This research aims to describe the application of the precautionary principle in dealing with bad credit and to determine the assessment in providing financing to PT. BSM Kcp Script. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, data collection techniques use interviews and documentation, data analysis uses qualitative data analysis techniques using inductive thinking, and this research data uses primary data sources obtained from supporting sources, namely books, the internet and literature. other. PT. BSM Kcp Aksara has applied the precautionary principle in bad credit using the 5C principle analysis, which includes Character, Capacity, Capital, Condition and Colliteral as well as producers that customers must go through in submitting financing applications, providing financing, paying financing installments and obstacles to bad credit. . The results of this research, PT. BSM Kcp Aksara in implementing the principle of prudence in the financing that has been carried out is not good enough, BSM provides financing by emphasizing the 5C principle which includes Character, Capacity, Capital, Condition and Collateral. The important thing in providing financing to customers is Collateral (Guarantee). Judging from the results of customer data, the 5C principle has not been able to completely prevent bad credit due to the Account Office (AO) being less careful in analyzing financing. However, BSM's consistency in handling problematic financing customers has been carried out according to producers by collecting them periodically and providing warning letters I, II and III in stages.  

The objective of this article is to examine the elements that impact the inclination of customers of Indonesian Islamic banks, specifically those in KC Medan Ahmad Yani, to utilize mobile banking. Technology has significantly influenced people's lives, and the banking industry has utilized the internet to enhance their services. This has resulted in the emergence of mobile banking, which refers to banking services accessed through mobile phones or, in other words, phone banking. Mobile banking, along with services like ATMs and credit cards, has become essential for Indonesian banks to expand their target market. Currently, mobile banking serves as a primary focal point and an effective operational strategy for banks to enhance their services.The purpose of this analysis is to identify the factors that influence customers' interest in using mobile banking and the strategies employed to increase customer engagement. Additionally, the study aims to ascertain whether mobile banking can be employed as a marketing strategy to drive customer growth at Bank Syariah Indonesia KC Medan Ahmad Yani. Data collection for this research is conducted through a questionnaire, which includes inquiries intended to gather relevant information.

His research uses a type of field research (field study) using a qualitative approach. PAI teachers at Nurul Huda Vocational School play an important role in preventing radicalism. This study used quantitative research methods with a sample of 347 respondents. The results of this study show respondents strongly agree that promotion and product quality get a good value, evidenced by the positive influence on promotion and product quality on purchasing decisions in the results of this study. The conclusion of this study is that partial and simultaneous promotion and product quality have a positive and significant effect on the purchase decision of Aerostreet products in North Kedoya. This study has limited research on the place and variables used in the study.

The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis which is processed using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that the e - service quality variable has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, the e -trust variable also has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneously, e-service quality and e-trust have a positive and significant effect on Maxim customer satisfaction in Tasikmalaya City.

This research aims to find out the efforts of the police in law enforcement against online gambling crimes and understand the procedures for handling cases of online gambling crimes at the Central Java Regional Police. This research is an empirical legal research using a legal sociological approach. The results of the study explain that in efforts to enforce the law on online gambling crime, the police apply preventive efforts through socialization, patrols in cyberspace, and cooperation with the Ministry of Communication and Information. Apart from preventive efforts, the police also apply repressive efforts with investigations and investigations. In this law enforcement effort, there are several inhibiting factors, including the lack of complete facilities and infrastructure and the vulnerability of securing evidence. Dependence on a single ISP often leads to connection disruptions, reduced service quality, and interruptions in the learning process. This study aims to design and implement a Mikrotik-based load balancing system to improve Internet performance by utilizing two ISP links and providing an automatic failover mechanism when one link becomes unavailable. The research employs the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) approach, which includes network requirement analysis, multi-WAN topology design, implementation of load balancing and failover configurations on Mikrotik, and performance testing. The results show that the load balancing system successfully distributes traffic more evenly, enhances connection stability, and provides more consistent Internet speed. Additionally, the failover mechanism works effectively and ensures service continuity when an ISP experiences downtime. In conclusion, the implementation of a Mikrotik-based load balancing system effectively improves Internet access quality and supports smoother laboratory activities.

