A performance audit is an audit activity systematically and objectively based on the type of evidence to assess the efficiency, effectiveness, and economics of the audited entity's operations to improve unit operations and achieve good public accountability. This research aims to get to know more about how much influence public sector audit performance has on public accountability through functional oversight that acts as a moderator. This research is a qualitative research type, in which public sector organizations are the object of the research being studied. Conducting research methods in the form of a literature review by analyzing books and scientific writings that have the same title and discussion, so that there are 3 journals taken randomly. This study found that there is a significance between Performance Audits on Public Accountability and Functional Supervision in moderating performance audits on Public Accountability.

This research focuses on the role of leadership rooted in Pancasila values in shaping competitive organizations. The research methodology employs SLR to assess literature related to this concept. The steps of SLR, starting from formulating research problems, developing review protocols, searching for literature, screening inclusions, assessing literature quality, to reporting findings, are detailed. The research findings highlight various aspects of leadership, the leader's role in organizational transformation, leadership styles, Pancasila values, and the concept of competitiveness within organizations.

BeAbdurrohim Gresik Orphanage Dusun Bunut, Randegansari, Kec. Driyorejo, Gresik Regency, East Java. The orphanage is a non-profit organization, where the orphanage management has full responsibility in matters of trust. which has been given in terms of running the operations of the orphanage. As a form of public sector non-profit organization, one of the sources of funding for orphanages is in the form of donations from regular donors or incidental donors. This research aims to identify the implementation of the Financial Reports of the BeAdburrahim orphanage when viewed from ISAK 35 regarding non-profit organizations. The research was carried out using primary data, namely interviews and field observations, as well as secondary data in the form of financial reports at orphanages. The type of research that will be used is using a descriptive qualitative method by describing the state of the research object and then comparing it with existing standards.

This research aims to discuss the importance of managing work productivity. This research uses a qualitative method, descriptive research type. The results of the research are that private companies and those in government will always try to improve the performance of their employees or workforce to produce productivity that is in line with the company's ideals, which always increases at all times.

This research aims to see the influence of the director's policy on a company contained in a literary work. The literary work used in this research is entitled Tuan Direktur by Hamka. The problem identified in this study is how the character's policy affects the performance of his company and the importance of coworkers. The descriptive qualitative method is used to describe and analyze the policies and strategies taken by the character Tuan Direktur in leading his company. Stakeholder theory becomes the theoretical basis to understand how the director's policies can affect various parties involved or interested in the company. The analysis was conducted by considering the perspectives and interests of various stakeholders, including employees, shareholders, customers, and the surrounding community. The results show that the director's policies in the novel include factors that make the policies appropriate or inappropriate. Each policy has a different impact on company performance and affects the interests of stakeholders differently. The implication of this study is the importance of the director's role in forming policies that consider the interests and perspectives of various stakeholders. By understanding the implications of directors' policies, organizations can improve corporate strategy and management to achieve better and sustainable performance.

This research aims to find out how vital information security compliance is in reducing the risk of Data Breach. The method used in this research is Library Research (Library) which is the method used in this writing, and in its use, this method uses books, and journals both in written form and online. Based on the results obtained from this research, it can be concluded that a Data Breach is an incident where sensitive data or important information becomes vulnerable or is accessed by unauthorized parties. To prevent a Data Breach, organizations need to take various security measures, policies, and practices, such as encryption, access management, physical security, network security, security training and awareness, security policies, and monitoring and auditing. Sensitive data protection helps maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data and protects the reputation and trust of customers and business partners. By implementing good sensitive data protection, organizations can reduce the risk of data breaches which can be financially detrimental and damage the company's image.

The public's lack of understanding of the benefits of vehicle testing and driving safety can have serious impacts on road safety and the environment. Many vehicle owners do not realize that vehicle testing is not only a legal obligation, but is also a preventive step that can reduce the risk of accidents and extend the service life of the vehicle. Efforts to increase public awareness need serious attention from the government, educational institutions and non-governmental organizations. The aim of this writing is to raise public awareness about motor vehicle testing. The method used in this research is Literature Review. The literature review method is a description of theories, findings and other research materials obtained from reference materials to serve as a basis for research activities. Literature reviews contain reviews, summaries and the author's thoughts about several library sources (articles, books, slides, information from the internet, etc.) about the topic being discussed. The research results show that by exploring the causes and consequences of this lack of awareness, strategic steps can be taken to increase public understanding and compliance with vehicle testing procedures. The government, educational institutions and other related parties need to work together to create a safer and more sustainable environment on Indonesian roads. In this context, education and outreach are the main keys to changing society's paradigm regarding the importance of motor vehicle testing.

This research discusses the work of the members of the Pademangan Police Substation (Polsek Pademangan). It utilizes a qualitative research approach with the aim of understanding the compliance of the members at Polsek Pademangan. Compliance is an attitude or behavior of individuals or groups that adhere to rules, norms, or regulations established by the relevant authorities or organizations. Compliance can also be defined as the attitude or behavior of individuals or groups in following and adhering to established rules, norms, or regulations. Compliance reflects an individual's adherence to prevailing standards, whether they be legal, organizational rules, ethics, social norms, or other provisions governing behavior and actions. The purpose of compliance is to maintain order, justice, security, and efficiency in various life contexts, such as within society, organizations, or government institutions. Through compliance, an individual or group is expected to behave in accordance with established norms and not violate existing rules. Compliance often serves as the foundation for the functioning of law, ethics, and management in various sectors of life, including the business world, education, government, and society. Compliance can also be linked to an individual's responsibility towards their environment and the surrounding community. Through compliance, individuals contribute to the development and maintenance of norms that help preserve harmony and the common good. In various aspects of life, compliance is an important principle for maintaining social function and running organizations or communities efficiently and fairly.

