Globalization is a process of international integration that occurs due to the exchange of worldviews, products, thoughts, and other aspects of culture. Globalization has become a significant phenomenon in contemporary society and has had a great impact on the economy. One of the main impacts of globalization on the economy of contemporary societies and the acceleration of international trade. In addition, globalization has encouraged a freer flow of investment between countries. But the effects of globalization on the economy also pose challenges that need to be addressed. Increased global competition could threaten the survival of weaker sectors of the local economy. Local companies have to compete with multinationals that have greater resources, more advanced technology, and lower production costs. This can lead to a decline in local employment and difficulty for traditional sectors to survive. In addition, the effects of globalization also create greater economic inequality. Not all segments of contemporary society can access the same opportunities and benefits from globalization. Income inequality, social inequality, and economic inequality may increase, especially between groups connected to the global economy and groups. The impact of globalization on culture has also raised concerns about the loss of local cultural identity. Amid the influence of dominant global cultures, there is a risk that local traditions, languages and values become marginalized or forgotten.

Lawang Sewu is a historic building owned by PT KAI in Operational Area 4 Semarang, Central Java. Lawang Sewu is a relic from the Dutch Colonial period. Now Lawang Sewu has become a cultural heritage building that is included in the building protection law. In this museum we can find the legacy of the old PT KAI. Lawang Sewu is also one of the leading tourist attractions in the city of Semarang and witnessed the 5-day battle in Semarang which took place from 14 to 19 August 1949 and is marked by the location of the Tugu Muda Monument which is on the west side of Lawang Sewu or more precisely at the Jalan Pandanaran roundabout. As an architectural and tourist object, Lawang Sewu has the value needed in the definition of a monument and monumental nature. These values include aspects of history, technology, architecture, and culture. Currently the Lawang Sewu building houses a collection of trains in Indonesia from time to time. Collections such as Alkmaar, Edmonson machines, calculating machines, typewriters, replica steam locomotives, securities, and several other collections. This place is also often used for community activities such as exhibitions, festivals, art performances, shooting, wedding parties and photo shoots.    

The Pancasila Law of Indonesia is a unique and distinct legal concept for the Indonesian nation. The Pancasila Law is the result of Indonesia's long struggle for independence from colonization and the building of a free, democratic, sovereign, just, and prosperous nation. The Pancasila Law is not only based on constitutional documents or laws, but also has a strong philosophical and moral foundation that originates from Pancasila as the foundation of the Indonesian state. The concept of Pancasila Law in the three-dimensional prism, also known as the three aspects of trias politica, consists of functions, structure, and system. These three aspects are interconnected and cannot be separated from each other in carrying out their tasks and functions as the basis of the state law. Thus, the conclusion of the concept of Pancasila law is that it is a unique, complex, and holistic legal system that encompasses the values and principles of Pancasila as the foundation of the Indonesian state. Pancasila law combines legal, philosophical, and moral aspects while accommodating the cultural and religious diversity of Indonesia, and encourages societal participation in policy-making. Pancasila law is the result of the long struggle of the Indonesian people for independence and the building of a sovereign, democratic, just, and prosperous nation.

Value that exists in a cultural customary ritual entity in a community environment, will not become a potential if its essence has not been determined. Essential marketing strategy is a marketing strategy that focuses on the core or basis of marketing. This study aims to find a marketing strategy to develop Sumenep based on culture that has been upheld by the people so far. This research is a qualitative research and uses a purposive method in selecting informants. Informants in this study were Pinggirpapas village community leaders, Pinggirpapas village community, and Pini Sepuh as traditional ritual leaders. The results of this study are a form of marketing essential values in Nyadar traditional rituals including; The Sanctity of Traditional Ritual Processions, Transformation of customary values between generations that bind as resilience to the psychological aspects of the residents, and the residents belief in the uniqueness of the ritual. While the economic strategy built by the residents is the inherent religious, cultural and economic values as well as the empowerment of economic values for processional products and a variety of local traditional and village culinary offerings. Furthermore, this research can become the basis for the government in developing the concept of city branding in Sumenep as an effort to increase the number of tourists visiting.

