Organizational management applies the right strategy to be able to remain competitive with other competing organizations. The implementation of the strategy is not only about the benefits but also the performance of the organization. Organizational performance is one of the successes in market business competition. Company management implements strategies that can develop organizational performance by developing supporting aspects such as TQM and knowledge management. This research was conducted to determine the formation of organizational performance from TQM and knowledge management. This research was conducted at a company in Sidoarjo which is engaged in the manufacture of animal feed. The respondents obtained were employees from different divisions who were randomly selected except for the security and cleanliness division. In this study used a sample of 120 respondents. The data used will be analyzed using multiple linear regression. After processing the data, the results showed that there was a significant influence given by TQM on organizational performance. Data processing also proves that organizational performance is formed because of the significant influence given by knowledge management. Research also proves that TQM and knowledge management have an effect on the ups and downs of organizational performance together.

This article discusses social media content design training organized by the Aisyiyah Regional Leadership (PDA) Lamongan, in collaboration with the Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan Institute of Technology and Business. The main focus of the training is Instagram feed management and effective use of color. The majority of participants are women with an age range of 30-45 years. The training material includes digital marketing and the use of the Canva application. The results of this training show an increase in participants' understanding of the use of Instagram as a digital marketing tool. The high enthusiasm of the participants reflects the success of the digital marketing training organized by PDA Lamongan. By applying the knowledge gained, opportunities to hold similar activities in the future are wide open.

Pregnancy is a physiological and natural condition that occurs in women. There are various complaints experienced by pregnant women during their pregnancy, one of the most common complaints is dizziness. Objective: LTA provides comprehensive midwifery care to pregnant, maternity, postpartum, BBL, neonate and family planning women using a midwifery management approach for Mrs "P" who complained of dizziness. Method: Care in this LTA is through interviews, observation and care management. The subject in this care is Mrs "S" at the Pratama Riyyan Kabanjahe Clinic. Results: results of comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs "S" during pregnancy in the second trimester and third trimester with dizziness, in normal labor, spontaneously without complications, in the postpartum period with normal puerperium, in BBL with BBLN, in patients. The care that mothers receive for family planning counseling is to inform the mother about normal vital signs and her current condition, provide health education about family planning effectiveness, side effects, and how to use it and explain to the mother how to space her pregnancies or to space her pregnancies. After midwifery care was provided to Mrs. S, the results of the evaluation showed that the mother was healthier and able to carry out daily activities. Based on the results of the questionnaire from assessing maternal knowledge about childbirth, it was found to be ADEQUATE with 70% results from 20 questions.  

One of the problems faced by mosque youth is organizational and management problems. This is due to their low knowledge or understanding of organization and management. As a result, mosque youth cannot play an active role in participating in the prosperity of the mosque, namely by holding positive activities. This counseling was carried out to provide basic knowledge about organization and management to mosque youth, especially regarding formal organizational structures. This community service is carried out by extension methods, which are accompanied by discussion or question and answer. The counseling was carried out to the teenagers of the Darul Muttaqin Bedog mosque, Donotirto, Kretek, Bantul, Yogyakarta Special Region.

The impact of Covid 19 occurs in all aspects of life, even 80% of the impact occurs in the non-health sector. Therefore, the management of Covid 19 needs to involve all elements of society, including the campus community. The campus community is expected to actively take social action and be at the forefront of carrying out social change, including responding to disasters. Higher education is responsible for teaching awareness of various social problems to its campus community. Efforts made by the campus in carrying out prevention started from policy development, development of supporting instruments for the Covid 19 alert campus, mobilizing Covid 19 volunteers to the formation of the Covid task force team.  

