Limit of a function is the main of calculus that teached in high school. The concept is the value of a function gets closer or approaches some number. This research focuses on finding the use of the limit function concept in every sectors in our daily, inside and outside the mathematic. This research was conducted to increase motivation to students in studying limit of functions in school  and to become a source of knowledge for others. The research method used is study literature. The result of this reseach is the concept of limit function widely used in various sectors of life. In engineering, the concept of limit is used to calculate the speed and maximum output of a machine. In science, the concept of limit exists in mathematics, physics, and chemistry. In the health sector, the concept of limit is used in the eye checkup and in daily, the concept of limit is used with the expression almost, that something is only close, but does not happen.

This research is a quantitative research type. Aims to determine the effect of employee discipline and supervision on employee performance at the Maluku Province Community and Village Empowerment Office against the background of problems regarding employee performance that have not been maximized. The sample in this study amounted to 41 respondents. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires using multiple linear regression analysis models, and classical assumption tests. The results of this study indicated that the effect of employee discipline on employee performance partially provided an effective contribution of 75.3%. The effect of supervision on employee performance partially provided an effective contribution of 75.5%. Simultaneously, employee discipline and supervision made an effective contribution of 71% to employee performance, and 29% was influenced by other variables not examined by researchers. This is seen based on the value obtained from data processing using the SPSS version 26 application, which showed that the significance value (sig) of the T test and F test is smaller than the probability value of 0.05. In improving employee performance, of course, other variables are needed to encourage better employe performance.

In the warehouse department or warehouse in companies including PT. Semarang Packing Indonesia has a service system that still has not maximized the current technological developments that are growing rapidly. Included in the warehouse inventory system which often occurs is not available stock and excessive stock. This causes the inventory function in the warehouse not to work optimally. From these problems,. This system includes controlling inventory in the warehouse for purchases so as to reduce excessive or insufficient stock so that the stockter inventory is controlled, as well as the data input process that utilizes RFID so as to speed up the time in the data input process. This system uses the PHP and MYSQL programming languages as the database and utilizes the PHP Framework, namely CodeIgniter, in making this website. With a web-based system, it makes it easier for employees to process data in a timely manner.

This study aims to determine the relationship between pedagogic practice of biology online learning and student learning outcomes in class XI SMAN 9 Malang.  This research was conducted from 02, October 2021 to 07, October, 2021 at SMAN 9 Malang.  This research includes ex post facto research with quantitative research using survey mode with correlation analysis techniques in surveys, information is collected from respondents using questionnaires or questionnaires.  Data analysis techniques in this study are collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, verifying and drawing conclusions.  The results of this study are Biology online learning pedagogic practices have a significant relationship with student learning outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic, but are at a very low level.  This is indicated by a significance value of 0.434 where 0.575 > 0.05.  In addition, based on the results of a simple correlation analysis obtained a correlation value of 0.103, which means the direction of the relationship is positive.  Based on the results of research and discussion, there is a significant relationship between online learning pedagogic practices and student learning outcomes during the Covid-19 pandemic which is at a very low level.  Because in the online learning process there are shortcomings, namely the lack of maximum student involvement, lack of learning time, teachers have difficulty determining whether students do assignments independently or not, so teachers must work as much as possible to adapt to the online learning process but these obstacles can be overcome properly due to assistance  and motivation of various parties.

This can improve memory in the child's brain to learn to read.

The use of GIS applications by architecture students is unusual, even though GIS has many tools to assist students’ projects, in this case, selecting and determining project site location plans for their final project. This study used the GIS application to determine the right location for a solar power plant project or a solar energy farm on Java Island, Indonesia. By determining what the suitable criteria for this project location are, there are 1). Ground Elevation, 2). The Sun Direction, 3). Ground Slope, and 4). Maximum Radiation. Those multiple criteria are used as determining factors with the Weight Overlay function in the GIS application. Overlaying all data and criteria maps will produce a final map that can be used as a reference for final decision-making. We can make our own rules to determine which places are the most appropriate by adjusting the weighting value per criteria. By using the GIS application and adjusting it to the regulatory conditions of the student’s project, it is clear that this application will significantly assist students in selecting and determining project locations in their Final Project.

