Corruption can be defined as bad habitual behavior and is a common phenomenon in society. This concern arises because the perpetrators of corruption exist in both government and private organizations and may also involve leaders of organizations who are role models for the younger generation. One of the efforts to reduce the increase in corruption cases is to focus on the legal aspect. However, there have not been many preventive efforts through education that have the potential to eradicate the "culture of corruption". Anti-corruption education is a preventive effort to increase self-awareness and integrity in the face of corrupt practices. The purpose of this study is to determine whether anti-corruption education can develop students' sensitivity and awareness of corruption issues. The research method is to combine collective self-reflective action research with student-centered learning, conducted in small groups, and realized through critical reflective actions of group members as individuals, and measure the learning outcomes. The participants in this study amounted to 25 students in one class. The results obtained show that students are able to identify corrupt practices based on individual and collective experiences. Documented student corruption includes cheating, tardiness and fraud. Participants were also able to identify the impact of corrupt practices on individuals and (groups). Participants realized that corruption can create a "domino effect" of corrupt behavior over time. At the reflection stage, participants revealed the existence of integrity values in the form of honesty, responsibility, consistency of attitudes and behavior, and religious values that are believed to prevent corrupt practices. Activities carried out in the form of socialization as a form of change in the management of student organizations that are clean and anti-corruption.

Cyber ​​security efforts involve identifying, preventing, responding to, and recovering from cyber attacks. The more complex cyber threats become, the more important it is to improve cyber security and protect systems from damage or data theft.

Karang Taruna as a social organization as well as a forum and means for the development of every member of society which grows and develops on the basis of social awareness and responsibility from, by and for the community, especially the young generation in the village/sub-district area, is primarily engaged in the field of social welfare business." Karang Taruna Pasir Jaya is still under the auspices of the Village, so it receives funding every year from the Village government. Therefore, competent Human Resources (HR) are needed to produce quality financial reports. Through this community service activity, it is hoped that the community, especially youth organizations, will understand the concept and meaning of the Cash Book, namely a financial journal containing records of cash receipts and payments, as well as understand the benefits of the Cash Book. This activity is carried out through outreach, training and mentoring to members of the Pasir Jaya Youth Organization. Based on the Community Service activities that have been carried out, there were participants who were able to understand 75% of the material. The result of this service activity is to increase the knowledge of the community, especially youth organizations, about the bookkeeping system, recording daily transactions so that the business carried out can provide the expected profits.

Purpose: The article aims to explore the inclusiveness of the target schools of the Teaching Campus Program at One Roof Public Middle Schools in Wonosobo Regency, by emphasizing findings that characterize the portrait of education in rural schools. Methodology: Research is a combination of quantitative and qualitative. Data was collected through literature study, news and articles in both online and offline media, as well as interviews with the Secretary of the Wonosobo Regency Education, Youth and Sports Service, School Principals, teaching staff and students of the Teaching Campus program. Next, the data is analyzed and strengthened with various theoretical supports in the discussion. Findings: The inclusiveness of education at the target school of the Teaching Campus in terms of attitudes and educational patterns is different from schools in urban areas, where they understand more about education from the surrounding environment. This opens up the opportunity for a dichotomy curriculum between one region and another. This research contributes to theory, practice and future research directions in the field of educational curriculum. We propose that scientific organizations can push the boundaries of scientific progress, moving beyond power structures by integrating the principle of diversity as a consideration in national curricula. Originality: research integrates educational inclusiveness in rural areas, where previous research has not been specific in approach.

This research aims to find out what promotions are used by the North Toraja Tourism Office to increase tourist visits. This research uses a qualitative approach as a research procedure which produces descriptive data in the form of written words and not numbers. The results of this research are achievements for tourism development in North Toraja, promotion includes: a) Advertising, by placing tourism advertisement containing notifications about tourism regarding the natural beauty and culture of North Toraja. b) Sales Promotion, carried out through exhibitions or events. c) Public Relations, carried out in collaboration with organizations or agencies and companies operating in the tourism sector such as ASITA, HPI and PHRI institutions. d) Direct Marketing, carried out through online channels.

