In the current era, people who own land containing trees and plants have been used as buildings for business and personal interests, increasing population has resulted in increased housing needs, the use of open space for public entertainment has decreased due to the activities of people who are busy working to make ends meet. and the lack of public interest in making the environment more beautiful and sustainable. Even though the existence of a garden in a large building greatly influences the atmosphere in the environment around the building. Apart from that, one of the reasons is the lack of interest of the community in creating a beautiful environment because it is quite difficult to find the services of gardeners around where people live. The problem that occurs is that these gardeners are not exposed to all the gardens they build.

Transformational leadership is a leadership approach that focuses on developing and empowering subordinates, with the aim of creating significant change in the organization.  This leadership style involves inspiration, motivation, and positive influence of a leader on subordinates. In the context of state administration, transformational leadership can directly impact the performance of civil servants, including civil servants in the Lamuru sub-district office of Bone Regency. Bone Regency is one of Indonesia’s regions with its own potential and challenges in development. In carrying out its duties, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office as a representative of local government at the sub-district level has a strategic role in organizing various state administration activities, coordinating development programs, and providing public services to the community. To achieve these goals, quality and effective ASN performance is essential.The research method used in this study is a Qualitative Research Method on the Effect of Transformational Leadership on the Performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can be used to gain a deep understanding of the experiences, perceptions, and meanings associated with the phenomenon of leadership and the performance of civil servants in specific contexts.Transformational leadership has a significant influence on the performance of the state civil apparatus (ASN) at the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. Through transformational leadership, a leader is able to inspire, motivate, and influence civil servants to achieve better performance and make maximum contributions in carrying out their duties. This study highlights several important findings related to the influence of transformational leadership on the performance of civil servants in the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency. By paying attention to the influence of this transformational leadership, the Lamuru Subdistrict Office of Bone Regency can improve the performance of civil servants, and quality public services, and strengthen public trust in the local government. Effective implementation of transformational leadership requires organizational support, leader commitment, effective communication, subordinate participation, good team building, and appreciation for achievements.    

A good facility layout will affect the smooth production process. Preliminary observations on CV Renjana Offset are still not good enough to apply because they do not take into account the degree of closeness. This can be seen from the location of the machine and work stations that look far apart and the existence of intersecting material flows resulting in backtracking, such as the printing work station to the coating work station, the material transfer distance is 12.4 m and has to pass through the garden and back of the CV Renjana Offset office with distances that are too long cause the production time to be longer. The method used to design the layout of production facilities at CV Renjana Offset is the Systematic Layout Planning and Blocplan methods. This method was chosen because it is in accordance with the characteristics of the company and can minimize the distance between production stations and no longer intersecting production process flows. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and getting an increase in the efficiency of the initial material handling layout with layout suggestions. The results of the calculation of the total area needed for assistance are 171.5 m². The results of SLP and Blocplan processing are 10 alternative layouts and the Adjacency score, R Score, and Rel-dist score feature values ​​are presented for each layout alternative. Of the 5 alternative layouts produced, there is a layout for the production of yearbook products which is chosen as the best layout because it has an Adjacency Score of 1.00, layout 2 has an R Score of 0.87, and the Rel-dist Score of the second layout has a value of 202. Based on three parameters, The selected layout is layout 2. Calculation of distances using the rectilinear method at each facility for the yearbook product layout is 28.29 m.

Bar bending schedule is a systeem of bending patterns of reinforcement that includes data on diameter, shape, length and number of reinforcement. The purpose of this study is to obtain images of bar bending schedule documents, pile cap foundation iron volumes and find out whether Autodesk Revit software is more efficient and effective than conventional methods. This research uses quantitative methods and the manufacturing process uses the concept of Building Information Modeling (BIM) with autodesk revit software. The results showed that the use of Autodesk Revit software makes it more effective, especially in making bar bending schedule documents, because everything is made automatically. The volume of pile cap iron produced by Autodesk Revit software is 46,878 kg has a difference with the existing (conventional) volume. The volume result of autodesk revit software is less with a difference of 1.29%. This shows that Autodesk Revit software is more efficient in terms of calculating the volume of concrete iron.