Traditional family medicinal plants or herbs or often abbreviated as Toga, are very beneficial for health and when planted around the house create a beautiful environment. Currently, people prefer to use chemical-based medicines for several reasons, including: the first is the lack of knowledge about medicinal plants, the second is the limited land for growing family medicinal plants, third, the lack of information dissemination about family medicinal plants on easily accessible media. or informative to citizens.From some of the problems above, we can draw the main points of the problems that are discussed and this writing tries to find ways to provide education to the community in terms of the types of family medicinal plants, as well as the design and implementation of the construction of the toga garden.The scope of this paper is related to the author's discipline, namely in the architectural realm and takes a case study on an empty land next to a security post located in RT 08, RW V, Sumurboto Village, Banyumanik District, Semarang.The purpose of writing related to knowledge of the types of family medicinal plants, toga garden designs and their implementation are: first so that people know about the types and benefits of family medicinal plants, second so that people understand the importance of family medicinal plants for health, third so that people maximize and utilize the land. that exist in their respective environments.

Consumer behavior is the study of how individuals, groups, and organizations select, purchase, use, and use goods, services, ideas, or experiences to satisfy their needs and wants. In Islamic economics, the goal of consumption is to maximize maslahah. Maslahah includes the integration of physical benefits and elements of blessing. In consumption, Islam positions it as part of economic activity that aims to collect rewards towards falah (happiness in the world and the hereafter). The motive for consumption in Islam is basically maslahah (public interest or general human good) for needs and obligations. In Islam, consumption cannot be separated from the role of faith. The role of faith is an important benchmark because faith provides a perspective that tends to influence human behavior and personality. Therefore, consumption is important because it fulfills the needs of human life. Without consumption, humans will not survive. What's more, consumption during the COVID-19 pandemic is in violation of the rules and other consumer rights.

The capital market is an investment vehicle for those who have excess funds. People invest in the capital market with the aim of earning income or return on investment. Investment can be defined as an activity of placing funds in one or more assets during a certain period in the hope of obtaining income and or increasing the value of the investment. The main purpose of the company to invest is the rate of return. The main purpose of investors investing their funds in securities is, among others, to get the maximum rate of return through policies, for example, dividends at a certain risk will get certain results with minimal risk. From the results of the research, it is found that there is a negative influence of Ownership Structure, a positive influence of Dispersion of Ownership, and a negative influence of Capital Structure on the Dividend Policy of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2007-2011.

The hydrogen economy is a shift in the use of fossil energy to energy derived from hydrogen. Currently, Energy experts are trying to find fuel from new and renewable energy, especially in the transportation sector. This study seeks to determine the profile of energy consumption in the city of Semarang, especially in the transportation sector with simulation calculations in a certain year. By knowing the profile of energy consumption in the transportation sector in the city of Semarang, the output of this research is a planning study to build hydrogen economic infrastructure and make possible steps. At the end of this paper, it will be known how big the potential for hydrogen infrastructure development is so that later it can be a guide in determining the right policy in carrying out hydrogen infrastructure development in the city of Semarang. The design capacity of hydrogen production at PT. SAMATOR is 1000 m3/hour. Production breakdown per day : 550 m3/hour x 24hours = 13,200m3. If the production is maximized for 360 days per year, the total hydrogen production in Semarang is 4,752,000m3. In 2020, the demand for hydrogen in the city of Semarang = 1,955,780 m3. With this research data, it can be analyzed that hydrogen production in the city of Semarang can meet the needs of hydrogen for transportation in the city of Semarang.

