This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using the PQ4R (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review) method in improving reading skills in elementary school children in high grades.  The research method used in this research uses qualitative methods with a literature study approach.  Research with literature or literature study is a data collection technique by conducting a review of books, literature, records and various reports related to the problem to be solved to reach a conclusion.  This study provides recommendations for educators and education practitioners to consider using the PQ4R (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review) method to improve reading skills in high school elementary school children.  Proper and integrated implementation of the use of this method can be an effective alternative in developing students reading skills and creating a more meaningful learning experience in the learning process at school.  The results showed that the use of the PQ4R method (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review) can significantly improve students skills in reading but there are also some drawbacks when using the PQ4R method (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Review).  This method relies on the performance of the brain's memory so that it can improve student understanding, because at this stage of the method carrying out reading activities repeatedly, the information obtained will stick in the students memory longer.  While this method is not effective in a small amount of time because this method requires a lot of time, especially at the read stage.

This study aims to analyze the systems and procedures for disbursing cash in the stockist business regarding the suitability of the performance procedure system, as well as implementing strong internal controls so as to benefit from the implementation of compliance audits in the internal control of cash disbursements, such as increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the cash purchase process, reducing the risk abuse and fraud, as well as increasing accountability and transparency in the management of funds. By using the basis of theories about systems and procedures, compliance audits, and internal control of cash disbursements, as well as qualitative descriptive methods based on primary data collected from interviews and observations. Data analysis will involve categorizing and finding patterns or themes that emerge from the data. The result of the research is that the stockist business flowchart systems and procedures show weak internal controls, due to not implementing supporting document verification, transaction security, as well as employee training and awareness. So that it can beupdated by adding IT, accounting, and internal audit, as well as implementing compliance auditing and internal control.

The aim of the study was to describe the English Teachers interpretation, implementation, and the challenges in implementing independent curriculum. The research used a descriptive design with a qualitative approach. The data was collected using interviews, observation, and document study. The subjects of this study were 3 English teachers in the seventh grade of junior high school in Lombok Island. The results showed that the English teachers participating in the study had right interpretation of the objectives of English learning in the independent curriculum. They were familiar with the content of English materials, the method of implementing differentiated learning, and method of conducting learning evaluation using formative and summative assessments. However, these English teachers did not have proper interpretation of the content of learning the six skills, including the implementation of text-based approach and student centered learning. Results of the study show that these teachers did not implement independent curriculum optimally because they lacked knowledge in interpreting the components of independent curriculum. The study yields that the challenges faced by English teachers in implementing independent curriculum included (1) the lack of time to prepare the material and (2) the lack of time to internalize the concept of independent curriculum. Ultimately, participants of the study found some difficulties to implement the learning methods in differentiated learning because they lacked time allocation for addressing and adjusting to the demand of new English teaching-learning model.

The purpose of Community Service Activities is to provide Public Speaking skills to residents and cadets of Cupak Village in the form of socialization. The results of this activity showed that before the implementation of Community Service, all members still did not master the material about Public Speaking, but after the implementation of the activity was carried out, the participants of this Community Service activity all residents and cadets from this cupak village had the ability on how to package good communication. So they are skilled when they are required to appear speaking in front of tourists. Because as one of the important components in religious tourism villages, cupak, jombang, every citizen and cadet reef must have a positive image in the eyes of tourists. In addition, public speaking can also be used to promote tourism potentials that have not been known to the general public. The method used is to provide training through the provision of Public Speaking material to cupak villagers and then discuss together related to existing problems.

