The aim of this research is to determine the effect of using the fizzo novel application on the writing ability of class XI students at SMK Negeri 4 Medan for the 2022/2023 academic year. The population in this study was all students in class The research method used is a quantitative experimental method. The research instrument is a drama text writing test which is assessed based on content aspects and linguistic aspects of the drama text. The results of the research show that there is an influence of using the fizzo novel application on the ability to write drama texts in class XI students at SMK Negeri 4 Medan. This is proven by hypothesis testing which shows that the value of Tcount > Ttable is 11.6 > 1.71 with a significance level of 5%.

This study aims to determine the process of industrial management accounting information system in cash receipts at the North Sumatra Governor's Office, Jl. Problem formulation: What are the advantages and disadvantages in the application of information systems. The data collection methods used in this study are decision techniques and direct research in the field. Technical analysis used is the description method, which is a method carried out by analyzing those related to cash receipts.

This research aims to determine the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and also aims to increase customer loyalty. This research used customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Medan Iskandar Muda 1 in Medan City as respondents in filling out the questionnaire as many as 170 customers. The tests used in this research are data quality tests, classical assumption tests, influence tests and hypothesis tests. From the results of this research, it was found that the influence of service quality on customer loyalty is a significant influence where the significance value is 0.001 < 0.05 and tcount is greater than ttable (3.245 > 1.653), the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty also has a significant influence where the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05 and tcount is greater than the table (3.742 > 1.653) and simultaneously service quality and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty where the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05 and fcount is greater than ftable (23.982 > 3.05). Meanwhile, the R2 value of 22.3% of this research is influenced by service quality and customer satisfaction variables, while the remaining 77.7% is influenced by service quality and customer satisfaction variables. influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

The objective of this article is to examine the elements that impact the inclination of customers of Indonesian Islamic banks, specifically those in KC Medan Ahmad Yani, to utilize mobile banking. Technology has significantly influenced people's lives, and the banking industry has utilized the internet to enhance their services. This has resulted in the emergence of mobile banking, which refers to banking services accessed through mobile phones or, in other words, phone banking. Mobile banking, along with services like ATMs and credit cards, has become essential for Indonesian banks to expand their target market. Currently, mobile banking serves as a primary focal point and an effective operational strategy for banks to enhance their services.The purpose of this analysis is to identify the factors that influence customers' interest in using mobile banking and the strategies employed to increase customer engagement. Additionally, the study aims to ascertain whether mobile banking can be employed as a marketing strategy to drive customer growth at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Medan Ahmad Yani. Data collection for this research is conducted through a questionnaire, which includes inquiries intended to gather relevant information.

This research aims to identify and explain the role of leadership in improving employee discipline at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III Medan. In carrying out this research, researchers used a qualitative descriptive research type. The aim of this research is to determine the role of IB Makbul smart savings in increasing DPK, which is located at PT Bank Sumut Capem Syariah HM Joni. The research uses quantitative methods. The population of this research is all employees at Bank Sumut CAPEM Syariah HM JONI Medan, totaling 13 people. The sampling technique in this research was to use a saturated sampling technique (total sampling). Based on the results of the Kendall's Tau B test above, the significant value is 0.114 > 0.05 which indicates that the relationship between the Smart Ib Makbul savings variable and the third party funds (DPK) variable is not significant or in other words there is no/sufficient relationship between the variables. The three interpretations in the Kendall's Tau-B correlation test above, a conclusion can be drawn that "the relationship between Smart Ib Makbul savings and third party funds (TPF) is not significant, sufficient, and in the same direction.

This research aims to determine the effect of outdoor study-based problem-based learning on high school students' critical thinking abilities on respiratory system material. This research methodology uses quantitative methods with a quasi-experimental type. The research population was class XI high school students with a sample size of 86 students. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and written tests. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The results of the research show that the average critical thinking ability of students in the experimental class taught using the outdoor study-based Problem Based Learning learning model is in the high category and the average critical thinking ability of students in the control class taught using the conventional learning model is low, this is based on the average posttest score from the experimental class, namely 80.22 and the control class, namely 55.95. The results of hypothesis testing using Independent Sample t-test statistics show that there is an influence of the outdoor study-based problem based learning model on the results of students' critical thinking abilities in the material on the human respiratory system Class XI Science SMA Brigjen Katamso 2 Medan.

The monetary crisis has greatly impacted Indonesian society, leading to a moral crisis. This can be seen from the increasing crime rate and unemployment. This tends to cause one of the crimes that often occurs, which is theft. The application of standard articles in cases with relatively small valued goods will certainly increase the piling up of cases and the prolonged handling of a case. Not infrequently, these cases are forced to be resolved in a long period of time and end up in the Supreme Court. This study aims to find out the decision of the Medan High Court Number 1287/Pid.B/2023/PN Mdn regarding theft. In this study, the author uses a normative juridical approach, which is an approach carried out by analyzing and interpreting theoretical matters regarding principles, legal interpretation and comparative law. The results of the analysis and discussion in this study are that in the case of the criminal act of theft with case number 1287/Pid.B/2023/PN Mdn, the Defendant, Tamim Hasyim Als Tamim, was found guilty by the Panel of Judges for committing the criminal act of "Aggravated Theft Committed Repeatedly" based on the alternative indictment submitted by the Public Prosecutor. As a result, the Defendant was sentenced to 3 years and 10 months in prison. In the case of the criminal act of theft with case number 1287/Pid.B/2023/PN Mdn.    