The process involves needs analysis, planning, content development, website design, implementation and testing, training, and launching. Through this approach, it is expected that the website will enhance service quality and increase transparency of information for the community. The website is expected to be an effective platform for the public to access essential information about their village and participate in its development. The creation of the Sukalaba Village Government Service website has successfully improved service quality and information availability for the community. The interactive and responsive design ensures easy access to information through various devices. With the website's launch, the community now enjoys fast and convenient access to relevant village-related information, encouraging greater transparency and community participation in the development process. The purpose of this study was to analyze: (1) the effect of financial knowledge on MSME performance (2) the effect of financial attitudes on MSME performance (3) the effect of financial behavior on MSME performance (4) The effect of financial knowledge, financial attitudes and financial behavior on MSME performance. The type of research conducted by this researcher is a questionnaire research. The sampling technique was carried out using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique with a population of 100 respondents. With the criteria that UMKM have been operating for at least 3-2 years, transactions have used internet banking such as (Ovo, Go-Pay, Funds, Shopee-pay) in Pasuruan Regency. While the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the calculation analysis tool using SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that: 1. the financial knowledge variable has no positive and insignificant effect on MSME performance 2. The financial attitude variable has a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. 3. The financial behavior variable has no positive and significant effect on MSME performance. 4. The financial knowledge, financial attitude and financial behavior variables have a positive and significant effect on MSME performance.

The concept of a smart museum itself refers to the use of internet of things (IoT) technology such as sensors, wireless networks, digital applications, virtual reality, augmented reality, and smart systems to increase the interactivity, accessibility and involvement of visitors in the museum. Now more and more museums are adopting this smart solution as a way to attract visitors and optimize the visitor experience. In Indonesia, one of the museums that has transformed into a smart museum is the Museum Penerangan. In its efforts to become a smart museum, the Museum Penerangan has several supporting factors such as the number of human resources, technology support, program creativity, and support from top management. However, the main obstacle is funding because it requires a large investment to transform into a smart museum, besides that special human resources are needed to understand the technological needs that match the collection.

The selection of the sample used in the study was 100 respondents using the purposive sampling method, which is a sampling technique in which the people selected as samples are in accordance with the purpose of conducting research on data management, this research was conducted using the path analysis method (Path Analysis). Based on the results of this study it can be seen that e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, e-trust has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, e-service quality has a positive and significant effect on e- loyalty, there is no significant relationship between e-trust directly to e-loyalty, and satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Wings Air airline service quality at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport, to determine the effect of Wings Air airline passenger complaints at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport and to determine how much influence service quality and passenger complaints have on employee performance. This research is quantitative research using primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from a questionnaire (questionnaire), while secondary data was obtained from PT. Wings Air, articles and website internet. The analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, multiple regression, t-test, and f-test. The results of this study indicate that the calculated F value is 82.002 and a sig value of 0.00 is less than 0.05.

This study will discuss the Influence of Social Media, Brand Awareness and Brand Image on Grab Consumer Loyalty. The subjects in this study were consumers who had used the Grab application. The research method used is quantitative. Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. The research population was 100 respondents. The data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of SPSS 22 multiple linear regression.

The emergence of well-known brands in the metaverse is an opportunity for irresponsible parties to infringe brand rights. As was the case in Ryder Ripps v. Yuga Labs. Pollution, imitation, obscuration, and so forth of well-known trademarks are carried out by irresponsible parties. One of them is the doctrine of Trademark Dilution. Trademark dilution is the unauthorized use by other parties that can weaken the quality or characteristics of a trademark. This makes the question of how the protection of trademarks in the virtual space of the metaverse and what legal action can be taken when there is a violation of trademark rights. Not many countries have regulated the protection of digital trademarks specifically against trademark dilution, as well as Indonesia. This research will be conducted using a non-native juridical approach method with legal sources in the form of laws and regulations, international agreements, theories, and legal rules. The focus of this research is how metaverse with the platform in it can protect the trademark with the terms and conditions agreement of account users in the platform. The result of this research is that brands can be protected against infringement of rights to the brand as well as brand dilution by referring to the terms and conditions of account users listed in the platform. In addition, the legal action that can be taken is to file a lawsuit as determined by the platform and the removal of related content.
