The current development of internet technology around the world is increasingly sophisticated, all levels of society can enjoy the benefits of this internet. The existence of social media has now become a primary need that cannot be separated from human life. The presence of increasingly diverse social media has become a place for young K-Pop fans to cyberbully on various applications, one of which is Twitter. The selection of topics in this article aims to find out the motives or reasons behind these young K-Pop fans carrying out acts of cyberbullying. In research on this topic, the author will use qualitative methods by collecting non-participatory observational data and in-depth interviews with two informants, whom the author has traced and indeed indicated to be perpetrators of cyberbullying on social media Twitter. The results of the study found that the motives of young KPOP fans to carry out cyberbullying on Twitter social media were due to the nature of fanaticism towards idols, feeling annoyed and angry when they saw posts/tweets that vilified idols, jealousy or envy of other idol fans, lack of understanding of ethics and norms -norms of behavior on social media, and feel satisfied and happy if they feel they have won the debate.

This study aims to describe the development of the characters and describe the implementation of research in learning Indonesian at school. The research method used is descriptive method with qualitative research. The approach used is a behavioristic psychology approach. The data source used is a novel Kami Bukan Sarjana Kertas by J. S Khairen. So the development of the characters in the novel is Ogi who is the main character in the novel Kami Bukan Sarjana Kertas by J.S. Khairen thus became a central figure. Ogi's character is a developing character based on words, actions, physical depictions of characters, and direct lighting. Ogi is considered a developing character because there are changes and developments in the character that appear in line with the development of the events or incidents narrated in the story at the beginning of the story. Ogi is a lazy person, but after experiencing many things, Ogi is determined to change for the better. The second character that the researcher analyzed, namely Gala, is a supporting character in the novel Kami Bukan Sarjana Kertas by J.S. Khairen. Gala has the character of a protagonist. At first, Gala's character was a fighter who had a strong determination to succeed, but due to several things that didn't match her expectations, Gala became selfish and disobedient. However, in the next arc, Gala decides to obey and not be selfish anymore. The third figure that the researcher analyzes is Ayah Gala. Gala's father is a supporting character in the novel Kami Bukan Sarjana Kertas by J.S. Khairen. Gala's father has an antagonistic nature. A gala father likes to impose his will on others without realizing that what has been done to his son is gala. But in the end, Gala's father changed and realized that Gala had been under pressure all this time.

The tourism potential in Carangwulung Village is very diverse and has the opportunity to be developed into a tourist attraction. There are eight tourist destinations that have been developed in Carangwulung village, one of which is the Grojogan Selo Gonggo (GSG ) nature tourism. This tourist attraction is natural attractions that come from mountain water and also pine forests. Opportunities for tourism activities at GSG are very good, if the local community and the management are able to work together to achieve the expected goals. However, the fact is that over time the people who participate in managing the GSG experience a decrease in tourism awareness. This will not affect the future development of GSG natural tourism as tourism that is of interest to tourists. Therefore, the awareness of the Carangwulung village tourism community needs to be increased again so that the development of the GSG nature tourism is not in vain and gets maximum benefits from tourism activities. The formation of POKDARWIS and improving the quality of human resources play an important role in developing GSG natural tourism, with the aim of making GSG a tourist destination that is of interest to many tourists.  

This study aims to clearly describe the regulation of regulations that examine changes in the Employment Copyright Act, the legal consequences that can be caused to companies if they do not provide severance pay at the time of Termination of Employment and Government Regulation no. 35 of 2021. Therefore, the purpose of this discussion is to find out how business competition is between conventional ojek and online ojek business actors. In Indonesia there are several online motorcycle taxi service providers such as Grab, Gojek, and Maxim. The services provided are not only in the form of online motorcycle taxi services, but also in the form of food delivery services (grabfood), online shopping services (grabmart), package delivery (grabexpress) and other services. It is known that there are problems between online motorcycle taxis and conventional motorcycle taxis that have occurred, such as the beating by a conventional motorcycle taxi driver against a Gojek driver in Bojongsoang, Bandung. In this study, the authors used a qualitative type of research because it discussed business competition between business actors. Meanwhile, the nature of the research used is descriptive research. The research approach used by the author in this journal is included in the type of statutory approach and the Case Approach.