Purpose − In the ever-evolving digital era, the paradigm of employee compensation and rewards is also undergoing a fundamental transformation. Digital Compensation and Rewards concepts have emerged as a response to these changes, with a focus on building adaptive performance systems, innovative bonus approaches, and flexibility in employee rewards. Overall, the Digital Compensation and Rewards paradigm brings modern concepts to human resource management. In the digital era, employee compensation and reward systems are experiencing fundamental changes. The use of technology allows for more efficient implementation of performance-based systems. Findings- The results of the literature review show that technology has a significant positive impact on the employee recruitment stage. Apart from that, the implementation of digital compensation and rewards is also an integral part of employee performance. Design/methodology/approach- By using data-based performance assessments with digital platforms, companies can collect and analyze employee performance data in more detail. This allows for more objective and accurate assessments, as well as providing opportunities for appropriate recognition of individual contributions. Practical implications- Involves improving the recruitment process through the use of digital technology and social media, adjusting the compensation system to include digital performance bonuses and application-based incentives, flexibility in providing rewards tailored to individual preferences, the use of data and analysis to measure employee performance accurately, as well as development of HR skills in integrating digital technology in human resource management. By paying attention to these practical implications, companies can improve their human resource management strategies to face the challenges and opportunities in the digital era, which can support organizational growth and success. Originality/value- This research presents an innovative view of how organizations can use digital technology and more flexible bonus systems to increase employee motivation and productivity. With a focus on the digital era, this paper provides insight into the importance of adapting to technological changes in human resource management. The value of this paper is that it provides practical guidance for companies seeking to improve their human resource management strategies to optimize employee performance and rewards in the ever-changing digital era.

In an era of disruption, the church needs to adapt to rapid social, technological and economic changes, the church as a religious institution also needs to adapt to face these challenges. One important aspect that needs to be considered is the congregation's economy. A strong and sustainable economy can provide support for church activities and the surrounding community. This research aims to identify effective church strategies in improving the congregation's economy in an era of disruption. Through a literature study approach and case studies of successful churches, several strategies were found that could be implemented: First, churches need to increase the congregation's skills and knowledge in facing economic changes. Second, churches need to utilize information and communication technology to support the congregation's economy. Third, the church can encourage entrepreneurship among the congregation. Support can be provided through providing co-working spaces in churches or establishing business incubators to help congregation members who want to start their own business. Churches can also facilitate business collaborations between congregations who have complementary skills and interests. Four, churches need to develop strategic partnerships with external parties, such as non-profit organizations, financial institutions, or private companies that have visions and values that are in line with the church. but must be based on the ethical and moral principles taught by religion.

This study aims to find out how to analyze the behavior of non-Muslim customers in choosing murabaha financing products, how to analyze the decision process of non-Muslim customers, and how cultural, social, personality and psychological factors can influence customer decisions in choosing murabaha financing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. Jelutung Jambi. The method of this research is using descriptive qualitative method with primary and secondary data types. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews and documentation techniques, while for data analysis the researchers used data reduction analysis, data presentation and verification. The theory used in this research is the theory put forward by Kotler & Ketler that consumer behavior is the science of how individuals, groups and organizations choose, buy and use and obtain goods, services, ideas or experiences to satisfy their wants and needs. . According to Kotlert's theory, consumer behavior is divided into four types, namely cultural, social, personality and psychological factors. In the customer decision process is divided into five steps, namely decision making, namely, recognition of needs, information search, evaluation of alternatives, buying decisions, and post-purchase evaluation. The results of the study explain that the behavior analysis of non-Muslim customers in choosing murabaha financing at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. In Jelutung Jambi, there were three informants, namely the first informant who worked as a teacher because he was interested because of the salary slip through the bank, and chose gold installment financing because the bank could insure the gold installments, low interest rates, and cheap rates compared to pawn shops. The second informant is taking home installments because the interest rates are low compared to other banks and if you are late paying the installments you are not subject to a fine/sanction of 0.5% to 1% of the amount of the installments that the customer has to pay. The third informant is working as a teacher as well and taking education expenses for their children because the process is fast and the interest rate is low at 3.3%, while at commercial banks it is 8.93%. The fourth informant took gold installments because of the low interest rates. The fifth informant took motorbike installments because the interest rate was lower than leasing, which was 8%. From the several informants above, it can be concluded that cultural, social, personality and psychological factors can influence customer decisions in choosing murabaha financing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC. The purpose of this research is 1) to look at the history of the founding of the East Surrounding Children's Association organization in Mustafawiyah. 2) To see the role of the Surrounding Eastern Children's Association organization in maintaining the passion for learning in Musthafawiyah Purba Baru. This type of research is a qualitative research type with a qualitative descriptive approach method. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction and data presentation. The data source in this research is the management of the Association of Surrounding Eastern Children (GATIS). The results of this research are 1) that in the East Surrounding Children's Association organization which was founded on September 28 2015, which was spearheaded by alumni and continued by the seventh class, among those who participated in establishing this organization were: Ilhan Syahfutra, Maulana Malik Ibrahim and Muhammad Yusuf. 2) The role of the surrounding Eastern Children's Association organization in developing Ghirah, they create several activities which can increase their enthusiasm for learning, including: Carrying out Mudzakarah, Special Guidance, holding competitions between fellow branch organizations, etc.

