Gajah Putih University Takengon is a private university located in Central Aceh District, Pegasing District, consisting of several faculties, one of which is the Faculty of Engineering which has one study program, namely Informatics Engineering. In promoting and informing the wider community, the Faculty of Engineering, Gajah Putih University, Takengon uses brochures and website media which the author feels that this method is still lacking in informing because not all facilities can be informed in detail, from this problem the authors conducted research on 3D animation design profile of the Faculty of Engineering, Gajah Putih University, Takengon as a promotional media. The software used in this research is Blender 2.82. In designing the system the author uses the Luther method, the Luther method has six stages, namely concept, design, collecting material, assembly, testing, and distribution.

This thesis contains a study of how BPR financial ratios are Current Asset Ratio (CAR)/ Minimum Capital Requirements (KPMM), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), Net Interest Margin (NIM), Operational Costs Operating Income (BOPO), and Loans to Deposit Ratio (LDR) affects the level of profitability projected by the Return on Assets (ROA) ratio. In this study CAR/ KPMM, NPL, NIM, BOPO and LDR as independent variables, while ROA as the dependent variable. This study uses sample data from the financial statements of Rural Bank (BPR) in Semarang City registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in 2016 to 2018. Sampling from the OJK website (www.ojk.go.id) and using the Purpossive method Sampling. There are 23 BPRs that meet the criteria as research samples. The sample data is processed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS 19. The analytical method used for data processing in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Method. The results of the data processing in this study indicate that CAR / KPMM and NIM have a significant positive effect on ROA, BOPO has a significant negative effect on ROA and NPL, and LDR does not significantly influence ROA  Key Wor : Rural Credit Banks (BPR), ROA, CAR/KPMM, NPL, NIM, BOPO, LDR

The application of technology in public services has become an indispensable obligation, even for the Village Government of Tidu in Pohjentrek Subdistrict, Pasuruan Regency. Manual approaches in public services are vulnerable to serious problems, such as the risk of losing important documents and the lack of structured recording of documents issued by the Village Government of Tidu. In response to this challenge, a community service effort was undertaken to support the Government and the community of Tidu Village in utilizing the Tidu Village Information Website. The mentoring and training sessions conducted successfully demonstrated that the implementation of the service system by the Village Government of Tidu is much more productive, with time savings and a transition from manual data management to digital format through the village information system.

Pondok Pesantren is a non-formal institution that is engaged in religious education. Pesantren is one of the places of education and preaching that is required to be able to provide information about Islam to the wider community. Easy access to information and communication, can be used to introduce pesantren to the public. Promotion using video profiles, brochures and banners has not been able to provide as much information as possible to the public, causing the pesantren to be less well known to the public. This research, in general, aims to promote and provide the widest possible information about Pondok Pesantren Addainuriyah 2 and its activities to the public through the website. In particular, it makes it easy for the public to access information and communicate intensively with administrators of the Addainuriyah 2 Semarang Islamic boarding school. The research method in this study is based on the suitability and type of research, using the Research and Development (R&D) method. R&D in education is often called research-based development. As a result of this research, the implementation of the website as a media of promotion and information in the Addainuriyah 2 Semarang Islamic boarding school, can provide a lot of information to the public, and as a means of communication between the general public and administrators of Pondok Pesantren Addainuriyah 2 Semarang.

Talang Gantung Adventure is engaged in learning services outside the classroom or open air which is usually called outbound. In carrying out operational activities there are always financial transactions. However, in Talang Gantung Adventure, financial management still uses manual recording, which is recording in a ledger. Financial reports to the owner of the Talang Hang Adventure are performed using Microsoft Excel. Manual Financial Management results in vulnerability in storing financial data and is difficult to find data so that it has not been effective and has difficulties in preparing financial reports. Based on this research the authors designed and made a financial management accounting information system website application Talang Gantung Adventure. The purpose of making this system is to facilitate the recording of financial transactions, facilitate the search for data and be safer in storing Talang Gantung Adventure data storage, and to produce financial reports that are easily reported to the owner of Talang Gantung Adventure wherever and whenever.