The role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in increasing the efficiency of organizational support systems is becoming increasingly important. In the ever-changing business world, ICT has a key role in optimizing organizational operations and its ability to adapt to change. This research analyzes various aspects of the role of ICT in the context of the efficiency of organizational support systems. By referring to the latest literature and through relevant case studies, this research identifies that ICT enables business process automation, increased access to information, improved internal communication, and support in more timely decision making. Through the implementation of software, database management systems, collaboration tools, and data security strategies, ICT helps organizations reduce manual work, increase productivity, and reduce operational costs. In a digitally connected global context, ICT also enables organizations to be more responsive to changes in the market and regulatory requirements. This research states that ICT is a valuable asset in improving the efficiency of organizational support systems. The implementation of both private and public organizations requires innovation to operate. Because the innovation of motor vehicle tax payment services based on signal applications at the Tanjungpinang city samsat office is a necessity for government organizations, along with increasing public pressure to improve the performance of government agencies in order to solve problems in people's lives through programs and services at the Tanjungpinang city samsat office. The quality of public services is determined by the service provider so that it can be understood that public services serve the community and must be provided adequately in order to meet the factors and indicators that determine the quality of public services. Innovation in government agencies is needed to provide public services through the development of new methods and new resources. Innovation of motor vehicle tax payment services based on signal applications at the samsat office as an E-Government-based public service strategy for vehicle tax payments. E-Government provides public services that can be accessed 24 hours a day, from anywhere, and at any time. E-Government also allows public services to be completed in a non-face-to-face manner, making it a more efficient service. The Indonesian government has realized the tremendous benefits of e- Government since 2003 has issued a policy of implementing e- Government in the form of Presidential Instruction No. 3 Year 2003. Recently, a technology based on the SIGNAL application has emerged that can run on Android and IOS. SIGNAL is a national digital Samsat application that allows Indonesian citizens to certify Annual STNK, Pay Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB), and pay Road Traffic Accident Fund (SWDKLLJ) online by issuing digital documents in the form of electronic certificates and can easily make mandatory contributions to, POLRI, E-TBPKP (Provincial Bapenda), and E-KD, (PT. Jasa Raharja). The implementation of the online system allows people to save more money and time by paying taxes online.

This study aims to examine the effect of digitalization changes, digital divide, and transformation on the effectiveness of companies in South Jakarta. This research method uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to several employees in South Jakarta. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method, and the data obtained are analyzed using regression analysis. The results of this study show that changes in digitalization, sausage gaps and transformation significantly affect the effectiveness of existing companies in South Jakarta. In the digital era, which has been applied in several organizations, it brings new changes to increase the effectiveness and productivity of employee performance. This shows that digitalization provides an important point for transformation of company effectiveness. The implication of this research is the importance of companies paying attention to changes in digital-based work systems to reconsider the digital divide in some companies that allow disruption of balance to employee performance, therefore it is necessary to conduct research related to changes in digitalization, digital divide, and transformation of company effectiveness.

his Abdimas aims to explain the initiative of the Karang Taruna RW 07 Member Group in introducing information media in the form of blogs using the Google Site platform. The main objective of this project is to improve access to information and communication between member groups, as well as facilitate the exchange of information with the surrounding community. This service includes practical steps in creating and managing a website with Google Site, as well as its impact on increasing member involvement and understanding of information technology among the group. Through collaboration and internal training, the Karang Taruna RW 07 Member Group hopes to create a more effective forum for sharing information and promoting social activities in their environment. This research provides insight into the application of information technology in village-level community organizations and its impact on the quality of communication and member engagement.

The Indonesian Muslim Scholars Association (ICMI) is a community organization that is Islamic, Indonesian, cultural, scientific, and intellectual. ICMI aspires to realize a moral and competitive civil society life order, so that it is prosperous outwardly and mentally. This research was motivated by the curiosity of researchers to find out the contribution of ICMI Wonosobo Regency to the lives of Muslims in Wonosobo. This paper is a qualitative field research, and is analyzed excitively. Conducted on Thursday, November 23, 2023 in Wonosobo Regency, with the object of research ICMI Regional Deliberation VII Wonosobo Regency Regional Organization, and the research subjects consisted of the activity committee, ICMI Wonosobo regency administrators, and several organizations, which involved 27 responses. The results of this activity show that the existence of the Indonesian Muslim Scholars Association (ICMI) in Wonosobo Regency implicitly has an impact on the community through inspiration. The idea emerged from the Indonesian Muslim Scholars Association in Wonosobo Regency to be able to advance Muslims themselves. The real impact can be proven by the large number of cadres of the Association of Scholars who enter the government bureaucracy with expertise in their respective fields. The conclusion focuses on the importance of the Indonesian Association of Muslim Scholars and its contribution and implications for the expansion of community empowerment in the social domain of the community. This research contributes to more specific future research directions and their contribution to sustainable human resource development.