This research is a class action research (classroom action research) which consists of two cycles, aimed at improving the ability to read aloud in the Indonesian language subject for second graders of SD Negeri Minasa Upa Makassar through the use of picture story media. The subjects in this study were class II students of SD Negeri Minasa Upa Makassar with a total of 26 students consisting of 14 male students and 12 female students. The research was carried out using two cycles, each cycle consisting of 3 meetings in accordance with the changes to be achieved. The first and second meetings were carried out with the learning process, and the third meeting was for the assessment of reading aloud skills. Each cycle consists of several activities in the assessment according to the nature of the assessment. The two cycles were carried out for 3 months plus summarizing all the results of existing research.The results showed that from cycle I, the learning completeness only reached 27% with an average of 62.5 then increased to 100% in cycle II with an average of 82.9 in connection with the conclusions above, it can be concluded that in applying learning media that just like the use of picture story media in Indonesian language subjects, especially in the aspect of reading aloud.

A phenomenon in Islamic boarding schools which has recently emerged to the surface, raises competition regarding the existence of a group. This group is called LGBT, in terms of sexual behavior that is not in general and is not common in the Islamic boarding school environment which upholds the Islamic religion. Therefore, this study aims to provide views from an Islamic religious, social, and health perspective on the LGBT phenomenon. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with a phenomenological strategy. Research information includes observations of the author, LGBT individuals, in-depth interviews with his fellow students and analysis of documents. The results of the study show that religion views LGBT as deviant behavior that is not in accordance with Islamic religious principles. Many internal factors that influence a person to become LGBT are internal factors that are more dominant. The Islamic religion does not want this behavior by referring to the holy book and hadiths that marriage can only be carried out by a man and a woman, and if it deviates it is a big sin. On the other hand, there are efforts to restrain them from returning to their nature so that true human dignity and dignity are maintained and Islamic harmony with Islamic boarding school education.

In ancient Greece, philosophers such as Thales, Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle introduced fundamental questions about the universe, ethics, politics, and knowledge. They try to understand the universe and human place in it through reason and reason. After the Greek classical period, philosophy underwent changes during the medieval period. During this time, Patristic and Scholastic philosophy became dominant. Patristic philosophy is closely related to early Christian thought and the influence of Church Fathers such as St. Augustine. At the same time, Scholastic philosophy, influenced by the work of Aristotle, attempted to integrate philosophy with Christian theology. The next period in the history of philosophy is the Age of Enlightenment, during which philosophy underwent major shifts. Philosophers such as Descartes, Kant, and Voltaire advocated ideas of rationality, freedom, and scientific progress. They challenge traditional dogma and authority and advance knowledge through rational thinking and the scientific method. The development of modern philosophy also includes schools such as German idealism led by figures such as Kant, Hegel, and Schopenhauer. They focus on thinking about consciousness, ideals, and oneness in search of an understanding of reality. In the 19th and early 20th centuries, important schools such as empiricism and utilitarianism emerged. Philosophers such as John Locke, David Hume, and Jeremy Bentham stressed the importance of experience and utility as the foundations of knowledge and ethics. Then, pragmatism and the analytic school, pioneered by figures such as William James, Bertrand Russell, and Ludwig Wittgenstein, put forward the practical use of knowledge and language in achieving a better understanding. Contemporary philosophy involves various schools of thought. Schools such as phenomenology (Husserl), existentialism (Sartre, Camus), hermeneutics (Gadamer, Ricoeur), and structure.      

