This research examines the dilemma between national security and human rights protection in the context of emergency constitutional law in Indonesia. Through a juridical-normative approach, this study analyzes the balance between state authority in dealing with emergencies and the obligation to protect citizens' human rights. The findings indicate that although the state can restrict human rights during emergencies, such restrictions must comply with the principles of necessity and proportionality and not violate non-derogable rights. Indonesia's experience implementing emergency constitutional law, such as in the cases of DOM Aceh and the COVID-19 pandemic response, demonstrates the importance of regulatory reform to create a more comprehensive legal framework in maintaining a balance between national security and human rights protection. This research recommends updating the State of Emergency Law to align with current developments and strengthen oversight mechanisms to prevent abuse of emergency powers.

The amendment of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia brought significant changes to the structure of state institutions, particularly in the separation of powers. The Constitutional Court, as an institution holding judicial power, has the authority to conduct judicial review based on Article 24 paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution. The Constitutional Court Decision No. 90/PUU-XXI/2023 sparked polemics because it was considered a positive legislative decision, which shifted the Court's role from negative legislator to positive legislator. This has created a new phenomenon in the Indonesian constitutional law system, especially regarding the position of the Constitutional Court and the validity of the constitution. This research aims to analyze the effect of the decision on the state institutional system in lawmaking. Using a normative legal approach, this research finds that the decision shows the weakness of the checks and balances system and legalizes a new norm regarding the age of presidential and vice-presidential candidates that does not reflect the interests of society. As a result, the expected substantive justice is not achieved, loosening democracy, and undermining the authority of lawmaking institutions. Therefore, it is necessary to review the authority of the Constitutional Court to prevent abuse of power.

Based on observations and the latest information, when researchers took part in training with SSB Bima Muda Disdikbud, the athletes looked very weak when passing and not optimal. This problem is caused by the leg muscle power not being optimal. So it is necessary to carry out exercises to increase leg muscle power for passing skills. The research method used is an experimental one group pre-test post-test design, which is carried out by providing treatment to research subjects. This research, which involved 21 SSB Bima Muda Disdikbud athletes with 16 treatments in the form of leg muscle power training, gave results where the average passing before was 66.5 which changed to 84.8 after being given the leg muscle power training treatment. Meanwhile, the results of the paired sample t-test show that there is an influence of leg muscle power training on the passing skills of SSB Bima Muda Disdikbud athletes because the sig. (2-tailed) is 0.05. Meanwhile ttable at α 0.05 Df = N-1 where (DF = 21 -1 = 20) so that ttable is obtained with a value of 1.725. So this research meets the requirements where tcount > ttable (13,005 > 1.725) thus Ha is accepted and it can be concluded that there is an influence of leg muscle power training on passing skills in the soccer game of SSB Bima Muda Disdikbud athletes.

The study aims to measure the information content of the accounting profits of banks listed on the Iraqi Stock Exchange, as the sample included 10 banks for a period of 4 years (2016-2019). The study concluded that banks that have a high explanatory ability reflect greater stability in the stock price, which would reassure Investors and stakeholders, thus reducing dispersion and fluctuations in the stock price, while banks with weak explanatory power show higher volatility in the stock price, which indicates additional risks that increase the fluctuation in investor returns, and the influencing factors have a major role in enhancing or reducing the information content of profits. Which explains the discrepancy between banks, and the study recommended the need to enhance the quality of financial disclosure, especially banks with weak explanatory capacity, increase transparency, and work to enhance the informational content of profits, which in turn increases investors’ confidence in accounting information, as well as encouraging banks to strengthen their internal control systems, which helps in Reducing accounting errors and the accuracy of declared profits, thus stabilizing the share price. Strengthening the administrative capabilities of executive managers contributes significantly to enhancing the informational content of profits by allocating the company’s available resources efficiently and effectively.

General elections play an important role in a democratic country like Indonesia, guaranteeing people's sovereignty, government legitimacy and people's sovereignty. regular change of power. The importance of the Permanent Voter List (DPT) lies in the ability of citizens to exercise their right to vote effectively. However, challenges often arise in compiling accurate voter lists, which are critical to the functioning of the democratic process. The General Election Commission (KPU) plays an important role in this process by determining eligible voters, coordinating data collection, and utilizing the Sidalih voter list information system. The KPU also collaborates with regional institutions, ensuring the accuracy of voter lists through cross-checking activities, and designating voting areas, all to maintain the integrity of the election and encourage citizen participation.

This research investigates the electromagnetic field (EMF) characteristics generated by solar power plants, focusing on their potential environmental and health impacts. The study employs a dual methodology combining direct measurements using gaussmeters and computer simulations using COMSOL software to map electromagnetic fields around solar power installation components. Measurements were taken under two conditions: during solar power plant operation and non-operation, to establish comparative baseline data. The research found significant variations in electromagnetic field intensity based on operational status and distance from components, particularly near inverters and cable networks. Results indicate that EMF levels are higher during operation, with field strength decreasing exponentially with distance from the source. These findings contribute to understanding EMF distribution patterns in solar installations and provide valuable insights for implementing appropriate mitigation strategies to ensure safe operation within established exposure standards.

This study aims to describe the principle of perseverance taught by Elijah through his exemplary life, explain Elijah's strategies in facing life's challenges, and identify the meaning of Elijah's faith and its relevance to everyday life. Elijah demonstrated extraordinary perseverance in his obedience to God, as seen in his story in 1 Kings 17:1-6. He remained faithful to the mission given by God, despite facing various challenges, including spiritual conflict, physical threats, social isolation, and inner turmoil. The pinnacle of Elijah's faith is seen in his confrontation with the prophets of Baal on Mount Carmel, where Elijah challenged idol worship with a strong conviction in God's power. Elijah's experience teaches the importance of maintaining faith in the midst of challenges, consistency in pursuing goals, and nurturing a personal relationship with God as a source of strength. Elijah's life also has relevance in the modern context, especially in terms of empowering leadership, spiritual integrity, moral courage, and commitment to divine truth..