The family is part of society and also the church. The family has various problems that often make the household collapse or not survive. One of the cases is families of different religions, various obstacles will definitely occur in it, especially in terms of celebrating ecclesiastical holidays, but what is experienced by the families in this study is different, families are able to place Christian Religious Education as the basis for building families with different beliefs. This study used a case study type research in which the subjects in this study were 1 family with different beliefs. This research was conducted with the aim of revealing various forms of implementation of Christian Religious Education in families of different religions. The results of this study indicate that the forms of implementation of Christian religious education in families of different religions are open communication, knowledge of the Christian religion, respect for differences, involvement in Christian religious activities, and giving examples of behavior. This Community Service activity was carried out in Sapelang Village, South Buko District with the topic "BUMDes Management and Institutional Assistance". The purpose of implementing this community service activity is to transfer knowledge and provide solutions to problems faced by Prosperous BUMDes. The implementation method used is mentoring which consists of providing material on BUMDes Management and BUMDes Management accompanied by practice and evaluation. In the era of the development of science and technology and the high level of competition in the business world is a challenge that must be faced by all parties, especially in Micro, Small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Tampan District is one of the sub-districts in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province which is located about 10 kilometers from the center of Pekanbaru City. Many micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Tampan, Pekanbaru have adopted technology such as the implementation of a digital cashier system to assist in managing sales transactions. The purpose of this study is to find out what digital cashier applications are predominantly used by MSME players and how influential they are for optimizing financial records. MSME players and how influential it is for optimizing financial records. The method used in this study is a qualitative method, with observational data collection techniques on MSMEs in Handsome District, Pekanbaru.

This study aims to determine the comparison of the soundness level of PT.  Bank Central Asia Tbk and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk based on Bank Indonesia Regulation (PBI) No.13/1/PBI/2011 concerning Assessment of Commercial Bank Validity Level using RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Eaming and Capital). The period used in his research was 5 years, starting from 2018 to 2022. The type of research used is descriptive research kualitative. The data obtained is in the form of secondary data in the form of annual financial statements of PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.  This study used an assessment method based on the calculation of each variable. Risk Profile assessment uses Non Performing Loan (NPL) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) ratios. Good Corporate Governance uses the results of Self Assessment of GCG implementation that has been published by PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Earnings valuation uses the ratio of Return On Asset (ROA) and Operating Expense Against Operating Income (BOPO).. Capital uses the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). The results of research and data analysis using RGEC (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning and Capital) methods can be concluded that PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk received a Composite Rating of 1 (PK-1) with the predicate "Very Healthy". This is evidenced by PT Bank Central Asia Tbk obtaining an average composite value of 97.33% and PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk of 94.00% for the past 5 years. So it is proven that PT Bank Central Asia has a higher performance than PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk.

This research discusses the development of industry 5.0 and its impact on the Indonesian economy. Industry 5.0 is a concept that integrates artificial intelligence, robotics, automation, Internet of Things (IoT), and other technologies to create more efficient and connected production systems. This study aims to analyze how the implementation of Industry 5.0 has affected Indonesia's economic sector and the challenges faced in adopting this technology. A comprehensive literature review was conducted to understand the global developments of Industry 5.0 and then applied in the Indonesian context. This research also highlights aspects such as digital infrastructure, workforce skills, and government policies that support or hinder the development of Industry 5.0 in Indonesia. It is hoped that this research can provide valuable insights for policy makers and stakeholders in understanding the contribution of Industry 5.0 to the Indonesian economy and formulating appropriate strategies to encourage sustainable economic growth.

Baureno Village, which is located on Jalan Raya Baureno, is the Village Government Office which operates in the government sector, Baureno Village itself is a village located in east end of Bojonegoro Regency. The purpose of this research is to analyze the process of planning, procurement, administration, reporting and supervision of village assets in Baureno Village, Bojonegoro Regency, the inhibiting factors and efforts made to resolve them problem. This is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data obtained through interview techniques, observation and documentation. The research results show that the processes of planning, procurement, administration, reporting and supervision are appropriate and not in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 1 of 2016 concerning Village Asset Management. Besides that, the mandate of the Village Law is to make an inventory of everything Village assets have not been fully implemented by the village government. The obstacles faced are village asset management funding, funds that are not on target, frequent siskeudesa applications errors, implementation that is not in accordance with the rules, lack of activity executors in responding market prices, human resources and transparency. Suggestions that can be given are for more focus on addressing the funds to be budgeted for the management of village assets, conducting inventory of assets in accordance with the provisions of the law.

