Instant noodles, categorized as part of ready-to-eat cuisine, represent a form of food that is conveniently packaged, easily served, practical, and prepared in a straightforward manner. Despite their convenience, instant noodles fall short of being considered a comprehensive food option due to their inability to fulfill the body's well-rounded nutritional requirements. A typical serving of instant noodles primarily consists of elevated levels of carbohydrates and protein, yet lacks sufficient energy, fiber, vitamins, and minerals. The consumption of instant noodles is driven by the time constraints faced by a majority of consumers, preventing them from indulging in a complete meal and preparing it from scratch. Regularly consuming instant noodles may pose health risks and hazards, given their inclusion of preservatives and low nutritional content. This study employs quantitative research methods, adhering to scientific principles by being concrete, empirical, objective, measurable, rational, and systematic. Quantitative approaches prioritize the analysis of numerical data, subsequently processed through suitable statistical methods. In conclusion, the statistical analysis conducted reveals that both preference (X1) and suitability (X2) jointly exert a significant impact on packaging quality (Y) within the scope of this research. However, it is crucial to note that 51.1% of the variation in Y remains unexplained by these two independent variables, suggesting that other factors may also contribute to determining the quality of packaging.

A brand is one of the most valuable intellectual assets in the business sector, serving not only as a product identity but also as a reflection of reputation and quality. However, the increasing phenomenon of brand infringement indicates the urgent need for stronger and more effective legal protection. Brand infringement brings various negative consequences, including loss of consumer trust, unfair competition, and significant financial losses for brand owners. This study aims to analyze brand infringement from a criminological perspective, identify causal factors, and evaluate the role of law in addressing such violations. The research employs normative legal methods through analysis of statutory regulations, legal and criminological theories, and a literature-based approach using secondary data obtained from books, journals, and legal documents. The findings reveal that criminology provides relevant insights through theories such as Rational Choice Theory, which explains that perpetrators calculate the risks and benefits before committing the violation, and Anomie Strain Theory, which highlights how the inability to achieve economic or social goals legally can drive individuals or groups to commit brand infringement. The classification of violations includes imitation, counterfeiting, misuse, and unlawful exploitation of brand rights. Several causal factors were identified, including weak legal supervision, limited enforcement, and the high consumer demand for cheaper counterfeit products. Furthermore, the study underlines the essential role of the criminal justice system in addressing brand infringement through the enforcement of criminal, civil, and administrative sanctions as regulated under Law Number 20 of 2016 on Trademarks and Geographical Indications. In conclusion, brand infringement is not merely a legal issue but also a criminological problem that requires comprehensive handling through effective law enforcement, stronger supervision, and increased public awareness to protect intellectual property and ensure fair business practices.

The post-factual era has shifted the position of legal facts from objective entities to part of narrative contestations shaped by digital disinformation, algorithmic media, and unverified public perception. Unfortunately, this has given rise to epistemic dislocation in the judicial process, where evidence loses its objective quality, legal decisions are distorted by collective emotional pressure and erode the credibility of the law as a guarantor of substantive and procedural justice. This research is a normative research using a conceptual approach. The data collection method was collected using library research, then analyzed using qualitative methods and presented descriptively. The results of the study show that the development of disinformation, emotional narratives, and manipulative digital evidence have shown a structural inconsistency between conventional evidentiary standards and the complexity of 21st-century legal realities, threatening the validity of evidence, the autonomy of judicial institutions, and the principle of due process in the criminal system. Therefore, it is necessary to reconstruct the evidentiary system through the integration of verification technology, cross-disciplinary collaborative approaches, and investment in digital literacy, to ensure that the law continues to function as a rational and fair instrument in an increasingly unstable information landscape.

Quality health services are an important factor in increasing patient trust in medical facilities and health workers. One of the crucial aspects is accuracy in providing drug recommendations that suit the patient's needs. Drug recommendations are influenced by various criteria, including effectiveness, safety, price, availability, and potential side effects. However, in practice, there is often a gap between the patient's expectations and the reality of the treatment received. This can affect patient satisfaction and perception of health services. To overcome these challenges, a Decision Support (SPK) is needed that is able to provide drug recommendations in a more objective, measurable, and structured manner. This study uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method because of its advantages in processing various complex and diverse criteria. SAW works by giving weight to each attribute, normalizing the data, and then calculating the preference value to determine the best alternative from several available drug options. The results of the study show that the SAW method is able to produce more structured and consistent recommendations than manual determination. In this study, the drug with the highest preference value, which is 92.00, was recommended as the top choice. These findings confirm that SPK and SAW-based approaches can be an effective solution in supporting medical personnel, especially in the selection of external drugs. In addition to improving decision accuracy, this SPK also has the potential to be further developed, for example by integrating into an electronic medical record (EMR) or based on a mobile application, so that its use becomes more practical and accessible. Thus, the implementation of the SAW method in SPK not only provides benefits on the technical aspect, but also contributes to improving the quality of health services as a whole.

Mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and stress continue to increase globally and are recognized as critical factors that influence social functioning, productivity, and overall quality of life. Conventional mental health services are often limited by barriers including high cost, geographical distance, and persistent stigma that discourage individuals from seeking timely help. The digital era provides an alternative through the integration of technology into mental health counseling, offering greater accessibility, flexibility, and anonymity. Nevertheless, a key limitation of many digital counseling platforms lies in their inability to fully capture and respond to the emotional nuances of users during interactions. This study aims to address that gap by developing a speech-based emotion detection framework designed to be integrated into digital counseling environments. The proposed methodology includes the collection and preprocessing of speech samples, feature extraction using acoustic parameters, and training machine learning models to classify emotions in real time. Experimental results demonstrate that this approach significantly improves the accuracy of emotion detection, enabling digital counseling systems to provide more adaptive and personalized support. Beyond counseling, the research highlights the broader applicability of speech emotion recognition in education, telemedicine, and interactive digital assistants, all of which benefit from improved sensitivity to human emotions. These findings underscore the potential of artificial intelligence to strengthen digital mental health interventions, ensuring services that are not only more efficient and inclusive but also capable of fostering long-term emotional well-being in diverse populations.
