The system (OSS RBA) is a platform for administering business licensing that is digital-based and has been issued for business actors who will carry out business activities assessed based on the level of risk of business activities. The purpose of this study is to find out the Application of the Policy Contents of Government Regulation No. 5 of 2021 Concerning the Implementation of Risk-Based Licensing Services for MSME Actors by the DPMPTSP of Bintan Regency. The related indicators in this study are: 1). Government Regulation, 2). Resources, 3). Communication, 4). Disposition or Attitude of Executors, 5). Assisted Services Clinic. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive analysis technique with 8 informants. The results of the research (1) In Government Regulation No. 5 of 2021 the Bintan Regency Investment and One-Stop Services Service already has Standards, Goals and Targets in implementing the OSS RBA system. (2) Resources which include, Human resources that are adequate and have obtained BIMTEK in providing services to business actors, Financial Resources are still inadequate because DPMPTSP applies a budget priority scale for OSS RBA system policies, and Adequate Resources for Facilities and Infrastructure in the process implementation of OSS RBA system services. (3) Communication, DPMPTSP has collaborated with DKUPP Bintan Regency which has been granted derivative access rights for the OSS RBA system and socialization has been underway to business actors who are micro, small and medium enterprises

Time series data analysis is a crucial process for understanding patterns and trends within temporal data. In this endeavor, two primary approaches have emerged: Time Series algorithms, which focus on statistical modeling, and the Fuzzy Inference System (FIS), which adopts fuzzy logic. This article delineates a comparison between these two approaches within the context of time series data analysis.Firstly, Time Series algorithms, such as ARIMA and ETS, offer a robust approach to modeling statistical patterns within temporal data. By considering autoregressive (AR) and moving average (MA) components, along with differencing effects within the time series, these algorithms can identify trends, seasonality, and other fluctuations. However, these algorithms tend to be more complex and rely on a profound understanding of statistics.Secondly, the Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) employs fuzzy logic principles to address uncertainty in time series analysis. Utilizing fuzzy membership functions and rule-based logic, FIS can extract information from data imbued with uncertainty, making it more suitable for situations where data is not entirely clear or structured. Nevertheless, FIS requires expert knowledge to determine appropriate fuzzy rules.The comparison between these two approaches considers several factors, including analysis complexity, data type, and dependence on expert knowledge. Time Series algorithms are better suited for in-depth statistical analysis and mathematical modeling, while FIS is more adept at handling fuzzy data and uncertainty. In some cases, combining both approaches could yield superior results, with FIS assisting in mitigating uncertainty within Time Series models.This article enhances the understanding of these approaches in time series data analysis and provides guidance for practitioners in selecting an approach aligned with their needs. Furthermore, the article underscores the potential for further development in combining the positive aspects of both approaches to tackle more intricate challenges in time series data analysis.  

In this era of digital revolution, technological developments have occurred in an evolution in media technology and one of them is the personnel management information system. The management information system assists in carrying out the duties of all State Civil Apparatuses within the Civil Service Agency and Human Resources Development in the city of Padangsidimpuan. Judging from the importance of SIMPEG, this research will analyze how SIMPEG is implemented in the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in Padangsidimpuan City. The aim is to find out the SIMPEG implementation process and the obstacles experienced, as well as how it impacts the community related to the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency of the City of Padangsidimpuan. The research method used was by distributing questionnaires filled in by employees. The results of this study are that the application of SIMPEG in the Office of the Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency in the city of Padangsidimpuan is in the effective category which makes it easier for employees to carry out their work and speeds up administrative processes, especially in the field of staffing.

The development of technology in the digital era is currently so rapid that all kinds of human activities are very dependent on technological advances. Digitalization has penetrated all sectors of modern human life, including data archiving activities. Archives are very important for an organization or government if the archives are managed properly and correctly. Because the completeness of data and information is very dependent on the filing system. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of implementing digital archives for storing digital documents. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. This qualitative research seeks to explore and understand different truths by different people. In a qualitative approach, one type of approach that is often used is the case study approach. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model data analysis technique. The results of this study explain the effects of implementing digital archives for storing digital documents.

Arabic language education holds a pivotal role in global intellectual and cultural development as the language of the Quran and profound literary works. However, the era of globalization and digital technology presents new challenges and opportunities. Teaching methods and access to information have undergone transformative changes due to technological advancements (Muis, 2020). Addressing this, a systematic literature review is warranted to comprehend the development of Arabic language education in the digital age. This research focuses on the development of digitally-based learning materials, applications and platforms for Arabic language education, the effectiveness of technology-based teaching methods, as well as their impact on Arabic language proficiency and student motivation. Challenges and potential solutions in adopting technological approaches will also be analyzed. Employing a qualitative approach, this study employs a systematic literature review method to extract insights from various literary sources. The anticipated outcome will provide educators with valuable guidance on leveraging technology effectively in Arabic language education and navigating the evolving dynamics of education in the digital era.

