COVID-19 containment apps have raised a new hope in dealing with COVID-19 in various countries.  Automatic contact tracing capabilities combined with various other transmission prevention functions have yielded favorable outcomes in controlling outbreaks.  Although its nature seems promising, the use of this type of application also saves the potential for human rights violations.  The risk is related to the increasingly widespread functionality of the application, the restrictions of personal freedom, the potential breach of privacy, and the possibility of marginalizing people who cannot access the application.  This paper describes how this application works in general, how it can affect respect for human rights, and then analyzes incidents that have the potential to violate human rights related to the use of the application to further provide some potential solutions on how the application can still be utilized with a minimum threat to  individual rights.

Tuban Village is one of the villages in Badung Regency that has the potential of coastal areas that are utilized by the community for various purposes. The high utilization of coastal areas has led to the conversion of mangrove land for various purposes, resulting in damage in the form of abrasion in several places, pollution due to industrial activities, households and aquaculture activities. Therefore, mangrove forest rehabilitation program is considered as one of the important recommendations in order to restore the condition of mangrove ecosystem in this region. The training consisted of a group of Nature Lovers Students (Mapala) which included the provision of training and socialization in the field on the introduction of mangrove tree species and characteristics and mangrove tree planting techniques in theory and application of the theory that has been obtained in the form of collecting and processing mangrove trees to be used as seeds and planting practices. The results of the training showed that all participants understood the material presented. This can be seen from the way participants apply the theory obtained by direct practice in the field.

This research investigates the interplay between tax compliance and various factors including tax incentives, tax justice, profitability, and ethical leadership. The study aims to discern the nuanced relationships among these variables in the context of compliance behavior. Employing a qualitative research design, semi-structured interviews are conducted with key stakeholders from diverse organizational settings. Sampling techniques involve purposive sampling to ensure representation across sectors and organizational sizes. Data analysis utilizes thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns and themes emerging from the interviews. Preliminary findings suggest complex interactions between tax incentives, perceptions of justice, financial performance, and leadership ethics, shedding light on the multifaceted nature of tax compliance determinants. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of factors influencing tax compliance behaviors and informs policy and organizational strategies aimed at enhancing tax compliance.

Basically, the ingredients for forming concrete consist of cement, water, and aggregate, namely fine aggregate and coarse aggregate. The aggregates commonly used are natural aggregates, namely sand as fine aggregate and gravel or crushed stone as coarse aggregate. Sand as fine aggregate is obtained from mining processes in nature, especially in Indragiri Hulu district, sand mining occurs almost along the Indragiri river. Rock ash is generally dark in color (blackish gray), and consists of fairly coarse grains. When compared to sand, rock ash has a cheaper price. The method used in this study is the experimental method, namely research that aims to investigate causal relationships between one another and compare the results so as to make an innovation. The results of the tests that have been carried out by the author on variations in the addition of stone ash to the concrete mixture for fine aggregate with variations of 25%, 50% and 75%. The results of laboratory tests in this study found that the optimum percentage of rock ash as a substitute for sand was a variation of 50% rock ash with a compressive strength of 28 days of 19.60 Mpa. Rock ash on 50% test specimen can be used as a substitute for sand because in terms of compressive strength with the quality provisions K-225 meets the requirements with a value of 19.60 MPa.    

This study examines government policies during the COVID-19 pandemic in terms of health law. Health law is one of the laws reviewed in the COVID-19 pandemic. In handling the COVID-19 pandemic, the Government has issued several legal products such as Government Regulations that also implement the PSBB and Physical Distancing policies, but these policies are not effective in breaking the chain of COVID-19 spread, as seen the number of COVID-19 cases in Indonesia on January 28, 2021, has reached through 1 million cases, the highest in Southeast Asia. This type of research is a normative juridical research that is descriptive in nature by providing solutions to the handling of COVID-19 in Indonesia. This study concludes that the legal politics taken by the government (PSBB and physical distancing) in handling COVID-19 have not maximally protected the right to health of the Indonesian people as mandated by the constitution Article 28H paragraph (1) and Article 34 paragraph (2) and (3) of the 1945 Constitution. The government should implement a partial lockdown policy as China's success in carrying out a partial lockdown in Wuhan. With a partial lockdown in Jakarta Province as the epicenter of the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia, the virus will not spread to other provinces.