This research was conducted at PT. Bangun Makmur Medan. Work productivity that has not reached the company's target because there are still shortcomings that occur to employees when viewed with data in the last 5 years, not all employees can achieve work productivity targets that have not reached the company's target because there are still shortages that occur when viewed with data in 5 years Finally, not all employees can reach the target. Compensation is still very low due to the bonuses made by companies that have not been maximal for employees who have worked optimally. Employees are not satisfied with what they receive from their co-workers who cannot work together and the lack of opportunities for employees to get promotion opportunities and the amount of bonuses received is not yet in line with expectations because the bonuses made by the company are not maximized with employees who have worked optimally. The population is 129 employees and the sample in this study was 98 employees. The sampling technique used is sample random sampling. The technique of collecting data is by pembainigain kueisoner, interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis uses validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, determinant coefficient and hypothesis testing.Conclusions in the study that simultaneous Compensation and Job Satisfaction influence the Work Productivity of PT. Bangun Makmur Medan. Partially Compensation and Job Satisfaction influence the Work Productivity of PT. Bangun Makmur Medan. Partially Job Satisfaction influences the Work Productivity of PT. The magnitude of the coefficient of determination that value .10 means compensation and job satisfaction can explain employee work productivity by 31% and the remaining 69% (100-31) is influenced by other variables outside of this study such as: work motivation, career development, work environment and so on

Since the increase of Covid 19 cases, the government has affirmed the implementation of online learning for all students, including university students. Online learning is a learning process conducted in a network that utilizes the internet, without face-to-faceinteractions. In practice, online learning has many obstacles which affect the success of students in the courses. Creating a sense of place in online learning can be done by improving communication between lecturers and students: humanization of students, the socialization process related to online learning, the importance of the role of lecturers in online learning, the contribution of students in online learning, learning media, guidelines and learning targets. With a conducive learning atmosphere, optimizing the role of lecturers and student contributions, can meet the desired learning targets.Efforts are made to achieve effective communication. The success of learning depends on the lecturers and students, each of which has a role that cannot be ruled out. The role of technology has a significant effect on the online learning process, such as internet access, communication media, and learning media.In the end, this effective communication effort is expected to be able to encouragestudents to play a maximum role in online learning, especially in situations where face-to-face learning is not possible, such as during a pandemic.

The health deconcentration fund is one of the funding schemes for regions in the context of delegating matters under the authority of the central government to regional governments in certain regions to support the achievement of national development. This research aims to analyze the policy for managing deconcentrated funds in the health sector in the region. This research uses qualitative methods with the Edward III policy implementation model. Data collection was carried out through interviews and documentation studies. The research results concluded that the implementation of deconcentrated fund management policies in the health sector in several regions in Indonesia is still not effective. This is caused by communication aspects that have not been maximized and the lack of adequate resource qualifications for managing deconcentration funds.

Background: Spinal anesthesia is a type of extensive nerve block by inserting a local anesthetic drug into the subarachnoid space at the lumbar level (Rehatta, 2019). Among the effects of spinal anesthesia that often occur, post-spinal anesthesia headache is a complication that often does not receive special attention. Due to the minor effects of spinal anesthesia. Management of headaches after spinal anesthesia, one of which is using non-pharmacological techniques with Head Up therapy, namely providing a 30 degree head elevation position with the aim of increasing blood flow to the brain in an effort to maximize oxygen flow to the brain which is believed to reduce the sensation of headaches. Objective: To analyze the effect of giving Head up therapy on headaches in post-operative patients with spinal anesthesia. Method: This research is a quantitative research using a type of experiment with a pre-experimental design, post-test control group design. Sampling technique: accidental sampling Population: The population of this study was 300 people. Sample: This study involved 76 respondents with a division of 38 respondents who were given Head Up therapy and 38 respondents who were not given Head Up therapy. Data analysis: Data were analyzed using the Mann Whitney test. The research instruments were Head Up SOP and Posttest Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) questionnaire. This research was carried out in February-April 2024 at Dr Hardjono Ponorogo Regional Hospital. Results: Based on research and after data analysis, the significance value (P value) in the Mann Whitney test was 0.001 (p>0.05). Conclusion: It was found that there was an effect of giving Head up therapy to post-operative patients with spinal anesthesia

Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dimana data diperoleh dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung ke lokasi. Hasil dari studi ini adalah konsep perancangan ruang tebuka hijau dengan berdasarkan teori yang tellah dikaji lalu kemudian di intrepetasikan ke dalam sebuah gagasan desain perancangan sarana olahraga dan rekreasi. Green open space has very important benefits for urban areas. One of the benefits that can be felt is through physical comfort that is well organized, and has a supporting function for the citizens of the city. The Riverbank of Banjir Kanal Barat Semarang is one of the potential green open spaces that can be maximized through the use of green open spaces as a means of sports and recreation. This research uses a qualitative method where data is obtained by making direct observations at the location. The result of this study is a concept for designing green open spaces based on theories that have been studied and then interpreted into a design idea for designing sports and recreation facilities.  

