Crime and criminality are increasing by utilizing electronic and digital devices, such as CCTV (closed circuit television) security devices, smartphones, and other electronic devices that have video features, record and store perpetrator data. CCTV recording files are sometimes unclear, so video forensic software is needed to clarify the object so that it can be used as evidence in court. The method used in this research is the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) method and enhancement techniques to clarify the image frame objects of CCTV video recordings using Amped Five forensic image and video tools. The results of the analysis of the evidence concluded that they had succeeded in identifying the vehicle number plate of the alleged perpetrator by carrying out an enhancement process (improving the quality) of the image object. The enhancement process is carried out by utilizing the optical debluring feature of the amped five forensic video software, in settings by increasing the size from 1 to 2 and increasing the noise value from 0.0100 to 0.6310 so it looks clearer than before.

This study aims to analyze the effect ofproduct innovation and product quality partially and simultaneously oncompetitive advantage at Batak Restaurant inAlam Barajo District, Jambi City. Thisresearch uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The sampling method uses the Structural Equation Model method and uses Maximum Likehood Estimation (MLE). The sample inthis study were consumers at Batak Restaurant in Alam Barajo District, Jambi City, totaling 98 respondents. The data collected using a questionnaire withan ordinal scale. The data analysis method in this study usedSPSS version 25.0 software. The results ofthe study prove that Product Innovation and Product Quality have a significant effect simultaneously on Competitive Advantage, Product Innovation has a significant effect partially on competitive advantage and Product Quality has a partial effect on Competitive Advantage at Batak Restaurant in Alam Barajo District, Jambi City. The product quality variable is the most dominant variable affecting competitive advantage in Batak Restaurant in Alam Barajo District, Jambi City.    

This study analyzes the effect of atmospheric drag perturbation at two different magnetic index  (active and severe storm) conditions, on the motion of NOAA 15 weather satellite, the Celestial Mechanics software results were plotted with the assistance of the MATLAB program. From the results it is noticed that for short period of time the effect of atmospheric suppression disturbance at different geomagnetic activity had the same effect on the orbital elements and orbital motion components ,  for a long period there is a slight variation in the effect of the perturbation at two different geomagnetic activities, which can be seen in the orbit's inclination as well as its size and shape. The results demonstrated that motion components were significantly impacted by geomagnetic activity over relatively extended time scales.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuh mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh struktur modal, profitabilitas dan growth terhadap nilai perusahaan dan kemampuan kemelikan manajerial sebagai variabel pemoderasi pada perusahaan consumer non cyclicals. Pengambilan sampel diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling, terdapat 28 perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel pada penelitian ini. Teknik analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data panel dan MRA dengan menggunakan software eviews12. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Struktur Modal secara parsial tidak berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Profitabilitas secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Growth secara parsial berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, Kepemilikan manajerial mampu memoderasi struktur modal dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan kepemilikan manajerial tidak mampu memoderasi growth terhadap nilai perusahaan. Koefisien determinasi yang disesuaikan Nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 0,117940 atau 11,7940%. Nilai koefisien determinasi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yang terdiri dari Struktur modal, Profitabilitas dan Growth mampu menjelaskan variabel Dependen (PBV) sebesar 11,7940%, sedangkan sisanya 88,206% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam model penelitian ini.

Technological development is urgently needed to handle rice drying, namely by designing and designing rice drying machines, by utilizing heating from burning LPG gas which is arranged in an integrated system. The purpose of this paper is to design and design a rice drying machine, selecting machine components and including analysis of the strength of the dryer shaft by knowing von Misses stress, displacement and safety factors.  The design of the rice drying machine uses 1 source of electric motor driving power to operate an integrated drying and heating system. With the power of 0.5 HP (0.37 kW) it is planned to be able to dry rice with a capacity of 30 kg/hour. The power generated by the electric motor is used to move pulley-1 (drive), which is transmitted using  V-belt transmission to move pulley-2 (gear box and dryer blower). The length of the first belt transmission (L) is 813 mm and the second is 1270 mm. And uses a chain transmission with type number 40 which has a distance of 12.70 mm with a chain length of 76 links. The bearing used is a radial ball bearing with a single row UCP 205. Based on the results of the analysis of the rice drying machine shaft using solidwork software, Von Misses stress value is 40.55 MPa, displacement value is 0.19 mm, and safety factor value is 13.07, so from the simulation results this rice drying shaft can be said to be safe in accepting workloads