This study aims to determine the challenges and opportunities of tourism in Singakawang, West Kalimantan. The method used in this research is using descriptive qualitative. Furthermore, the problem formulations used in this study include (i) How is the tourism sector in Singkawang; (ii) What are the advantages of the tourism sector in Singkawang; (iii) How to improve the tourism sector in Singkawang? Furthermore, the results of this study found that Singkawang has excellent tourism potential both from the aspect of tourist attractions, nature tourism, culinary tourism and besides that tourism in Singkawang must also be supported by various elements which include (i) Accommodation, (ii) Transportation, (iii) Transportation, (iv) Attractions and landmarks, (v) Tourist Information Centers, (vi) Restaurants and Eateries, (vii) Shopping Facilities, (viii) Recreation and Entertainment, (ix) Infrastructure for Safety and Security, (x) Universal Accessibility. Therefore, the implication of this research is to know the condition of tourism in Singkawang and the advantages of its tourism sector, as well as to know the supporting factors that can improve the tourism sector in Singkawang. In addition, the novelty of this research is related to the tourism sector in Singkawang whose information is still limited.

The type of research used by the authors uses the type of empirical normative legal research. With library and field research data collection techniques. Problems that arise in the use of legal guarantees for precarious workers/laborers are the factors contained in the components of labor instructions, the labor economy as a result of not partnering with trade unions, and based on variables from employers/companies that have not been maximized in implementing legal security in understanding of the labor inspection in force in Indonesia and elements from the government's point of view that are lacking in providing outreach, supervision and firm action against companies that are naughty in running their business which can harm casual daily workers.

Motivation is an inner or psychological process that occurs in a person who is strongly influenced by several factors, namely internal factors and external factors. This research focuses on the goals of Islamic education on the fighting power of the U-22 Indonesian football national team to win the 2023 SEA Games. This article is the result of findings from a qualitative type of literature research, using the Adversity Quotient theory approach. The data collection is litere in nature, then analyzed inductively. The results showed that the fighting power of the U-22 Indonesian Football National Team to win the 2023 SEA Games contained Islamic education, where a Muslim must cultivate a passionate passion in every soul to be able to achieve the expectations of the world and the hereafter. The existence of tourism in Indonesia is one of the main attractions for tourists to visit Indonesia to enjoy the natural beauty of Indonesia's earth. In Indonesia there are many tourist objects that have high selling power besides Borobudur, there is also the Sibolangit nature tourism in, North Sumatra, which is also the focus of the study being studied by researchers. Efforts to build tourism are certainly not only the duty and responsibility of the government, but local governments, village governments, local communities and youth youth organizations must have a high sense of concern and empathy for the existence and development of tourism above. The results in this study indicate that the existence of youth has a very strategic role in the progress or not of a tourist attraction, because youth plays a role in terms of marketing with their abilities and skills in using social media so that the existence of tourist objects becomes increasingly known by many people, especially foreign tourists. The two youths can also be a bastion of security and comfort for visitors and thirdly the involvement of youth in building and developing tourism is also a positive value from an economic perspective which leads to the welfare of the surrounding community. So in a simple conclusion, youth must be involved and involved in the development and construction of tourist objects, especially in Sibolangit tourism in Deli Serdang, North Sumatra.