This research was motivated by the lack of language skills and social interaction among students with intellectual disabilities. Apart from that, it is to reintroduce traditional games to millennial generation children. This research is classroom action research with two cycles. From the research results, there was an increase in cycle II. With each average percentage, cycle I got a result of 64.70665 and cycle II got a result of 88.15999.    

Online Single Submission (OSS) is an application that functions to make business licenses or business legality online for both micro, medium and large scale businesses. As a form of empowering MSMEs in the Bareng Village, the authors carried out socialization activities regarding the importance of having a business legality or in this case a Business Identification Number (NIB) and also conducted a survey of every MSMEs actor in the Bareng Village. The purpose of this research is to make it easy for business owners to obtain capital assistance in the form of supporting or supporting tools, capital money, and business development funds. Apart from being used as a business identity, NIB ownership is what brings benefits to business owners. This study uses a qualitative method by surveying every MSMEs actor and also using a quantitative method. The results of this study explain that NIB can stimulate MSMEs products so that they have an identity to be recognized by the wider community so that they can prosper MSMEs actors and Become a Legal protector of business that are officil and recognized by the state throught the OSS or Online single submission.

The background of this research is to see teenagers who always use gadgets both in study and at other times. Apart from that, the purpose of this research is to analyze the use of devices among adolescents and see the spiritual growth of adolescents. The results of this study will take teenagers longer to play with gadgets than pray and read the Bible. More teenagers before going to bed find time to turn on the device to open social media and other applications and forget to pray and on time to wake up is the first th ing teenagers do is open the device which makes them forget to pray. The use of gadgets always has an impact on the development of adolescent behavior, because gadgets have a variety of interesting and flexible features and applications so that they can add to the attractiveness of everyone, especially among teenagers. Excessive use of gadgets is more likely to have a negative impact on adolescent behavior including irritability, lazy learning, and even immoral acts. Therefore it is hoped that parents will always supervise the use of gadgets in adolescents, where adolescents must be able to operate gadgets properly and know the benefits of gadgets so that deviant behavior does not occur. The consequence of this research is that parents play a role in helping and guiding their children in dividing their time in playing gadgets and reading and investigating God's word so that the spiritual level of youth can increase. Christian Religious Teachers also have a role in directing teenagers to increase spiritual growth.

The Islamic Investment Gallery is a means of introducing Islamic Capital Market Investment to the world of academia and as a place to study investment and make investment transactions in the Islamic capital market. One of the causes of failure in investing is a lack of understanding in investing. The results of this study indicate that knowledge has a direct effect on interest in investing in the Islamic capital market, knowledge influences technological progress as a mediating variable in interest in investing in the Islamic capital market, technological advances influences interest in investing in the Islamic capital market and knowledge influences interest in investing in Islamic capital markets. Abstract The poem "Sergius Mencari Bacchus" by Norman Erikson Pasaribu which is the object of this research aims to describe things related to (1) the physical and mental structure of the poem "Sergius Mencari Bacchus", (2) aspects of Christian religiosity in the poem "Sergius Mencari Bacchus”. The data collection technique was based on the form of a part of one of the poems in the poetry anthology book "Sergius Mencari Bacchus". The analysis technique used is in the form of analysis and interpretation of the data which is the subject of the study, as well as the emphasis on analyzing the religious values ​​contained therein. The results of the study describe that there are six physical structures and four mental structures that are builders in the poem "Sergius Mencari Bacchus". There is also an explanation regarding each stanza in the poem "Sergius Mencari Bacchus" in relation to the value of Christian religiosity. With the research that has been done, new meanings and understandings have been found regarding the values ​​of Christian religiosity which are very strong in the poem. How can Indonesian society, which is predominantly Muslim, be unable to interpret the poem "Sergius Mencari Bacchus" and its relation to the history that happened to the two figures who are the object of the poem. Teknik pengumpulan data berdasar pada wujud bagian salah satu puisi dalam buku antologi puisi “Sergius Mencari Bacchus”. Teknik analisa yang digunakan berupa analisa dan juga pemaknaan terhadap data yang menjadi subjek kajiannya, serta penekanannya pada analisa nilai religiusitas yang terkandung didalamnya. Hasil penelitian menjabarkan adanya enam struktur fisik serta empat struktur batin pembangun dalam puisi “Sergius Mencari Bacchus”. Terdapat juga penjabaran terkait tiap bait dalam puisi “Sergius Mencari Bacchus” dalam kaitannya dengan nilai religiusitas Kristen. Dengan adanya penelitian yang telah dilakukan ditemukan pemaknaan dan pemahaman baru terkait nilai religiusitas Kristen yang sangat kental dalam puisi tersebut. Bagaimana dalam masyarakat Indonesia yang mayoritas beragama Islam kurang dapat memaknai puisi “Sergius Mencari Bacchus” serta kaitannya dengan sejarah yang terjadi pada dua tokoh yang menjadi objek dari puisi tersebut. Kawin Lari or Kaweng Heka is a marriage carried out by a boy and a girl with the aim of living together. The reason they eloped because their love relationship was not approved by the male's parents. In this study, a qualitative approach was used with an analytic descriptive method, meaning that the data obtained was in the form of words, descriptions, behavior, not in the form of numbers or statistics, but in a qualitative form, which has a richer meaning than just a number or frequency. The research location is located in Wamkana Village, Namrole District, South Buru Regency. So, kaweng heka is really an act that is not in line with the principles of God's Word contained in the Bible and apart from that, this is also an act that is not in accordance with the norms prevailing in society. It will be more beautiful and happier if the marriage is carried out in a good and proper way, so that it does not cause disgrace and also problems in the community and also in the families of both parties or the couple who elopes (Heka). Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that basically eloping (kaweng Heka) that occurred in Wamkana village was for two people who both liked and wanted to get married but were hindered by several factors such as not getting the blessing of their parents. , because the dowry is too expensive, social status and so on. Although in the past there were cases of eloping (kaweng heka) because they violated religious values, this rarely happened, it is different from now, then the loss of religious values ​​and customary norms has become one of the factors in the large number of elopeds occurring because of violating values. religion. The thing that causes heka marriage (elope) is because it has violated religious values, besides that it is also because of the child's rather free association and lack of parental control.

