The legal products of the Supreme Court are not the same as laws. If the law does not understand or regulate something, the Supreme Court can issue policy regulations based on its authority. However, such a thing is not always done. For example, in 1963 the Supreme Court issued Circular Letter Number 3, which effectively canceled a number of Articles in the BW because it was considered unfair. . Researchers use normative research methods to obtain relevant material and explanations for the formulation of the problem as well as to obtain research-based understanding and explanations raised. Normative research is a type of research conducted through a review of literature (secondary sources). The type of normative research chosen is normative juridical, because the starting point of this research is to use legal norms or existing laws and regulations to analyze the problem under study. The results show that the Position and Strength of the Supreme Court Circular Letter (SEMA) in the legal system in Indonesia is recognized outside the hierarchy of laws and regulations and has binding legal force in accordance with the words of Article 8 Paragraph (1) and (2) of Law no. 12 of 2011

This study aims to determine the effect of learning using problem-based learning strategies on student learning outcomes on environmental change material at Teladan Batu Bara Madrasah Aliyah. This research is a type of quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design selected by Nonequavalent pretest posttest control group design. The research population was class X IPA Madrasah Akiyah Exemplary and the sample of this study was Class X IPA 1 with a total of 35 students as the experimental class, and X IPA 2 with a total of 35 students as the control class. The instrument in this study was in the form of a test in the form of multiple choice questions of 30 items. Data analysis of student learning outcomes using the t-test formula, also with the help of SPSS version 25 data processing. Data analysis of student learning outcomes with the results of calculating the relative learning outcomes shows that the experimental class using problem-based learning strategies is higher than the control class. The prerequisite test proved that the data were normally distributed and homogeneous. The results of simple linear regression test calculations show sig < 0.005, 0.000 problems < 0.05, this means that there is an influence from the problem- based learning system on student learning outcomes. The conclusions in this study explain that there is an effect of using problem-based learning strategies on student learning outcomes.

The service that will be carried out is to answer the problem of an active goat farm called Ciliwung Farm which is in the middle of Semarang City, precisely in the Citarum area, East Semarang District. Besides being in the middle of the city, this farm has a number of goats and sheep of approximately 80 heads. It is feared that the location of the farm which is really in the middle of a settlement will create disturbances for the people who are in the vicinity. There is also quite a lot of livestock manure produced, around 40kg - 80kg per day, where the manure is not processed at all by breeders and is only sold to goat manure collectors at very cheap prices, namely Rp. 500 - Rp. 2,000 per kilogram. Then the purpose of this service is to make a goat manure management system from the beginning until it can finally become organic fertilizer that has economic value. Starting from making tools and materials to process goat manure into organic fertilizer, making packaging or packaging from organic fertilizer (including tools and materials for making packaging), to the process of marketing organic fertilizer using digital media as a media for promotion and sales. So that Ciliwung Farm can process its own livestock manure into organic fertilizer and can market its own organic fertilizer. The results of this service apart from the animal manure processing equipment and digital media as a marketing medium are publishing devotional journals in national journals with ISSN, involving articles in electronic media and video content of community service activities

This article aims to describe the dual face of digital transformation. On the one hand, the communication and information technology revolution which has now reached the digitalization stage makes it very easy for humans to communicate and carry out their work. However, on the other hand, this progress also brings problems to humanity. By applying critical analytical studies, this research finds that the problems caused by the technological revolution are not only related to negative impacts as a consequence of the limitations and misuse of the technology, but are also related to more systemic impacts. Digital transformation has been inevitably connected to the capitalist system and the way how market works, which in practice makes the majority of humanity mere objects of exploitation and alienation. Recognizing this serious problem, this research also recommends that the ongoing technological revolution be addressed more critically and wisely.

The bread Company Aldina Bakery is a company that produces white bread. The fundamental problem of this company is damaged products due to a poor quality control system. The purpose of this study is to identify the nature of the damage, analyze the application of the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method and recommend actions. The steps include filling out research forms, making histograms, making Pareto charts, making and calculating Pareto charts, and making cause and effect diagrams. The results showed that there were three types of damage, namely scorched defects, size defects and flaking skin defects. The results of the analysis using a causal diagram show that the causes of poor light bread are labor, methods, materials and machines. The Pareto diagram shows that the type of product damage is more dominant in scaly shell damage in one year to 3,296 units. The results of the control chart analysis show that Aldina Bakery's quality control is still not under control. The next step to reduce the risk of defects in the product is to make a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), modify the oven by adding a timer and temperature, make molds according to standards by considering raw bread ingredients, and coat the molds with margarine evenly to prevent sticking