Kemudahan proses pembelian rumah menyebabkan peningkatan permintaan akan produksi rumah. Citragrand merupakan satu dari banyak perusahaan  real estate di Semarang, Jawa Tengah. Penjualan yang tidak menentu setiap bulannya, membuat perusahaan kesulitan dalam menentukan target penjualan pada awal tahun dan juga dalam menentukan top product di tahun tersebut. Dengan masalah tersebut, perusahaan membutuhkan solusi yang dapat meramalkan penjualan di tahun mendatang, serta menentukan tipe rumah apa yang bisa menjadi top product hingga penjualan paling sedikit, sehingga dapat memperbaiki kualitas rumah dan menguntungkan perusahaan. Peramalan penjualan atau forecasting adalah metode analisa perhitungan dengan hasil perkiraan peristiwa di masa depan yang membutuhkan data masa lalu sebagai referensi dan memakai pendekatan kualitatif ataupun kuantitatif. Forecasting yang digunakan dalam hal ini menggunakan metode Double Exponential Smoothing. Selain di ramalkan penjualannya, juga dilakukan proses perangkingan produk perumahan terbaik yang dihitung menggunakan metode simple additive weighting (SAW). Dengan menggabungkan forecasting dan perangkingan produk, diharapkan mampu mengatasi salah satu masalah penjualan yang dialami oleh perusahaan Citragrand Semarang. Kedua metode ini dibuat dengan berbasis website yang dibangun dengan bahasa permrogaman PHP dan framework Codeigniter sebagai server program. Hasil dari sistem ini yaitu Sistem Pendukung keputusan dan peramalan dengan tujuan mendapatkan hasil top product dan peramalan penjualan untuk tahun berikutnya.

SMK.S Al Habibatain Bumiayu Brebes memiliki dua program  studi yaitu Jurusan Teknik Komputer Jaringan dan Teknik Sepeda Motor, selama ini aktifitas yang dilakukan di sekolah masih menggunakan pelayanan manual bahkan sekolah tersebut belum memiliki website termasuk dalam pendafataran mahasiswa baru dan penelusuran alumni. Hal ini membuat pelayanan menjadi lambat dan sulit untuk menelusuri para alumni yang sudah bekerja ataupun yang sedang kuliah. Dari persoalan yang ada  maka penulis berinisiatif melakukan penelitian untuk mengembangkan  sistem informasi sekolah dengan menerapkan metode waterfall untuk meningkatkan pelayanan yang selama ini masih terkendala. Metode waterfall adalah metode yang bersifat sistematis dan berurutan dalam membangun sebuah aplikas, waterfall juga sering disebut dengan classical life cycle. Sehingga metode waterfall sangat cocok dalam membangun aplikasi yang baru dan juga dalam pengembangan aplikasi dengan tingkat resiko yang kecil serta waktu pengembangan yang relative cukup cepat.

UKM Batik Anisa encounters several problems including limited creativity and innovation to create new designs and iconic motifs that can represent regional characteristics, limited variations in batik color, limited market network, marketing strategies, and promotional media for batik products, limited knowledge about tourism and the important role of souvenir, and limited tools and materials that are relevant for initiating the development of new batik motif called pithecanthropus erectus (PE). This is innovative motif that has the potential to become iconic batik product of Ngawi. This activity aims to overcome problem faced by UKM Batik Anisa. Methods include counseling, discussing, training, and assisting. Results of the activity include innovations of new batik design and motifs (pithecanthropus erectus), variation of batik color through diverse combination of color, website to expand market networks, knowledge improvement concerning tourism and opportunities to create iconic souvenirs, and new tools to increase productivity of UKM Batik Anisa. Keywords: batik; design; iconic; pithecanthropus erectus.