Entering an increasingly advanced era, the role of information technology is very important in various sectors. Currently, many business people have used information technology as a system in an agency or company. CV. Untung Maju Bersama is a company engaged in the sale of snacks and basic necessities. In its journey, the system used is still using a manual system. To maximize the sales system, therefore an analysis of the sales system design was made using the prototyping method to help improve the existing system. The system used on this website has three users, namely admin, sales, and delivery who have different access rights and have different tasks according to their respective job descriptions. In the analysis of this information system design, a prototyping method is used where the design made must be in accordance with the system to be built. Several features will be added in this proposed design system which did not exist in the previous system, namely the addition of an item tracking feature. This feature allows customers to see how far their orders have been processed. It is hoped that the design of this system can help CV. The research in this dissertation is motivated by the phenomenon of the development of quality educational institutions that have a good process to create high student achievement, design a good curriculum taught by qualified teachers and good products as evidenced by the students being able to compete with superior schools. inside and outside the city so that, with a good process, Madrasa are no longer underestimated and even become the community's main choice of superior schools. The research approach uses qualitative methods. Data collection techniques are participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are 1) single case data analysis, 2) cross-site analysis. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that: ( 1) The formulation of the madrasa principal's strategy in developing students' talents and interests at MTsN 3 Nganjuk and MTsN 2 Kediri City is carried out by : formulating the vision and mission of the madrasa, determining the goals of planning for the development of student talents and interests that have been carried out by the madrasa, mapping talents and interests based on abilities and fields of study . Recruitment of basic education students with implementation of strict selection assessment taking into account several assessments, namely the recruitment of the academic path through with report cards and Olympics. Non-academic selection recruitment is seen from the results of students' memorization of the Koran, sports, arts and so on . (2) The implementation of the madrasa principal's strategy in developing students' talents and interests at MTsN 3 Nganjuk and MTsN 2 Kediri City is carried out by: 1) Programs of extracurricular activities provided for all students according to their potential, interests, talents, and abilities, so that students can develop maximally. 2) Supporting activities through routine and spontaneous activities that are carried out optimally can develop students' talents and interests.

Libraries are part of learning resources that must be owned by every school or college. Because students easily find information or knowledge through the library. With the development of technology, people think to be able to work more effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study is to create an information system to overcome these limitations in order to improve services to library users and expedite the administrative process to be faster and more accurate. The design of a web-based library information system is expected to improve maximum library services and errors in data processing. The library information system includes member registration, search books, book data, borrowing books, books, and fines for late payment of books.

The many variations of Muslim clothing make customers confused in determining which clothes to buy. One solution is to use a recommendation system that can help customers find clothes according to their wants and needs. This study aims to create a product recommendation system that can provide product recommendations to Muslim clothing stores using the collaborative filtering method. The recommendation results will only display a maximum of 6 Muslim clothes that have been seen or purchased based on the similarity value of the highest Muslim clothing to the recommendation level with the lowest similarity. The results of Muslim clothing recommendations from customer A are Queen Dress (P0007) with a similarity value of 2.00, Trimuji Toyobo (P0006) with a similarity value of 1.40, Wonder Set 3in1 (P0008) with a similarity value of 1.00, Afnan Atasan Tunik (P0009 ) with a similarity value of 1.00 and Abaya Embroidery Maxi (P0010) with a similarity value of 1.00

Forensic audits and investigative audits are used to uncover, detect and prevent fraud. In preventing fraud, the auditor is required to have competence, professionalism and spiritual intelligence to maximize fraud prevention. The population in this study were all auditors who worked at BPKP Representatives of Central Java. The sampling technique used convenience sampling and obtained a sample of 40 respondents. The method of collecting data is through a survey method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that forensic audits, investigative audits, and auditor competence have no significant effect on fraud prevention. while professionalism and spiritual intelligence have a significant positive effect on fraud prevention