This study aims to explore the application of GeoGebra software in improving students' mathematical communication skills. GeoGebra, as a visualization and interactive tool, is considered to be able to help students understand mathematical concepts more deeply and effectively. This literature study collects and analyzes various studies that have been conducted on the use of GeoGebra at various levels of education, from elementary school to college. The results of the study show that the use of GeoGebra can improve students' mathematical communication skills, both in written and oral form. Students who use GeoGebra tend to have an easier time describing and explaining mathematical concepts, as well as being more actively involved in discussions and problem-solving. In addition, GeoGebra also helps to increase students' motivation to learn and provide a more enjoyable and meaningful learning experience. The conclusion of this study shows that GeoGebra is an effective tool to be used in mathematics learning to improve students' mathematical communication skills.

This study aims to determine the impact of stakeholder pressure (environment, employees, consumers, and individual shareholders) on sustainability report disclosure. This quantitative study uses secondary data from annual reports and sustainability reports as sources of information. The study involves companies listed in the Kompas 100 Index from 2020 to 2022 as the population. The sampling technique chosen is purposive sampling, resulting in 41 companies as the sample, with a total of 123 reports observed. The analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression, with IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software as the analytical tool. The findings of the study indicate that pressure from the environment and consumers positively affects sustainability report disclosure. However, pressure from employees and individual shareholders does not have a significant impact on sustainability report disclosure.

In the competitive fried chicken industry, understanding factors such as quality, price, promotion, brand image, and health considerations is essential for companies to stay competitive and meet customer expectations. This study aims to examine the influence of factors such as product quality, price, promotion, brand image and health considerations on the decision to purchase fried chicken products. This study uses a combined approach of qualitative descriptive research design and quantitative survey. The study population is consumers who often buy fried chicken, with a sample of 50 people selected through purposive sampling. Data analysis was carried out by multiple linear regression using SPSS software to identify significant factors in the decision to purchase fried chicken. Based on the results of the SPSS analysis, it can be concluded that the variables of product quality, price, promotion, and brand image have a significant positive effect on purchase decisions, while health variables do not have a significant influence on purchase decisions. 

This study aims to analyze the level of student satisfaction with sports facilities and infrastructure at the Del Institute of Technology. Data analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) through SmartPLS 4.0 and SPSS 25.0 software to test validity and reliability. The results of the study show that the quality of sports facilities at IT Del has a significant influence on student satisfaction. Some of the obstacles found include limitations in the type of facilities, poor condition of facilities, and limitations in staff and coaches. These findings provide input for the campus to improve the quality of sports facilities to increase student satisfaction.

One of the materials in biology subjects is Virus where the material is abstract so it is difficult to understand by students and often when carrying out practicum in the laboratory also the results of studying on viral material are still much too low less than KKM which is 75. The purpose of this development research is to develop a virtual media laboratory viral material as a learning medium that facilitates teachers and students in the learning process that is expected to improve student learning outcomes. This research uses a type of R&D research with 4D models consisting of Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate in its development procedures. This research was conducted at SMA SHafta Surabaya by grade 10 of 30 students. Virtual Media Laboratory consists of the design of learning media that will be developed in the form of story boards on Virus materials developed with Adobe Flash CS6 software.  Based on the assessment of material experts, design experts, media experts in a row by 100% , 84.28%, 87.14% which is declared very valid means that new products can be used in the field for learning activities. The results of the field trial assessment of 98.33% are declared very valid meaning that new products can be used in the field for learning activities. There was an increase in students' learning outcomes which was known by comparing the pretest and postest results of 46 and 85. The average improvement of student learning outcomes is 2.6 with high media effectiveness. In conclusion, virtual media laboratory can improve the learning outcomes of grade 10 students of SMA Shafta Surabaya on virus material.