Based on initial observations made by researchers in Pematang Serai Village, some children had difficulty speaking because they were still used to the language used in the family environment, and it was difficult to listen to what other people were saying other than using their mother tongue. For example, some children still use their mother tongue or are carried away by the language used at home when they want to ask others for help, which is sometimes difficult to understand. Another problem faced by the people of Pematang Serai Village is moral degradation. Low levels of education and interest in reading are suspected to be the cause of the decline in the character values of the millennial generation. Data analysis was adjusted to the problem formulation questions to be investigated using a quantitative descriptive method that processes numerical data into words, then changes recorded data from interviews. Character education has been rolled out since 2010 and is still valid today. In character education there are several values, one of which is responsibility. The character of responsibility is very important so that the school becomes a self-development institution to achieve success. Depletion of awareness and even loss of the character of responsibility in students which hinders learning activities so that this should not happen (Kamila, 2013). This study focuses on definitions, benefits, and strategies in learning to improve the character of student responsibility in schools. The results of this study include: 1) character refers to a series of attitudes, behaviors, motivations, and skills, while the character of responsibility is the attitude and behavior of a person to carry out the duties and obligations that he should do to yourself, society, environment (natural, social, and cultural), the State and God Almighty; 2) the benefits of the character of responsibility are that it can improve the quality of learning in the classroom and can improve school quality standards; 3) the character of responsibility can be done with a mind mapping strategy, inquiring mind what to know, CRH, NHT, and Quiz Team. This study concludes that the character of responsibility and learning must be carried out as one of the character education in schools through several strategies.

This research was carried out to find out how the strategy for empowering MSMEs in Kerawang Gayo village, Bebesen district in dealing with free trade in the ASEAN region. By using qualitative methods and based on emerging research strategy patterns. To understand and provide an explanation of the pattern of MSME development methods. The importance of the role of contemporary da’wah institutions in Indonesia is a challenge for the government. This research aims to describe the role and problems of contemporary da’wah empowerment institutions in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature review approach which originates primarily from journals and books related to contemporary da’wah institutions in Indonesia. The results of this study found that the formation of da’wah institutions in Indonesia departed from individual awareness to carry out tabligh which developed into a collective awareness to carry out da’wah within a certain system within the da’wah institution. The concept of da’wah is not only synonymous with tabligh but covers all aspects of life and tabligh is only part of Islamic da’wah. An activity can be called da’wah if it includes a system of joint efforts of believers in the context of realizing Islamic teachings in terms of socio-cultural life. The role of da’wah institutions in Indonesia can act as a motivator because basically this approach strategy is basically an effort to raise public awareness so that they can develop the existing resources of the Indonesian people, the environment and the natural surroundings to get better results. This is where the socio-religious potential of preachers and da’wah institutions can carry out their role as Indonesian non-governmental organizations, especially through religious values ​​such as independence, justice, cooperation and so on.

This writing method is by showing forms of inhumanism in the short story. The theory used is the theory of postmodernism by Jean Francois Lyotard as explained by Struart Sim regarding the Inhuman condition. The result of this discussion is Inhumanism in rural communities caused by the presence of electricity as the initial foundation for the presence of technology in the form of the loss of cultural habits for the local community, both in terms of habits of responding to nature or new conflicts after the presence of electricity in society. This happens because of the presence of artificial life, replacing the role of nature which has been a part of people's lives like the existence of the moon. Access to information is obtained by the community after getting to know technology which presents new values and is different from the values they previously had as a communal society

