Nutrition for pregnant women should receive attention because nutrition influences fetal development. However, in the reality, the knowledge of pregnant women about nutrition for the fetus is still low. One of the efforts to prevent the fetal growth problem is by consuming fish. This research determined the correlation between knowledge level about fish nutrition and the importance of consuming fish as the nutrition for pregnant women to prevent stunting. This correlation analytical research design used a retrospective approach. The population consisted of 82 respondents from all first and second-trimester mothers at MIP Mustofiah, Weding Bonang Village, Demak. The sample consisted of 76 participants taken with purposive sampling. The applied instrument was questionnaires of knowledge level and food frequency. The data analysis applied Pearson's product-moment correlation test. The results showed that the pregnant women at MIP Mustofiah, Weding village, did not consume fish as an important nutrient for pregnant women in preventing stunting. They did not consume fish because they had lower knowledge about the nutrition of fish. The evidence was the obtained p-value, 0.000 lower than 0.05. The value indicated the correlation between the knowledge level about fish nutrition and the consumption of fish as the nutritional source for pregnant women in preventing stunting. The observable correlation was strong, indicated by r-value = 0.803. The results recommended pregnant women improve their knowledge by following health socialization, reading mass media, and improving the consumption of fish as a nutritional source of pregnant women. These actions will improve the efforts to prevent stunting.   Keywords: Knowledge, Fish Consumption, Pregnant Women

(3) The effect of motivation and compensation on employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. The method used in this study is explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance in Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. This means that if motivation is increased, the performance of employees in Kawali District, Ciamis Regency will also increase. (2) Compensation has a positive effect on employee performance at Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. This means that if the compensation is increased, the performance of employees at Mebel Dahlia, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency will also increase. (3) Motivation and compensation have a positive effect on employee performance at Dahlia Furniture, Kawali District, Ciamis Regency. This means that if motivation and compensation are increased, then employee performance at Mebel Dahlia Kawali District, Ciamis Regency will also increase.

In general, every company or agency prioritizes the good performance of its employees. Good performance can advance the company in terms of time and completeness of work. The problem faced is that some employees are not disciplined in carrying out their duties and obligations. Given the performance of employees who are still far from expected because there are still some employee expectations that have not been met. The problem that occurs is that supervision is not carried out routinely and is not attentive. Based on the results of the SPSS test on Anova data in column R Square = 0.921, all variables affect the Employee Performance Variable by 92.1% and the remaining 7.9% is influenced by other variables outside this regression equation or variables not examined. So it can be concluded that the specified variable is very influential on employee performance.

. The type of leadership will be synonymous with the leadership style of someone carrying out a leadership. Thus it is clear that leadership is a person's ability to influence other people to work together to achieve the goals that have been aspired to. And every coach in a hostel has a different type of leadership. The results of this study show that the leadership type of the hostel supervisor is very important to be discussed for the sake of comfort between the supervisor and the hostel children. This study used a qualitative method by collecting several sources from existing books and journals. So the purpose of this study is to enable someone to know the type of leadership of each coach in the dormitory, because many coaches now ignore their leadership type.    

The incentive is a reward or retribution provided the company to employees who perform as a form of reward. Incentives as a means of motivation that encourages employees to work with optimal ability, which was intended as an extra income outside of salary or wages have been determined. The incentive is a driving factor for the employees to work better so that the employee's performance can be increased. The granting of incentives are intended to meet the needs of the employees. This research using qualitative research methods. As for the independent variable Incentive (X) and the dependent variable (Y) Performance. The population in this research is the Production Department glass manufacturing company. The sample used in this dipenelitian is saturated sample in which every Member of the population serve as samples. In this study, data gathering is carried out using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the determination of the calculation can be seen that the value of R2 is 0.907 Adusted. This can indicate the magnitude of the role or contribution that independent variable (X1), namely incentive can explain or influence the dependent variable (Y) the performance of employees amounted to 95.2%, while the rest is affected by other factors that do not researched. And based on the results of testing linearity obtained value p value of 0.05 0.00 < Sig. This indicates acceptance of the H1 so that the relationship can be inferred variable x with y Linear.