Main Objective: This study explores the work vacancy advertising for graphic designers in some countries and appraises differences in economic, and educational infrastructure. Background problem: The designer's role is changing and building a more critical advancement to the organization. The job and expertise of a graphic designer as commonly associated with boundless visual results, equally designing for flyers and having knowledge of typography and visual content. Apart from that, graphic designers job and competent in equal employment, study, and technology. The expansive work and skill set of graphic designers mien a challenge for lecturers and professionals alike to carry abreast of the work of graphic designers. Novelty: For design professionals and lecturers, employment provides an intermediary for compassionate labor advertising which can format academic activities and self-improvement intentions. In design research, job Ads bring information about the competencies demanded by employers in the design professional field as well as about the organization's level of knowledge of the profession. Research Method: This study uses the doc analysis method in traditional and digital graphic design job advertisements to investigate the skills that organizations seek when recruiting graphic designers. Finding/Result: The job and skills of a graphic designer are more expansive than repeatedly characterized. Graphic designers primarily provide digital and print jobs. Graphic designers primarily provide digital and print jobs. To do this kind of job, a graphic designer must have not only visual design experiences but also experiences generally identical with other areas, equally “business”, “project management”, and “research”. Conclusion: The results of this study indicate that job advertisements reverse the former during interpretive job advancement for graphic designers in the future. As a suggestion for investigating future professional development, design researchers should make more careful use of the opportunity and scope contributed by job advertisements. This article discusses social media content design training organized by the Lamongan Aisyiyah Regional Leadership (PDA), in collaboration with the Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan Institute of Technology and Business. The focus of utilization training is managing Instagram feeds and color choices. Participants, the majority of whom are women aged 30-45 years, act as contributors to the PDA Lamongan Instagram account. Material includes feed management, use of color pallette. The results of this training show an increased understanding of Instagram. The enthusiasm of the participants reflects the success of the training on utilizing PDA Lamongan social media by applying the knowledge gained, opening up the potential for similar activities in the future

Factors influencing the readiness of coastal communities for tsunami events include knowledge, attitudes, fulfillment of basic needs, preparation for handling victims and disaster management. The results of the interview of researchers on March 8, 2019 with the secretary of Lurah Tondo, from 2013-2018 there had never been a simulation or counseling about the tsunami disaster in the Tondo Village. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the preparedness of coastal communities against tsunami in Tondo Kelurahan, Kota Palu h. This type of research is quantitative with an analytical approach using cross sectional design. The population in this study are all coastal communities in Tondo, Palu City, totaling 362 families. The sample was 96 people, with cluster sampling technique. The results of the study of 96 respondents good knowledge as much as 45.8%, sufficient knowledge 28.1% and 26% less knowledge. Pearson chi-square test results p value: 0,000. Good attitude as much as 33.3%, enough attitude 54.2% and lack of attitude 12.5%. Pearson Chi-Square test results p value value: 0.001. Fulfillment of basic needs were fulfilled 55.2% and not fulfilled as much as 44.8%. Chi-Square test results p value value: 0.002. Conclusion there is a relationship of knowledge, attitudes and fulfillment of basic needs with the preparedness of coastal communities against the tsunami in the Village of Tondo, Palu City

Stroke is a non-communicable disease that still has the highest death rate in the world. Even though stroke is not transmitted from one sufferer to another through contact, prevention must still be improved. Lifestyle and socioeconomics are thought to be one of the biggest factors that cause strokes. This activity aims to prevent and manage stroke by increasing knowledge in detecting signs and symptoms of stroke, preventing recurrent strokes and changing lifestyle modification behavior. Community service activity methods include health education, health checks to identify risk factors for hypertension/stroke, empowering families to recognize signs and symptoms of stroke, controlling stroke risk factors and lifestyle modification. The results of the activity showed that the majority of respondents had had one stroke (60%), the majority of families had sufficient knowledge (60%) about preventing recurrent strokes, the majority of respondents had a low risk (50%). Increased knowledge of patients and families in detecting signs of preventing stroke risk factors is targeted at changing behavior and improving healthy lifestyles to prevent recurrent strokes.