Pengabdian ini merupakan pengabdian lanjutan dari proses pengabdian sebelumnyam bahwa di Kelurahan Desa Gebang memiliki potensi untuk ditingkatkan UMKM makanan ringan.  Dengan adanya peningkatan UMKM di Kelurahan Gebang, akan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di lingkungannya. Akan tetapi dalam pemasaran produk UMKM masyarakat di Kelurahan Gebang belum diimbangi dengan adanya pemanfaatan alat tekhnologi, sehingga proses pemasaran belum optimal. Hal ini disebabkan karena rata-rata pelaku UMKM memiliki usia yang tidak muda lagi, sehingga perlu pendampingan yang lebih ekstra. Pada saat era milineal ini, semua disajikan secara praktis dan efisien yaitu dengan memanfaatkan tekhnologi informasi. Seperti pemasaran melalui akun facebook, Instagram, website, twitter dan lain-lain. Hal ini bertujuan bahwa dengan menggunakan tekhnologi informasi, semua informasi produk dapat tersampaikan secara luas, baik tingkat nasional maupun internasional. Permasalahan yang utama ketika UMKM tidak memanfaatkan tekhnologi informasi dengan baik adalah mereka hanya bisa menjual produknya secara lokal dan jenis-jenis produk yang dijual tidak tersampaikan secara luas. Dalam mensiatasi kompetensi bisnis di era digital diharapkan seluruh UMKM memahami dan menggunakan digital marketing dengan baik, agar mereka mampu bersaing dengan baik hingga mencapai keunggulan k;ompetitif lebih maksimal. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of voluntary disclosure, value relevance, and foreign ownership on information asymmetry, the effect of voluntary disclosure, value relevance, foreign ownership, and information asymmetry on the cost of equity and the mediating role of information asymmetry to voluntary disclosure, value relevance, and foreign ownership of the cost of equity. Population used in this study is the whole manufacturing company listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2015 - 2017. Total samples are 240 companies for 3 years selected by purposive sampling method and using secondary data, i.e. annual report and financial report collected from IDX database, yahoo finance and each company’s official website. The results of this study indicate that voluntary disclosure and value relevance of financial statements can reduce information asymmetry, while foreign ownership can increase information asymmetry, but the influence of value relevance and foreign ownership is weak. The findings also indicate voluntary disclosure, value relevance, and information asymmetry can increase the cost of equity, while foreign ownership can reduce the cost of equity, but the effect of voluntary disclosure, value relevance, and foreign ownership is weak. This finding implies that companies must pay attention to the problem of information asymmetry because investor trust is important in reducing the company's cost of equity. Low information asymmetry will also increase security for investors in investing.  Keywords: voluntary disclosure, value relevance, foreign ownership, asymmetry information, and cost of equity.

This study investigates the effect of corporate social responsibility on going concern, and the effect of green banking as moderate on relationship between corporate social responsibility and going concern. Population used in this study is the whole bank listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2013 – 2016. Total samples are 11 banks for 4 years selected by purposive sampling method and using secondary data, i.e. annual report, financial report, and sustainability report collected from IDX database and each bank’s official website. Analysis results show that the effect of corporate social responsibility in bank can increase going concern. The findings also indicate that green banking is able to moderate the relationship between corporate social responsibility and going concern, but green banking has weak influence as a moderating variable. These findings imply going concern is measured by not only financial aspect but also the impact that company gives to its social environment.  Keywords: corporate social responsibility, going concern, and green banking.

Marketing or promotional strategies used by the Company CV. Cipta Cemerlang Abadi still uses banners posted in strategic places and distributed brochures. With the promotion media, Banners have problems that are often replaced or removed by others, because the installation of banners has not used official government tax. And for brochure media, there are constraints on increasing production costs to print and spread the promotional media. So most consumers who enter only those who often work with this company or customers. By utilizing the development of the Internet world, where there are millions of users and can be accessed anywhere and anytime, to promote the work of design and sales, the CV. Cipta Cemerlang Abadi doesn't need to bother going to and fro to put up banners and print brochure media. All can be done easily using an internet connection, consumers can see examples of design results or find the computer they want from a website. With a website, this company can distribute product marketing quickly and accurately. Another advantage is that consumers can interact with other consumers or with CV. Cipta Cemerlang Abadi directly.

