Sebalik village is a village located in a water area with the potential to raise laying ducks. In fact, selling duck eggs has quite a high potential for interest because they have a lot of nutrition and fresh duck eggs are rarely found in many places, unlike chicken eggs. On the other hand, for egg-laying duck breeders, marketing and distribution of duck eggs is still an obstacle in egg-laying duck farming because if they are not sold, egg-laying duck breeders cannot generate additional income to support the family economy. From the results of the interviewed it was discovered that laying duck breeders did not know about marketing management as evidenced by the lack of knowledge regarding brands, sales distribution channels and other management functions in marketing. For this reason, marketing management training is carried out. The training was held for one day with 30 participants. From the results of this training, laying duck breeders gained knowledge regarding marketing management and continued with discussions by deepening the obstacles faced when marketing duck eggs by duck egg breeders. Pre-test and post-test were carried out. From the post test results it was found that laying duck breeders already knew and were able to explain marketing management for their duck eggs

Work ethic is the totality of an individual's personality in the context of work. Working is a form of self-dedication as a servant of Allah by obeying all His commands and avoiding all prohibitions. For this reason, Allah has provided facilities in the form of surface resources for human use in achieving their well-being. A strong work ethic can fulfill economic needs and desires within the family. Islam encourages its followers to work diligently and not to be lazy, as laziness can lead to poverty. The formation of a work ethic (including Islamic work ethic) is a complex process, involving various factors such as physical, biological, mental-psychological, socio-cultural, and possibly transcendental spiritual conditions and preconditions. This research adopts a qualitative approach and was conducted at the Padang Lamo Street Market, Pulau Temiang, Tebo Ulu District, Tebo Regency, in January 2023. Literary works always contain the author's perspective on reality as a social institution created by the author. These problems are often combined into a view or criticism of life. This certainly describes social life as a reality that occurs in an environment. One type of literary work that contains a view of reality is W.S Rendra's poem entitled "Poem of Hot People". The aim of this research is to determine the effort to explain the social impact of the poem entitled "Poetry of the Overheated People" by W.S Rendra. In today's digital era, the economy is a very important aspect for every human life in order to meet every need such as clothing, food and shelter. In Islam, every human being is encouraged to compete in trying, but Islam underlines that the intended effort should be in terms of goodness not the other way around which can plunge people into satanic acts. In this study the method used is a qualitative method. The informants in this study were eight traders and three buyers. The type of data used is primary data with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Checking the validity of the data is done by testing the internal validity (credibility), preparing a triangulation plan, identifying informants and participants. Based on the results of this study indicate that the competition between traders in the Keramat Tinggi Market, Muara Bulian District includes five principles, namely unity (unity), balance (fairness), free will, responsibility, and truth. Of the five principles, most of the business competition activities carried out by traders are in accordance with Islamic business ethics, although there are some traders who carry out unfair business competition and conflict with Islamic business ethics, namely traders with large capital, setting prices below the prices of other traders and there are Merchants who report that the quality is not in accordance with their merchandise with the aim of turning off other traders and can harm the buyer. In implementing the five principles of Islamic business ethics there are obstacles to the principle of responsibility because there are some traders who actually provide insurance or compensation to the buyer if there is a defect in the goods and also some do not provide insurance to the buyer if there is a defect in the goods. But this happens not for the sole reason of making a profit, but to minimize the losses that occur.

Since its invention in the 19th century until today, reinforced concrete has become a leading construction material due to its qualities; it is a strong and durable building material that can be used in any form of architecture at an affordable and reasonable cost. Thus, humanity has abandoned traditional building materials (stone, earth, straw, lime, wood and hemp, etc.) to benefit from the many advantages of reinforced concrete (Yasser et al., 2013). However, this conversion comes at a cost; the environmental consequences are serious, cement is the third largest emitter of CO2 after cars and coal-fired power plants, and the same applies to steel, despite significant progress in recycling (Ranjitham et al., 2021).

The issue of furu'iyah in the Islamic religion is indeed a very interesting study if we look closely, so sometimes it becomes a striking difference if it is understood one-sidedly, moreover it becomes an arena for endless debate so that sometimes we find groups that are not in line, claiming they do not follow the rules of the Islamic religion as a whole. Correct. Things like this should be straightened out by re-examining the correct legal basis so that those who practice it feel more confident in practicing it, as well as those who don't practice it and don't claim to be heretical or heretical to other groups. Likewise with the implementation of the Qunut prayer in prayer, there are differences within the Muslim community, there are some groups who perform it and also leave it out of the prayer sequence where it is sunnah to recite it. This does not happen without reason considering that there is a lot of Islamic literature that is used as a reference by each group which is indeed different from one group to another, whereas the differences in Islam as long as they do not go outside the corridors of sharia, let alone aqidah, are a blessing for the Islamic ummah itself.
