The rapid development of technology demands solutions to optimise heat management for electronic components. Through this study, the researchers evaluated the effectiveness of various types of coolants in a liquid cooling system for electrical equipment, especially CPUs. Using design simulations conducted through SolidWorks software, this research aims to optimise the flow rate and selection of coolant type to achieve maximum thermal efficiency and reduce production and operational costs. The simulation results show that water is the most efficient coolant with significant temperature reduction compared to Ethylene Glycol (EG), Propylene Glycol (PG), and silicone oil. Water shows a temperature drop of 11.76°C, while EG and PG show a temperature drop of 8.82°C and 7.35°C respectively and silicone oil shows a temperature drop of 4.9°C. It can be seen from the simulation that water shows the most effective temperature reduction compared to EG, PG, and Silicone Oil.

This research aims to analyze management policies and management performance on green accounting with green economy and corporate social responsibility disclosure as intervening variables. The research method uses a descriptive quantitative research design. The research data utilizes financial reports of pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 to 2022. The population used in this study is pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 to 2022. Sample selection is done using purposive sampling method, resulting in a sample of 9 pharmaceutical sub-sector companies out of a total population of 11. The statistical data processing tool in this study uses SmartPLS software with outer model analysis consisting of convergent validity, construct reliability and validity, and discriminant validity. The inner model analysis in this study is used to test the hypotheses that have been made. The results obtained in this study indicate that the hypothesis testing directly shows only the green economy significantly influences CSRD, while management policies do not have a direct effect on green accounting, green economy, CSRD, or management performance. Additionally, management performance does not affect the green economy, green accounting, or CSRD, and the green economy does not affect green accounting or CSRD. Indirect hypothesis testing results show that the green economy cannot intervene in management policies or management performance on green accounting, and CSRD cannot intervene in management policies or management performance on green accounting.

Abstract -  Corn plants are one of the plants that are easy to grow and relatively fast to get results but also a plant that is vulnerable to pests and diseases. The symptoms that arise require an expert or agricultural expert to be able to diagnose. Limited time and expert labor is one of the causes of delayed diagnosis, causing a decrease in farmers' yields. This is the basis for making this expert system by adopting knowledge from agricultural experts about the symptoms of corn disease using the Forward Chaining method. To support the research conducted, researchers used the Research and Development (R&D) research method and the design used the Object Oriented Programming (OOP) method using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Software is built using the PHP programming language, MySQL as a database, and Bootstrap as an interface design with a web-based system.

The bearing capacity of the soil is the support of the foundation, where the foundation transmits the loads derived from the weight of the building itself and the loads acting on the building to the surrounding soil. The purpose of this paper is to determine the handling of seepage and soil reinforcement needed in the case study of the Margatiga Dam Project, East Lampung. Based on the results of geological investigations, the Margatiga Dam is composed of a quarter-aged rock layer with a fragment composition of fine sand - gravel, with a soft - hard hardness level and the need for foundation repair. Based on the lithological conditions of the Margatiga Dam Extraction Gate foundation and the Spillway building which are composed of relatively deep and quite porous alluvial sand deposits, this causes the curtain grouting results to be ineffective, therefore it is necessary to change the seepage control design from the Grouting Curtain to the boundary wall. Based on the simulation check in Plaxis Software for Seepage and Excavation Staging, processing was carried out using Secant Pile and Soldier Pile with a depth of 30 meters with a stretch of 140 m and overlapping with Curtain Grouting of Embankment Dam on the left side and 5 m right side. Field PMT results showed that the maximum stress of the rock layer under the spillway foundation was 0.016 MPa and 0.630 MPa.

This study examines the complex dynamics of retirement planning among manufacturing workers in Batam, Indonesia, focusing on the interplay between financial behavior, social influence, and retirement planning outcomes. Utilizing a quantitative associative approach, the research surveyed 100 workers from diverse demographic backgrounds in Batam's manufacturing sector. The study employed Smart-PLS 3 software for structural equation modeling and path analysis. Key findings reveal that while financial behavior positively influences retirement planning (β=0.196, p=0.032), social influence exhibits a much stronger positive effect (β=0.858, p=0.000). Interestingly, social influence negatively moderates the relationship between financial behavior and retirement planning (β=-0.176, p=0.037), suggesting that social factors may sometimes counteract individual financial practices. These results underscore the complexity of retirement planning in industrial urban settings, highlighting the need for a nuanced approach that considers both individual financial literacy and broader social contexts. The study concludes by recommending holistic strategies that combine traditional financial education with community-based interventions to enhance retirement planning effectiveness among workers in rapidly developing industrial cities like Batam.

With the use of digital marketing tools, this study aims to ascertain how entrepreneurial marketing affects marketing performance in Semarang, Indonesia. The research population The Area Sampling approach and the Stratified Random Sampling Technique were the two steps of the sampling approach used in this investigation. Path analysis using Smart-PLS software was the method of hypothesis testing adopted. The findings demonstrated that entrepreneurial marketing significantly and favorably affects marketing performance as well as digital marketing skills. Additionally, the performance of marketing is positively and significantly impacted by digital marketing skills. Nonetheless, there is less chance that digital marketing will act as a mediator in the connection between marketing performance and entrepreneurial marketing. Mobile applications trend are currently happening due to increased number of people holding smartphones. But this does not mean the end of web and desktop users. Mobile, web and desktop apps will always have its own market and users in manipulating data. The challenges for software developers are how to deliver software to all of those platforms as fast as possible. Efficiency is key in this research, that is to develop a hybrid app. Black box testing will be used in this research to make sure that efficiency is gained throughout the process compared to developing for each platforms independently. Through this research, hopefully can help software developers to develop and deliver applications for user efficiently in a short amount of time.

Mathematics is one of the important subjects. Mathematics is also a subject that is difficult to understand. Understanding concepts is the most important part of learning mathematics, meaning that in studying mathematics students must first understand mathematical concepts in order to be able to solve problems and be able to apply this learning in the real world. Based on direct observations and interviews with grade 6 teachers at SD Negeri 02 Getas, teachers have difficulties in the theme of lesson 3 about "Building Space" with basic competencies; 1) identify & compare geometric shapes; 2) calculating the surface area of the geometric shape; 3) calculate the volume of the geometric shape. This is what drives the need to develop game-based mathematics learning media. This game was created using Construct2 software as a 2D video game engine.
