The electric motor is a system that plays an important role in the operation of production machines in the industrial world. It is hoped that this activity will provide knowledge and experience to all students of SDN Wonosalam 1

The development of international business activities coincides with the widespread phenomenon of market globalization (Cavusgil, Knight, & Riesenberger, 2008). Market globalization refers to the growing economic integration and growing interdependence of countries around the world. The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the implications of globalization for international business. The study population consists of four empirical cases: strategies of ICT producers to cope with globalization, strategies used by Brazilian companies to survive China's challenges due to globalization, strategies for globalization and corporate real estate. This method allows researchers to select cases that have the desired information or required characteristics that are useful in achieving research objectives. The internationalization of companies refers to the tendency of companies to systematically increase the international scope of their business activities, whereas globalization refers to the macrotrend-intensive economic relations between the countries of the world. Globalization is driving companies to internationalize and substantially increase the volume and type of cross-border transactions in goods, services, and capital. Also, globalization leads to the rapid spread and diffusion of products, technology and knowledge in the world. The process of globalization is a natural process which is the result of the growth and acceleration of the process of character generalization and production processes.  

Green Accounting is an accounting system that regulates between companies and the surrounding environment. Green Accounting can provide useful information for business people to manage, design, and evaluate related company systems in order to have a positive impact on the surrounding environment and the general public. This research aims to recognize the effect of Green Accounting on profitability in the manufacturing industry of the lower industrial zone and chemical cement sub-zone in 2020-2022. The research was conducted using quantitative methods. It was found that Green Accounting has a positive effect on the profitability of manufacturing companies. This is evidenced by the results of calculations with the research variables of environmental performance and the use of environmentally friendly products, which refer to the sustainability reports of manufacturing companies in the cement sub-sector in 2020-2022.

This research analyzed one of the syntactic fields of study, namely phrases in argumentation texts in class XI textbooks of the Kurikulum Merdeka. Two data will be studied in argumentation texts entitled "Ketahanan Pangan Lokal” and “Ketahanan Pangan pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19". In this study, the researchers limit the analysis of phrase type studies, namely based on word categories in the form of verb and noun phrases. The purpose of this research is to know in depth the research data along with an explanation of the types of phrases based on word categories, namely verb phrases and noun phrases found. In addition, this research is also expected to be valuable as a learning medium, especially in one of the fields of syntactic units, namely about phrases. The research method used a qualitative descriptive methodological approach and theoretical syntax with reading, listening, and recording techniques. In the analysis, it was found that verb phrases based on their position and location were divided into two, namely Coordinative Verb Phrases (FVK) and Subordinative Verb Phrases (FVS). Meanwhile, noun phrases based on their position and location are also divided into two, namely Coordinative Noun Phrases (FNK) and Subordinative Noun Phrases (FNS). To facilitate the analysis and understanding of the reader, the phrase data is presented in the form of a table accompanied by an explanation. This research is important to analyze the phrases in the argumentation text contained in the independent curriculum textbook, this is because the independent curriculum is the latest educational learning system in Indonesia.

Cash receipts are cash received by the company in the form of cash for cash sales, settlement of receivables, and other transactions that can add to the company's cash. CV GAD Production in running its business in the field of event equipment provider rental requires a good cash receipt system. This study aims to determine whether the cash receipts accounting procedures at CV GAD Production have been going well. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that in general it is quite good but there are still deficiencies. The results of this study are expected to provide input in controlling cash receipts procedures.

Adisutjipto Angkasa High School in the laboratory has a fire risk and has some carbon content in the air which disturbs the respiratory system of the laboratory users. As for the manufacture of smart door lock products that have an important function value, namely as a tool for emergency needs when work accidents occur in the chemical laboratory and physics laboratory environment. The method used in this study is usability using the Use Questionnaire with validity and reliability measurements. The population in this study was 72 students of Angkasa Adisutjipto High School and the sample of this study was 41 students of Angkasa Adisutjipto High School. The results of this study show that the R value with df=39 and the correlation is significant at the 0.05 level and 2-tailend is 0.3081. reliability test results with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.756.

Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Adapun jenis dan sumber data yang dibutuhkan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam kegiatan promosi yang digunakan oleh Showroom Sultan Motor ada periklanan, promosi penjualan, penjualan personal dan hubungan masyarakat. Dari 9 informan yang telah di wawancarai, dimana Sultan Motor dalam mempromosikan produknya hanya terfokus pada media sosial saja dan ada beberapa konsumen yang kesulitan dalam melakukan pembelian kredit Motor karena terkendala syarat yang tidak memenuhi kriteria. Adapun kendala pada Showroom Sultan Motor Jambi: kondisi pasar, kondisi dan kemampuan penjual, modal, kondisi organisasi perusahaan. Adapun solusi yang dilakukan memberikan kepuasan kepada konsumen dan menanggapi dengan cepat setiap keinginan calon pembeli, memberikan solusi kepada konsumen jika tidak dapat melakukan pengkreditan karena beberapa hal yang tidak memungkinkan konsumen untuk melakukan kredit, dengan menawarkan system pembayaran yang lainnya, menambah pelanggan baru, sehingga tidak terfokus pada media sosial saja. Jika semua karyawan melakukan promosi maka peluang peningakatan penjualan juga bisa tercapai

