The risk society, also known as the Risk Society, is a term associated with the famous sociologist Ulrich Beck. According to him, we are still in a new era, even in a new form of modernity. There are still many sociological publications that still refer to the main idea of a risk society. The concept of uncertainty follows a societal perspective that develops through a narrow perspective of the risk society regarding environmental hazards. The role of technology is often underexplained in sociological theory. So that technological risk is not taken into account in Beck's risk community concept. There are three basic characteristics that overlap from the first modernity in pursuing society of risk as an important concept. Disaster is an event or phenomenon that has the potential to cause damage resulting in loss of life and cause destruction of property. There are three types of disasters according to their causes. In risk research on sociological discourse, media and communication play a role in the construction of risks that get recognition about risks. Disaster management can be understood as a set of policies to make efforts related to disasters before, during and after a disaster, which include prevention, mitigation, preparedness, emergency response, healing and repair through appropriate and effective organizing activities. This can be criticized in two ways, namely, in terms of studies regarding the perspective of a socio-cultural approach to a risk and surveys regarding general risk awareness.

Effective communication within the framework of organizational leadership is something that seems important to be studied properly. Organization is one dimension in which there are leaders and subordinates (followers). Today it is not uncommon for leaders to fail as motivators for their followers. This failure can be seen from the lack of cooperation between leaders and subordinates. This event greatly affects the level of success of the organization itself. Responding to this, the author offers an idea as an alternative problem solving, namely that leaders can actually be good motivators for their followers. One of the most powerful figures in making it happen is through effective communication. This effort aims to find a solution to the communication crisis that occurs among today's organizational leaders. This paper uses a qualitative method with a library research approach. The result of this paper is that if every leader builds good communication, then his leadership will run smoothly and be successful.

In times like today, it is certain that people in their lives will experience an event called risk. This incident is bound to happen to everyone in any way. Therefore, to minimize the negative impact due to these risks, it is necessary to have a solution on the risk side to deal with these risks. Risk is a synonym of the English-speaking Risk Society, which means that in reality in social life there must be a problem or uncertainty that is experienced. In 1986 risk could be described in a structural situation, for example, industrialization, the emergence of the modernization era, and so on. Because basically the era of modernization gave rise to many technologies that are easy to use so that they can affect existing life. According to Anthony Giddens, modernization is a culture of risk. The risk community is a meaning used because something has changed towards something new in people's lives at this time. In addition, the figure who discussed the risk community was Ulrick Beck. He stated that criticism of mathematical morality from expert thinking is that public discourse about risk making is something that can be avoided from the structural conditions of society. Then the figure who also discusses the risk community is Mary Douglas, an anthropologist who discusses cultural theory.

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing legal protection for consumers for skincare products without a marketing authorization that are sold online. This study uses normative juridical research methods, namely using data collection techniques through library research or using secondary data. Among them are official documents, books, research results, in the form of reports. In this study, it was concluded that consumers who have experienced losses as a result of skincare products without marketing authorization can take legal action through the courts or outside the courts. However, this legal protection is still underutilized by consumers in the event of a problem, so that the UUPK becomes less effective, because compensation is given within seven days after the transaction. If this provision is maintained, it will be difficult for consumers who experience losses to obtain protection. This is because the negative effects of using skincare can occur after seven days.

The occurrence of the '19 covid pandemic requires people to reduce activities, and even stop outdoor activities as an effort from policies carried out by the government to stop the spread of '19 covid. But of course, this policy makes people confused, especially people who have jobs that require them to leave the house and do outdoor activities. Not only that, the country's unstable economic condition also makes many companies in Indonesia decide to terminate their cooperation with employees unilaterally to maintain the financial stability of their companies. Therefore, during the pandemic, so much new unemployment was caused by layoffs. But because of this, many people have lost their jobs and those who lack the ability and skills in a field of work are forced to enter a job, or maybe it cannot also be called a job, namely begging, and one form of beggar today is street clowns. This research will focus on the figure of street clowns at the Mastrip Roundabout Red Light, as well as the background that makes them eventually become street clowns. . A marriage is an agreement based on personal voluntary agreement between a man and a woman to become husband and wife. In Indonesia, the contract or agreement is called a marriage contract (nuptial agreement or marriage). Pre-nuptial agreement is an agreement made by the prospective bride and groom before the marriage takes place so that it becomes a legal couple. Properly the contract The prenuptial agreement is also binding on both the bride and groom and contains issues of dividing the assets of the two parties or relating to the personal assets of both parties so that they can be separated, if one day there is a separation. An agreement is an event where a person promises to another person or where two people promise each other to do something. When compared to an engagement with an agreement, apart from the agreement being a source of engagement other than the law, the engagement is also an understanding that is still abstract, because the parties are said to carry out something, while the agreement is already a concrete understanding, because the parties are said to carry out something certain events. This research is a type of legal research that uses a normative juridical approach. The implementation of the marriage agreement so that the agreement is valid in the eyes of the law, the agreement must be made authentically before a notary. The prenuptial agreement is made for the benefit of legal protection of each other's innate assets, namely the property of the prospective husband or the property of the prospective wife. By making a Pre-Marriage Agreement, it will provide a sense of security to the prospective husband and wife in carrying out their household ark. Learning media can be defined as an important element in a learning process. One example of learning media is teaching materials in the form of Emodules which in Emodules in this study use momentum and impulse material. One of the materials studied in physics is momentum and impulse. Momentum is a vector quantity so it has both magnitude and direction. Impulse itself is a force event that acts on an object in a short period. This type of research uses Research and Development (R&D) in the Tessmer development model which is also contained in the appendix. The stages are divided into two, including self-evaluation which is a determinant of the design features or specifications of the module. Prototyping where there are teaching modules will later be validated, evaluated, and revised. From the results of the module validation carried out by the examiners as experts, a review was carried out and a score was given to the module, namely, 91.2% consisting of image actualization of 75 points, in the aspect of modernity of the library, a score of 100 was obtained.