Audit report lag is time in finishing job audient until publication date of audit report. This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the size of the company , profitability, age of the firm , solvency , size of public accounting firms to audit report lag on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The population of this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the years 2013 to 2016 that reported complete financial statements and published in Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) and IDX website. Samples are included in the criteria of this study were 45 companies using purposive sampling method. Methods of data analysis in this study using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20. The results showed that the variable of the size of the company are significant positive effect on audit report lag, variable solvency are not significant positive effect on audit report lag. variable, the size of the company and profitability are significant negative effect on audit report lag, and variable age of the firm is not significant negative effect on audit report lag.  Keywords:  audit report lag the size of the company, profitability, the age of the company, solvency, the size of the public accounting firm (KAP).

Mountainous areas have a lot of tourism potential, including organic agriculture-based agro-tourism. However, there are still some problems faced by the farming community such as limited skills regarding processing of agricultural products in the form of organic fruits and vegetables as souvenirs typical of mountain tourism. limitation of packaging creativity that meets the health and safety feasibility standards of organic fruits and vegetables as tourist souvenirs that are easily carried by tourists, and marketing of agricultural products in the form of organic fruits and vegetables to attract tourists and the wider community. The methods to be used include methods counseling and training as a means of transfer of knowledge about the processing, packaging and marketing of organic agriculture and the ins and outs of which will be provided to partners, assistance methods to enhance partners' creativity and performance in processing, packaging and marketing agricultural products in the form of organic fruit and vegetables as souvenirs for tourism typical of mountainous areas in the economic development of society and regional tourism, and the provision of packaging equipment to implement packaging that meets hygiene, health and food safety standards, and the creation of a website as a medium for expanding the network to improve a tourist attraction. The targeted results are an increase in skills in processing, packaging, and marketing agricultural products in the form of organic fruit and vegetables as souvenirs typical of mountain tourism, diversification of processed organic plant products as souvenirs typical of an area, the addition of facilities in the form of packaging tools (wrapping mechine) for packaging organic fruits and vegetables so that they are easy to carry as souvenirs for a typical tourist area, the expansion of marketing networks

Nilai siswa merupakan representasi hasil belajar siswa yang ditepuh dalam satu semester. Nilai akhir siswa diambil dari hasil pengolahan beberapa nilai siswa. SD Negeri Jambangan 1 merupakan sekolah dasar negeri yang pengolahan data nilai siswanya dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel serta dokumentasi pembukuan. Pengolahan data nilai siswa dengan cara manual dapat menimbulkan beberapa resiko seperti rusak dan hilangnya data nilai siswa. Sistem informasi pengolahan data nilai siswa dikembangkan dengan tujuan mengurangi resiko rusak dan hilangnya data serta mempermudah proses pengolahan data. Sistem ini akan dibangun berbasis website menggunakan model pengembangan Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan metode Waterfall. Tahapan penelitian berupa analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian dan perawatan. Pengujian sistem ini dilakukan dengan metode Black Box untuk menguji fungsionalitas sistem serta User Acceptance Testing (UAT) untuk menguji sistem apakah sistem mampu memenuhi kebutuhan user. Hasil pengujian black box menyatakan sistem ini sudah layak di gunakan. Hasil pengujian UAT didapatkan 96,42% responden setuju sistem ini dapat memudahkan dan mempercepat pihak sekolah dalam mengelola dan mengolah data nilai siswa. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem yang dapat mengolah data siswa dari data nilai dasar hingga menjadi nilai akhir siswa.

Efforts to collect taxes for the benefit of national development are still experiencing problems both from internal and external factors. In overcoming obstacles from internal factors, the Government has currently and is conducting tax reforms at the Directorate General of Taxes with the aim of, among others, improving the organization, work processes, data and information management from banks, and human resources. the level of compliance with the provisions of tax regulations in reporting taxpayers compliance in reporting Annual Tax Returns to the East Semarang KPP in 2018 is better and increased than in 2016 before meeting the expected target of the East Semarang Pratama Tax Office even though there are still taxpayers reporting in manually expected Taxpayers to report the annual tax return electronically With the Website Application, the role of the E-Filling system on Taxpayers can obtain convenience and input and at the same time help the Community of SPT Reports become faster and more efficient.