Indonesia is a constitutional state, in which every behavior of the Indonesian people must be based on the laws set by the government. In addition, of course, as an Indonesian citizen, he must know his status in this country. Because basically every Indonesian citizen has the same right to obtain guarantees and legal certainty in every action. After knowing the importance of citizenship, of course, what is no less important is knowing immigration law. Because citizenship law and immigration law have an interrelated relationship in the legal system in Indonesia. The purpose of the research that the authors conducted was to find out the nature of citizenship and immigration in the Indonesian legal system. The research method used is the library method, in which researchers use sources from various books, journals and other sources of literature.  

Radio monitoring is a way of regulating the use of radio frequency spectrum by broadcasting media in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia, this is regulated by the Directorate of Resources and Equipment of Post and Technology Data (Ditjen SDPPI) which is responsible for carrying out the functions of regulating, supervising and controlling the frequency spectrum using radio monitoring to monitor, observe, and control the use of frequency spectrum by broadcasting media in the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to find out how the implementation of Class 1 Medan's Class 1 Radio Frequency Spectrum Monitoring Center in an effort to regulate radio services. This research is a qualitative research that is descriptive in nature, namely describing and explaining the problem according to the facts in the field.

In this study, this type of research is descriptive qualitative research, that is, the data collected is in the form of words, pictures, not numbers. The purpose of descriptive research is to make a systematic, factual, and accurate description of the facts and nature of a particular population or area. The results in this study can be concluded that Religion must be a social glue, which plays a role in bridging tensions, maintaining the survival of society when faced with life challenges. In this case, religion plays a role in uniting members of society in the midst of existing plurality. Religion should promote a high sense of tolerance and love, not excessive fanaticism that thinks what we have is good and what else is bad.

The study examines Keraton Ismahayana Landak as a national cultural heritage reflecting the glory of the Landak Kingdom in the past. Located in Desa Raja, near Ngabang city, the palace captivates with its beauty and artistic richness. A holistic approach was used for data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation to reveal the aesthetic value of the palace, including its physical aspects and decorative motifs. The unique architectural form and traditional Malay motifs portray the richness of nature, artist creativity, and ancestral wisdom. Keraton Ismahayana Landak stands as a silent witness to past civilizations and local wisdom, emphasizing the importance of preserving Indonesia's cultural heritage and art

Poetry is part of the literary work taught to students in elementary school or madrasah ibtidaiyah, namely the ability to write and read poetry. Therefore, in order for students to have this ability, it is necessary to have the suitability and accuracy of strengthening the knowledge and abilities possessed by the teacher when poetry is taught. Writing poetry is directed at aspects of comprehension and at linguistic ability and suitability in implementing elements in poetry. Similarly, reading poetry leads to the ability to speak the written language of poetry by involving imagination, intonation, pronunciation, emphasis, and tone. The community service activity aims to provide poetry writing training for students at MI Muhammadiyah Dukuhturi Bumiayu. Service activities are carried out by the method of lectures, discussions, demonstrations, assignments, and mentoring. The steps of community service activities include the preparation stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. At the stage of implementing the service, it is carried out with 5 stages, namely (1) observation, (2) preparation of training and mentoring, (3) socialization of activities, (4) training and assistance in poetry writing training, and (5) evaluation. At the implementation stage, the implementation of student service activities is carried out in accordance with the activity schedule. The evaluation stage can be used as a benchmark for 85% success indicators and the implementation of activities. Based on the results of dedication, it is known that all students have high motivation and are able to write poems in accordance with intrinsic and extrinsic elements with the chosen poetry theme related to nature.

The urgency of the head of the family as a priest in the household is the most basic and essential thing that must be understood by a father figure. Nowadays, there are not a few heads of families who do not understand the nature of themselves as priests in their household. The result is that many families lose their way because they have not experienced good spiritual maturity. For this reason, the head of the family is expected to be a true priest in his family. Of the many, one that must be fulfilled by the head of the family to fulfill his responsibility is to guide his family members to become children of God and live like Christ. This study uses a qualitative method with a library approach. The purpose of this research is to examine case studies with a literature approach while at the same time finding solutions as a form of thought offering.