Sales forecasting is a technique that companies use to predict future sales volumes based on previous sales data. This research aims to help UMKM  XYZ determine the optimal production amount to maximize profits, by using forecasting methods in planning mocaf flour production. The methods used include the Time Series model with Moving Average, Exponential Smoothing, and Trend Analysis, which are calculated using POM QM Windows software. The analysis results show that the Trend Analysis method is the most accurate for forecasting, with the smallest error value, namely MAD of 76.997, MSE of 8161.672, and MAPE of 6.02%. The smaller the error value, the more accurate the forecasting results. Therefore, the Trend Analysis method is recommended for forecasting mocaf flour sales in XYZ UMKM in 2024, with the production of 15,100 kg to avoid excess stock and dead stock in meeting consumer demand.    

This research aims to analyze the use of the cashier application software "Majoo" in the cash receipt information system Mencari Kopi. The object of this research is the use of the cashier application in cash receipts in Mencari Kopi. The subjects in this research were employees, owners of Mencari Kopi and consumers of Mencari Kopi. This research uses primary data used in this research, namely the source comes from the finance department through observations, interviews and documentation carried out on employees or owners of Mencari Kopi and consumers of Mencari Kopi who pay by cash or digital wallet (e-wallet). ). Secondary data used in this research are documents or notes regarding cash receipts and presentation when using the cashier application on Mencari Kopi.   The results of this research. The cash receipt system at Mencari Kopi is run with the help of the “Majoo” cashier application system. The results of the research that has been carried out, in recording cash receipts, payments via cash and non-cash (e-wallet) are equally efficient as long as you still use the "Majoo" cashier application. The results of research conducted and interviews by users of the cashier application and consumers of Mencari Kopi, the recording of cash receipts recorded in Mencari Kopi and those received by consumers of Mencari Kopi are appropriate.

Given the importance of working capital in firm dynamics, the main objective of this research is to highlight the main gaps and insights in the working capital literature and suggest future research, as well as to know the development trend of working capital management research published by leading journals. For this reason, a bibliometric analysis was carried out using bibliographic information from Scopus for the topic "working capital management." The method used in this quantitative research uses Bibliometric analysis. A quantitative analytic approach was used to analyze published studies from 1992 to 2022. The mapping software used was VOS Viewer and biblioshiny R to analyze the data obtained and visualize research trend data. The results of the analysis show that the development of articles with the theme of Working Capital Management continues to increase from year to year, although not constant and essential. The most published authors of articles on Working Capital Management are Karri, T. and Michalski, G. The United Kingdom is the country most cited. 2019 was the year with the highest number of publications on Working Capital Management. The International Journal of Recent Technology and Engineering is the highest source that occurs in 2019. Business, Management and Accounting are the most mentioned trending topics with a total of 38%.

Multicentral Aryaguna merupakan anak perusahaan Grup Indomobil yang bergerak di bidang industri real estate salah satu perusahaan yang didirikan di bidang properti. Dengan mempertahankan operasional PT. Multicentral Aryaguna pelatihan dan pengembangan karir, seringkali dianggap objektif karena cenderung dipandang formal belaka, sedangkan proses pelatihan dan pengembangan karir masih kontrovensional karena faktor subjektif dipengaruhi oleh persepsi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pelatihan dan pengembangan karir mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif statistik, analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi dengan bantuan software SPSS 25. Sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini yaitu sampel jenuh sejumlah 45 karyawan. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan menggunakan uji t bahwa pelatihan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan hasil uji t sebesar 5,326 > 2.014. Pengembangan karir secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,028 < 0,05 dan hasil uji t sebesar 2,283 > 2.014. Pelatihan dan pengembangan karir secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dengan taraf signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan hasil uji F sebesar 28,356 > 3.21 terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This study aims to explore the effect of social media marketing and celebrity endorsement on consumer buying interest in Wardah Beauty products. The research was conducted from April to June using a quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 100 respondents. Data analysis techniques include data quality test, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing, multiple regression analysis, and coefficient of determination test using IBM SPSS 25 software. Partial test results show that social media marketing (X1) has a significant influence on consumer buying interest (Y), with a calculated T value of 4.092> 1.661 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05. Meanwhile, celebrity endorsement (X2) has no significant effect on consumer buying interest (Y), with a T value of 1.469 < 1.666 and a significance of 0.145 > 0.05. Simultaneously, the effect of social media marketing (X1) and celebrity endorsement (X2) on consumer buying interest (Y) has been tested using the F test, which shows a significant effect with an F value of 12.771> F table 3.090 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that social media marketing (X1) and celebrity endorsement (X2) together have a positive influence on consumer buying interest (Y) in Wardah Beauty products.