Hospitals are an integral part of social and media organizations whose function is to provide comprehensive health services to the community, both curative and rehabilitative, where hospital services reach family and environmental services. The aim of the study was to analyze the effect of the quality of health services on patient satisfaction in the inpatient room of the Medan Indonesian Workers' Imelda Hospital. The research design used in this study was an analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all patients who were treated from November 2022 to February 2023 in the Inpatient Room of the Imelda Indonesian Workers Hospital in Medan, totaling 167 people. The number of samples to be examined by the entire population is 62 people. Data analysis was performed using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. The statistical test used is the chi square test and logistic regression. The results of the chi square test showed that there was an influence of 8 variables, namely technical competence, human relations, effectiveness, efficiency, continuity, security, human relations and convenience, which had a p-value <α 0.05, meaning technical competence, human relations, effectiveness, efficiency, continuity, security, human relations and comfort affect patient satisfaction in the inpatient room of Medan Indonesian Workers Imelda Hospital, and the multivariate test with the results of multiple logistic regression tests shows that the variable of technical competence is the most dominant with an odds ratio (OR) of 45,348 meaning 4 times affect patient satisfaction. The conclusion was that the dominant technical competency variable had the most influence on patient satisfaction in the inpatient room of Imelda Indonesian Workers Medan Hospital. It is recommended for the hospital to make policies in order to improve technical competence in the treatment room so as to produce optimal patient satisfaction..

Understanding of students in managing human resources to improve the quality and critical thinking patterns of each individual so that they become good individuals. The method used is the asset-based community development (ABCD) method. The ABCD approach involves five steps, including the processes of discovery, dreaming, planning, determining, and implementing. For this reason, it aims to provide character and activities that are beneficial to the community. Based on the potential according to initial observations, inviting Bungkuk Village youths to participate in enlivening the mosque in their respective hamlets because of the potential, to increase the sympathy of Bungkuk Tiga Village youth towards the mosque in their respective hamlets, it's not just congregational prayers, but work programs that have been prepared by the BKM Mosque Welfare Board, in order to increase youth togetherness to revive youth youth organizations that have been passive.

The government is required to always adjust to what is needed by the community, one of which is the need for decent public services. Collaboration is a stage to give birth to a service innovation in the public sector, therefore collaboration in innovation seems endless to always be discussed by the government as well as organizations and other sectors. In the last ten years, the practice of collaboration and innovation in the administration of the government bureaucracy in Indonesia has been revealed in a number of literatures. One of them is in Penatih Dangin Puri Village, East Denpasar District. According to Government Regulation Number 17 of 2018 concerning sub-districts, it is stated that the task of the Perbekel is in the field of service in the working area. In accordance with the mandate of the government regulation, one form of service in Penatih Dangin Puri Village is business license services through Online Single Submission (OSS), land services, and non-licensing services. The purpose of this research is to find out the collaboration process in the implementation of business license services through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system in Penatih Dangin Puri Village, East Denpasar District and to determine the achievement of collaboration results in the implementation of business license services through the Online Single Submission (OSS) system. in Penatih Dangin Puri Village, East Denpasar District. The theory used by Penta Helix Collaborative according to Howkis (2009: 34) is, optimizing the role of academic, business, community, government and media (ABCGM), in developing goals because it relates to policies made by the government because this theory is a breakthrough and new strategy in In this millennial era, some regional heads have even made the Pentha Helix concept a new strategy to deal with several problems that occur in the region. In this era of globalization, business organizations must continue to improve the level of professional services in their respective fields. The use of PLN Mobile in the customer service department at PLN ULP Medan Baru has the potential to provide significant benefits in improving service quality and customer satisfaction. This application is expected to bring positive changes by providing easy access to information for customers regarding billing, blackouts, and other important information. The purpose of this research is to analyze the customer service and benefits of PLN Mobile at PLN ULP Medan Baru. This study uses a qualitative approach to explore an in-depth understanding of the benefits of using PLN Mobile in the customer service department at PLN ULP Medan Baru. A qualitative approach allows researchers to understand customer perspectives, views, and experiences in depth and contextually. Based on the results of the research and discussion conducted by the researchers, it can be obtained that the customer service and benefits of PLN Mobile at PLN ULP Medan Baru are quite good and very useful for customers at PLN ULP Medan Baru, Medan City to meet their electricity needs, complaints and complaints, however, socialization that has not been evenly distributed has resulted in there being PLN ULP Medan Baru customers who have not used the PLN Mobile application. The five dimensions of customer service used by researchers according to Tjiptono (2014: 18), namely the Tangibility, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy dimensions at PLN ULP Medan Baru are quite good.

