Hemodialysis is one of the installations in the hospital that handles blood washing therapy, by removing excess waste or harmful compounds, through a semi-permeable membrane which is carried out to replace kidney function that is no longer functioning properly. Hemodialysis is given to patients with a diagnosis of acute renal failure, terminal renal failure and patients who have severe poisoning with certain drugs. The research design was carried out descriptively. The aim of this research was to determine whether there was formalin exposure to hemodialysis workers or nurses when reusing or cleaning hemodialysis equipment, using a qualitative test. In this research, the results were obtained from 15 blood plasma samples, namely 6 positive formalin blood samples, with Schiff, Tollens, KMnO4 and Fehling reagents. It is known from the table of analysis results of qualitative test of formalin exposure on hemodialysis workers in one of the East Java Hospitals. For further research, it is hoped that quantitative tests will be carried out in determining the level of formalin in the blood using the instrument.

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a condition in which kidney function decreases so that it is no longer able to filtrate the body's metabolic waste and maintain electrolyte fluid balance. In CKD an increased amount of fluid can result in edema. Edema is a condition of blocked veins due to an increase in intravascular hydrostatic pressure that causes enlargement or buildup of plasma fluid into the interstitium space. Therapy that can be applied to reduce edema in CKD is with Ankle Pump Exercise and Elevation 30⁰. This therapy is done by pumping the ankle and elevating the foot for 5-10 minutes. The goal of this study was to identify Ankle Pump Exercise and 30⁰ Elevation interventions to reduce edema in CKD patients in the ICU. The type / research design used is a descriptive method with a case study approach. The subjects of this case study were patients who met the inclusion criteria, namely patients with edema and were willing to be respondents. The data collection instrument uses the format of Nursing Care. The results of this study showed that Ankle Pump Exercise and 30⁰ Elevation interventions effectively reduced edema in CKD patients. Based on the results of the case study, it can be concluded that the application of a combination therapy of ankle pump exercise and 30⁰ foot elevais has been proven effective in reducing the degree of edema in Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients.

This type of research uses a descriptive analytical survey with a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all category I pulmonary tuberculosis patients who visited the Imelda Workers Indonesian Hospital from January to September 2023, a total of 118 people were sampled using the accidental sampling method while the sample was 91 people. Data analysis was carried out using univariate, bivariate and multivariate analysis. Based on the results of the chi-square test, it is known that patient success influences knowledge, family support, supervision of taking medication and support from health workers with a value of p = 0.001, meaning that there is an influence of knowledge, family support, supervision of taking medication and support from health workers on the success of TB treatment. Lungs. From the results of the multivariate analysis, it is known that the most influential variable in this study is the medication monitoring variable with an OR value of 15.104. The conclusion in this study is that medication-taking supervisors are the dominant factor influencing the success of pulmonary TB treatment at the Indonesian Imelda Workers RSU. The advice given is in the form of instructions for using a daily insulated medicine box, using a smart calendar during treatment which is brought to you every time you come for treatment and in the current digital era, using the mHealth application is also very helpful in providing TB information notifications and reminders to take medication regularly for sufferers and PMOs.

Introduction: The number of Sectio Caesarea continues to increase throughout the world, with an average Sectio Caesarea delivery rate of 5%–15% per 1000 births in the world. In the Central Java Region in 2018, section caesarean deliveries were 17.10%, and the rest were vaginal deliveries. In post-section Sectio Caesarea, patients have different levels of independence. One form of intervention for increasing maternal independence is self-efficacy mobilization. Objective: The aim of this study was to determine the effect of self-efficacy mobilization on the level of independence of post-section caesarean patients at Banyumanik Hospital. Methods: This type of research was quantitative with a quasi-experimental method using a one-group post-test-only design. Population: The population of this study was all mothers who delivered a caesarean section with uncomplicated spinal anaesthesia. Sampling: The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, with a total sample taken of 30 women post-section caesarean. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and observation sheets. Results: Data analysis was carried out univariately and bivariately using the normality test, with the results of the data being distributed abnormally (sig <0.05) so that the next test used the non-parametric test, namely the Wilcoxon Test, which showed the results of Zcount > Ztable (4,813 > 1,645) and Asymp values. Sig (0.000) < α (0.05), which means Ho was rejected, means that there is an effect of self-efficacy mobilization on the independence level of post-section caesarean patients at Banyumanik Hospital, Semarang.
