The education was conducted through interactive lectures and question-and-answer sessions at the Desa Kampung Baru Community Hall. The educational material included the benefits of blood donation for both recipients and donors, the blood donation procedure, and the requirements to become a donor. The study results showed an increase in community participation in blood donation activities after the education was conducted. More residents of Desa Kampung Baru now understand the benefits of blood donation in saving lives, reducing the risk of heart disease, and renewing red blood cells in the body. Nonetheless, further monitoring and evaluation efforts are needed to ensure the sustainability of participation in blood donation in the future. This study significantly contributes to increasing public awareness of the importance of blood donation and ensuring the availability of blood supplies to support overall public health.

In our nation, stunting remains a serious health issue that has to be addressed. According to WHO data from 2020, Indonesia has the second-highest rate of stunted children under five in Southeast Asia, with a rate of 31.8%. The Community Midwifery Care Intervention Practice seeks to reduce stunting by educating and raising public knowledge of the use of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) as an intervention. With a sample size of thirty, this study employed the lecture technique with booklets and posters. Respondents completed questionnaires that were distributed as part of the data collection process. According to the research findings, there was a significant influence on promoting clean and healthy living behavior (PHBS) as an intervention to prevent stunting, as evidenced by the pretest value which showed that the greatest number of people with poor knowledge was 21 (70.0%), and the posttest results indicated that the greatest number of people with good knowledge was 27 (90.0%). The t value for this effect was 4.835. To sum up, there is an impact on raising awareness of Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) as a stunting prevention strategy.

Waste management in Ciburial Village, Cimenyan District, Bandung Regency still faces various challenges. Waste produced by households is usually processed individually, such as burning or landfilling it with soil. However, this method is still not effective because urban communities have limited space. Other waste management is on a paid basis, where the rubbish will be picked up by the rubbishman at each house and will end up in the final disposal site. The mass use of non-degradable and uncontrolled items, as well as deficiencies in waste processing and management, have negative implications for health and the environment. Efficient and environmentally friendly waste management is an urgent problem, and we are making every effort to bring this problem to light. Efficient and environmentally friendly waste management is an urgent need, and we are making every effort to bring attention to this problem. We want to spread our efforts and bring attention to the need for sustainable waste management by visiting every community in RT 1, RT 2, and RT 3. This qualitative descriptive research aims to detect, characterize, and explain PSAT in Ciburial Village. , Cimenyan District, Bandung Regency. Environmentally conscious volunteers and authorities from the Ciburial Community Group, Cimenyan District, Bandung Regency and other local organizations took part in this research. Apart from living in Ciburial Village, they are also active in the integrated waste management program. The findings from this research highlight the potential of integrated waste management initiatives to educate the general public about the importance of responsible waste disposal. More and more people are realizing that sustainable waste management and sorting waste for reprocessing based on type is very important. Organic waste will later be collected and reprocessed into compost, while dry waste will end up in final disposal sites.

Smoking has become a habit and is a public health problem throughout the world, especially among teenagers. Smoking in adolescence can interfere with fitness, one of the effects experienced is a decrease in cardiovascular endurance. The aim of this study was to determine the level of cardiovascular endurance of male extracurricular sports students who were smokers and non-smokers at SMAN 1 Parang. The design of this research is comparative research. The techniques used to collect data are filling out questionnaires and VO2Max tests. The subjects used in the research were 22 boys' extracurricular sports students at SMAN 1 Parang, divided into 10 futsal extracurriculars and 12 volleyball extracurriculars. The instrument used is the Multistage Fitness Test (MFT). Then, the data analysis technique used is to carry out data prerequisite tests (normality test and data homogeneity test) and hypothesis test (Independent t-test) and in analyzing the data from this research using SPSS version 26 software. Based on the research results and data analysis there are differences The VO2Max level which can be seen from the average value is 33.9 for smoking students and 42.1 for non-smoking students. So it can be concluded that the VO2Max level of non-smoking extracurricular sports students is better than smokers' extracurricular sports students. So it can be said that each student has a different VO2Max level.

Gout is caused by several things, one of which is the consumption of foods high in purine, choosing the right food menu for all foods consumed is an obligation... apart from this, there are various other factors that can increase the risk of this disease, namely increasing age and male gender, family health history, obesity, consumption of certain medications, certain medical conditions, unhealthy lifestyles and injuries due to surgery. The low priority given by health services to non-communicable diseases and inadequate public knowledge. Gout is a public health problem in Indonesia and is still not fully addressed. Knowledge and assistance regarding the right food to consume is a solution in overcoming this problem. For this reason, the authors in this study developed an expert system as a reference for gout risk to improve healthy lifestyle patterns. This system was developed with 2 benefits, namely getting recommendations and monitoring uric acid levels. As a result of the tests carried out, it is known that from a health practitioner's point of view, the system developed is suitable for use to accompany prevention and monitoring activities for gout sufferers and the information regarding the patient's dietary history presented by the system can be used as evaluation material during control. Users strongly agree with the system created due to lack of knowledge and lack of control in consuming foods that cause gout.

This study proposes an approach for human fall classification utilizing a combination of Weighted Moving Average (WMA) and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) on the SisFall dataset. Falls among elderly individuals pose a significant public health concern, necessitating effective automated detection systems for timely intervention and assistance. The SisFall dataset, comprising accelerometer data collected during simulated falls and activities of daily living, serves as the basis for training and evaluating the proposed classification system. The proposed method begins by preprocessing accelerometer data using a WMA technique to enhance signal quality and reduce noise. Subsequently, the preprocessed data are fed into a CNN architecture optimized for feature extraction and fall classification. The CNN leverages its ability to automatically learn discriminative features from raw sensor data, enabling robust and accurate classification of fall and non-fall events. Experimental results demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed approach in accurately distinguishing between fall and non-fall activities, achieving high classification performance metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. Comparative analysis with existing methods showcases the WMA-CNN hybrid approach's superiority in classification accuracy and robustness. Overall, the proposed methodology presents a promising framework for real-time human fall classification using sensor data, offering potential applications in wearable devices, ambient assisted living systems, and healthcare monitoring technologies to enhance safety and well-being among elderly individuals.
