Hypertension is a dangerous disease, especially if it occurs in women who are pregnant. Management of hypertension in pregnancy one with nonpharmacology, namely bay leaves can also be used for traditional medicine for the treatment of blood pressure. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of bay leaf water decoction therapy on reducing blood pressure in pregnant women in the Murung Pudak Health Center Work Area. The research method used pseudo-experiments (Quasi Experimental Design) with a pretest-posttest design with control group design using two types of treatment, with a total sample of 34 people with porpusive sampling side techniques. The results of the study found that blood pressure in the treatment group decreased in systolic and diastolic pressure, blood pressure in the control group did not decrease in systolic and diastolic, blood pressure in the treatment group was obtained 20.74 while in the control group a mean rank of 14.26 was obtained and there was an effect of bay leaf water decoction therapy on reducing blood pressure in pregnant women in the work area of the Murung Pudak Health Center,  with p-value = 0.048 (p-value < 0.05).

The establishment of an ADIZ in each country is one step in maintaining the sovereignty of each country. This has been a long debate because there are no regulations outlined in international legal conventions. Until now, ADIZ Indonesia is only limited to the island of Java, so the role of ADIZ has not been effective in protecting air space which is included in the country's sovereignty. This research aims to explain the role of ADIZ as a first step in efforts to maintain state sovereignty from the perspective of international and national law. The normative juridical approach method is an approach based on the main legal material by examining theories, concepts, legal principles and statutory regulations. The research results show that Indonesia needs to re-establish ADIZ not only around the island of Java but also covering the entire sovereign territory of the country.

This study aims to: (1) Describe the intrinsic elements in Hamka's novel Exile. (2) Describe the values of life in Hamka's novel Exile. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The subject of this study is Hamka's 125-page novel Terusir, published in Jakarta by Gema Insani in 2020. The data collection is carried out by documentation techniques. The results showed; 1) themes of struggle, romance and betrayal; 2) characters and characterizations: Mariah a loyal, loving and patient woman, Azhar is a hardworking but careless man, Haji Abdul Halim is so wise and patient, Sofyan is a loyal, intelligent and wise person, Emi is a good girl, intelligent and loyal, pakcik wife is jealous, Wirja has a vengeful and spiteful nature; 3) The setting is in the house of Mariah's uncle, the house of Mr. and Mrs. Van Oost, the Elephant Building, the Sofyan Office, the prison and the airport. The setting of the events in this novel takes place around the 1900s during the Dutch colonial period. The setting is depressing, romantic and emotional; 4) The plot contained in this novel is a forward plot; 5) The point of view is an all-knowing third-person point of view. In addition to the above elements, the novel Exile has value, namely: teaching about modesty, so that we remain grateful and surrender to the creator and do not slander.

Procedure For Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy Examination Technique In Brain Tumor Cases At The Radiology Installation Of Pertamina Central Hospital Jakarta. MR spectroscopy is one way of describing metabolites in tumor tissue without being invasive. Single spectroscopic approach, which is used in Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy and is the most common spectral collection method in MRI modalities. MRi is the establishment of a medical diagnosis based on the principle of magnetic resonance. MRI aircraft produce images in various pieces namely coronal, sagittal, and transverse by not at all using x-rays that produce radiation and also using radioactive substances. Brain tumors are abnormally growing brain tissue cells originating from the brain or meningens, which are benign or malignant tumors that make massive pressure. MRS is a unique non-invasive sequence that helps in the identification of lesion molecules and the difference between malignant and benign lesions. In MRI examination of the brain with tumor cases there are several sequences used, namely Se / Fse Pd / T2, Se / Fse / incoherent spoiled, (DWI) diffusion weighted imaging (1) According to Elmaoglu (2), imaging techniques that can be used for MRI brain tumor cases include axial T1 spin echo, T2 fast recovery fast spin echo, T2 FLAIR, coronal T1 and T1 Axial post contrast injection,  T1 coronal, and T1 sagittal, diffusion weighted imaging (DWI), magnetic resonance angiography, and magnetic resonance spectroscopy. In taking SVS LESION localizer must be precise on tumor tissue not taking part that is not part of the tumor, analyze tumor area and take SVS NORMAL localizer on other healthy tissue.