The rapidly growing influences of globalization unknowingly already mushed in the commynity. This is evidenced by the use of language Indonesian that is shifted with the use of traditional foreign languages. Technology development through modern communication tools become one of the important things in communicating in the globalization. The use of communication tools is usually utilized in daily life, both parents and children. This research uses qualitative descriptive research. The subject of this research is a community aged 7-12 years. The used is a poll given to respondents. Test of normality and homogenity test is used as test hypotheses.The research shows that there is an influence of globalization on the use of language Indonesian. Promotion is a communication activity carried out by a person or company with the broader community, where the aim is to introduce something (goods/services/brands/companies) to the community and at the same time influence the wider community to buy and use the product. Purchasing decisions are a process where consumers choose and evaluate products or services, often consumers consider various things that suit their needs in the purchase decision process. Every company built by a business entity or individual is generally the same, namely, to seek as much profit as possible by increasing purchases at the company, it takes various kinds of marketing activities, one of which is to hold promotional activities for the products produced, with the existence of marketing activities. Sales promotion in each company will indirectly help increase purchases of products. This study aims to determine how much influence promotion has on purchasing decisions at the Qolsa Fashion Store. The type of research used is quantitative research. The population in this study were all consumers of the Qolsa store in the metro city. In this study, samples were taken from many as 50 respondents. Data was taken through a questionnaire method. Data processing is done with the help of Microsoft Excel. The test includes a validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, simple linear regression test, F-test, and t-test. The results show that there is a significant positive effect of promotion on purchasing decisions. The results of this study indicate that: There is a promotion effect on purchasing decisions for clothing at the Qolsa store in 2022 with the regression equation Y = 44.324 + 0.3233 X can be seen from the results of the analysis of the calculation of the value of t-count and t-tab above, it means that it is known that t-count > t-tab can be seen in the table of t point on the 5% significant list, namely 2.65> 1.68 also the Fcount value of 4.28 is greater than Ftab = 4.04 which is 4.28> 4.04 means There is a Significant Effect of Promotion on Purchase Decisions Clothing at Qolsa Stores in Metro City in 2022.

Educational problems always arise along with the development and increase of students' abilities, situations and environmental conditions that exist due to the influence of information and culture as well as the development of science and technology. The geography subject for the material of the Theory of the Formation of the Universe according to the results of observations and interviews made to class X social studies 3 students at SMAN 3 Jember is considered boring material. This study used the classroom action research method. The research will be carried out as many as two cycles, if in cycle I it has been achieved as desired, namely achieved classical completeness, then the implementation of the cycle is stopped, but if the results achieved have not reached the desired one, then continued in cycle II by optimizing the researcher's hard work in applying the STAD learning model so that the expected goals are achieved. The results of learning activities in cycle II are better than learning in cycle I. The application of the STAD model learners has succeeded in increasing students' abilities and increasing student activity by 93.75%, growing awareness to always uphold cooperation in solving problems together so as to realize a high social sense between friends in school  

Managerial competence will determine the progress of an educational institution. If the principal's managerial competence is good, it will be able to improve teacher performance. This study aims to describe the relationship between principal managerial competency and teacher performance improvement. The method used in this study is to use a qualitative approach. This research was conducted at SLB Negeri Sasa Ternate City. The subjects in this study were school principals and teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out in natural settings (natural conditions), primary data sources, and data collection techniques involved participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the head of SLB Negeri Sasa Kota Ternate is able to optimize school resources, both teachers and staff, direct students to be role models and take full responsibility for school progress. Patience, caring, hardworking, punctual attitude. The principal tries to establish himself as a leader according to the expectations of the teachers and all parties. So that it can be said that the principal already has a management program to improve teacher performance. The performance of a good teacher does not just happen, there are many factors that affect the high and low performance of a teacher, including internal factors and external factors, internal factors depend on the skills of the teacher himself, while external factors influence a lot, one of which is the principal's leadership competence. . This shows that the managerial principal can provide a positive increase in teacher performance.

Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is an infectious disease caused by infection with the human immunodeficiency virus that attacks the immune system. The infection causes a decrease in the defense of the immune system which then makes the body more vulnerable to various other diseases. This study aims to determine the factors that influence pregnant women in examining HIV/AIDS at the Maga Health Center in 2022. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross-sectional approach. The population is all pregnant women who are at the Maga Health Center in 2022, a total of 50 pregnant women. The number of samples used was 50 people obtained by using total sampling technique. Data analysis technique using chi square. The results obtained in this study were from 50 respondents, there was a relationship between the variable knowledge of pregnant women and VCT participation with a p value = 0.025, there was a relationship between the attitudes of pregnant women and VCT participation with a p value = 0.015. Conclusion: there is a relationship between the variable knowledge of pregnant women and VCT participation, there is a relationship between the variable attitudes of pregnant women and VCT participation. It is suggested to the puskesmas to increase the knowledge of pregnant women to increase counseling related to VCT examinations.

This research aims to find out the influence of the role playing learning model on increasing the ability to tell fantasy stories about class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Siborongborong for the 2022/2023 academic year. The population in this study was 252 students. The sample in this study was 34 students for the experimental group and 32 students for the control group. So the sample in this study was 66 students taken using a random technique. The instruments used to collect data are treatment or practice instruments. The method used in this research is an experimental method with a posttest only design research design. Hypothesis testing is carried out using the "t" test. From data collection, the experimental group's average value was = 77.21 and the control group's average value was = 59.53. Based on the normality test, the results of the experimental group and control group were declared to be normally distributed. Then, based on the Homogeneity test it was stated that the sample came from a homogeneous population. After the normality test and homogeneity test were carried out, it was found to be 4.911. Next, this was consulted with the t table at the significance level α=0.05 with dk=(N1+N2)-2=(34+32)-2=64. From dk 64, the significance level α=0.05 = 1.669 is obtained. Thus, tcount > ttable, namely 4.911 > 1.669. Thus the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. So it can be concluded that it has a positive effect on the ability to tell fantasy stories by VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Siborongborong for the 2022/2023 academic year.

The number of patients shows up to 167,000 cases of syphilis in pregnant women. It had a disastrous impact by producing 65,800 adverse outcomes including early fetal death. For Hepatitis B, Southeast Asia bears 15% of the total number of Hepatitis B patients worldwide with a total of 39 million people. Prevention activities have been carried out by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia by holding a program called Triple Elimination in accordance with WHO recommendations (2017). The activity was in the form of carrying out tests for HIV, Hepatitis B and Syphilis (triple Elimination) during Antenatal Care (ANC) for Pregnant. Research Objectives: to find out the factors that influence the triple elimination examination in pregnant women at the Sarageni Health Center, Lebak Regency in 2022. Research Methods: quantitative with cross sectional research design. The sample in this study was 65 pregnant women in the Sarageni Health Center area in November 2022 (Purposive Sampling). Data were collected using a questionnaire given to respondents then processed and analyzed univariate and bivariate and tested with the Chi Square test. The results of the study: the prevalence that affects the compliance of pregnant women Age p-value 0.006 <0.05 Education p-value 0.000 <0.05 Socio-economic p-value 1.000 >0.05 and Husband support p-value 0.000 <0.05.

PT Fajar Abadi Mahameru, which is located at Jalan Kadaka No. 7A, Jatimulyo, Lowokwaru, Malang City, is a company engaged in the manufacturing sector. The phenomenon that occurs at PT Fajar Abadi Mahameru is that company assignments carried out by employees have not provided maximum performance for the company. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of Accounting Information Systems and Information Technology Use on the performance of individual employees at PT Fajar Abadi either partially or simultaneously. This type of research is quantitative with data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed to 40 employees according to the research criteria. Based on the findings of the analysis, it can be concluded that the accounting information system and the use of information technology partially have a positive but not significant effect on the performance of individual employees. While the accounting information system and the use of information technology simultaneously (together) affect the performance of individual employees.

The ease of using Smartphones and the many functions that help with activities, make today's teenagers very familiar with Smartphones, including students at SMP Negeri 1 Tantom Angkola. Students tend to use Smartphones for various reasons, such as just wanting to play games and being too active on social media. The impact of Smartphone dependence, especially on student development, will have a negative impact from an academic point of view. The nature of dependence does not just happen, the influence of one another is certainly interconnected or correlated and forms a causal relationship. This paper aims to see how much influence Smartphone dependency has on the learning behavior of students at SMP Negeri 1 Tantom Angkola and which variables have the most influence on the learning behavior of SMP Negeri 1 Tantom Angkola Students. The method used in this study is the Path Analysis method. Path Analysis is a technique for analyzing causal relationships that occur when exogenous variables affect endogenous variables, not only directly but also indirectly. Path Analysis is used to determine the direct and indirect effects of exogenous variables on an endogenous variable which is reflected in the path coefficient. From the research results, it is obtained that the direct influence of social media variables  on learning behavior  = 44.9%, the large direct influence of online game variables  on learning behavior  = 40.7%, the direct influence of internet data package variables  on learning behavior  = 0.4%, the direct effect of school control variables  on learning behavior  = 85.2%. Then the variable that has the greatest influence on learning behavior is the school control variable with a value of 85.2%.

