Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model  konseptual strategi memasuki pasar asing. Target khusus untuk  menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh keunggulan spesifik perusahaan dan ikatan jaringan bisnis pada strategi memasuki pasar asing berdampak pada kinerja perusahaan. Responden yang digunakan sebanyak 109 orang di kota Semarang, Indonesia. Alat analisis dengan teknik Structural Equation Model (SEM) menggunakan software AMOS 21. Temuan penelitian ialah ada pengaruh positif signifikan keunggulan spesifik perusahaan, ikatan jaringan bisnis terhadap strategi memasuki pasar asing, ada pengaruh positif  signifikan strategi memasuki pasar asing terhadap kinerja perusahaan.

This research aims to find out the results of research analysis of students abilities through the Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) type cooperative learning model from various literature, as well as to analyze the difficulties of students mathematical communication skills through the Two Stay Two Stray model. This type of research is descriptive qualitative and uses a literature study research method which was carried out at the Digital Library, Medan State University in July – September 2022. The instrument in this study was the author himself. The steps of this research are: (1) Designing the research. (2) Carry out the research design. (3) Analyze and provide conclusions on the results of the analysis. The analysis technique used in the selection of information related to data analysis techniques is the Miles and Huberman analysis technique. The data source used secondary data consisting of 5 journals. The conclusions of the results of this study show that: (1) The average results of tests of students mathematical communication abilities through the application of the TSTS model are: (a) The indicator of mathematical representation is 51.93%, (b) The indicator of writing/explaining mathematics was 40.31%, (c) The indicators describe is 37.94%. (2) There are several difficulties experienced by students and teachers are: (a) Students have difficulty connecting real objects, pictures, and diagrams into mathematical models, (b) Students lack confidence in communicating arguments and ideas in mathematical problems, ( c) Students are less thorough in working on questions, (d) Students have difficulty expressing mathematical ideas in the form of graphs, pictures, or tables, (e) Low student skills in understanding mathematical communication problems and drawing conclusions about mathematical communication problems, (f ) The role of the teacher is less than optimal in carrying out learning activities.

This study aims to determine the interest and quality of the English teaching and learning process of students, especially in listening skills.  Knowing interests is carried out through the use of audio-visual media with role-playing methods that are expected to provide opportunities for the creation of pleasant learning conditions.  Thisclass obtained optimal results where students who were interested in taking English lessons could increase significantly. This research is in the form of Class Action Research  which is carried out using VCD media, which consists of four stages: planning, implementing actions, observation, and reflection. Actions can be done by applying learning with audio-visual media and continued with role-playing methods. This research was conducted on 11 students of class X 1 SMKS Generus Bangsa. Responses to the progress of student interest are obtained from the results of student questionnaires, student interviews, student learning logs, observations, interviews between teachers, teacher journals, daily test results and assignments. Instrument validation is carried out with critical reflection between research teachers and face validity. Data validation is carried out by triangulating observations from the aspects of students, teachers and partner teachers. The results of each cycle reflection are used to plan further steps.

Thus the phenomenon of modernization was born, modernization is a process in which society becomes increasingly dependent on technology. In the world of business, technology is one of the most important things in marketing to the public, especially global marketing. So this research aims to see how the role of global marketing management in increasing consumer satisfaction, especially in Indonesia.

Foster parents play an important role in exploring and developing the creative potential of foster children. Foster parents play a very important role in motivating children, as well as directing the activities of foster children so that they are useful in the future. One of them is motivating and directing children to participate in creativity development activities in the form of handicrafts. Creativity is an important thing in a person's life because it can make a person more productive and improve the quality of life and make it easier to find a way out of a problem. Through children's orphanages with various activities that are able to develop themselves both physically and spiritually. Orphanages can also form children's personalities to become independent and accustomed to things that train children to be more perfect. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of foster parents in developing the creativity of orphanage children through training. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods and data obtained through observation and interviews. The location of this research is located at the Yatim Putri Bhakti Orphanage, Ms. Lubuk Attitude. With this research, it can be seen that the role of foster parents in increasing the creativity of orphans through training at the Yatim Putri Bhakti Orphanage, Mrs. Lubuk Kapaning, is by providing handicraft training, orphanage children can develop their creativity and become independent.

This research was carried out to find out how the strategy for empowering MSMEs in Kerawang Gayo village, Bebesen district in dealing with free trade in the ASEAN region. Puskesmas as a provider of basic health services has a very important role in maintaining public health. If it functions properly, the puskesmas will be able to provide quality services for people in need. The success of puskesmas in carrying out their programs is determined by the availability of human resources (HR) that are balanced between medical personnel on one side and promotive and preventive personnel on the other. The relationship between ability, workload, work discipline, and work motivation with the performance of health workers is obtained that there is a relationship between ability, workload, work discipline, and work motivation with the performance of health workers. Research Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze the suitability of the main tasks and functions (tupoksi) with education and skills as well as means of supporting work. Research Methods: The author of this article uses a descriptive qualitative method that seeks to describe an object or subject of an inductive nature. Result: Inappropriate tupoksi due to limited health workers in puskesmas, especially limited skills based on the type of education. As a result, there are health workers who are in charge of programs that do not match their skills. Conclusion: The lack of health workers makes the tupoksi incompatible with the educational background of the staff in charge of the program at the Puskesmas.