In the development of increasingly developed technology and the demands of the community's needs for infrastructure facilities, it also affects the development of a construction field. In making mortar itself, it is also influenced by developing technological developments, one of the types affected is pozzolan mortar. Pozzolan mortar has added materials derived from nature or industrial waste. In Indonesia, waste from eggshells is increasing every year, because eggshells are one of the people's favorite food ingredients. The eggshells have contain calcium carbonate (CaCO3) compound which is an element than cement. The materials of making the mortar itself are water, cement, and sand.  This research aims to utilize egg shell waste as an added material in mortar with variations in the percentage of 0%, 5%, 10%, and 15% eggshell powder. From the results obtained, the addition of eggshell powder at maximum compressive strength lies at a percentage of 15% of 300 MPa.

This study aims to determine the impact of teacher presence in class on student discipline in the learning process at UPT SDN Laiyolo No. 52 Selayar Islands The research method used is qualitative research. In this study the data collection techniques used included direct observation and interviews. Based on observations made, the effect of the teacher’s presence in class on student discipline in the learning process is still unsatisfactory based on the observations I have made for the past 3 months. Where these activities can be seen from teacher’s who are lazy to teach, teacher’s who are lazy to come to scholl and even come late to school. So that little the students are also lazy to go to school because they feel less enthusiastic about participating in learning. The results of the research that can be found are that the presence of the teacher greatly influences student discipline in the learning process at school. In order to from a disciplined and obedient nature, it is therefore important for a teacher to be present in every phase of the development of students in every lesson. Teacher’s also have to be a good example for their student.

Literacy is the capacity to comprehend, gain access to, and effectively utilise information through speaking, writing, and reading activities. It is indisputable that there are encouraging and discouraging aspects throughout the implementation of the School Literacy Movement in order to improve kids' interest in reading, particularly in elementary schools. This study aimed to investigate the role of literacy activities, educational hurdles, and initiatives to boost reading motivation in elementary school students. This study is qualitative in nature. Principals of schools, as well as pupils and instructors at Inpresi Kadundungan Elementary School, participated in the study. ways for gathering data through observation, writing, and interviewing. Based on the study's findings, it can be concluded that literacy-related activities help kids become more interested in reading and help teachers and administrators work to remove obstacles to literacy-related activities.

COVID-19 containment apps have raised a new hope in dealing with COVID-19 in various countries.  Automatic contact tracing capabilities combined with various other transmission prevention functions have yielded favorable outcomes in controlling outbreaks.  Although its nature seems promising, the use of this type of application also saves the potential for human rights violations.  The risk is related to the increasingly widespread functionality of the application, the restrictions of personal freedom, the potential breach of privacy, and the possibility of marginalizing people who cannot access the application.  This paper describes how this application works in general, how it can affect respect for human rights, and then analyzes incidents that have the potential to violate human rights related to the use of the application to further provide some potential solutions on how the application can still be utilized with a minimum threat to  individual rights.

Tuban Village is one of the villages in Badung Regency that has the potential of coastal areas that are utilized by the community for various purposes. The high utilization of coastal areas has led to the conversion of mangrove land for various purposes, resulting in damage in the form of abrasion in several places, pollution due to industrial activities, households and aquaculture activities. Therefore, mangrove forest rehabilitation program is considered as one of the important recommendations in order to restore the condition of mangrove ecosystem in this region. The training consisted of a group of Nature Lovers Students (Mapala) which included the provision of training and socialization in the field on the introduction of mangrove tree species and characteristics and mangrove tree planting techniques in theory and application of the theory that has been obtained in the form of collecting and processing mangrove trees to be used as seeds and planting practices. The results of the training showed that all participants understood the material presented. This can be seen from the way participants apply the theory obtained by direct practice in the field.

Employing a qualitative research design, semi-structured interviews are conducted with key stakeholders from diverse organizational settings. Sampling techniques involve purposive sampling to ensure representation across sectors and organizational sizes. Data analysis utilizes thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns and themes emerging from the interviews. Preliminary findings suggest complex interactions between tax incentives, perceptions of justice, financial performance, and leadership ethics, shedding light on the multifaceted nature of tax compliance determinants. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of factors influencing tax compliance behaviors and informs policy and organizational strategies aimed at enhancing tax compliance.