Adolescence is a challenging period because it involves the transition from childhood to adulthood. Physical and psychological changes in adolescents can have an impact on their mental health. To prevent mental disorders in teenagers, various prevention efforts continue to be carried out, including providing education about mental health in teenagers, but at Bawakaraeng High School they have never received education about the importance of recognizing mental disorders in teenagers. The aim of this community service is to provide mental health information including efforts to prevent mental disorders in teenagers with thought stopping and five finger hypnosis. Community service was carried out at Bawakaraeng High School, November 16 2020 with a total of 60 students participating. The results of this service activity showed an increase in knowledge about mental health in adolescents, namely from 16,67% to 83,33% in the good category and participants were able to carry out stress management with mental health and five finger hypnosis.. Adolescent mental health education can provide increased knowledge about adolescent mental health and stress management that can be carried out by adolescents.

The nutritional problems faced in Indonesia today remain the same, namely that many children suffer from malnutrition. The national movement to increase breastfeeding is one of the government's efforts to improve the health status of mothers and children. However, the achievement of exclusive breastfeeding has not been achieved, one of the reasons is the breastfeeding factor. Meanwhile, the point in the success of providing exclusive breastfeeding and continuing it for up to 2 years is related to a mother's understanding of lactation management. So this service activity is carried out to teach mothers who are young pregnant, late pregnant and have just given birth to a 1 month old baby to participate so that their knowledge increases. The method in this activity is a pre-test before providing information related to breastfeeding and lactation management, then continuing with the post-test to see the success of the activity. The mothers' enthusiasm was seen to be very high and resulted in a strong determination to be able to provide exclusive breast milk to their babies. The success rate of this activity was 80%, judged from the responses and questions from the participants.

Background: Lactation management is all management and efforts made to help mothers achieve success in breastfeeding their babies properly. The lack of  proper management of lactation results in a decrease in the immune system of the baby, an increase in malnutrition and malnutrition rates that are at risk of increasing morbidity and mortality in infants. This study aims to determine the knowledge of mothers about lactation management in the Battalion Zeni Tempur 18 / YKR Gianyar Dormitory in 2020 Method: This research used descriptive research method with survey approach. The population in this study were mothers who had children under five in the Battalion Engineer Battalion 18 / YKR Gianyar Dormitory with a total sample of 37 samples. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Results: The results of 37 respondents, that is the knowledge of mothers about lactation management, mostly in the good category. Respondents aged 20-35 years were mostly 32 people (91.4%) had good knowledge. Respondents with a high level of education were mostly 24 people (92.3%) with good knowledge. Respondents who did not work were mostly 22 people (88%) who had good knowledge. Primiparous respondents mostly 22 (88%) had  good  knowledge about lactation management. Conclusion: The level of mother's knowledge about lactation management in the Battalion Engineer Battalion 18 / YKR Gianyar Dormitory is mostly in the good category of 34 people (91.9%)

The human resource (HR) consolidation program in improving the welfare of the waste management community in Ciputat Market aims to improve the quality of life of waste managers through relevant training and education. Held during May 2021, this activity includes intensive training and counseling. Training includes waste management management, recycling techniques, and entrepreneurship, while counseling provides knowledge about the importance of environmental health and hygiene. Group discussions and field visits were also conducted to see best practices in waste management. The results of this activity show a significant increase in the skills and knowledge of waste managers, who are now able to apply recycling techniques more efficiently and utilize waste into products with selling value. Their awareness of the importance of maintaining environmental health and hygiene is also increasing, creating a cleaner and healthier market environment and increasing their income through the sale of recycled products. The implication of this activity is to improve the welfare of the waste management community in Ciputat Market. With the new skills they acquire, waste managers not only improve their own economic conditions but also contribute to the cleanliness and health of the market environment. This program shows that with the right training and education, waste managers can be effective agents of change in society.

