Sexual harassment is a serious issue affecting individual well-being and societal integrity. Although Indonesia has implemented various policies to protect victims of sexual harassment, their effectiveness in safeguarding victims and enforcing the law remains a primary concern, as challenges in implementation often hinder the achievement of effective protection goals. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of sexual harassment protection policies in Indonesia, analyze the challenges faced in implementation, and provide recommendations for improvement. The research employs a normative legal method with a document analysis approach. Data were collected through literature review, analysis of legislation, policy documents, and relevant case studies. Qualitative analysis was conducted to assess the successes and weaknesses of the protection policies. The study shows that, despite an adequate legal framework, the effectiveness of sexual harassment protection policies in Indonesia is limited by several factors. Major challenges include inconsistent law enforcement, lack of socialization and education, social stigma preventing victims from reporting, and resource limitations. Case studies indicate that many sexual harassment cases are not taken seriously, whether in the workplace, educational institutions, or domestic contexts. Sexual harassment protection policies in Indonesia require significant improvements in socialization, law enforcement training, and resource enhancement. Reforms in reporting procedures and law enforcement are also needed to increase the effectiveness of protection and ensure justice for victims. Better collaboration between the government, non-governmental organizations, and the community is necessary to create a more comprehensive and responsive protection system.

The 2023 new regulations for ASN (public civil servants) have caused changes and anxiety for teachers. With this new regulation, all ASN will have functional positions which are expected to make regulations and promotion processes easier and simpler. ASN teachers will focus on organizational performance achievements, whereas previously, to apply for a promotion, civil servants focused on fulfilling credit or DUPAK numbers which were too administrative and troublesome. However, many teachers' career problems are now increasingly unclear due to the publication of this new policy. So, there is a need for activities to accompany teachers in strengthening their careers after the implementation of the new policy. The implementation method used in this community service program is socialization and mentoring. With this program, it is hoped that middle school social studies teachers throughout Batang Regency can understand the new regulations and plan their career paths appropriately.

The maintenance of education must be tailored to the needs and interests of students so that they learn something that interests them. Therefore, today's educational systems focus educational objectives and processes on the child's factor and can foster freedom of interests and needs. This makes the Social Science subjects taught in primary school must be based on the needs and interests of the child about the environment in which he lives. Basically, the subject of Social Science must be taught with a full sense of responsibility to the student, because it is very closely related to the people and the environment where humans live and carry out the activities to meet their needs. This makes the role of the teacher not only as a teacher but also as a guide and at the same time as an administrator. The personal teacher as a unit also determines the learning result given. Therefore, the component of the teaching situation, the correct delivery method and the media used also determine the learning outcome. Thus it can be concluded, that learning will be successful when considering many interrelated teaching components. These components can be grouped into three main categories, namely: first, the teacher, second, the subject matter, and third, the student. The interaction between the three main components involves the means and objects, methods, media and setting up of the learning environment so that a learning situation is created that enables the achievement of a previously planned goal.

The human resources aspect is the most important thing for companies, especially to achieve organizational goals, because the success or failure of an organization is greatly influenced by human factors as people who carry out the work. One of the targets of human resource management in the organizational management function concerns employee performance issues. Employees at the Sewing Department PT. Pan Brothers Tbk Boyolali has an unstable level of performance, which can affect the achievement of company goals. This research aims to explain the factors that can influence a person's performance, such as leadership style, work culture and physical work environment which can influence employee performance. The sample was obtained using a purposive sampling method, and 47 civil servant respondents were selected as the sample. Meanwhile, the data analysis used in this research includes: data quality testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing and multiple regression analysis. The results of the partial significant test (t statistical test) from the research analysis and discussion show that; transactional leadership style, with a t value of 1,555, this value is smaller than t table 1,669. This explains that the Transactional Leadership variable has no effect on the Employee Performance variable. Work Culture, with a t value of 3,033, this value is greater than t table 1,669. This explains that the Work Culture variable has an influence on the Employee Performance variable. Physical Work Environment, with a t value of 2,467, this value is greater than t table 1,669. This explains that the Physical Work Environment variable has an influence on the Employee Performance variable. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous significant test (f test) show that Fcount 5,600 > Ftable 2,751 with a significance value of 0.002. So it can be concluded that the two independent variables, namely Transactional Leadership (X1), Work Culture (X2) and Physical Work Environment (X3) greatly influence the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Calistung learning is part of the Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Curriculum. Basically, Khalistan learning focuses on teaching reading, writing and arithmetic skills. This is stated in Appendix I to the Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia (Permen) No. 137, Content Standards for Developmental Achievement Levels for Children 4-5 Years and 5-6 Years (STPPA). 2014. This introduction aims to prepare children to continue to the next level of education, namely basic education. However, the ideal Calistung PAUD learning model is still a serious problem in a broader context, especially when combined with the possibility of further SD/MI entrance exams in the form of the Calistung test. Many elementary schools/MIs hold Calistung entrance exams as a prerequisite for accepting new students according to standards
