Through web-based business applications, it helps start-up companies to reach their target markets more quickly and in a more organized manner, with a more efficient level of economic costs compared to using conventional consumer marketing methods which require higher levels of economic costs. However, more than 40% of SMEs and startup companies in Indonesia, both digital and non-digital based, experience financial failure and fail to maintain their business continuously, due to inefficient management of the financial aspects of the organization, which becomes an obstacle for business actors in planning and can also disrupt the level of continuity of the business. This is the background for the need for community service activities in order to improve the quality of financial inclusion, especially in terms of working capital management budgeting for mobile-based SMEs and startup companies.  This community service activity was formed to expand knowledge regarding effective and efficient working capital management budgeting, where it is hoped that through this program, mobile-based SMEs and startup business actors will have the knowledge to know the financial strength of their business and can be used as a consideration in decisions and make the business run healthier in the future.

Proper complementary nutrition is critical for child growth. Currently, UPF consumption is common, affecting IYCFP, where many older persons use CCF. Indeed, CCF has a negative impact on children's growth and development. Many factors contribute to this, one of which is a lack of assistance from other health providers, especially midwives. In Indonesia, midwives are the primary health workers that offer direct care to mothers. According to several sources, midwives continue to provide little support in this area due to insufficient experience and expertise. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of awareness of UPF and ICYFP among midwives. The method employed is a hybrid strategy that employs successive explanation strategies. 114 midwives participated in the online study in 2022. The results of this study showed that there are still many midwives who do not know about UPF and IYCFP education and advocacy. There needs to be government support to conduct comprehensive education in the health sector, including midwives.

An individual's attitude towards an object can be influenced by the knowledge they possess about that object. The more positive information known about the object, the more positive the attitude towards it. Adolescents experiencing physical changes often exhibit negative attitudes, such as low self-confidence, indecisiveness, and feelings of fear and anxiety. However, adolescents who can embrace physical changes have the potential to feel comfortable and proud of their bodily abilities. This study aims to analyze the relationship between knowledge level and attitude of adolescent girls at SMPN 1 Kota Palopo regarding physical changes during puberty. A quantitative research design with a cross-sectional study approach was used. The population consisted of 158 female adolescents in the 7th grade with a sample of 62 respondents selected through Simple Random Sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using the chi-square test. The analysis results showed a p value = 1.000 (> 0.05), indicating no significant relationship between knowledge level and attitude of adolescent girls towards physical changes during puberty at SMPN 1 Kota Palopo. It is recommended that adolescent girls continue to develop positive attitudes towards physical changes, and that future research use different data collection methods for deeper understanding.

As payment for conducting the audit, the auditor will impose audit fees on the entity being audited. A number of variables, such as the task's complexity, the level of skill needed to complete it, the pay scale for knowledge development programs, and other professional considerations, affect the fees that auditors charge to do audits. The purpose of this study is to determine the effects of audit fees for the Indonesia Stock Exchange's banking subsector between 2021 and 2022 on corporate risk, internal audit function, and board of commissioners independence. The study's population comprises firms that have been indexed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for a certain timeframe, spanning from 2021 to 2022. Purposive selection was used to pick data from 100 banking subsectors that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the study sample. In this study, quantitative analysis is used. The Eviews 12 software was used to conduct the analysis.