Conflicts between cultures, ethnicities and languages ​​often occur in social life. This had a negative impact not only on inter-ethnic life, but also on religious life. The purpose of this research is to examine the threat aspects of cultural diversity, as an opportunity to build and strengthen a sense of brotherhood, love for one another and uphold mutual respect and respect for differences as a capital of religious and social life by students of SMAK Bhakti Luhur Malang. The method used by researchers is a qualitative method. Researchers use a descriptive approach. Data sources are students of grades 1, II and III. The researcher chose 3 students as representatives of the population. In addition, data was also taken from teachers and school principals. The technique of determining informants uses purposive sampling technique. Researchers also refer to research results that have been published in national journals in order to map the novelty of this research. The data collection technique is an open interview. The instrument used by the researcher is a list of questions. The analysis technique goes through three stages namely reduction, display and data verification. The author concludes that tensions and conflicts are caused by low understanding and awareness in responding to differences in ethnicity, language and culture. Development of local culture in schools as a constructive step in developing religious values. Therefore, it is necessary to revive local cultural values ​​as a living laboratory for students so that they can be used as a basis for developing an attitude of religious moderation in the wider community.

This article reviews the Implications of Multicultural Education on the Religious Mindset of the Millennial Generation. This article aims to explain the impact of implementing multicultural education on the religious mindset of the millennial generation. The writing of this article uses a type of qualitative research with library research methods. The results of this study are to determine the impact of the implementation of multicultural education on the religious mindset of the millennial generation, namely: (1) improving self understanding and self-concept well. (2) increase sensitivity in understanding other people. (3) respecting religious and cultural differences between groups regarding an event, values, and behavior. (4) open our minds in responding to various issues. (5) Stay away from stereotypical views and try to respect others. With multicultural education, a person will become a good human being and more tolerant of diversity, and not passionate about the religion he adheres to. Therefore, a religious mindset based on multicultural education needs to be instilled as early as possible. This includes an appreciation of the existence of cultural plurality, recognition of human dignity and rights, and development of human responsibility towards the inhabited earth.

The religious, cultural, and ethnic diversity of Indonesia is well-known. Differences in understanding, nationality, and religion are frequently the primary causes of existing difficulties, to name just a few. This study sought to ascertain the relationship between eighth-grade students at SMP Royal Wells Middle School's knowledge and understanding of Islam and the Pancasila ideals. This study used a quantitative research method using a correlational approach. Understanding of Pancasila values is variable Y in this study, while Islamic religious knowledge is variable X. The population of this study consisted of 20 students, and the method of data collection used in it was distributing a questionnaire to eighth-graders at Royal Wells Middle School. The findings revealed a moderate link between Pancasila ideals and knowledge and understanding of Islam. Students can thus use the information on religious values and Pancasila both in the context of the classroom and in the community.  

The study aims to analyze the content of the Gorontalo Dikili manuscript and its relevance to messages and values ​​of kindness. This research is library research with a descriptive qualitative approach.  Primary data were collected and identified through documents in the form of manuscripts and written with APG script, totalling 10 main themes and containing 297 couplets. Secondary data in the form of video recordings The data is processed following the stages of philological analysis by reading the manuscript, identification, editing, and interpretation. The interpretation technique is done by directed content analysis. The results of this study indicate that the manuscript in Gorontalo contains messages and values of kindness that can be used as lessons and examples in following the sunnah of the Prophet. The values ​​of goodness include:  The value of spiritual education is related to patience and independence as an orphan. Moral values, in the form of fair behaviour in acting and behaving. Cultural values ​​are related to the recommendation of circumcision which is useful for maintaining genital hygiene for men, maintaining the respectfulness of women to avoid disgraceful attitudes and traits, and tolerant behaviour toward adherents of other religions. Social value is found in the sincere attitude of giving and willing to share, and always giving benefits to others. This research has implications for information about the contents of the dikili manuscript which has not been revealed, so the celebration of the prophet's birthday by re-reading the prophet's life history text needs to be preserved. 