The first education of a child is parents, parents forbid how children behave and behave, every human being has a different way of shaping children's behavior, but it is different from children who live in foster care, children who are in orphanages are children who have deficiencies in the economy , children who do not have parents and others, those who are in orphanages are educated by foster parents or better known as caregivers. The focus of the researcher's research is to find out the efforts of caregivers in developing the discipline of orphanage children, in orphanages the attitudes and behavior of children are formed, namely how they work and behave, especially in forming child discipline. Caregivers have an important role in educating orphans both in small and big matters, various efforts are made by caregivers so that they can make foster children become good individuals and be able to be responsible for what is assigned to them so that they become trained. At the Aisyiyah Orphanage, giving punishment is the most frequently used effort by caregivers to make the orphanage children discipline, especially for children who have been repeatedly advised but are not deterred. The waste bank is a container that can solve the problems that the community is currently experiencing through a program by utilizing dry waste to sort and having management like banking but what is stored is waste. The management of the Pancadaya Kuranji Garbage Bank, Padang City, has used many ways to change people's environmental care behavior. The focus of this research is to find an overview of waste bank management efforts, including: knowing the implementation, obstacles, and efforts made in overcoming obstacles to implementing the garbage bank application. in realizing pancadaya good governance in Kuranji, Padang city. This study uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The discussion of this research is based on data from interviews with secretaries, coordinators, and members at the Pancadaya Kuranji Garbage Bank, Padang City. The theoretical studies used are Good governance, E-Government, Aspects of Digital Governance, The Role of Digital Governance in realizing good governance, Garbage Bank , and the Garbage Bank Application. The results of this study indicate that the Pancadaya Garbage Bank Application has not been able to provide maximum service. Because the application features are not related to service to the community, and data processing of people who carry out waste transactions. In terms of limited facilities and infrastructure, the solution is in the form of government policy to embrace the private sector in the form of integrated cooperation which certainly benefits both parties.

Based on observations made at SMA Negeri 1 Gunuang Omeh District, the problem found was the low interest in learning of students in PAI and BP subjects due to the large number of students who did not pay attention to the teacher's explanation, and the lack of use of learning models and media used in learning , one of which is the Problem Based Learning learning model. The role of the learning model is very important, because using visual media will be able to influence students' learning interests. The purpose of this study was to find out the use of the Problem Based Learning learning model in increasing students' learning interest in PAI and BP subjects on Da'wah Strategy and Islamic Development in Indonesia Class XII.MIPA at SMA Negeri 1 Gunuang Omeh District. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The process of implementing PTK has four main components, namely planning, action, observation and reflection carried out in 3 cycles. The results of data analysis obtained the percentage of students' learning interest using the Problem Based Learning learning model of 44.83% in cycle I. The process of applying the Problem Based Learning learning model in PAI and BP learning increased in cycle II by 65.52% and 79.31 % in cycle III. So it can be concluded that the implementation of PAI and BP learning by using the Problem Based Learning learning model can increase students' learning interest.

The importance of the role of contemporary da’wah institutions in Indonesia is a challenge for the government. This research aims to describe the role and problems of contemporary da’wah empowerment institutions in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach which originates primarily from journals and books related to contemporary da’wah institutions in Indonesia. The results of this study found that the formation of da’wah institutions in Indonesia departed from individual awareness to carry out tabligh which developed into a collective awareness to carry out da’wah within a certain system within the da’wah institution. The concept of da’wah is not only synonymous with tabligh but covers all aspects of life and tabligh is only part of Islamic da’wah. An activity can be called da’wah if it includes a system of joint efforts of believers in the context of realizing Islamic teachings in terms of socio-cultural life. The role of da’wah institutions in Indonesia can act as a motivator because basically this approach strategy is basically an effort to raise public awareness so that they can develop the existing resources of the Indonesian people, the environment and the natural surroundings to get better results. This is where the socio-religious potential of preachers and da’wah institutions can carry out their role as Indonesian non-governmental organizations, especially through religious values ​​such as independence, justice, cooperation and so on.

The Sultanate of Langkat is one of the richest kingdoms in East Sumatra, besides the Sultanate of Deli and the Sultanate of Serdang which have several roles. This article aims to find out the initial process of the spread of Islam in Langkat through the Langkat Sultanate, historical heritage evidence, and who are the figures who played a role in spreading Islam in Langkat. The method used is the historical research method, namely the method by reviewing the themes surrounding historical research methods in detail which is strengthened by presenting the views of historians. The findings show that in the development of Islam, the role of the Langkat sultanate included, namely, in the aspect of Education, the Langkat sultanate built several madrasas as places to study religion and figures who played a major role including Sultan Musa, Sultan Abdul Aziz, Dewa Sahdan, and others .