This study designed and implemented a web-based queuing system at the Pangolombian Health Center. The method applied is the waiting line method with the waterfall system development method. This system uses PHP and MySQL as the programming language and database. Key features include patient registration, scheduling, calling, and real-time queue status display. After implementation, functionality and performance testing is carried out. The results show that this web-based queuing system improves efficiency and patient experience. Patients can register and schedule queues online, reducing waiting times. Automatic queue calling makes it easier for puskesmas staff. Staff and schedule management features help manage queues more efficiently. This research produces an efficient and convenient web-based queuing system. This system has the potential to provide a better experience for patients by reducing waiting times and long queues. This system also assists puskesmas staff in managing queues efficiently. The results of this study can contribute to developing a web-based queuing system at puskesmas and other health institutions

Business legality is a standard that must be met by economic entities. Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) must meet these requirements to compete in the free market era. This requirement is problematic because many business actors do not have business legality. We face various obstacles such as lack of means to ensure legality, difficulty in responding, and lack of knowledge. This paper discusses the results of community service provided, namely assistance and the importance of business legality for MSMEs. The purpose of this service is to raise awareness and provide a framework of thinking about the importance of business legality for MSMEs to compete in the open market. The implementation method used is touse in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The result of the implementation is the issuance of a Business Identification Number (NIB) which is the legal umbrella of an official business and recognized by the state through the OSS Institution or known as Online Single Submission.

Measurable character education can have an effect on students to grow into better individuals, resulting from constructive feedback through the teacher's exemplary. As a motivator the teacher can move students with their own awareness and responsibility so that they are willing to learn. Islamic education must be able to move the character of students according to the example of Rasulullah SAW. Islam, especially Islamic education, is seen as a binder and guide to the true path, so that the culture that arises will be able to provide benefits, not only to himself, but also to others. To find out the implementation of Islamic education on students' character building, this research uses a qualitative approach. The research method used is a case study using in-depth interviews with school principals, Islamic education teachers and several students of SMK Genius Bandung.  Direct observation and document analysis as data collection techniques, triangulation of sources and methods are used to test the authenticity of the data obtained. The result of this study shows that Islamic education is not only limited to academic assessment, spiritual development, understanding of moral values, and adherence to Islamic principles, in addition it is also important to consider aspects of students' attitudes, morals, and behavior towards each other and their environment which is in accordance with the goals of student character education. Based on the research it is concluded that Islamic education as an independent research variable has a very strong positive relationship with the students' character  building that means it has a very large influence on the students' character building. Therefore, a holistic and integrated evaluation will provide a clear picture that is more comprehensive about Islamic education in the students' character building at SMK Genius Bandung.