The Mobile Community Oke Service Program (LOMAK) is an innovation from the Rumbai District Head in the field of public services which aims to make it easier for people in Rumbai District to get various public services. The LOMAK program itself is a form of integrated sub-district administrative service (PATEN) which is deployed to serve administration in the middle of community settlements or can be said to be an integrated sub-district administrative service around. However, in its implementation the LOMAK Program did not run well. In 4 years the LOMAK Program was only implemented 3 times, while the LOMAK Program should have been implemented once a month. This research aims to evaluate the Mobile Community OK Service Program and the factors that hinder its implementation. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method and uses policy evaluation theory according to William N. Dunn which consists of several indicators, namely effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, alignment, responsiveness and accuracy. The results of this research are that the LOMAK Program is a very good program. Of the 6 indicators above, only 1 indicator was not met, namely efficiency in terms of time. The inhibiting factors in implementing the LOMAK Program are natural disasters and the managerial abilities of implementers. Researchers provide suggestions so that implementers can find a backup plan in the event of a natural disaster and increase outreach so that the LOMAK Program can reach all levels of society.

Tabular-based clinical risk prediction models are extensively applied in medical decision support systems; however, two major challenges often reduce their reliability: predictions that contradict basic clinical logic and poorly calibrated probability outputs that weaken threshold-based decision making. This study investigates explainable binary risk prediction using the processed Cleveland subset of the UCI Heart Disease dataset as a public clinical benchmark. A lightweight and CPU-efficient pipeline is proposed by employing an XGBoost classifier integrated with monotonic constraints on clinically relevant features, followed by probability calibration through post-hoc methods, including Platt scaling, temperature scaling, and isotonic regression on a separate validation set. Model performance is assessed in terms of discrimination capability using AUROC, AUPRC, F1-score, sensitivity, and specificity, while probability reliability is evaluated using ECE and Brier score metrics. A monotonicity audit is also conducted through counterfactual feature sweeps to measure violation rates. In addition, the model is applied for risk stratification into low-, medium-, and high-risk categories with corresponding event-rate reporting. The findings demonstrate that isotonic regression improves probability reliability without degrading discrimination performance. Furthermore, the monotonicity audit reveals no observed violations for constrained features. Overall, the integration of monotonic constraints and probability calibration produces more decision-ready risk estimates for threshold-based clinical decision support while maintaining transparency through SHAP-based analysis.

Poverty is one of the major issues currently being faced by the Indonesian nation. The problem of poverty will never end if traced from the root of the problem. Poverty is not only an interesting issue to be discussed at the national level, but at the regional level itself, the poverty of this community seems to spread throughout the country, for example in Tanjungpinang City, where the poverty rate is high, even though Tanjungpinang City is the provincial capital. Various efforts and efforts have been made by related parties to reduce the poverty rate, but what is happening in the field is that the poverty rate is actually increasing. Starting from BLT assistance, PKH to BPNT, the local government has launched it in collaboration with related agencies, namely the Social Service. In this study, the researchers wanted to examine one of the aids, namely Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT), which is routinely carried out from 2018-present. Researchers want to know more about how this assistance is implemented, starting from the weaknesses to the advantages that arise from this assistance and what the consequences are for the poverty rate. Talking about the poverty rate cannot be separated from sustainable development or often referred to as the SDGs, where the first point of the SDGs is No Poverty (Without Poverty) whose target must be achieved by 2030. This study used a qualitative descriptive method, with 7 (seven) informants. In this study the techniques used were interviews and documentation. The theory used in this study uses the theory of Van Metter and Van Horn. The results of the study found that the implementation of the poverty alleviation policy through BPNT was quite good, but it is undeniable that there are still deficiencies that must be addressed, especially in determining the beneficiaries who receive this assistance, which often occurs miscommunication or mis-data between events that actually occur in the field. data received by related parties. Not only that, in the last few months the distribution has been changed from a system of buying food to cash which is disbursed directly through an ATM, of course this is a decision that must be reviewed again from the original purpose of this policy.

In Islam, marriage is a sunnatullah that applies to every creature. Marriage cannot always achieve its essential goals, one of which can be seen in divorce. It can even be stated that the most sad event in marriage is divorce, so God really hates it. So the author raised the theme "Sexual Needs Are the Main Cause of High Divorce Rates". The type of research used in this paper is Library Research. Using primary data sources that use material from several books about sexual needs and books about divorce. Secondary material as support for this research uses books, articles, papers that discuss divorce caused by sexual needs. So, based on this research, it can be concluded that one of the factors that can influence a family to divorce, among others, is the dissatisfaction of one partner in sexual relations, resulting in the partner's inner income not being met. Biological factors that are not fulfilled by partners are the main factor in the high divorce rate, either because they do not get satisfaction from their partners or for various reasons.
