The profitability of a company is used to evaluate or measure whether profits have increased in relation to the seller's total assets and equity capital, whether the company makes a profit, and the profits earned. Company profits are used for the welfare of the company itself. Apart from that, profit also plays an important role in determining the success of a business and as a tool for managerial decision-making. The three objectives of this research are: the effect of asset growth on company profitability; the effect of capital structure on company profitability; and the effect of liquidity on company profitability; In this study, 87 companies registered in oil, gas and geothermal mining were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2022. Samples taken according to the criteria were collected using a purposive sampling technique. The samples collected included 42 companies, and a total of 210 data were processed. This research analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis, along with descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis tests. The analytical tool used is SPSS version 25. The research results show that only one factor influences the company's profitability, namely asset growth. Capital structure and liquidity, on the other hand, do not affect a company's profitability. Asset growth has a positive impact, while capital structure and liquidity have a negative impact.

This research discusses the role and leadership characteristics of a Servant of God in the Christian context, especially in the church environment. Leadership of God's Servants is analyzed through the concepts of service leadership, spiritual mindset, and example. The research method used is a qualitative study which reflects the reality faced by a Servant of God in his ministry. The research results show that the leadership of God's Servants includes aspects of service that are based on the service model of Jesus Christ. Christian leaders are expected to have the qualities of humility, service, and selflessness. Leadership of God's Servants also requires a spiritual mindset that involves insight, wisdom, and commitment to God's Word. Apart from that, the leader's example is an important key in shaping the character of the congregation and having a positive impact on the surrounding environment.

Kartika Jala Krida (KJK) in 2023 is one of the practical training courses for AAL Cadets Level III Corps, Seamanship, Engineering, Electronics, and Supply. The KJK was implemented based on AAL Governor's Decree Number: 83/VII/2023 dated 17 July 2023 concerning the AAL Cadet Education Implementation Program for the 2023/2024 Academic Year, and Instructions for implementing AAL Cadet Practical Training. KJK's shipping activities use the KRI Bima Suci with shipping routes from Indonesia – France – Netherlands – England – Norway – Scotland – Norway and Germany. Departing Sunday 11 June 2023 from AAL and returning to AAL Wednesday 16 August 2023. The KJK 2023 practical training aims to provide knowledge and skills as initial preparation to become an Indonesian Navy officer and form the character of a marine soldier. Apart from that, this exercise is a manifestation of the Indonesian Navy's diplomatic role in showing that the Indonesian nation is a maritime nation with a maritime perspective to the international world. Based on the results of a survey by Kurious and Populix, a healthy lifestyle starting to become a focus and trend in Indonesia. These surveys reveal people's understanding of healthy food, with the problems that arise. Even though many people understand its benefits, there is still a gap between understanding and healthy practices, especially among the productive age group (25-44 years). Difficulty maintaining consistency in a healthy eating pattern is a challenge faced. The solutions provided from the survey results show that 64 percent of Indonesian people use healthy catering services to maintain consistent healthy lifestyle patterns. Therefore, the idea of developing the YumHealth startup emerged to help people start eating better, with a focus on catering services and delivery service features, nutritional consultations, education through articles,and a BMI calculator. This research will focus on implementing these features using a Design Thinking approach and testing using the Usability Testing method. Apart from that, the potential of the online market in Indonesia is also an encouragement to develop this application. This research aims to provide adequate solutions to existing problems and improve user experience. Based on the results of Usability Testing with 30 respondents, the final result was 71.5, which means the application prototype is in a good grade. The testing results also provide suggestions such as the use of typography (fonts), and visualization in education, as well as adding features such as guide pages and TDEE calculators.

In his research, the author used a qualitative descriptive method, which in the process displays the data as it is without manipulation or other treatments. The aim of this research is to present a complete picture of an event or is intended to expose and clarify a phenomenon that occurs. The steps for collecting data in the short story "Sacred Tree" are by (1) reading the short story intensively, then (2) analyzing the character values ​​and (3) presenting the data. Apart from using qualitative descriptive methods, the author also uses a mimetic approach, namely research that connects the content of literary works and real life. In this short story the author finds character and moral values ​​depicted in each character, as well as a real storyline that occurs in life. A difference of opinion which then becomes the cause of a dispute, but can be resolved by a figure who has a wise nature. Then the policy leads to changes that cause regret in the future. And the moral value presented in this short story is not to force change on a group or person if we cannot be responsible for the change. This short story by Yus R. Ismail is a simple short story that describes real life clearly without engineering and contains several useful lessons for the reader.

