The purpose of this study was to determine the role of celebrity endorsers on buying decisions. Using purposive sampling technique with 70 respondents which obtained from distributing questionnaires to buyers at PT. Timbul Jaya Motor Boyolali. Based on the multiple linear regression analysis method, either partially or jointly, it shows that the variables of attractiveness, credibility, and expertise of the celebrity endorser studied have a significant effect on buying decision. The Adjusted R-Square value is 0.670, which means that 67% of the buying decision variables can be explained by the attractiveness, credibility, and expertise of celebrity endorsers, while the remaining 33% is explained by other variables that not examined in this study.

The development of information technology is currently growing very rapidly along with the discovery and development of knowledge in the field of information and communication so as to create tools that support the development of information technology, ranging from communication systems that are unidirectional and two-way (interactive). Every machine that is able to receive data, process data, store data, and produce output in the form of text, symbols, numbers and sounds can be categorized as a computer. CV. Java Mini Semarang is well aware of the importance of information technology for the smooth running of its business. Fast and accurate information is needed by the company in making decisions in the field of product promotion offered. Promotional media using brochures at this time are still experiencing problems, because of the limited delivery of information in terms of information about the latest products and product prices offered by the company, so it requires a lot of time and is less efficient. To overcome the problems in the CV. Java Mini Semarang needs new promotional media which is faster and more accurate in conveying information, this new promotional media is expected to complement the old promotional media that still uses brochures. Promotional media using brochures are still considered to be lacking because the scope is less extensive. And one of the media that can provide information quickly, accurately and a very broad reach is to use website media.Based on the description above in the preparation of this thesis, the author takes the title "SALES INFORMATION SYSTEM ONLINE (Case Study in CV. Java Mini Semarang)"

STIKES Karya Husada Semarang, located on Jl. Intan Raya No.1, STIKES Karya Husada Semarang in processing data values ​​using Microsoft Excel so that the data storage has not been integrated because it is still individually not stored in one database and can only be accessed by 1 user. Fast and accurate information is really needed by STIKES in delivering information. To overcome the problems at STIKES Karya Husada Semarang, information systems need to be fast and accurate in conveying information. One information system that can provide information quickly is to use a multiuser system. To design this multiuser system using the main software Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0, and Microsoft Visual FoxPro 9.0 to manage the database. Therefore the final project entitled "Multiuser Based Value Data Processing Information System at STIKES Karya Husada Semarang" is an effective information system for delivering information at STIKES.

This research is about the value of manufacture company in Indonesian stock exchange from 2012 until 2016. The purpose of this research is to analyze profitability, and good corporate governance in mediating the influence of company growth and capital structure to firm value. The sample is selected through purposive sampling as many as 46 manufacturing companies in Indonesian stock exchange. The data obtained by analyzing the company's financial statements of the year 2012 to 2016. Data analysis is using multiple linear regression with SEM-PLS 4.0 program. The result showed that company growth has a significant positive effect to profitability, capital structure has positive effect not significant to profitability. The company growth has a negative effect not significant to good corporate governance, capital structure has positive effect not significant to good corporate governance. The company growth has positive effect not significant to firm value, capital structure has negative effect not significant to firm value. Profitability, and good corporate governance have a significant positive effect on firm value. Profitability mediates the influence of company growth, and the capital structure to firm value. Good corporate governance does not mediate the effect of company growth, and the capital structure to firm value, good corporate governance mediates the influence of capital structure to firm value.

Intellectual capitalis recognizedas a strategic asset that provides acompetitive advantage to the organization for superior performance in themodern era of the knowledge-based economy. This study aimed to examinethe effect of the components of the Intellectual Capital (VAICTM) to marketperformance is proxied by TVA , CAR and MtBV.The Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAICTM) methode is used tomeasure ofIntellectual Capital. This study uses data from 120 publicly listedcompanies in Indonesian Stock Exchange between the years 2008 to 2012. Itis an empirical study using Partial Least Square (PLS).The results show that: Intellectual Capital influences positively to marketperformance. Its prove that manufacturing companies in Indonesia have beenmanaging knowledge assets well so its important role in the formation ofadded value and contribute to the improvement of company's marketperformance.