Sokaraja merupakan salah satu Kecamatan yang termasuk dalam Kabupaten Banyumas, yang dipimpin seorang Bupati yang bernama Ir. Achmad Husein dan wakil nya yang bernama dr. Budhi Setiawan. Sokaraja selain sebagai pusat menimba ilmu bagi para santri yang berpusat di Masjid Kauman Sokaraja Tengah, tetapi Sokaraja juga sebagai tempat kelahiran pejuang seperti R.Separdjo Roestam, Gatot Soebroto, dan para petinggi lain di Indonesia. Sokaraja sangat terkenal dengan Soto Sokaraja, Batik Sokaraja dan Getuk gorengnya, sehingga kebanyakan mata pencaharian warga Desa Sokaraja sebagai penjual soto, pembuat batik dan produksi getuk goreng. Selain bermata pencaharian sebagai penjual soto, pembuat batik dan produksi getuk goring, tetapi banyak juga yang bermata pencaharian sebagai produsen tahu. Tahu adalah suatu produk makanan yang dibuat dari hasil penggumpalan protein kedelai. Produksi tahu masih belum dikenal banyak oleh masyarakat luas, dibandingkan dengan produksi getuk goreng, batik dan soto sokaraja yang sudah sangat dikenal masyarakat luas. Kurang dikenalnya produksi tahu di Sokaraja, bisa disebabkan kerena para produsen tahu hanya mampu membuat atau memproduksi tahu tanpa mengetahui bahwa nilai tambah dari produksi tahu itu sangatlah banyak.Seperti penambahan nilai tahu dengan membuat olahan makanan seperti kerupuk, nugget dan yang lainnya, yang nanti bisa dipasarkan.Kurang dikenalnya produksi tahu di Sokaraja, menyebabkan keuntungan dari produksi tahu masih tergolong minim.Karena berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan produsen tahu, bahwa satu hari keuntungan yang didapat berkisar 100 ribu. Dengan adanya IbM ini diharapkan bisa menambah nilai tambah dari tahu atau ampas tahu dan menambah keuntungan bagi produsen tahu di Desa Sokaraja Tengah Kecamatan Sokaraja, Kabupaten Banyumas. Karena rencana kerja dalam program IbM adalah dengan memberikan ketrampilan atau pelatihan bagi para produsen tahu di Desa Sokaraja Tengah Kecamatan Sokaraja, Kabupaten Banyumas tentang bagaimana caranya agar tahu atau ampas tahu mempunyai nilai tambah yaitu dengan memproduksi tahu atau ampas tahu menjadi kerupuk yang dikemas dengan adanya izin dari Kementerian Kesehatan yang siap untuk didistribusikan atau dipasarkan. Selain itu juga akan dibuatkan aplikasi website atau media sosial via on-line untuk membantu memasarkan produk. Selain itu juga dalam pendistribusian krupuk tahu atau krupuk ampas tahu akan didistribusikan ke warung atau toko sekitar.Kata kunci: Desa Sokaraja Tengah, Produksi Tahu, Produksi Krupuk Tahu dan Produksi Krupuk Ampas Tahu.

Sales and marketing systems of goods and services via the internet are also in great demand by businesses. By providing a place as a medium for communicating and transacting cyberspace is able to reach the corners of the world making it possible for business communication via the internet. No wonder so many businesses put up websites on the internet to sell or just to display their work. With an attractive website appearance can also be a special attraction to invite consumers to visit the website. One of the uses of the website is to make it easy to exchange, update information and do business through internet users. A website can be the work of individuals or individuals, or show ownership of an organization, company, and usually the website shows some special topics, or certain interests. In this case as offered by Rafi Stamp Semarang, namely Graphic Design Services and Computer Sales. The most important part of a website is the design, the design of the face of an attractive website will encourage visitors to see more deeply the contents of the website and can interact in business and others. Therefore, the author takes the title "Web design as a promotional media and information on Semarang Rafi Stamp As a Media Promotion"In designing the website the author uses Adobe Photoshop CS software for the initial design, Swish Max for animation and DreamweaverMX for HTML design.

Internet customers and users in Indonesia are expressed from year to year continues to grow.