Sexual violence is a serious problem that affects many individuals throughout the world. In this context, drivers associated with acts of sexual violence are often the focus of attention. The responsibility of third parties, such as transportation service providers or application platforms, can be an important factor in providing compensation to victims who have experienced sexual violence by drivers. This research aims to analyze the responsibilities of third parties, especially companies providing transportation services or application platforms that facilitate meetings between drivers and passengers, in providing compensation to victims of sexual violence. This research uses an analytical approach by collecting data and information related to the policies and practices implemented by the Maxim company. The results of the analysis show that the responsibility of third parties, in this case Maxim, has an important role in providing compensation to victims of sexual violence. Maxim is expected to have a clear and transparent policy in handling reports of sexual violence involving their drivers. They should also provide safe and reliable communication channels for victims to report incidents. Apart from that, Maxim must also ensure that there is a fair and thorough investigation process for reports of sexual violence. They must cooperate with law enforcement authorities to ensure that legal action is taken against drivers involved in sexual violence. In addition, Maxim must provide support and assistance to victims of sexual violence, including access to counseling and mentoring services. This research concludes that the responsibility of third parties, such as Maxim, is very important in providing compensation to victims of sexual violence by drivers. Such companies must have clear policies, effective procedures, and open channels of communication so that victims feel heard and protected. In an effort to prevent sexual violence, such companies must also continue to increase awareness and training for their drivers regarding policies and prohibited actions in the context of sexual violence.

Competition between commercial banks is increasingly rapid and complex, causing changes in regulations that are binding on commercial banks. One of the regulatory changes is the application of PSAK 71 which replaces PSAK 55 concerning Financial Instruments. A previous study conducted by Suroso in 2017 simulated the impact of implementing PSAK 71 on bank performance as measured by the capital ratio, namely the Capital Adequacy Ratio. The results of this study stated that there was a decrease in the CAR ratio due to an increase in CKPN which was caused by a change in the CKPN calculation method. This research will measure the comparative influence of CKPN, ROA, and Size as control variables on the CAR ratio at BUKU "2" Commercial Banks. As well as analyzing whether there is a difference in the CAR of commercial banks between before and after the implementation of PSAK 71. The results of the study show that the CKPN, ROA, and Size of the CAR of banks when implementing PSAK 55 has a value of 19.4%. This result is better than the implementation of PSAK 71 which amounted to 14.3%. Apart from that, there is a significant difference in the CAR ratio between before and after the implementation of PSAK 71. This difference is due to the high CKPN and the Covid-19 pandemic forcing banks to hold back credit distribution. So the risk of the bank's RWA has decreased, causing the bank's CAR to increase even though the CKPN has increased, and the bank's ROA has decreased.

At this time, times are increasingly developing and experiencing rapid progress, so that the term "modernity" appears. Currently, what is really feared is "the methods or actions that need to be taken by young people in maintaining the values ​​or meaning contained in the seblang tradition" if you look at the increasingly advanced way of thinking and behavior of young people today. The seblang tradition originates from Banyuwangi, East Java, Olehsari Village, whose cultural community still upholds customs and social harmony. The seblang tradition is a dance performed to ward off evil or bad luck which is performed once a year, precisely on holidays. The method used in the research is qualitative research, namely using ethnography which explains the norms, traditions, values ​​and actions carried out in the Seblang dance. The seblang tradition has been passed down from generation to generation and is mandatory. If this tradition is not carried out within a year, one of the ancestral spirits will come to one of the residents and possess the resident to give a "sign" that the seblang haru tradition is being carried out. Apart from that, the existence of modernity poses a risk if it is forced into seblang traditions. Because the risk posed will dilute the meaning contained in the seblang tradition.

This community service focuses on the application of information technology in the form of e-government in Biring Ere Village, Bunggoro District, Pangkep Regency. The main objective of this activity is to increase community knowledge and motivation regarding the development of the Village Information System (SID) to increase the transparency of village administration through e-government. Through a series of lectures, tutorials and discussions, the public is taught about the importance of SID and how to use it. This activity also involved coordination with the Head of Biring Ere Village and community members. The results of this service show an increase in community knowledge and motivation about the benefits of e-government for the development of their village. Apart from that, this activity also opens up opportunities for the development and implementation of e-government in other villages in Pangkep Regency.

Street Vendors is one of the informal sector jobs that many people enjoy. However, there are many urban problems caused by the proliferation of street vendors like this. The increasing number of traders has made city planning increasingly chaotic and out of control. Apart from that, conflicts between traders cannot be avoided. This research aims to describe how the chaos that occurs due to the large number of street vendors selling can be overcome by the presence of an association that regulates and manages their activities. Paguyuban exists as a local manager who can create order. Researchers try to analyze this phenomenon by using the conflict theory developed by Ralf Dahrendof.This research uses a qualitative approach which is deemed suitable to describe and explore the above phenomena. Data collection techniques in this research used interview techniques accompanied by field observations.

