Bullying has long been a phenomenon haunting educational environments worldwide, with its impacts not only affecting the victims individually but also influencing the overall image of the school. Bullying can lead to a decline in academic achievement, loss of students' self-confidence, and even mental health disorders among victims. Additionally, bullies themselves may experience negative consequences, such as difficulty in forming healthy social relationships with others in the future. In recent years, awareness of the importance of addressing bullying has significantly increased. Schools, parents, and communities are becoming more aware of the actions needed to prevent and address bullying cases in schools. One approach that has been implemented is through the introduction of programs like the Roots Program. The Roots program is designed to promote values such as respect for others, openness, freedom of expression, trust, and safety within the school environment. By involving the entire school community, including students, teachers, staff, and parents, this program aims to create a positive school climate where bullying can be effectively addressed. This research aims to implement the Roots program with the involvement of change agents, with the hope of providing deeper insights into the effectiveness of this program in combating bullying in schools. A qualitative approach focusing on phenomenology is employed in this study. The research location is SMA Negeri 1 Panyabungan, North Sumatra. Data are obtained from primary sources consisting of research subjects, including the school principal, teachers, and members of the Change Agents. Subject selection for the research uses purposive sampling technique. The Bullying Prevention Program, based on Ministry of Education and Culture Regulation No. 82 of 2015, aims to create a safe and comfortable school climate for students. Change Agents at SMA Negeri 1 Panyabungan play a crucial role in implementing this program by positively impacting students and the school as a whole. The success of this program is measured through the ability of change agents to prevent and address bullying incidents in school, as well as through the celebration of the Roots Day Declaration involving the entire school community. It is hoped that this program will help reduce bullying cases and create a more friendly and enjoyable school environment for all involved parties.

The integration of metaverse technology in employee training has the potential to significantly enhance digital skills, collaboration, and overall learning outcomes in virtual workspaces. This study explores the effectiveness of metaverse-based training compared to traditional methods, focusing on participant engagement, learning retention, and practical application in immersive virtual environments. The results indicate that metaverse technology leads to increased participant engagement, offering real-time communication, interactive simulations, and realistic task scenarios that foster deeper involvement and better skill acquisition. Additionally, the immersive nature of metaverse platforms improves learning effectiveness, especially for high-risk tasks such as medical procedures and technical skills that benefit from hands-on experience. However, challenges such as technological barriers, infrastructure limitations, and initial resistance from employees were identified, requiring organizations to provide adequate support and training for smooth adoption. While the upfront costs of developing and maintaining metaverse training platforms are significant, the long-term benefits—such as scalability, reduced need for physical resources, and enhanced training outcomes—outweigh these initial investments. Organizations looking to implement metaverse-based training solutions should carefully consider the required technological infrastructure, support for employees, and privacy concerns. Future research should explore advancements in metaverse technology, including AI integration, and investigate the broader adoption of these technologies across various industries, focusing on overcoming adoption barriers and measuring their long-term impact on workforce development.

The problem in this research is that there is still a lack of nutritional intake such as milk provided by LPKA Class II Batam, this is due to a lack of budget. The aim of this research is to find out how children's food is implemented in fulfilling children's nutrition and providing milk to children at LPKA Class II Batam. The type of research approach used is empirical juridical, where research uses legal aspects (observation with reality in the field). Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that the implementation of providing milk for assisted children is still not going well, namely that assisted children are only given milk according to their needs and these children do not even receive milk regularly. This is because the budget given to LPKA Class II Batam is inadequate to provide milk to the children assisted regularly and comprehensively. To comply with the Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation, the LPKA Class II Batam has provided food to children in accordance with Minister of Law and Human Rights Regulation Number 40 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for Food Administration. In the world of construction projects, good project management is required, including the use of domestic products. The government encourages the use of domestic products through the program to increase the use of domestic production (P3DN). The amount of domestic content in commodities, services, and the combination of products and services can be used to measure the use of domestic products. This quantity is called the Domestic Component Level (TKDN). Company Benefit Weight (BMP) is an award given to industrial companies that invest and produce in Indonesia. This research aims to calculate the amount of TKDN and BMP for the Muhammadiyah Ahmad Dahlan Kediri Hospital construction project. The Sumatran Elephant is classified as Critically Endangered and listed under Appendix 1, indicating a high risk of extinction in the near future. The major factor contributing to the decline in the Sumatran Elephant population in Riau is habitat fragmentation due to the conversion of forests into plantations, industrial areas, and settlements. This situation is further complicated by conflicts between elephants and humans along elephant migration routes. The Rimba Satwa Foundation (RSF) is an NGO dedicated to the conservation of Sumatran Elephants and the forests of Riau. Since 2016, RSF has been actively working to raise awareness and knowledge among the public about Sumatran Elephants. This study employs qualitative research methods with descriptive analysis. Informant selection utilizes purposive techniques, and data collection involves interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis employs descriptive analysis according to Miles and Huberman. Data validity is ensured through triangulation and prolonged engagement techniques. The study demonstrates that RSF's environmental campaign strategy begins with identifying issues, goals, and audiences. Campaign planning involves audience selection, message formulation, and media selection. Campaign implementation includes public education and habitat conservation. Evaluation is conducted incrementally, from inception to completion, through stakeholder involvement, additional data collection, and assessment of success.