The role of youth as the first generation of the Indonesian nation can be seen from the role of youth as agents of change. This study aims to provide a description of the role of youth in participating in the success of activities affiliated with political parties. The research approach used is descriptive with the type of research mixed method. The quantitative approach method uses the Kolmogorov-Smirnov method of hypothesis testing and analysis of variance through the two-way Friedman level. This study concludes first that the responses of the respondents, both youth and women, to activities affiliated with political parties are no different or the same. This means that activities affiliated with political parties are considered equally good by young people and women. Second, youths have significant differences in preferences for the four types of activities affiliated with political parties. In this condition, the youth as respondents considered that the four activities affiliated with political parties have different levels of advantages and disadvantages so that their preferences for the four are also different. There is a certain tendency in choosing activities affiliated with political parties.

Writing this article aims to find out the use of technology, especially in the field of accounting, to know the role of accounting information systems in SME, and the application of digital bookkeeping to SME. The method used is a case study method using related journals. The results that have been obtained indicate that the current use of technology in SME has implemented digitalization in their activities. For example on sales and payments. However, many SME bookkeepers still use bookkeeping manually using paper. Counseling is carried out, it is hoped that with the rapid advancement of technology, currently SME actors can carry out bookkeeping in their businesses effectively and efficiently so that they can create technologically literate SME.

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of farmer groups in rice farming income in Momea Village, Tongauna District, Konawe Regency. The number of farmer samples was 70 farmers. The analysis used was descriptive analysis, which is a method or way of analyzing and describing existing research data, and linked to theories related to the problem in order to draw a conclusion that is presented. This data uses a Likert Scale. The role of Farmer Groups (POKTAN) in increasing rice farming income is in the moderate category. Rice farming income in Nambeaboru Village, Tongauna District, Konawe Regency averaged Rp. 7,975,376, - in the moderate category. This is due to the still high production costs and the still low harvest yields of respondent farmers. This proves that new farmer groups can play a role as production units for their members.

Community participation in social service activities is a crucial indicator of community-based social development. However, the level of participation is often influenced by various structural and cultural factors, including the role of community organizations as key mobilizers of collective action. This activity aims to identify factors affecting community participation in social service activities in Bintan Sub-district, analyze the role of community organizations in facilitating and organizing these activities, and assess their impact on strengthening synergy and collaboration among residents. The method employed included a socialization session on the importance of community organizations in community empowerment, followed by social service activities in the form of collective environmental clean-up and greening programs through tree planting around public facilities. The findings indicate that increased collective awareness, local leadership, and organizational support significantly enhance community participation. Furthermore, social service activities contribute to strengthening social cohesion, fostering a sense of togetherness, and promoting stronger synergy and collaboration among community members in Bintan Sub-district.

Household environmental problems such as poor waste management, the practice of burning waste, and limited use of home yards remain major challenges in creating clean and healthy residential areas. Dasawisma, as the smallest unit within the PKK structure, holds a strategic role in fostering environmental awareness and pro-environmental behavior at the family level. This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to build an environmentally caring community through strengthening the role of Dasawisma, improving members' knowledge, and encouraging new habits in household environmental management. The method used a participatory approach consisting of problem identification, interactive counseling sessions, hands-on practice in waste management and yard utilization, and field mentoring. The results indicate an increase in members' understanding of environmental issues, behavioral changes in sorting organic and inorganic waste, simple composting practices, and the cultivation of plants in home yards. In addition, collective awareness and the emergence of local leaders helped sustain the environmental movement within the community. This program demonstrates that strengthening Dasawisma is an effective family-based empowerment strategy to support social transformation toward a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable environment.

This community service activity aims to enhance the human resource capacity of Dasawisma members in effective administration management as a family development data base at the sub-district level. The assistance was conducted using a participatory approach and hands-on practice, including socialization, technical administrative training, and reflective discussion. The results indicated an increase in Dasawisma members' understanding of the importance of orderly, systematic, and integrated administration in supporting social activities. Members' technical skills in managing family data, filling administrative books, classifying information, and preparing simple reports improved significantly. Furthermore, the assistance strengthened communication and coordination between Dasawisma and sub-district officials, promoted group independence, and strengthened Dasawisma's role as a key data source for family development. These findings confirm that planned and participatory higher education assistance plays a strategic role in community empowerment, supports good governance at the local level, and can serve as a replicable model for other community development programs.

Stunting remains a chronic nutritional issue affecting human resource quality in Indonesia, particularly children under five years old. High prevalence of stunting impacts long-term cognitive development, physical growth, and productivity of the young generation (Ministry of Health, 2023). This community service aims to optimize the role of public administration in disseminating policies and programs to reduce stunting through education, training, and direct community assistance. Activities were carried out through coordination with government officials, community health cadres, and local leaders, using local communication media to raise awareness about nutrition. The results indicate an increase in community knowledge on stunting, balanced nutrition practices, and active involvement of both officials and residents in stunting reduction programs. Optimizing public administration through capacity building, cross-sector coordination, and information technology utilization supports program targets. This service recommends strategies for sustainable, participatory, and data-driven program implementation.