Since its introduction in 2005, podcasts have gained increasing popularity and widespread usage across various sectors. Apart from serving as a form of entertainment that shares the characteristic of proximity, similar to radio, podcasts have also emerged as an educational media, attracting a growing number of enthusiasts. The education sector has recently embraced podcasts as a tool to enhance the development of skills and abilities in podcast creation, ultimately leading to improved workstation productivity. The activities are designed based on the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) for media development. The implementation of these activities includes the introduction and installation of podcasting equipment, as well as providing tutorials on the usage of podcast recording software. Reflecting on the content presented, practical exercises are conducted, wherein students assume the role of operators, while teachers act as podcasters delivering subject-specific material aligned with the subjects they teach.

Product branding is a form of marketing strategy and the identity of a product that can differentiate it from other products. Branding aims to attract consumers with the value offered. Apart from branding, business legality, one of which is NIB also provides a sense of security for consumers to buy products. Most of the business actors in Ngampungan Village do not have a brand and NIB, such as MSMEs Banana Chips owned by Mrs. Khusnul and Jamu owned by Mrs. Jumaidah. Seeing this problem, a solution is provided by assisting in making business legality, making brands, logos and product labels. The method used is interviews with business actors and then analyzes the existing problems. The purpose of these activities is to increase market competitiveness and also expand market share. The output produced by the author provides logo designs and business labels, assists in making Instagram social media, and helps make NIB.

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the highest record holders in this type of sales in Indonesia, both in MSMEs engaged in online media or those that appear physically. In carrying out MSME activities, of course there is a lot that must be observed so that later they can be appropriate, namely with the strategy. Marketing strategy or sales technique is an important role in the business world, especially in today's business competition. Apart from showing the taste and attractive packaging, of course we have to analyze the market so that we can then determine the target and media to use. The importance of marketing management for MSME actors must be emphasized, such as a good marketing strategy, how to determine the target market to determine social media as a promotional tool.