This research discusses the activities of housewives in using E-Commerce, which have a positive impact. It is a process of changing the activities of housewives who used to shop for goods traditionally or conventionally to digital. The rapid development of technology is what ultimately led to the change in the activities of housewives, where they used to transact face-to-face with sellers and buyers, but now sellers and buyers only transact virtually or online using E-Commerce. This research uses a qualitative research method, where the researcher aims to describe and analyze the changes in the behavior of housewives related to E-Commerce activities from offline to all-online systems. Social change in housewives is not a result or product, but a process. This process of change is, of course, the result of an agreement or joint decision made by individuals or a community.

Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) do not understand the importance of accountability, they have not been able to prepare financial reports based on financial accounting standards for micro, small and medium enterprises (SAK EMKM), and the use of digital technology in preparing financial reports has not been properly utilized by business actors. MSMEs. This community service activity aims to increase the perceptions of MSMEs in Cupak Village, Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency, East Java Province regarding the urgency of financial accountability for the business being carried out along with literacy in implementing SAK EMKM using digital, user-friendly accounting media. The method uses lectures, training and mentoring, the objects of community service activities are MSMEs actors in Cupak Village, Ngusikan District, Jombang Regency, East Java Province. The results achieved from this activity are increased understanding of the importance of business accountability and the implementation of financial records in accordance with SAK EMKM with user friendly digital accounting media. The mentoring fund training program makes MSMEs actors in Cupak Jombang understand the importance of accountability, this mentoring program makes MSMEs actors familiar with digital accounting information systems.

Meningkatnya aktivitas kapal di Pelabuhan Surabaya akan mengakibatkan tingginya risiko pencemaran terhadap lingkungan. Pencemaran dapat terjadi pada lingkungan laut, darat, dan udara. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak dari pencemaran yang diakibatkan oleh operasional kapal di Pelabuhan Surabaya dan strategi penanganannya sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah, International Maritime Organization dan Marine Pollution. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dan jenis penelitian ini adalah deskripsi kuantitatif. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif observasional. Dampak yang terjadi di lingkungan laut akibat kegiatan operasional pelabuhan disebabkan oleh air balas dan emisi NOx. Aktivitas kapal yang tinggi akan meningkatkan pembuangan air balas di laut. Total hasil pembuangan emisi NOx yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini selama 3 hari adalah 1026,25 Kg, 429,34 Kg, dan 452,22 Kg. Emisi gas buang yang dikeluarkan rata- rata berada di atas ambang batas. Batas kualitas udara yang tergolong untuk dikatakan berpotensi pencemaran adalah 12,51. Strategi yang dapat dilakukan dalam menangani permasalahan – permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan menerapkan BWMTS ( Ballast Water Management Treatment System ) dan filter mekanis untuk menangani air balas. Dalam menangani NOx dapat menerapkan metode EGR, SCR, dan Water Injection and Emulsion.

Knowing the working system of the MCC-300 Panel as a controller for the distribution machine at Perumdam Tirta Madani, Serang City, 3). Knowing how to maintain the MCC-300 Panel and clean water distribution machines at Perumdam Tirta Madani, Serang City. The methods used are observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. Prumdam Tirta Madani Serang City has several components in the clean water supply system, including raw water components, raw water transmission components, production unit components, and distribution unit components. In the working system the MCC-300 Panel consists of two blocks and there are other components contained in the panel. Then maintenance is carried out on the MCC-300 Panel and Distribution Machine, namely planned maintenance starting from cleaning to carrying out tests on components and machines using an electric meter.

This research or study aims to identify and analyze the implementation of Online Single Submissio in facilitating services for making business licenses for MSMEs in Ambulu Village, Sumberasih District, Probolinggo Regency. The research method used is qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques in research are interviews, and observation techniques. Based on researched, business licensing service on Ambulu Village already running well but, there are still problem faced, namely that there are still some business actors who lack information regarding the business licensing process.

Hospital is a health service organization that organizes complete individual health services, and provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. In order for hospital management to run well, it is necessary to measure hospital performance, namely the Balanced Scorecard method. : The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) is used as a decision-making tool regarding the actions that must be taken to correct deficiencies and advance the hospital. Purpose: This study aims to determine the application of the balanced scorecard (BSC) in analyzing the performance of hospitals in Indonesia. Methods: This study used the library research method. . Results: a literature review of ten journals shows that all conclude that localization and conceptual use of the BSC can greatly improve hospital performance. The results of performance analysis with the BSC at the hospital can also provide clear direction in determining policies, resources and routine activities, as well as in building systems in each unit in the hospital. Conclusion: BSC can not only be applied in private hospitals, but government hospitals also need to apply BSC to measure their performance and be used as a guide in making policies and designs or work plans. Findings from existing studies must also be enriched by the literature and by empirical evidence about the benefits of BSC application in hospitals. It will also provide experience for a number of hospitals in Indonesia which can be a reference for expanding the implementation of BSC in hospital administration.