The purpose of this study was to analyze the suitability of financial statement reports based on the application of accounting based on SAK EMKM at Umkm Aceh Hidroponik Medang Ara Village, Karang Baru District, Aceh Tamiang Regency. This research was conducted using a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and the application of recording financial statements based on SAK EMKM using primary and secondary data taken from Umkm Aceh Hidroponik. The data collection technique in this study uses interview and documentation techniques and the analysis technique used is using data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on data analysis, the results showed that Umkm Aceh Hidroponik has implemented accounting but the recording of financial statements carried out is still manual and very simple and its application has not followed the provisions in SAK EMKM. The financial statements prepared by Umkm Aceh Hidroponik are only in the form of an income statement while the statement of financial position and notes to the financial statements do not exist. The obstacle that causes Umkm Aceh Hydroponics not to be implemented is that they do not know and understand the preparation of business financial reports based on the Micro, Small, Medium Entity Financial Accounting Standards (SAK EMKM).

Research objectives: To analyze and know the role of the government in regulating the government's moderate influence on price, facilities, and brand image towards interest in buying electric cars and electricity in the Mebidang Metropolitan City (Medan-Binjai-Deli Serdang). Because the population amount is unknown, the researcher determines the sample size using the Lemeshow formula, which amounts to 384 respondents. Sample determination using purposive sampling, i.e., candidate consumer Already owns a car, income >= 10 million rupiah. Data was obtained with a questionnaire online via Google Forms. Hypotheses are tested using validity test methods, reliability tests, assumption tests classic, regression multiplex, and hypothesis testing with SPSS. Based on the results, Price research matters positively and significant to Purchase Interest, Facilities influential positively and significant to purchase intention, brand image is influential positive and significant to Purchase Intention, Brand Image are influential positive and significant to Purchase Interest, Regulation Government can moderate influence Brand Image against Purchase Interest, Regulation Government No can moderate influence Price to Purchase interest.  

The tourism industry is one of the industries that has an important role in the national development of various countries today where in 2017, globally the tourism industry has driven the progress of the lives of millions of people by encouraging economic growth, creating jobs, reducing poverty, and accelerating development and strengthening tolerance. In this condition, Indonesia is also one of the countries that has an impact on these developments. Where the tourism sector in 2016 showed development and continued to increase and make an increasingly significant contribution to the national Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Seeing this potential, tourism development is starting to become one of the leading programs in regional development, in which case this discussion will focus on the development of tourism in one of the districts in the city of Medan. Tourism development that is planned and managed in a sustainable manner based on the community will be able to contribute to local revenue (PAD) and create jobs.

The purposes of this research are 1) to determine students' critical thinking skills without using the Discovery Learning learning model in Civics class VI MIN 12 Medan City, 2) to determine students' critical thinking skills using the Discovery Learning learning model in Civics class VI MIN 12 City Medan, 3) to determine the significant effect of the Discovery Learning learning model on students' critical thinking skills in Civics learning at MIN 12 Medan City. The research methodology uses a quantitative approach with the type of Quasy Experiment in the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. This research was conducted at MIN 12 Medan City, Medan Tembung District. The sample in this study consisted of 2 classes, namely the experimental class and the control class. Collecting data in this study used the results of pre-test and post-test essay questions. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive, normality test, homogeneous test and Wilcoxon test. The results of this study show 1) the results of students' critical thinking without the application of the Discovery Learning model obtain an average posttest score of 75.77. 2) The results of students' critical thinking applied to the Discovery Learning model obtained an average posttest score of 78.27. This shows that there is a significant influence on the learning model media Discovery Learning on students' critical thinking skills. This is evidenced by the results of the Wilcoxon test with an asymp.Sig value of 0.000 <0.05, which means that there is a change in the average of the two paired samples, Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected.

This study aims to analyze the ijarah system implemented by GrabBike drivers in Medan City related to the electric motorcycles used in their services. The research method used is a qualitative method conducted by direct observation, interviews with Grab drivers, and analysis of related documents. In Islam this economic system is referred to as ijarah, which means a contract of transfer of use rights to goods or services, through the payment of rent wages, without being followed by the transfer of ownership (ownership milkiyyah) of the goods themselves. The results showed that Grab has used the ijarah al-a'yan (muthlaqah) system as a rental method. In this ijarah system, the company rents electric motorbikes to drivers with a daily rental fee of Rp50,000.

