The aim of this research is to find out how the basic price of furniture production is determined and constrained by Islamic economics in Taman Rajo District. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with primary and secondary data types. The data collection technique in this research uses observation, interview and documentation techniques, while for data analysis the researcher uses domain, textonomic and componential analysis. The results of the research explain that determining the basic price of furniture production according to Islamic economics in Taman Rajo District is carried out using several methods, including furniture business actors in Taman Rajo District determining or calculating the cost of raw materials used to produce furniture products. Business actors calculate labor costs which are calculated based on the results of the products produced and business actors calculate overhead costs which are costs incurred apart from raw material costs and labor costs in the production process. Obstacles in determining the basic price of furniture production according to Islamic Economics in Taman Rajo District include limited business capital which has an impact on determining production prices because the supply of raw materials is less affordable due to limited business capital for furniture business owners. Apart from that, the obstacle in determining the cost of production is that the strategic market target has not been achieved because the marketing strategy implemented by the business owner has not been maximized so that determining the cost of production is still based on the number of customers who order furniture products.

This research aims to determine the role of teaching assistance in the fourth generation campus teaching program in increasing student learning motivation, especially for seventh grade students in social studies subjects at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere. Teaching assistance is one part of the Teaching Campus program of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) activities. This activity aims to empower students to help with the learning process in elementary and middle schools in various villages/cities, one of which is at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere which is in Sikka Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. In this program, students are responsible for assisting the school in the teaching process, assisting with technology adaptation, and assisting with administration. Apart from that, students have a responsibility to improve students' morals and increase students' learning motivation and interest in learning while at school. The results of this research show that the role of teaching assistance plays a very important role in maintaining and growing students' learning motivation, especially in seventh grade students at SMP Negeri 3 Maumere. Each airport definitely has its own concept or characteristics, as is the case with Banyuwangi airport which has an architectural concept, namely the green airport concept which has a facility concept that is different from others, especially in the buildings at the airport terminal. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out whether there is an influence of the concept of departure waiting room facilities on the interest of service users at Banyuwangi International Airport. In this research there is one independent variable, namely the concept of waiting room facilities (X) and the dependent variable, namely service user interest (Y). This research is quantitative research because the main focus of this research is to find out how much influence the independent variable (X) has on the dependent variable (Y) that will be studied. The population includes passengers in the Banyuwangi airport departure waiting room and a sample of 30 respondents. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observation, documentation and literature study. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses simple regression analysis which is processed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) For Windows release 22.0. The research results prove that there is a significant influence between the concept of departure waiting room facilities on the interest of service users at Banyuwangi International Airport. The t test results prove that it is 0.000 < 0.05, which means the significant value is smaller than 0.05. The results of the coefficient of determination R2 of 0.317 can be concluded that the concept of departure waiting room facilities influences service user interest by 31.7% while the remaining 68.3% is influenced by other variables not discussed in this research.

This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach through case studies in conducting accident risk analysis in the pharamaceutical industry and to fully and deeply understand the procedures for implementing Occupational Health and Safety at PT X. the technique used in this research is through a questionnaire distributed to respondents. Nased on the results of questionnaires from employees, it was concluded that PT X had implemented Occupational Safety and Health (K3) procedures well. Islamic boarding schools are traditional Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia that grow and develop in society. The business unit is a forum for Islamic boarding schools to be able to develop an independent economy and be able to provide welfare for teaching and education staff. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze business unit strategies in improving the welfare of teachers at the Al-Kinanah modern Islamic boarding school from a maqashid sharia perspective. The method used is qualitative with data collection methods using observation, interviews, documentation and strategic analysis through SWOT analysis. The informants in this research were Islamic boarding school secretaries, business unit managers and teachers. Based on the research results, it shows that the business unit's strategy is to involve teachers to contribute directly to the business unit. Meanwhile, teachers who work at the Al-Kinanah Islamic boarding school are already prosperous, because the indicators in maqasid sharia have been met. Gratitude is the key for teachers who work in Islamic boarding schools. The business unit's obstacles are the position of the canteen which is not strategic and the condition of the canteen room which is less supportive and adequate.

The aim of this research is to increase student learning motivation through the application of the Discovery Learning model assisted by audio-visual media on material about the human digestive system at SMP Plus Darus Sholah. This type of research is classroom action research. The research subjects were 21 students in class VIII H of SMP Plus Darus Sholah. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive statistics to analyze questionnaire data. The research results show that the application of the Discovery Learning learning model through the stages of stimulation, problem formulation, data collection, data analysis, verification and generalization can increase students' learning motivation.