Urban farming has so far been initiated by various actors including: the government, the private sector, and community groups. In this study it is useful to find out the analysis in looking at the implementation of urban farming in Denpasar City. This study discusses the differences in the role of urban farming between city government programs and independent organizations, in terms of resources as well as through policy failures and market failures through a qualitative approach. The failure of the policy was due to the agricultural policy initiated by the City Government being less successful in meeting the food needs of the people. Therefore innovation is needed through top down urban farming. Meanwhile, market failure occurred in urban farming in the city of Bandung due to people's discomfort with the products circulating in the market. This is one of the dominant motives for the emergence of bottom-up urban farming by independent organizational groups. Meanwhile, the sources of capital for urban farming are in the form of supporting facilities for planting facilities, hydroponic installations, and making greenhouses, but the capital for urban farming formed by independent organizations comes from contributions from members of the cooperative community and bank funds. An important aspect needed by independent organizational groups is to streamline operational costs by knowing how to reuse used goods into productive goods.

The problem faced by the people of Puri Bukit Depok is that there is still a lack of knowledge about the procedures for clean and healthy living behavior, so that the extension education program is the solution. The implementation method of this clean and healthy lifestyle program is through counseling, discussion and field action. Counseling and discussion activities are only 30% of 100% of the program's activities, the rest are direct activities in the field, namely counseling and how to live clean and healthy behaviors carried out by the KKN 64 group and assisted by several representatives from local youth organizations so that this activity can run smoothly. held. The result of this program is increasing public knowledge about how to live a clean and healthy life.

This study discusses the management audit on the function of procurement of goods and services. Management audit is a tool for management audit is a tool that can be used by companies to measure the economy, effectiveness, and efficiency or evaluation of management activity programs. This study aims to assess the economization, efficiency, and effectiveness of the function of the procurement of goods and services at PT PLN ULP Ruteng. The scope of the procurement function includes the procurement organization, the procurement process which consists of: procurement planning, procurement implementation, payment and reporting. In this study, it is more specifically discussed about the audit of goods and services procurement organizations. Presidential Regulation No. 16 of 2018 states that the Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Agency, hereinafter referred to as LKPP, is an institution tasked with developing and formulating policies for the Government's procurement of goods/services. This research is a qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The method of data analysis is carried out with the elements of the management audit, the data obtained will be classified into the Criteria, Conditions, Causes, Effects groups. From the results of research on the procurement function in the organization of procurement of goods and services PT PLN ULP Ruteng it cannot be said to be effective and efficient. From the specified criteria, there are weaknesses in this program. The recommendations given by researchers to companies can be used as material to make improvements to these weaknesses.

Stunting is a lack of nutritional intake with a long duration, starting from pregnancy to 24 months. The prevalence of stunted children recorded at the Tanjungpinang City Health, Population Control, and Family Planning Office increased by 1.3% in 2020 to 3.49% in 2021 and 3.91% in 2022. Based on these data, it can be seen that there has been an increase in stunting cases in Tanjungpinang City. The problem that will be the focus of discussion in this study is how to implement stunting prevention programs in the Tanjungpinang City Health, Population Control and Family Planning Office. This study aims to analyze the implementation of stunting prevention programs in the Tanjungpinang City Health, Population Control and Family Planning Office.The research approach used in this study is explained using a qualitative approach. The theory used by researchers in implementation uses Soren C. Winter's theory which includes indicators: the behavior of relationships between organizations, the behavior of lower-level implementors (apparatus / bureaucrats) and the behavior of target groups. The implementation of the stunting alleviation program at the Tanjungpinang City Health, Population Control and Family Planning Office has been going well, but it is still not optimal. This is because there are still people who do not know about stunting, socialization carried out by puskesmas officers and posyandu cadres has not been thoroughly carried out.