ABSTRACT   The TNI anniversary is a moment that is always commemorated by the TNI, namely the Navy, Army and Air Force, both individually and in an integrated manner, supported by the POLRI and the community. Internally, AAL, in commemorating the anniversary of the Indonesian Navy, held a ceremony, cleaning up Aru beach as an activity in line with the clean river program (prokasih). Meanwhile, in an integrated manner, AAL is involved in blood donation activities with TNI AL cities in the Surabaya area and with the Surabaya Community in Prokasih activities. A total of 1,200 TNI soldiers from the Kotama TNI AL Surabaya region, namely the TNI Navy Academy, Kodiklatal, Lantamal V, Pasmar 2, Satlinlamil, Task Execution Unit (UPT) Headquarters, as well as TNI AD, TNI AU and Polri soldiers, government agencies, community organizations, students and the people of Surabaya, worked together to go down to the Kalimas river to carry out clean-up along the river flow. Suggestions for community service activities during the upcoming TNI anniversary would be to continue the Prokasih program by covering rivers other than the others in Surabaya.         Keywords: TNI anniversary, pro-love, integration.

Merkuri (Hg) merupakan salah satu unsur yang paling beracun dari logam berat yang ada dan apabila terpapar pada konsentrasi yang tinggi maka mengakibatkan kerusakan otak secara permanen dan kerusakan ginjal. Di dalam air, logam merkuri dapat mengalami biotransformasi menjadi senyawa organik metil merkuri atau fenil merkuri akibat proses dekomposisi oleh bakteri. Senyawa organic tersebut diserap oleh jasa renik yang akan  masuk dalam  rantai makanan. Ini akhirnya tejadi akumulasi dan biomagnifikasi merkuri dalam  tubuh biota laut seperti ikan, udang dan kerang yang pada akhirnya masuk kedalam tubuh manusia yang mengkonsumsinya. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah melakukan pengenalan zat berbahaya “ Merkuri”, bahaya penggunaan, dan cara mendeteksi kandungan merkuri. Metode yang digunakan saat penyuluhan metode ceramah dan diskusi kemudian dilanjutkan dengan workshop atau pelatihan dimana peserta bergantian maju kedepan untuk melakukan pengujian merkuri dengan melihat bentuk, warna dan bau serta melakukan pengujian makanan secara langsung terhadap ikan yang mengandung merkuri kemudian dilakukan evaluasi dan bimbingan berkelanjutan. Hasil capaian dari pengabdian masyarakat ini meliputi evaluasi mengenai merkuri, karakter ikan mengandung merkuri sebelum penyuluhan dan setelah penyuluhan

Bronchopneumonia is an infection that affects the airways entering the lungs, also known as the bronchi. Symptoms that arise are cough, fever, restlessness, dyspnea, rapid and shallow breathing, and cyanosis around the nose and mouth. Physiotherapy measures in the form of breathing exercises (deep breathing exercise and coughing) and postural drainage are appropriate interventions for this condition. The aim of the research was to determine the effect of physiotherapy interventions in the form of breathing exercise (deep breathing exercise and coughing) and postural drainage on children's brochopneumonia conditions at Wijaya Kusuma Lumajang Hospital. The research instrument used the Dalhousie Dyspnea Scales. The results of the study showed a decrease in the degree of shortness of breath from 5 to 2 with 8 treatments. So it can be concluded that breathing exercise and postural drainage are effective in reducing the degree of shortness of breath in bronchopneumonia patients

Clean water is a basic human need. Company activities, especially in office areas, require the availability of water that is large enough to move during the work period. One of them is an office area in one of the Fertilizer Industries. The purpose of this research is to identify efforts to save clean water in the office area of one of the fertilizer industries to increase awareness of environmental conditions. This study was conducted by calculating the efficiency of water saving after water-saving efforts were made. Efforts made include monitoring water meters, using water-saving taps, using flushes in toilets, and using sprinklers in plants sprinklers. The use of water-saving faucets uses push taps where the faucet will close automatically when turned on after a while. And for the flush system used, namely dual flush toilets. The The dual flush system has two types of watering.

  Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) yang bergerak dalam distribusi air bersih bagi masyarakat. Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) adalah salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Daerah (BUMD). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi penilaian kinerja keuangan pada Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Wair Pu’an Kabupaten Sikka menurut keputusan menteri dalam negeri nomor 47 tahun 1999 periode tahun 2017-2021. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis rasio keuangan menggunakan 10 indikaror menurut surat keputusan menteri dalam negeri nomor 47 tahun 1999. Dari hasil perhitungan rasio keuangan Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Wair Pu’an Kabupaten Sikka periode 2017-2021 bahwa dari 10 (sepuluh) hasil perhitungan rasio dari tahun 2017-2020 adalah cukup, Sedangkan hasil perhitungan rasio dari tahun 2021 adalah kurang, hal ini disebabkan karena pendapatan tahun 2021 menurun sedangkan beban usaha meningkat. Kriteria dengan nilai tertinggi adalah 29 terdapat ditahun 2017 sedangkan di tahun 2018-2021 nilai kinerja keuangan berkisar antara 26,27, dan 28.

The service of an aircraft on the ground at the airport is handled by the Ground Handling unit. One of the ground handling companies at the airport International Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II Palembang is PT Gapura Angkasa. PT Gapura Angkasa is engaged in providing Ground Handling services for airlines operating in Indonesia. One of the factors that support organizational culture is one of the factors that is strong and supports performance development is organizational culture Another factor that affects the performance of PT Gapura Angkasa employees is work discipline, because discipline is a form of training for the company. This study aims to determine how the influence of organizational culture and work discipline on the performance of PT Gapura Angkasa employees at Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II International Airport Palembang. The method used in this study is quantitative method. A sample of 95 employees. The population in this study consisted of employees of PT. The gate at Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II International Airport Palembang is as many as 95 population. The sampling technique used is the Nonprobability Sampling technique, which is a sampling technique that does not provide equal opportunities or opportunities for every element or member of the population to be sampled.The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires which were carried out in September 2023. Data analysis techniques used include validity tests, reliability tests, simple linear regression tests, determination coefficient tests, T tests, and F tests. The results showed that partially organizational culture and work discipline affect performance. The higher the organizational culture and work discipline, the higher the performance. Simultaneously, organizational culture and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This can be seen from the significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05 and the results of multiple linear tests show a constant value (a) marked negative, which is 3.356 meaning that if organizational culture, work discipline and performance are equal to zero (0) then employee performance decreases; From the results of coefficient determination, the R square number is 0.813 or 81.3%. This explains that the relationship between organizational culture variables and work discipline has a very strong correlation.

The master control room (MCR) is called the master because of its function as the main broadcast controller. There is also what is called a sub control, which functions as a studio broadcast control room, both a production studio and a news studio. Morison (2018) argues that the role of the master control room technician has a more position as an operator than a technician because he has to coordinate all the activities and work results of many people. The master control technician is responsible for the appearance of broadcast on air television stations. already happened after ready before broadcast. This study uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using interviews, literature studies, observation, and documentation. Master Control Room (MCR) includes: Character Generator, Audio control, Camera Switcher, Presentation, VTR material room section, master control console section, studio section, and recording section. Broadcast program broadcast by Netizens Asking Ustadz Responding is supported by crews who serve as broadcast references by using a teamwork strategy in carrying out their duties and obligations to produce the highest broadcast quality output and minimize broadcast interruptions.

