The hope for the ASN mental revolution is motivated by the gap between the expected performance (intended performance) and the actual performance produced (actual performance) by ASN. There are still many levels of inefficiency in carrying out tasks which is clear evidence of low competence. Civil servants who lack professionalism and lack moral awareness tend to abuse their authority or misuse state finances. This problem is used as an example that the ASN's mental revolution has not been fully successful, namely in carrying out tasks which are clear evidence of the commitment of the apparatus which is still low. This study aims to determine 1) the effect of internalizing core values on the mental revolution of the State Civil Apparatus, 2) the effect of employer branding on the mental revolution of the State Civil Apparatus, and 3) the effect of internalizing core values and employer branding on the mental revolution of the State Civil Apparatus at the District Secretariat. Cilacap. The research method used is descriptive quantitative method. Meanwhile, data collection techniques used questionnaires, and data analysis used multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that there is an influence between the internalization of core values on mental revolution, there is an influence between employer branding on mental revolution, and there is an influence of internalization of core values and employer branding on the mental revolution of the State Civil Apparatus at the Regional Secretariat of Cilacap Regency. This means that the more successful the internalization of core values and employer branding, the higher the level of success of the mental revolution of the State Civil Apparatus.

Skin is the largest organ in humans, it functions as the outermost protector of the organs inside. Therefore, the skin is often attacked by various diseases, especially cancer. Skin cancer is divided into two, namely benign and malignant. Malignant has the potential to spread and increase the risk of death. Skin cancer detection traditionally involves time-consuming laboratory tests to determine malignancy or benignity. Therefore, there is a demand for computer-assisted diagnosis through image analysis to expedite disease identification and classification. This study proposes to use the K-nearest neighbor (KNN) classifier and Gray Level Co-occurrence Matrix (GLCM) to classify these two types of skin cancer. Apart from that, the average filter is also used for preprocessing. The analysis was carried out comprehensively by carrying out 480 experiments on the ISIC dataset. Dataset variations were also carried out using random sampling techniques to test on smaller datasets, where experiments were carried out on 3297, 1649, 825, and 210 images. Several KNN parameters, namely the number of neighbors (k)=1 and distance (d)=1 to 3 were tested at angles 0, 45, 90, and 135. Maximum accuracy results were 79.24%, 79.39%, 83.63%, and 100% for respectively 3297, 1649, 825, and 210. These findings show that the KNN method is more effective in working on smaller datasets, besides that the use of the average filter also has a significant contribution in increasing the accuracy.

Diabetes Mellitus is a hazardous disease, and according to the World Health Organization (WHO), diabetes will be one of the main causes of death by 2030. One of the most popular diabetes datasets is PIMA Indians, and this dataset has been widely tested on various machine learning (ML) methods, even deep learning (DL). But on average, ML methods are not able to produce good accuracy. The quality of the dataset and features is the most influential thing in this case, so deeper investment is needed to examine this dataset. This research will analyze and compare the PIMA Indians and Abelvikas datasets using the Random Forest (RF) method. The two datasets are imbalanced, in fact, the Abelvikas dataset is more imbalanced and has a larger number of classes so it is be more complex. The RF was chosen because it is one of the ML methods that has the best results on various diabetes datasets. Based on the test results, very contrasting results were obtained on the two datasets. Abelvikas had accuracy, precision, and recall, reaching 100%, and PIMA Indians only achieved 75% for accuracy, 87% for precision, and 80% for the best recall. Testing was done with 3, 5, 7, 10, and 15 tree number parameters. Apart from that, it was also tested with k-fold validation to get valid results. This determines that the features in the Abelvikas dataset are much better because more complete glucose features support them.

Education is basically a conscious effort to grow and develop the potential of human resources (HR), especially for students by providing encouragement and providing good facilities through learning activities. In addition, each individual must have the ability and willingness to learn so that the learning objectives can be achieved. The achievement of each individual from each learning process is called learning achievement. As for one of the supporting factors that are dominant in influencing learning achievement is the intelligence of each individual student. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence the level of intelligence has on learning achievement, especially in the field of Islamic religious education (PAI) at MAN 1 Sukabumi City. The research method used is survey method with correlational analysis. Based on the results of the data analysis performed, it was found that intelligence has a significant effect on learning achievement. This is evidenced by the t count of 7.811 with a significance level of 0.01 and 0.05. Based on the data analysis test, it was also found that F was 61.011 with a significance value of 0.01 (p <0.05). This shows that intelligence has a significant influence on student achievement. Apart from the F value, an R square value of 0.592 is also obtained, which means that 59.2% of student achievement in PAI is influenced by the level of intelligence, while the remaining 40.8% is influenced by other factors such as motivation or learning environment. Then the results of the research conducted can be concluded that the level of intelligence has a significant effect on student achievement in PAI either partially or simultaneously. The other supporting factors are motivation, socioeconomic, class climate or learning methods which support student achievement, especially in Islamic Religious Education.

In the current era, people who own land containing trees and plants have been used as buildings for business and personal interests, increasing population has resulted in increased housing needs, the use of open space for public entertainment has decreased due to the activities of people who are busy working to make ends meet. and the lack of public interest in making the environment more beautiful and sustainable. Even though the existence of a garden in a large building greatly influences the atmosphere in the environment around the building. Apart from that, one of the reasons is the lack of interest of the community in creating a beautiful environment because it is quite difficult to find the services of gardeners around where people live. The problem that occurs is that these gardeners are not exposed to all the gardens they build.