The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of carbon emissions disclosure on financial performance, operational performance and cost of equity, the influence of financial performance, operational performance, and cost of equity on firm value, and to investigate the effect of carbon emissions disclosure on firm value mediated by financial performance, operational performance, and cost of equity. Population used is the whole company public listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013- 2015. Number of samples are 86 firms each year, was selected by purposive sampling method and using secondary data, i.e. the annual report. The analytical method used is path analysis and hypothesis mediation analysed by using Sobel test. The result of analysis show that carbon emissions disclosure have positive and significant effect on financial performance, operational performance and cost of equity. While financial performancebhave positive but not significant effect on firm value, operational performance have positive and significant effect onfirm value, and cost of equityhave negative and significant effect on firm value. This research also shows that the operational performance and cost of equity plays a role in mediating carbon emissions disclosure on firm value, while financial performance do not mediate the effect of carbon emissions disclosure on firm value. The implication is the firms should pay more attention to the company's relationship with the surrounding environment so that the company's image can be improved because the firm’s sustainability are not only determined by the level of profitability, but also they have to combine economic performance, the concentration of social justice, and responsibility towards environmental sustainability. Keywords: carbon emissions disclosure, financial performance, operational   performance, cost of equity and firm value

Rapid technological advances have a strong influence on various fields of life, one of which is the field of education. In the field of computer education is a familiar tool for use in the learning process. An educational institution such as a school certainly needs a learning medium as one of the methods in the teaching and learning process. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon is one of the educational institutions that always strives to improve quality both in terms of achievement and service. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon needs a learning media that can support the learning process to improve student performance that is still lacking, especially in science subjects. The solution offered in this study is a learning media with self direct learning method that makes it easy for users to understand the material being studied. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media with the method of self-direct learning. As for the validity value of the media expert at 2.7 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.4 which is declared feasible, and increases the average grade of the class of students 4 SD is 12% from the initial average score of 71 to 83.56.

This study aims to describe the financial performance of banks based on the results of banking financial ratio analysis. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research type using a quantitative approach. The results of banking financial ratio analysis on liquidity ratio analysis shows the condition of financial performance of PT. Bukopin (Persero), Tbk period 2014-2015 can be said good. The average CR of 17.57%, RR 539,239 LDR of 85.12%, LAR of 68.97% has met the standards set by Bank Indonesia and has also exceeded the average of the Commercial Bank of the Company (BUP). The results of solvency ratio analysis, financial performance condition of PT Bukopin (Persero) Tbk in 2014-2015 can be said good because the average CAR of 13.88%, LDAR of 2.39%, DER of 1057.92%, the value has been meet the requirements of Bank Indonesia. In the analysis of earnings ratio, the condition of financial performance can be said not good, because the average on ROA is only 0.97%, ROE of 11.20%, and BO / PO of 88.39%, NPM of 9.49%, the value is still below the average BUP and under the terms of Bank Indonesia. The purpose of this article is to describe Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) Disclosure using postmodern perspectives, Lyotard’s and Jean Baudrillard’s thinking. From Lyotard’s thinking, CSR disclosure can be viewed as grand narration used to camouflage real social and environmental problems.CSR disclosure guideliness arranged by Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) is a form of universalims that strongly opposed by postmodernism. CSR disclosure practices that accommodate Indonesian cultures and values will be able to break grand narration in CSR disclosure. From Baudrillard perspective, CSR disclosure can be viewed as simulacrum. The simulacrum is shown by (a) the disconnect between reality and its representations, especially the lack of tranparancy in negative business impact disclosures; (b) The control and manipulation of information, and (c) the proliferation of misleading images. Stunting is defined as the condition of children aged 0 – 59 months, where the height for age is below minus 2 Standard Deviations (<-2SD) from the WHO median standard. The aim of the research is to determine the factors associated with the incidence of stunting in toddlers at Community Health Centers. Rumbia, Jeneponto Regency. The type of research used was an analytical survey with a cross sectional study approach. The sample was 72 toddlers in Rumbia village using a purposive sampling technique. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between maternal employment and the incidence of stunting in toddlers at the Rumbia health center, Jeneponto Regency with a p value = 0.034 < ? 0.05, there is a relationship between maternal education and the incidence of stunting among toddlers at the Rumbia health center, Jeneponto Regency with a p value = 0.003 < ? 0.05, there is a relationship between the number of children and the incidence of stunting in toddlers at the Rumbia health center, Jeneponto Regency with a p value = 0.016 < ? 0.05. Conclusion: There is a relationship between mother's employment, mother's education and number of children with the incidence of stunting among toddlers at the Rumbia Community Health Center, Jeneponto Regency.