Air  bersih  adalah suatu elemen yang  sangat dibutuhkan oleh semua makhluk hidup, karena air merupakan sumber daya yang sangat penting untuk menunjang kebutuhan pokok manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penanganan pada sektor air bersih menjadi hal wajar untuk di priorotaskan karena hal tersebut menyangkut kebutuhan banyak orang. Ketersediaan air bersih sangat berpengaruh pada pemenuhuan kebutuhan air bersih. Ketersediaan air bersih bersumber dari air tanah dan air permukaan yang dapat disediakan oleh sungai, mata air, waduk dan bendung. Seperti diketahui kebutuhan air bersih yang sangat dibutuhkan dan berkelanjutan maka  penyediaan dan pengembangan mengenai kebutuhan air bersih menjadi suatu keharusan yang tidak dapat terabaikanAnalisa Proyeksi Jumlah Penduduk Analisis Kebutuhan Air Bersih hasil analisis kebutuhan pertumbuhan penduduk dan kebutuhan air bersih selama 15 tahun kedepan 1. Dari perhitungan prediksi laju pertumbuhan penduduk pada tahun 2037 untuk menghitung kebutuhan air bersih di wilayah Kelurahan Pudakpayung sebesar 27.697 jiwa. 2. Analisis kebutuhan air bersih pada tahun 2037 berdasarkan jumlah penduduk di Kelurahan Pudakpayung sebesar 38,1735 liter/detik. 3. Dari  hasil analisis prediksi pertumbuhan penduduk dan analisis kebutuhan air bersih, maka dengan adanya pembangunan Instalasi Pengelolaan Air Bersih dengan kapasitas 100 liter/detik, dapat memenuhi kebutuhan air selama 15 tahun yaitu pada tahun 2037.

Kerusakan jalan merupakan suatu fenomena dimana penggunaan jalan yang berlebihan dan penggunaannya melebihi kapasitas dari kriteria perencanaan jalan serta kesadaran akan perawatan jalan yang kurang dari penggunanya. Berbagai jenis kerusakan pada perkerasan kaku (rigid pavement) yang umum terjadi di lapangan adalah retak sudut, retak slab terbagi atau badan jalan terbagi, retak lurus, tambalan, dan cacat permukaan. Penyebab kerusakan jalan ada berbagai sebab yakni umur rencana jalan yang telah dilewati, genangan air pada permukaan jalan yang tidak dapat mengalir akibat drainase yang kurang baik, beban lalu lintas berulang yang berebihan (overloaded) yang menyebabkan umur pakai jalan lebih pendek dari perencanaan (Sukirman 1999). Ruas   jalan   Kaligawe   Raya   STA   0+000   –   1+000   (depan   kampus UNISSULA) merupakan jalur lintas nasional utama penghubung antar kota serta di jalur yang seringnya truk-truk logistic bermuatan berat melintas untuk mengirimkan barang yang berasal dari pelabuhan peti kemas menuju kearah timur pulau jawa atau menuju arah barat. Sehingga seiringnya aktivitas truk-truk yang melintas menyebabkan pada ruas jalan tersebut mengalami kerusakan dikarenakan tidak mampunya menahan beban yang melintas diatas jalan dan seringnya terjadi banjir rob yang melanda di ruas tersebut serta kurangnya perawatan pada jalur tersebut. Upaya penelitian ini menganalisis kerusakan pekerjaan jalan menggunakan metode PCI untuk mengidentifikasi jenis, tingkat, dan kuantitas kerusakan yang terjadi serta memberikan alternatif solusi perbaikannya..