PT XYZ is a company with a wide network and services for the community. To achieve success in a company, good performance is required, which is based on work discipline and work motivation. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT XYZ. This research uses a quantitative approach with nonprobability sampling data collection techniques, namely saturated sampling. The population in this study consisted of all PT XYZ employees, with a total sample of 47 respondents. Primary data was collected using questionnaires in Likert scale units. Data processing uses SPSS 25 software for the tests used are data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research are proven by the results of the partial test (T) on the work discipline variable (X1) showing that there is a positive and significant influence on the employee performance variable (Y) and on the work motivation variable (X2) it also shows that there is a positive and significant influence on the variable employee performance (Y), while the results of the simultaneous test research (F) show that there is a positive and significant influence of the variables work discipline (X1) and work motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y).

Hospitals establish Minimum Service Standards (SPM) for medical records, specifically emphasizing the requirement for completeness in filling out medical records within 24 hours of service completion and achieving a 100% completeness standard for informed consent after receiving clear information. This study aims to develop a compliance model for Professional Care Providers (PPA) in filling out medical records, incorporating motivation as an intervening variable based on knowledge and attitude variables among inpatients at Cilincing Hospital. The sampling method employed is saturated sampling, with a total sample size of approximately 82 respondents. Path Analysis is utilized for data analysis, employing AMOS software. The research findings indicate a significant influence of knowledge, attitudes, and motivation of Professional Care Providers (PPA) on the overall compliance with the completeness of medical record filling, both collectively and individually. Moreover, the study reveals a significant impact of knowledge and attitudes on the motivation of Professional Caregivers (PPA). Additionally, motivation, acting as an intervening variable, demonstrates its ability to mediate the influence of knowledge and attitudes of Professional Care Providers (PPA) on compliance with the completeness of medical record filling.

This has made many people able to produce various forms of technology that can be controlled automatically and help with work. people who can't take up much time. OT is a technology built to provide ease of work that can be connected to each other using the internet. One use of IoT technology is in the household sector to feed ornamental fish according to need and monitor remaining feed. This tool is designed for NodeMCU as control and an internet connection that is integrated with the Blink application. This tool consists of an HC-SR04 sensor input and a DS3231 RTC timer. The output of this tool uses a servo motor to open and close the contents of the fish feed. Arduino IDE software is used in NodeMCU coding and the Blynk application is used to connect the smartphone and NodeMCU. Based on the results of testing carried out, the system success rate has an average of 95% success. Meanwhile, the average delay is 0.052367 milliseconds.    

The Bureau of Apparatus Human Resources and Organization is one of the echelon II work units at the Secretariat General of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia which has the task of coordinating, fostering and managing the human resources of the apparatus within the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries. The Bureau of Human Resources Apparatus and Organization in managing human resources needs to pay anttention to the competence and work discipline of each employee in order to produce quality employees and superior performance. This study aims to determine the effect of competence and work discipline on employee performance of the Bureau of Human Resources Apparatus and Organization of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia. The research method used is quantitative method with data collection using saturated samples or non probability sampling. A total of 64 respondents were sampled and the data obtained was processed using SPSS 25 software with multiple linear regression analysis techniques which included instrument testing, partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence, partially and simultaneously competence and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Bureau of Human Resources Apparatus and Organization of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia.

One way to retain existing consumers and attract potential buyers by paying attention to reputation. The strategy used is brand image. A good brand image can differentiate consumer brands with their choice of competing brands. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand image, service quality and price on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, then to determine the most dominant variable in influencing consumer interest in soul promise coffee. The sample in this study amounted to 222 respondents using purposive sampling data collection techniques. The data is then processed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with smartPLS software. Based on the test results, it is known that Brand Image has no effect on Customer Satisfacion and Price also has no effect on Customer Satisfaction, then Service Quality also has no effect on Customer Satisfaction. While Brand Image has a positive effect on Customer Loyalty and Price has a positive effect on Customer Loyalty, then Customer Satisfaction has a positive effect on Customer Loyalty.
