calls, being less responsible, and being more concerned with personal needs. Avoiding events like this, today's organizational leadership wants to have complete self-integrity, missionary, obedient to God, responsible, loyal, and prioritizes the needs of others in leading the organization. The method used by the author in writing this article is a qualitative method, namely by literature research (approach). The conclusion from the author about the significance of Moses' example and implementation for today's organizational leadership is that Moses' example is indispensable for today's organizational leadership in carrying out their duties and responsibilities as leaders and servants of God's sheep.

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of Business Centers in Vocational High Schools (2) the effectiveness of the role of Business Centers as entrepreneurship learning units in Vocational High Schools, (3) Empowerment of Business Centers as a means of fostering entrepreneurial characteristics in students. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that the Management of Vocational High School Business Centers has an average of 3 sections. The first part is the photocopy room, used for the practical activities of students majoring in Office Administration and Sharia Banking, the second part is the production room, used for the practical activities of the marketing department, the third is the entrepreneurship room, used for students majoring in Marketing, but students majoring in Office Administration, Accounting, Banking Syariah is also actively involved in the management of the Business Center in the entrepreneurship space. (2) The role of the Business Center as an entrepreneurship learning unit in Vocational High Schools is very good as can be seen from the increasing enthusiasm of students in participating in entrepreneurship learning, with the Business Center students have a place to practice entrepreneurship theory that has been taught by the teacher. In addition, students become tenacious, creative and active in doing entrepreneurial assignments given by the teacher. (3) Empowerment of the Business Center as a means of cultivating entrepreneurial characteristics for students has gone well, it can be seen from some students, most of the students have been able to read business opportunities, and can manage sales finances. Thus it can foster the characteristics of an entrepreneurial spirit in students.

PKM activities were held in Ngaduman Hamlet, Kel. Title, Kec. Getasan, Semarang Regency. This activity involves several stakeholders. The implementation of HR Training activities in Improving the Economy in Ngaduman Hamlet is carried out in four stages, namely the socialization and preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. In the first stage, internal coordination was carried out by the activity implementing team as well as external coordination involving activity partners. The implementation stage was a coordination process through FGDs in Ngaduman Hamlet which were present and several communities and also the relevant government, Field Practice Stage through direct field observation, Last stage in the form of activity evaluation, namely technical evaluation and evaluation through direct discussions with several parties to reach conclusions