Among the many statements regarding the success factors of VE implementation in Indonesian construction, the knowledge and experience of VE of the construction parties is a key success factor as stated by the consultant and provided by the contractor.

Electronic-based nursing care in hospitals refers to the application of information technology and electronic systems in the process of providing care for patients. There are various impacts in the use of electronic nursing records that have implications for patient safety. The purpose of this study was to review the impact of using electronic-based nursing documentation on patient safety and quality of nursing care. The method used is literature review by searching articles in three electronic databases: PubMed, ProQuest, and Science Direct. The inclusion criteria used were articles that matched the research objectives, according to the specified keywords, were in English, full text and published until 2022. There were eleven research articles that met the inclusion criteria. The results of a literature review on the eleven articles illustrate that electronic-based nursing documentation has a positive impact on patient safety and the quality of nursing care. The use of electronic nursing documentation provides various benefits, such as efficiency in managing patient data, increasing accuracy and speed in processing information, and improving coordination and communication between health workers. In addition, two articles also convey the impact of using electronic nursing documentation which is considered detrimental in an effort to maintain patient safety. Thus, the information in this literature review can be useful for planning the development of strategies for implementing electronic-based nursing documentation in hospitals.

This research is entitled The context of sociocultural practice in the song "Oras Loron Malirin" with Norman Fairclough's study. The issues discussed were (3) How is the sociocultural practice in the song "Oras Loron Malirin"? The type of research in this study is to use a descriptive qualitative research approach with Norman Fairclough's critical discourse analysis model. The type of data used in this study is a song text entitled "Oras Loron Malirin" and the data source in this study is the subject from which the data was obtained. The data source is the lyrics of the song "Oras Loron Malirin" which comes from the Belu area of ​​East Nusa Tenggara Province. In this study, researchers used data collection techniques in the form of documentation techniques. The data analysis technique used in examining this research is descriptive data analysis techniques according to Miles and Huberman, namely, reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing / verification. The results of this study are in the form of data in the analysis of sociocultural practice, there are several things, namely cultural systems, economic systems and political systems that greatly influence the development of a discourse.

Lost and found is a place for passengers to report if their baggage is lost or damaged (SOP/ aas-aqp - 001/2019). The principal task of lost and found is to check the baggage number on the passenger with the baggage label on it, caring for any excess and shortages or damage to luggage experienced by a passenger. The reason for the lack of passenger luggage is that an employee's labeling or misloading of luggage onto another flight. The deviation of the baggage services usually takes place when passengers arrive at the terminal. As for the research, it is aimed at locating the missing baggage tracing and storage system and the application of cooperation between Lion Air and International Airport Yogyakarta in lost baggage tracing of lost and found PT Kokapoura Avia. The study uses qualitative research methods. By using data collection techniques of observation, interview and documentation. Interviews use semi-structured techniques and data analysis using three techniques which are data reduction, data display and deduction drawing. Based on the result show the preparation of the lost and found provides a pear (an arity report source) used to screened the baggage claim by passengers. They include passenger identification and claim tag statements that are already matched with data found in the system of the lost and found unit. There are two courses of tracing that are tracing by CCTV and tracing by E-mail. Yogyakarta's international airport operations provide facilities and CCTV services in cooperation while lion air airlines provide a system that is used by lost and found and is responsible for providing compensation to passengers.

This study analyzes the system of signs and meanings of Colombian culture in the animated film "Encanto" from Disney Animation. The film takes inspiration from Latin American culture, specifically Colombia, focusing on the Madrigal family who have magical powers and live in a hidden village. A qualitative approach with descriptive-interpretative methods is used with content analysis, based on Charles Sander Pierce's semiotic concept which includes icons, indexes, and symbols. Data obtained through observation and literature study. The results of the study show that elements of Colombian culture, such as language, clothing, food, and traditions, are reflected in film characters and scenes. Examples of representation include the Arepa dining area, Cali salsa dancing, Colombian music, and Colombian-style mountain scenery. Thus, Encanto succeeded in communicating Colombian cultural messages through visual cues in the animated film.

Salaf-based boarding schools still adhere to a traditional system in which they only teach religious sciences, and have not implemented skills-based education. Skills-based education is one of the important agendas in Islamic boarding schools, not only organizationally important but also students are equipped with life skills. In fact, not all boarding schools have explored skills education outside of religious education. The purpose of this PkM program is to provide workshops to improve competence to boarding school students in the form of skills. The methods used in this PkM program are interviews, observations, and the process of implementing the PkM program. The results of the PkM activities are in the form of the implementation of workshop activities starting from registration and attendance, opening, continuing with the introduction of IT and its implementation, IT life skills and computer network competencies, computer network installation, and closing. By providing workshop solutions to boarding school students in the form of skills, they will gain knowledge, skills, and expertise in the field of computer networks.