This study aims to analyze the influence of online customer reviews and online customer ratings on purchasing decisions on the Lazada marketplace. In this study using a descriptive verification approach with quantitative methods. The sample used in this study was 400 respondents. Sampling using the Nonprobability Sampling method. The test stages used were validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis technique and hypothesis testing using t test, f test and coefficient of determination using SPSS 26 tools. The results of this study were obtained by Online Customer Reviews and Online Customers Ratings have a positive and significant partial effect on purchasing decisions on the Lazada marketplace with variable values of 20.8% and 91.0% respectively. While Online Customer Reviews and Online Customer Ratings simultaneously influence purchasing decisions on the Lazada marketplace, they contribute 39.2% to purchasing decisions, while the remaining 60.8% is contributed by other factors not examined that influence purchasing decisions (Y ).

Based on initial observations made by researchers in Pematang Serai Village, some children had difficulty speaking because they were still used to the language used in the family environment, and it was difficult to listen to what other people were saying other than using their mother tongue. For example, some children still use their mother tongue or are carried away by the language used at home when they want to ask others for help, which is sometimes difficult to understand. Another problem faced by the people of Pematang Serai Village is moral degradation. Low levels of education and interest in reading are suspected to be the cause of the decline in the character values of the millennial generation. Data analysis was adjusted to the problem formulation questions to be investigated using a quantitative descriptive method that processes numerical data into words, then changes recorded data from interviews. There is an influence of mother tongue on the listening ability of children aged 4-5 years in Pematang Serai Village, the influence of mother tongue on the listening ability of children aged 4-5 years in Pematang Serai Village is 27.8%, and the rest is influenced by cultural factors, community environment and intensity social interaction of 72.2%.

The Influence of Production Factors on the Income of Rice Farmers in the Waterfall Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This study uses 1 dependent variable and 3 independent variables. The dependent variable is rice farming income, while the independent variables are capital, land area and labor. While the object of research is the farmers of the Village of Waterfall, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. Linear regression explains the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable so that it can be concluded that this variable has a positive effect on the income of rice farmers. In other words, if the studied variable increases, it will be followed by an increase in rice farming income. Simultaneously (together) the variables studied have a real influence on rice farming income and of the 3 variables studied, partially there is 1 variable, namely the variable land area which has a significant effect on income while 2 variables, namely capital and labor variables have no effect the real impact on the income of rice farmers in the village of Waterfall, Pantai Cermin District.

The purchase decision is the stage in the buyer's decision-making process where the consumer actually buys. The purpose of this study is to analyze the simultaneous and partial effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions. The benefits of this research are for writers as an addition to knowledge about the effect of product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions, for companies as information and guides for companies to improve purchasing decisions through product quality and service quality in the future, and for other parties as input and reference for researchers furthermore. The hypothesis in this research is that there is a positive and significant effect both simultaneously and partially on product quality and service quality on the decision to buy an Xpander car. In this study using a quantitative/associative approach and sampling techniques using non-probability sampling as many as 96 respondents taken from consumers of PT. Sardana Indah Berlian Motor. Sources of data in this study are from primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained were then processed and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis technique models, and processed with the help of the SPSS program through validity tests, reliability tests, data normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, simultaneous effect tests, partial effect tests, and the coefficient of determination. The results of testing the hypothesis indicate that product quality and service quality simultaneously and partially significantly influence purchasing decisions. Product quality is the dominant variable influencing purchasing decisions.

Analysis of the 13 articles explains that transformational leadership has benefits and effectiveness on employee performance. Based on the results of available literature, it can be concluded that transformational leadership style has a positive influence on employee performance. kind to employees.