Teacher professional competence is very important because it is something that every teacher must have to make quality and carry out the duties of an educator properly. One way to make the competence of a teacher or an educator is by coaching. The development of this competency is very important and needs to be done for a teacher or an educator to make it more effective and efficient in the application of teaching. Descriptive qualitative research method is the method used in this study. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. From the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of the teacher professional competence development program at Darunnajah Cipining Vocational School was quite good including: MGMP, Taftisy I'dad, Kamisan, Ta'hil, In House Training and Khutbatul 'Arsy, Teacher Supervision (Supervision) and Appreciation (Motivation). From the results of this study, the authors recommend that Darunnajah Cipining Vocational School educational institutions should further improve teacher professional competency development. This research was explored in depth from the contextuality aspect of the study, and the research methodology design aspect. With a mixed method design (a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods), the results of data analysis show that the implementation of the CTL concept at SMK Darunnajah II Bogor is carried out by following its main components, namely constructivism, inquiry (finding and solving problems), questioning (asking questions). ), learning community (learning community), modeling (modeling), reflection (reflection), and authentic assessment (authentic assessment). The CTL approach implemented in the entrepreneurship subject at Darunnajah Cipining Vocational School, in addition to teaching students to be more critical in the learning process, to be more active, sensitive, and creative in analyzing issues relevant to entrepreneurship subject matter, teachers also teach students to in the context of the values ​​taught by Islam and internalized at the Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School, namely the principle of mutual benefit, not tyrannizing, and not dominating or harming each other, and intended to build a better life and economy for the ummah. The outline of the results of the analysis of student perceptions regarding the implementation of CTL in the entrepreneurship subject at SMK Darunnajah II Bogor shows that as much as 91.38% of the total respondents stated that the CTL concept was very effective in the context of the relevance of material to everyday life experiences and reflections on learning from problem analysis . At this time, management has become one of the most important parts of daily life activities. Islam as a religion provides a deep ethical and moral framework, which can provide guidelines for the implementation of effective and fair management. According to George R. In achieving a goal, both in an organization and in a business, a management is needed which is carried out according to George R. Terry which is correlated based on an Islamic perspective with the aim of this research so that new values ​​emerge in managing and managing an organization or business so that it has a positive impact and efficiency in maintaining and running an organization or business based on an Islamic perspective. This research method uses qualitative research where this research is based on the literature of various literary books and scientific journals that strengthen the discussion of this research. The results of the research objective correlate with George R. Terry's model of leadership principles based on an Islamic perspective, with the hope of creating new values ​​in good leadership management based on Islamic Sharia, because in essence Islam brings people to the right path. follow the rules and stay away from the prohibitions of Allah SWT.

Every citizen has the right to civil registration in the sense that he has the right to request an authentic deed from a state official. It is still rare for residents to realize how important a deed is for them in sustaining their life. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the implementation of the policy for implementing population administration in the possession of death certificates for the community at the Population and Civil Registration Office of Kuantan Singingi Regency and to identify obstacles in implementing the policy for implementing population administration in making death certificates at the Population and Civil Registration Service for Kuantan Regency Singingi. Qualitative research as a research method that starts from assumptions, interpretive/theoretical lenses, and studies of research problems that look at how individuals or groups interpret social or humanitarian problems. The results of the research that the researchers conducted regarding the implementation of population administration administration policies in Kuantan Singingi Regency (a case study of death certificates), namely, the policy of implementing population administration regarding death certificates had not been properly implemented by the Kuantan Singingi Regency Population and Civil Registration Service, this was obtained from several factors, namely Policy standards and targets/measures and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, implementor communication, attitude and position of executors, social, economic and political environment. The second obstacle is the lack of socialization related to population administration. The third obstacle is the lack of public awareness.

The rapid development of internet technology in the current era has changed the paradigm of traditional marketing into digital marketing using internet media, which is known as digital marketing. Digital marketing plays an important role in the success of MSME marketing because it allows analysis of new target markets, consumer behavior and product information. However, only a few MSMEs have an understanding of this digital technology-based marketing strategy. As a form of contribution to community service, students from UPN "Veteran" East Java invited and provided an understanding to the Super Klasik Feed MSME about the importance of digital marketing as a marketing strategy. The methods used include observation, interviews, digital marketing implementation, and activity evaluation. The results obtained by MSME Feed Super Klasik are an understanding of the importance of digital marketing as a marketing strategy, and students succeed in sharing knowledge through the implementation of creating Instagram social media accounts.

The village is a unit of legal society which has territorial boundaries and regulates its own government affairs. The village government, one of the element of the village government, has full authority to carry out planned village activity programs. The implementation of village authority to carry out village activity programs funded by the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) where village revenue comes from various sources. The research object used is the realization report on the implementation of the village revenue and expenditure budget of the Purwodadi village government for the 2020 and 2021 fiscal years. The type of data used is unit count. The data collection technique used is the document study technique and the research method used is descriptive method, data analysis using the independence ratio, compatibility ratio, growth ratio, efficiency ratio, and effectiveness ratio.