Coronavirus is an infectious human disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2). D-dimer affects the mortality rate of COVID-19 patients due to an impaired immune system and an excessive inflammatory process that leads to tissue damage, leading to death conditions. The increase in COVID-19 severity correlates with an elevation in D-dimer levels. Elevated D-dimer levels have become an important marker in monitoring the condition of severe COVID-19 patients, as they are associated with worse outcomes and increased mortality in severe COVID-19 cases. To determine the relationship between D-dimer levels and mortality in severe COVID-19 patients.This research used a descriptive and analytical study with a cross-sectional design to determine the correlation between D-dimer levels and mortality in severe/critical COVID-19 patients. Data were obtained from secondary sources of medical records of confirmed severe/critical COVID-19 patients at Dr. Pirngadi Regional General Hospital. There is a correlation between D-Dimer levels and mortality in confirmed severe COVID-19 patients with moderate severity. A significant association exists between elevated D-Dimer levels and mortality in confirmed COVID-19 patients with moderate severity. This study also indicated that there are more male COVID-19 patients compared to females. Older individuals (elderly) in this study, aged over 45 years, are more likely to be infected with COVID-19 compared to those under 45 years of age.

HIV stands for Human Immunodeficiency Virus, a virus which weakens immune system, while Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a collection of disease symptoms due to decreased immunity, which are acquired (not genetic). Education about HIV/AIDS to reduce the incidence rate of, because so far there is no medication or vaccine to prevent the spread of HIV/AIDS. To date, health education extension in order to enhance knowledge of HIV/AIDS is quite successful. The attempt to increase knowledge for formal and informal education as well as general and religious education is made by integrating HIV/AIDS materials systematically. The results of preliminary study on 10 students indicated that 40% (four student)can answer more than five questions , and 60 % ( 6 students ) can only be answered fewer than five questions investigators.Objective: To identify the effects of health education extension about HIV/AIDS on knowledge in tenth grade students at SMA Namira Medan Tahun 2022. Methods: This research employed a Quasi Experiment Design with one group pretest-posttest. Subjects of the research were tenth grade students of SMA Namira Medan. Sampling employed purposive sampling with a sample size of 40 students. Hypothesis was analyzed using statistical test, namely Wilcoxon test. Results: The Wilcoxon test indicated that there were significant differences in knowledge with p value of<0.05 (p = 0.001) and Z >1,96 (Z=3,212). Conclusion: There are effects of health education extension about HIV/AIDS on the knowledge of tenth grade students of SMA Namira Medan Tahun 2022 as indicated with p <0.05 (p =0.001) and Z >1,96 (Z=3,212). Interviews with workers in the regional equipment and infrastructure sector were used as a data collection method. Secondary data was obtained from books and articles discussing the impact of Bafeda in Medan. Based on the research results, Bapeda's performance in Medan has not been completely successful.

Bank SUMUT Syariah Medan Katamso Branch Office. This research uses a descriptive method. The data source used is secondary data. The type of data used is qualitative data with the documentation used is a flowchart of procedures for granting Multipurpose Credit, and direct interviews by holding questions and answers to the head of the marketing division at PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Katamso Branch Office. Based on the results of the analysis from this research, it can be seen that the procedure for providing Multipurpose Financing to PT. Bank SUMUT Syariah Medan Katamso branch office goes through several stages that have been determined by the bank. The stages in granting Multipurpose Credit are application/submission of financing, investigation and analysis of financing, financing decisions, rejection and approval of financing, binding of collateral and realization of financing

The main objective of this research is to determine the direct influence of career adaptability and perceived organizational support on employee performance. The population and sample in this study were 120 permanent employees of the Royal Prima Medan Hospital. This type of research is quantitative. Data was obtained from distributing questionnaires. Data analysis uses Smart Pls, where it is hoped that the results of this research will be able to predict employee performance. The research results show that career adaptability and perceived organizational support directly affect employee performance. Then, perceived organizational support is assessed as the most dominant variable in influencing employee performance.

RSU Haji Medan is one of the hospitals in North Sumatra Province that is still experiencing problems with service quality. Health services for patients at RSU Haji Medan are still facing problems with limited consultation time with doctors, unsatisfactory drug services, inappropriate doctor visit schedules, uncomfortable wards, and nurses who are not friendly to patients. This research is a survey with a quantitative descriptive approach that aims to explain the effect of service quality on inpatient satisfaction at RSU Haji Medan. The population in this study were JKN inpatients at RSU Haji Medan, with a sample size of 50 people. Data were obtained through interviews using a questionnaire and analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that the quality of service as measured through the aspects of physical evidence, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, and empathy affects the satisfaction of inpatients at RSU Haji Medan. It is suggested to RSU Haji Medan to improve the quality of service to patients by paying attention to the dimensions of service quality so as to increase patient satisfaction, The reliability dimension needs special attention because it is the most dominant aspect that influences patient satisfaction.