Ibn Khaldun's thoughts on the philosophy of Islamic education reflect his valuable contribution in understanding the role of education in the formation and advancement of civilization. In his famous work, "Muqaddimah," Ibn Khaldun expresses a rich and relevant view of education in the Islamic context. Ibn Khaldun considers education as an important element in the formation of individual character and civilization. For him, Islamic education must include moral, ethical, and spiritual dimensions. Ibnu Khaldun argues that early education has a central role in forming the foundation of social life, and emphasizes the importance of providing good education to children from an early age. Apart from early education, Ibn Khaldun also recognized the importance of formal education in forming educated individuals. He recognized the value of knowledge and expertise in community development, and suggested that educational institutions such as madrasas and universities should provide knowledge that is scientific and skill-based. However, Ibn Khaldun also stressed the importance of experiential education in Islamic thought and understanding. He emphasizes that direct experience in social and political interactions brings a deeper understanding of the dynamics of society. According to him, this experience enables individuals to gain wisdom and contextual understanding which is crucial in understanding and applying Islamic teachings in everyday life. In his thoughts, Ibn Khaldun made education a means to achieve social justice and progress of civilization. He recognized the importance of acquiring knowledge and skills, but also emphasized the need for solid moral and spiritual education. For him, Islamic education must combine religious teachings with scientific understanding and practical experience to create individuals who are committed to the good and benefit of humanity.

This Community Service activity aims to analyze the role of branding in the success of the Rengginang Bu Anik UMKM. The Community Service Activity method used is qualitative, by combining in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and content analysis. The results of Community Service Activities show that branding plays a significant role in building a positive image and reputation for MSMEs and differentiating themselves from competitors. The process of establishing a brand identity, selecting visual elements, logos and packaging that support the brand image, as well as the use of social media and online marketing have a positive impact on the success of MSMEs. Apart from that, an effective communication strategy and the influence of branding on increasing sales and business growth also proved important in the context of Rengginang Bu Anik. However, this Community Service Activity also identified several obstacles faced by MSMEs in implementing branding strategies, such as limited resources and a lack of understanding of the importance of branding. Therefore, solutions and recommendations are provided to overcome these challenges and take advantage of opportunities in developing MSME brands. This Community Service activity provides in-depth insight into the role of branding in the success of MSMEs and can provide practical guidance for other MSMEs in developing their brand.

In the Blitar city there are several MSMEs farming ornamental fish, one of them is Mbah Bendo Koi Farm which is located on Jl. Kapuas No. 92, Kel. Bendo, Kec. Kepanjenkidul. Based on the results of observations and interviews, the obstacles faced by this MSMEs are the lack of business identity branding such as logos that look monotonous, unattractive, and old school. From these obstacles, group 23 helped rebrand Mbah Bendo Koi Farm's logo, apart from that we also helped create social media accounts and their content in the hope of attracting new potential customers and expanding their market in all regions in Indonesia.

Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja Kantor Desa Wolomotong dengan menggunakan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kinerja pada Desa Wolomotong ditinjau dari perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses operasi internal, perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara, kuisioner dan metode dokumentasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Aparat Desa berjumlah 12 orang, BPD berjumlah 9 orang dan Masyarakat Desa Wolomotong berjumlah 370 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh untuk Aparat Desa dan BPD sedangkan accidental sampling untuk masyarakat Desa Wolomotong dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dan mendapat 79 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa presentase tanggapan responden untuk perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan adalah 65.28% dikategorikan cukup baik, Persentase tanggapan responden untuk perspektif proses operasi internal adalah 59.12% dikategorikan cukup baik, Persentase tanggapan responden untuk perspektif pelanggan adalah 55.23% dikategorikan kurang baik, Persentase tanggapan responden untuk perspektif perspektif keuangan (financial perspective) adalah 50.61% dikategorikan cukup baik. Secara keseluruhan kinerja organisasi pada Kantor Desa Wolomotong Kecamatan Doreng Kabupaten Sikka adalah 58.91% dengan kategori cukup baik..

In the era of globalization, packaging plays a very important role, apart from showing a good appearance the packaging certainly supports the product image, but in fact the labels on the packaging are often ignored by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. MSME actors prioritize the product packaging strategy and ignore other supporting factors, namely labeling. Labels are writing, pictures, or a combination of both that are inserted into, affixed or printed on and form part of the package to provide comprehensive and complete information about the contents of the package. The product packaging strategy uses labeling, namely by placing a combination of writing or images, then placing it as a supporting part in the product packaging to increase interest in a product, it can also make it easier to recognize because the information from the product is placed in an easily visible part. Labeling the product contains information of the product or the brand, it also can be the composition or the certificate of legality. As well as taxes contained in small and medium businesses that can help determine the selling price of an item to be marketed.