Culture has an important role in the company. One of the elements in corporate culture is values. Companies must ensure that the culture is acceptable and even practiced by employees. PR Sukun it self has problems related to employees' understanding of their cultural values. Internalization can be used as one of the company's strategies to ensure that cultural values ​​can be accepted and implemented. Of course, guidelines are needed as the basis for the implementation of internalization. Purpose of this study is to know the guidelines formulation process for the internalization of corporate cultural values. This research uses descriptive-qualitative. Data collected by triangulation method that are interviews, documentation, and observation. The results show that PR Sukun had espoused values “Sukun Kuat”, that are (contibutive, strong, original, and tados). Moreover, this research also got information about conditions and steps for internalizing the current PR Sukun values. The results are compared with the references obtained by the writer to make recommendation. The recommendations of this guideline contain the preparation of guide or internalization materials, the formation of agents of change and their duties, planning of internalization programs, and monitoring evaluations.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the banjar begawe tradition and the implementation of Pancasila values ​​in East Suwangi Village, Sakra District, East Lombok Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The subjects in this study were the community of cultural actors, namely members of the Banjar Begawe and the informants in this study were the head of the Banjar Begawe and religious leaders. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study regarding the implementation of the banjar begawe tradition and the implementation of Pancasila values ​​in East Suwangi Village, Sakra District, East Lombok Regency, among others, are as follows: the implementation process includes, preparation stage, implementation stage, stage, closing. The preparatory stage consists of deliberation, and preparing tools and materials. The implementation stage consists of a begawe (party) event. The closing stage consists of praying and remembrance together and eating together. The timing of the implementation of the banjar begawe tradition is uncertain, but the benchmark is if one of the family members of the banjar begawe is married, mate (died), or is going to hold another celebration. the parties involved are members of the banjar begawe, family and relatives who hold the begawe event, and religious leaders. implementation of Pancasila values ​​in the banjar begawe tradition in East Suwangi Village, Sakra District, East Lombok Regency.

The State of Indonesia was awarded by the Almighty with richness and cultural diversity. Indonesia is an archipelagic country. With the number of islands more than that found by people who have different tribes, races, religions, and ethnicities. This is what makes Indonesia culturally diverse. Indonesian people must be able to live side by side with one another. This award should be grateful because it can be a strength and pride for Indonesia. However, this diversity can also be a threat, challenge, and disturbance for the Indonesian people. Through literature study we can find out how the Pancasila precepts, namely the third precept, are the unifying basis in cultural diversity. This research uses library research method. With an approach approach, namely the study of literature to collect information by reviewing sources related to Pancasila and the diversity of Indonesian culture. From the results of the literature study, it can be said that the values ​​of the precepts of the Indonesian Unity in the diversity of Indonesian culture are fostering an attitude of nationalism, fostering an attitude of tolerance, mutual respect and respect for differences, and fostering unity and unity in diversity.

Strengthening spirituality in early childhood plays a crucial role in shaping character and moral values for the future. Baubau City, with its rich cultural heritage and strong Islamic traditions, offers a strategic context for implementing spiritual guidance programs for young learners. This Community Service Program (PKM) was conducted at TK Negeri Pembina Kokalukuna in Baubau to provide spiritual guidance for early childhood students. The program employed a storytelling approach, focusing on the exemplary life of the Prophet as a model for cultivating moral values. The findings indicate an improvement in children’s basic understanding of spiritual values, particularly in recognizing the sirah of the Prophet, including his historical legacy and virtuous character. The study recommends collaborative efforts among teachers, parents, and the wider community to strengthen children’s spirituality from an early age.

This study aims to analyze the Extrinsic Elements of the Selimut Dream Novel by R. Adrelas. The data source of this research is the novel Selimut Dream by R. Adrelas totaling 352 pages published by the publisher Scritto Books Publisher, first issue, 2018. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The technique used is the listening technique, and the note-taking technique is reading repeatedly, grouping data, describing, analyzing, drawing conclusions, compiling analysis results, and reflecting. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that there are extrinsic elements in the novel Selimut Dream by R. Adrelas, among others: Religious values ​​consist of: faith, prayer, prayer. Moral values ​​consist of: responsibility, honesty, patience, sincerity, respect. Cultural values ​​consist of: Cultural values ​​in Pasundan Banten and Jakarta. Social values ​​consist of: affection, caring, helping, sharing.