Tambolaka Airport is an airport located in Tambolaka City, Southwest Sumba which is a fairly crowded airport. To realize the role of better Tambolaka Airport services, it is necessary to implement the concept of intermodal transportation integration to facilitate accessibility and passenger movement. This study aims to determine  the provision of integration facilities to support intermodal needs at Tambolaka Airport  and Planning for the provision of intermodal integration facilities at Tambolaka Airport Primary and secondary data sources were used in the qualitative methodology of this study. Methods used to collect data include documentation, interviews, and observations. Technical and source triangulation are two methods used in data validity procedures. Data reduction, data visualization, and conclusion preparation are some of the data analysis approaches used. The results of this study show that Tambolaka Airport has intermodal transportation such as buses, pick ups, and travel. Tambolaka Airport intermodal integration facilities include airport lounges, pedestrian accessibility, parking lots, and drope zones and Integration development is carried out by developing facilities in the form of pedestrian accessibility and adding bus stops And will be expanded parking from 0.25 Ha to 0.41 Ha.

This research was written to find out the Effect of Service Excellent Check-In Counter Officers on Lion Air Passenger Satisfaction at Yogyakaeta International Airport. This research was written to find out how much influence service excellent has on customer satisfaction at Lion Air at the Yogyakarta International Airport. Excellent service in the service sector is taken into account, because the excellent service of the check-in counter staff has an impact on the satisfaction felt by customers. The results of this study can be used as input in order to improve service excellence on the performance of check-in counter officers for Lion Air so that it can reflect the quality of the products produced, especially for guaranteeing customer satisfaction. This study used a quantitative method, with data collection techniques using a questionnaire in which the questionnaire was distributed to passengers who had used Lion air flight services at the Yogyakarta International airport. Respondents in this study were 100 respondents. and data selected using probability sampling or (simple random sampling) the results of data collection will be processed using SPSS to obtain results. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between service excellent on Lion air airline customer satisfaction at Yogyakarta International airport. The t test was carried out which produced t count (9.622) greater than t table (1.660) and R square or a coefficient of determination of 48.6%, so that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. This means that there is an influence of excellent service on customer satisfaction.

Transportation services are one of the basic human needs. In the current era of globalization, with increasing mobility of people or goods, the role of transportation modes becomes very important both in the economic and social fields. Service quality is also inseparable from the desire of service users to obtain good, comfortable, fast and safe transportation facilities and infrastructure. Service quality is a determining and important factor, so that service managers can determine the strategies that must be implemented in order to meet all the needs of service users safely, quickly and comfortably. This research aims to determine the influence of Gapura Angkasa pre-flight service quality on Citilink airline passenger satisfaction at Yogyakarta International Airport by distributing questionnaires to 100 Citilink airline passenger respondents. Based on research and data testing that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the influence of the quality of pre-flight service at Gapura Angkasa on Citilink airline passenger satisfaction is significant, namely based on the calculated T value of Variable X (Service Quality) on Variable Y (Passenger Satisfaction) of 11,083 more than T table 1,985. So it can be concluded that the quality of Gapura Angkasa's pre-flight service has a significant effect on Citilink airline passenger satisfaction. The magnitude of the influence of the quality of pre-flight service at Gapura Angkasa on passenger satisfaction is proven by the coefficient of determination value of 55.6%, which means that Variable X (service quality) has an influence of 55.6% on Variable Y (passenger satisfaction).

PT Citilink or Citilink Indonesia is a subsidiary of the Garuda Indonesia (Persero) company. This airline uses a low-cost flight system or Low Cost Carrier (LCC) with Lost and Found Services related to handling passenger luggage on Citilink airlines, but many people don't know about it. part of the baggage handling itself, one of which is the use of Citilink's Web Baggage Central Tracking (BCTC), in handling Irregularity Property. The purpose of this research is to find out the use of the BCTC web in handling Irregularity Property in the Lost and Found unit at Yogyakarta International Airport and to find out the obstacles faced in using the BCTC web in handling Irregularity Property in the Lost and Found unit at Yogyakarta International Airport.This study used descriptive qualitative method. This research was carried out on April 1– April 20 2023 at Citilink Airlines, Yogyakarta Kulon Progo International Airport, Citilink Airlines, Yogyakarta Kulon Progo International Airport. The data collection techniques used in this research were documentation, observation and interviews with Lost and Found unit officers at Yogyakarta International Airport. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.The results of the research show that in handling baggage damage, passengers who experience property irregularities can report it to the relevant officers or make a report on Citilink's official BCTC website to get further action in accordance with Citilink airline's standard operating procedures for handling baggage damage. and baggage damage is handled within 14 days from receipt of the complaint submitted by the passenger to the airline. Obstacles in using the BCTC Web to handle Irregularity Property at the Lost and Found unit of Yogyakarta International Airport include technical problems, coordination with airlines, the need for adequate resources, and increasing passenger volume. The proposed solution includes intensive training, formation of a technical team, development of collaboration protocols, adequate budget allocation, and proper growth planning.