The company's value can be measured from the Price Book Value (PBV). PBV is the ratio of stock price to book value companies that show how much the stock price per share as compared to book value per share.The sample of this study consisted of 10 companies included in the index LQ45 firm and the index of Sembiring listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the years 2010 to 2013. Analytical techniques used are the Multiple Regression Analysis with a significance level α = 5%. Profitability positively effect and significantly on the value of the company. Company size negatively effect and significantly on the value of the company. Leverage positively effect and significantly on the value of the company. Capitalism is believed to bring profit to the owners of capital and encourage economic growth, but the bad impact it generates for the wider community is also more so that capitalism creates a seemingly endless snare. Accounting as part of the economy also can not be separated from capitalism. This article aims to explain the traps of capitalism inherent in the adoption of the International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS). The traps of capitalism inherent in the adoption of IFRS include (a) increasing opportunities for foreign investors to exploit the natural resources and human resources in Indonesia, (b) the opening of opportunities for the capitalist economic system to replace the family economy system mandated by the Constitution 1945, (c) fair value accounting in IFRS provides an instrument for profit accumulation greed, (d) IFRS adoption encourages Indonesia to engage in global markets so as to facilitate 'flow of things capitalism', which affects the accumulation of money (profit) as the sole Goals and other "value" waivers, including moral values. Efforts to compensate for the trap of capitalism in IFRS adoption can be an increase in the ethics of accountants' learning adapted to the ideology of Indonesia and the value of the Godhead, the development of business processes and accounting practices based on religious values, and the development of critical accounting discourse as a means of awareness of the adverse effects of capitalism. The aim of this research is to obtain a partial and empirical evidencefrom a simultaneous monetary policies which affect the share dividends oncompany non financial institutions are listed at the Indonesian stockexchange (BEI).The samples of this research arenon financial company in2009-2012, with purposive sampling method.Hypotheses test to partial results showed that price to book value of noeffect and not significant to the dividend payout ratio, return on investmentis no effect and no significant impact on the divident payout ratio, net profitmargin is not effect and not significant to the dividend payout ratio, currentratio is not effect and not significant to,dividend payout ratio debt to equityratio is not affec insignificant to the dividend payout ratio, total assets andturnover of not effect and not significant to the dividend payout ratio,earning pershare is not effect and not significant to the dividend payoutratio.

This study aims to design learning media that can increase enthusiasm, motivation, and understanding of students, and can facilitate teachers in learning Javanese subjects with material listening to the Werkudara puppet story. The method used in research is R&D (Research and Development) while the method used in the development of instructional media is the waterfall method. The story developed is a story with the title (1) Butcher Bilawa, (2) Bima Bungkus, and (3) Bima Suci. To produce a learning media researchers use a design processing program including; Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe After Effects CS6, Adobe Audition CS6, Pinnacle Studio 16, Adobe Flash CS6 with the final product in the form of an interactive CD. The results of the assessment by media experts and material experts, get the criteria value "quite good" - "very good" and tend to approach the criteria of "very good", while the results of the final product trial evaluation by students shows that all students totaling 23 children "agree" - "strongly agree" and approach the "strongly agree" category with the use of developed learning media. Thus the learning media for puppet story animation was declared feasible to facilitate learning activities in Javanese subjects to listen to the Werkudara puppet story in fifth grade students of Kutosari 02 State Elementary School.

Company value described how good or bad the manager of wealth management, itcan be seen from the measurement of financial performance obtained. The purpose of thisreasearch is to analyze the effect of the financial performance of the company's value tothe disclosure of corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable onmanufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2015. Theindependent variables are financial performance (ROA, ROE, CR, DER, TATO), thedependent variable is the enterprise value (Tobin's Q) and variable CSR as moderation.Samples were 30 companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Sampling of thepopulation using purposive sampling technique. Financial reporting data, ICMD andannual reports obtained from IDX. Testing the hypothesis in this research using multipleregression analysis with SPSS applications 21.The results of the research with multiple linear regression showed that theROA, ROE, CR, DER significant positive effect on firm value, while TATO significantnegative effect on firm value.The moderating variables with interaction test shows thatdisclosure corporate social responsibility moderating influence ROA by value company,while corporate social responsibility disclosure doesn’t moderating influence ROE, CR,DER, TATO by value of the firm.

One of the goals of accounting education in Indonesia is to introducethe students to the ethics and values of accounting profession. This researchfocused on the effectiveness of acconting curiculum in developing studentsresponsibility towards the financial statement’s users. We find that differentethics influence to perception the financial statement.

Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Purwodadi is a formal educational institution located on Jl. P. Diponegoro No. 22, the direction of Jalan Purwodadi - Solo. MAN Purwodadi as one of the Secondary Education Institutions in Purwodadi has an important role in the future, in the context of increasing the intelligence of the nation while preparing students who are faithful and devoted and possessing Science and Technology which are characteristic of their Islam. Some agencies including educational institutions in an effort to improve the image both in terms of promotion and information now, have begun to use website media that can be quickly accessed widely so as to improve the quality of service to the community. MAN Purwodadi in the current promotion and information efforts still use the method of manually explaining which will certainly take time and effort and still use print media that has limited reach and requires more costs for each print each year. MAN Purwodadi until now does not have a new alternative media in the form of a website that follows the times that if not followed up will certainly be less competitive in terms of promotion and information. Therefore, it is necessary to have new alternative media that are effective and efficient and sustainable which in addition to increasing positive value for MAN Purwodadi, can also support and cover up the weaknesses of promotional media and information that has been used before. In this study data were collected through a questionnaire method of 30 respondents in potential students using a Likert scale to find out the responses of respondents to each variable. Then do the analysis of the data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis. From the analysis obtained product information level score of 390 or 32.5%; the effective level of the product is 222 or 18.5%; and the product efficiency level of 399 or 33.25%. From the existing score indicators, if added together the results will show the extent of the feasibility of the website as a promotional media and MAN Purwodadi information. From the results of this analysis it can be concluded that Website Design as a Media Promotion and Information on MAN Purwodadi is considered "Very Effective". This is based on the calculation of the scale which states that if all the values ​​of the indicators are added up to produce a total value of 1011 where the value is between 976 - 1200 which states "Very Effective".

Sector The development of information and communication technology is very fast resulting in changes in various aspects. 3D technology is now widely used in various ways, for example in making films, games, educational media and also promotional media. This type of 3D media promotion is very necessary to promote tourist attractions of historic buildings such as Lawang Sewu in Semarang which has beautiful architectural buildings. In addition to offline promotions using 2D media, 3D media are also considered quite effective if used as promotional media to eliminate the mystical and horror impressions of the people at Lawang Sewu. The solution offered in this study is the use of 3D Virtual Reality as a promotional tool that displays a virtual feel, where 3D promotions will be more interesting and look more real so that people will get a pleasant impression in visiting these tourist attractions. This research uses Research product development methods and Development (RnD), using 6 out of 10 stages of research namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce promotional aids by utilizing 3D VR technology. The validity value of media experts is 3.4 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.2 which is declared feasible, and increases the audience's understanding and interest as a user from 33% up to 67%.

This study explores the relevance of women’s position in leadership within the contemporary context by considering the roles of women throughout history as well as the values underlying perspectives on leadership in modern society. Through a critical analysis of biblical texts, particularly in the Old Testament, this journal seeks to understand how female figures in the Bible, namely Deborah, Ruth, and Esther, influence perceptions of women in leadership. The findings of this study provide profound insights into the relevance and challenges faced by women in pursuing leadership careers in the contemporary era. In the modern context, women still face a number of challenges that hinder their progress in attaining leadership positions. Some of these challenges include gender inequality. The importance of gender equality in the modern context can also be seen from the relevance previously mentioned regarding the position of women in contemporary leadership. This study highlights the importance of understanding and encouraging women’s participation in leadership as an integral part of creating a just, inclusive, and sustainable society. Gender equality is not only about providing equal rights to all individuals, but also about recognizing and appreciating the diverse contributions of all people, regardless of gender.  

 Children in orphanages represent a vulnerable group requiring special attention in emotional, social, and moral aspects. This study aims to implement students' social care values through the narasi Project (narasi aksi rasa asih dan inspirasi) at the Sunan Kalijaga Orphanage, Malang. The method employed was a social action approach integrated into the Civic Education course. The activity was conducted on March 10, 2026, involving eight foster children as the target partners. The program comprised a prophetic storytelling session as a character education medium, canvas painting and clay workshops to foster creativity, an ice-breaking session, congregational Maghrib prayers, iftar together, and symbolic cash donation handover. The results indicated that the or orphaned children responded enthusiastically to all activities, particularly the storytelling and creative sessions, reflecting improvements in self-expression, social interaction, and moral values. For the students, this project demonstrably enhanced empathy and social responsibility. Flexibility and adaptability in program implementation were identified as key success factors. In conclusion, the synergy of character education, creativity, and social action can create an inclusive and meaningful learning environment while strengthening civic values among university students.