Temanggung robusta coffee has flavors and raw material components that reflect the regional characteristics. To assure the quality and increase the competitiveness, coffe harvesting and post-harvest processing must be carried out according to the geographical indication standart (IG). The application standar of IG practically still has several problems such as a low motivation of harvest and post-harvest processing aspects as well as farmer’s group management. By cooperating with two farmers’ group in Muncar and Ngadisepi village, Gemawang sub-district, Temanggung Regency, Universitas Sebelas Maret has implemented community partnership program. This aim at increasing motivations and skills of farmers in managing coffee processing based on IG standart. Methods used in this programs include: (1) training, (2) introduction of a pulper device, and (3) supervision. This program has: (1) increased motivation, knowledge, skills of farmers’ group in coffee post-harvest processing based on IG standart, (2) increased motivation for strengthening management of farmers’ group institutions, (3) provided applied technology, and (4) increased the economic of coffee value added.

The outcomes of this activity are: cheap participants' knowledge of the concept of entrepreneurship so that they have the right knowledge; benefit participants' insights on how to start a business and choose the right type of business; benefit participants' insights about possible business failures and ways to enter and resolve business failures.This activity is carried out with the following stages: Selection of participants to the community service, namely the board and members of Karang Taruna; Submission of lecture materials, with a view to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit; Implementation of evaluation Evaluation is done by: before counseling conducted a question-answer to know each participant's initial knowledge about entrepreneurship special techniques or how to start a business. After the counseling finished the question and answer again about the same material. By comparing the results of answers that have been done, it will be known whether there is an increase in knowledge about the entrepreneurship and scope.Keywords: Counseling, entrepreneurship, management

The objective of this paper is to discourse critical paradigm to respond economic globalization, especially in higher education liberalization.  Higher Education liberalization is employed by World Trade Organization (WTO), firstly  is introduced concept of higher education corporatization. Corporatization is one of implementation strategy of New Public Management (NPM) in public sector.  This paper based on results of case study in one of Perguruan Tinggi Negeri Badan Layanan Umum (PTN BLU). PTN BLU is an example of NMP implementation. NPM is campaigned by International Institution such as World Bank (WB) and Internationally Monetary Fund (IMF). WB, IMF, and WTO use accounting as  a surveillance system. In  Habermas’s Critical Theory perspective,  higher education corporatization is lifeworld moneterization, with accounting as steering media. The effects of that are social pathologies, they are loss of meaning, anomie, and psychopathology. Loss of  meaning in higher education as a knowledge development institution, that dedicate to humanism has transform a corporate, that produce knowledge based economy (KBE) according to market demand.  Losses of academician identities, psychological disease are other examples of social pathologies. International Financial Reporting Standards are standards focusedin fair value approach on measurement and disclosure criteria that requirethe greater extent of the exerciseof professional judgment. This study aims tounderstand the exercise of auditor professional judgment in InternationalFinancial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in fair value of fixed assets, tounderstand the factors that contribution in exercising professional judgmenton fair value of fixed assets and what constrains that emerge whenexercising professional judgment in fair value of fixed assets as well assolution that can be done to overcome these problem.This study uses qualitative research methods with aphenomenological approach as it is meant to analyze and look for themeaning behind the experiences of the auditor in exercising their professionaljudgment. This study focused on the exercise of professional judgment on thefair value of fixed assets. The research was conducted through interviewswith auditors who work as public accountants in public accounting firm.Results of this study indicate that auditors exercise their professionaljudgment to review the appraisal value by assessing the reasonableness of theassumptions, methods and data used. Auditors exercise their professionaljudgment by considering the factors that influenced such as consideration ofmateriality, subjectivity, knowledge, and experience as well as factors such asthe audit job IFRS requirements, the nature of accounts, compliances withIFRS, audit history, engagement management, fraud risk and going concern.The auditor had no difficulties in using professional judgment in assessingthe fair value of fixed assets due to the existing appraisal valuation. Insteadauditor experienced problems when assessing the fair value of financialinstruments is important for future research. Finally, team work anddiscussion are solution that auditors used to overcome the problem inexercising professional judgment.