The quality of service provided at the Check-in counter is an important factor that affects passenger satisfaction to choose an airline. The quality of service at the Check-in counter includes speed of service, friendliness of officers, availability of necessary information, clarity of procedures, and quality of facilities and equipment provided. The quality of service at the Check-in counter can affect the image and reputation of the airline in the eyes of the public. If the quality of service at the Check-in counter is poor, passengers tend to give negative reviews and potentially damage the image of the airline.  This study aims to determine whether there is an influence and how much influence the quality of Check-in counter service on customer satisfaction of Wings Air at Rahadi Oesman Ketapang airport. This study used quantitative methods, with sampling techniques in this study using Purposive Sampling techniques. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with measurements using the Likert scale. The results of the study show that the quality of Check-in counter service affects passenger satisfaction. The value of the Coefficient of Determination (R2) is 0.654 This means that the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 65.4%..

The low interest in reading has hampered intellectual abilities in society, especially students, so that libraries are required to be able to keep up with the pace of development of the times with services and infrastructure that meet the needs of space users, but the FBS UNP library has not been optimal in terms of interior design standards. Student complaints such as unstable air circulation, lack of reading space, and incomplete facilities have caused inconvenience, so an interior design of the FBS UNP Library was held with a minimalist concept. The purpose of interior design is to design a library layout that is representative and in accordance with interior design standards in order to create a sense of security and comfort for visitors while in the room. The interior design of the FBS UNP Library refers to the application of library interior design standards in the form of space, variety, hierarchy, lighting, personal areas, and comfort. The design method uses the 4D design method, namely Define (Defining) Design (Design), Develop (Development) and Dissaminate (Dissemination). Data collection is done by way of interviews, observation and documentation. Works are presented in the form of an Artwork Report with the main works being Presentation Mockups, Animation Videos and Presentation Posters.

Pangkalan Kerinci is an area with many industries in it, including the pulp industry or paper pulp producer. PT RAPP is a company operating in the pulp sector. As a result of this industry, many people complain about air pollution due to industrial activities carried out by PT. RAPP. These activities are monitored by the Pelalawan Regency Environmental Service in collaboration with other stakeholders. The aim of this research is to find out how the planning, implementation and evaluation of communication from the Pelalawan Regency Environmental Service is in controlling industrial air pollution in Pangkalan Kerinci City, Pelalawan Regency. This research is a type of qualitative research with descriptive methods. The subject in this research is the Pelalawan Regency government (Environmental Service) with the determination using purposive techniques. Data collection techniques in this research are through interviews, observation and documentation. The number of informants in the study was 9 people according to the criteria determined through purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used uses the model from Miles and Hubberman and the data validity technique, namely triangulation. The result of this research is that the planning carried out by the Pelalawan Regency Environmental Service was carried out by listening to complaints from the surrounding community, always formulating objectives to provide understanding to the community and then develop message by conveying environmental messages in an informative, persuasive and cognitive manner, which is then continued with media production planning by the Pelalawan City environmental service. The Environmental Service carried out planning implementation after presenting the work program idea, then carrying out technical guidance outreach activities related to PP Number 22 of 2021, collaborating with NGOs and local communities and conveying environmental messages through billboards. Meanwhile, evaluation activities are carried out every six months.