This article reviews the legal problems experienced by RAN Advocates, a prominent legal practitioner in Indonesia, and their impact on the image of advocacy in the country. Using data from various sources such as news reports and court decisions, this article examines issues related to ethical violations, conflicts of interest, and professional standards. Analysis shows that the RAN case has affected its reputation and the image of the advocacy profession as a whole. Although advocate organizations have made efforts to deal with cases like this, challenges remain, especially when involving influential advocates. This article emphasizes the importance of stronger internal controls and a more robust legal system in maintaining quality and public trust in the advocacy profession.

This research examines the world's commitment to overcoming the problem of violence against women and children which is specifically stated in the sustainable development goals (sustainable development goals), including Indonesia. This type of research is normative juridical law, namely explaining and analyzing sexual violence experienced more by women and children. The approach method uses the statute approach by analyzing legislation in the form of Prosecutor's Guidelines No. 1 of 2021, Law no. 23 of 2004, Law No.17 of 2016 and PERMA No. 3 of 2017 as primary legal material. Secondary legal materials include publications on law including textbooks, journals and the Criminal Code. The legal material analysis technique is a method of grammatical and systematic interpretation. The results of the study show that there is an SPPT-PKKTP, women have the right to get justice for ongoing legal efforts, self-recovery for deprivation of rights and violence they experience, children's rights in the criminal justice process are regulated separately, namely in Article 3 of Law No.11 of 2012 regarding the Juvenile Criminal Justice System (UU SPPA). This research is expected to enrich the discourse towards renewal and development of criminal law in the future or as a reference for subsequent studies.

Convolutional neural network (CNN) is a deep learning (DL) model that has significantly contributed to medical systems because it is very useful in digital image processing. However, CNN has several limitations, such as being prone to overfitting, not being properly trained if there is data duplication, and can cause unwanted results if there is an imbalance in the amount of data in each class. Data augmentation techniques are used to overcome overfitting, eliminate data duplication, and random under sampling methods to balance the amount of data in each class, to overcome these problems. In addition, if the CNN model is not designed properly, the computation is less efficient. Research has proved that data augmentation can prevent or overcome overfitting, eliminating duplicate data can make the model more stable, and balancing the amount of data makes the model unbiased and easy to learn new data as evidenced through model evaluation and testing. The results also show that the custom convolutional neural network model is the best model compared to ResNet50 and VGG19 in terms of accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, loss performance, and computation time efficiency

ARI is an acute respiratory infection that affects one or more parts of the respiratory system. The high prevalence and risk factors in the prescription of ARI patients need to be considered in the completeness of the prescription and the provision of appropriate drugs to increase the effectiveness of treatment therapy. The purpose of this study was to determine the suitability of prescribing ARI patients aged 0-12 years administratively, pharmaceutically, and clinically based on PMK No. 72 of 2016. This type of research is descriptive observational and retrospective data collection. The sample used was the prescription of ARI patients at Bendan Hospital who met the inclusion criteria for the period April-May 2023, totaling 25 prescription sheets. The sampling technique used total sampling technique. The results showed that in administrative aspects including patient name, gender, age, address, doctor's name, SIP, telephone number, doctor's address, doctor's signature, prescription date was fulfilled 100% and body weight was fulfilled 92%. The pharmaceutical aspects include the name of the drug, dosage form, dosage strength, drug dosage, amount of drug, rules of use and how to use are fulfilled 100%. Clinical aspects include 100% indication accuracy, 100% dose accuracy and 52% drug interactions. It can be concluded that the suitability of prescribing ARI patients for children aged 0-12 years is administratively 100%, pharmaceutically 92%, and clinically 48%.

Forensic accounting involves the application of accounting principles and investigative analysis to uncover acts of corruption. This paper aims to explore the role of forensic accounting in eradicating corruption, including the methods used, their use in corruption investigations, and their benefits in the judicial process.

As KKN participants, we must be able to adjust to the reality. We do not only understand theory, but we must be able to apply and learn from the experiences that we have in the community. From this experience, we can make our thinking more mature. Through this KKN program, students are expected to be introduced directly to social life directly with all its problems. By finding problems in society, students are required to find solutions through the mechanisms of their respective scientific interdisciplinary work systems.

(2) Internal and External Dimensions, strengths such as providing library cars, technology and digital facilities in attracting interest in reading. Opportunities and threats such as increasing and inhibiting knowledge in reading. (3) The dimension of utilization of sources, the allocation of funds comes from the APBD and APBN. Furthermore, facilities and infrastructure are adequate, although they need to be optimized. (4) Top Management Involvement Dimension, the head of service has conducted evaluation and supervision in the implementation of strategies and services provided. (5) Multi-field dimension, employees carry out procedures and are responsible for providing provincial library services.