The study which is based on the instructive statement in the film "Gundala" by Joko Anwar seems to focus on the analysis of directive speech acts. Tells the journey of an orphan named Sancaka who later becomes a superhero. The data collection technique used is free and interesting listening, which may refer to observation and analysis of dialogue texts in films. The results of this study seem to have identified forms of directive speech acts that exist in the film "Gundala," including ordering, advising, requesting, inviting, criticizing, and prohibiting. Apart from that, this study also tries to explain the various functions of directive speech acts, such as commands, requests, forcing, advice, suggestions, prohibitions, blocking, inviting, requesting, and reprimanding.

Students are individuals who are usually referred to as productive teenagers, because apart from playing their role as a student, they also play a productive role on campus. Where today's teenagers often play roles in the real world, especially when they play role plays in the virtual world. It is not enough for productive teenagers to only play roles on campus, they need experience outside campus. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach, by understanding the phenomenon of productive students in the Sociology Study Program at the University of Jember. This research takes the perspective of dramaturgical theory put forward by Erving Goffman. Some students play roles in carrying out their activities in the real world and the virtual world. In this research, the conclusion was drawn that each student played a role play on the front stage and back stage.

Criminal law consists of regulations. which determines what is prohibited and what is permitted in criminal cases, and determines the punishment that can be given to people who commit them. It is easy to measure the success of Indonesia's legal reform. One of the criminal acts of theft that is often considered to occur very often is motorbike theft. Motorbikes are an important means of transportation for most Indonesian people because the price is affordable for most people with middle to lower incomes, where the increase in the number of motorized vehicles is in line with the increase in the number of crimes involving motorbikes which has led to the crime of motorbike theft. The author uses qualitative legal research with secondary data sources in this research. In this article, the research method used is the normative news method. The Police of the Republic of Indonesia have direct authority to carry out all criminal acts, including theft with violence. This is in accordance with the police's duty to maintain security and public order, protection, protection and community service, as well as law enforcement. In the law enforcement process, efforts are made to uphold functions with legal norms as guidelines for behavior in traffic or legal relations in society and the state where there are perpetrators who commit the criminal act in question, in the sense of people who, with some intention or something unintentional, as required by law, have left a consequence of climbing the law whether it is subjective elements or other elements and in article 362 of the Criminal Code it is explained that the act of taking an item which in whole or in part includes a statement by another person with the intention of possessing the item in violation of the rights.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of learning motivation and style in learning on learning outcomes. The type of research that will be carried out is using quantitative research methods with descriptive analysis. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale from one to five for 100 respondents with the criteria being students aged 18-22 years. The data analysis technique that will be used in this research is the Outer Model with calculations of Convergent Reliability, Discriminant Validity, Composite Reliability, Cronbach's Alpha and Inner Model with T statistics, R-Square and VIF calculations using SmartPLS 4 tools. The results of the research show that learning motivation influences learning achievement because of the accuracy factor in collecting assignments, this has high motivation. Learning style has no effect on learning achievement because it is caused by the very minimal study time that students spend. Apart from that, learning motivation and learning style together influence student learning achievement.    

This research focuses on developing a teaching module for poetry material with a contextual approach in the Independent Curriculum for class X students at SMK N 1 Percut Sei Tuan for the 2022/2023 academic year. The results of the author's interviews with several students at SMKN 1 Percut Sei Tuan show that students lack confidence in learning to write poetry, and students are even less interested in poetry material. This is proven by the level of student learning focus, namely only 40% of all students are focused during the teaching and learning process. Apart from that, the lack of references for vocabulary and ideas that will be expressed when learning to write poetry is also one of the obstacles experienced by students. The researcher took research samples from three classes, namely TKJ 1 with 32 students, TKJ 2 with 32 students, and TKJ 3 with 32 students, so the total sample was 96 people. The type of research carried out in this research uses the research and development (RnD) method. The validation results from material experts and design experts on the teaching materials developed show the "feasible" category. The feasibility percentage can be detailed in the form of material expert validation results, a percentage of 98%. Validation from design experts obtained a percentage of 83% which was categorized as very feasible.

Mycobacterium tuberculosis is a bacterium that causes the infectious disease pulmonary tuberculosis (TB). Bayongong District is ranked second in terms of TB cases found in Garut Regency. The involvement of adolescents in controlling TB disease is needed as an agent of change to increase early detection of TB in their family members. With early detection of TB disease, treatment can be started quickly and transmission can be controlled. To increase teenagers' knowledge and awareness of TB disease, it is necessary to provide education to teenagers, namely high school students in Bayongbong District, about the importance of recognizing symptoms, transmission, prevention and treatment, as well as laboratory examinations for TB disease. Education is carried out by presenting material related to TB disease. Apart from that, students were also shown a video on how to carry out a TB examination using BTA (Acid Fast Bacteria) staining and TCM (Rapid Molecular Test). Before and after education, each student received a questionnaire designed to measure their level of knowledge. After community service, education about TB disease among high school students resulted in an increased understanding of TB symptoms, transmission, prevention, treatment and examination.

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a crucial role in a country's economic growth. Therefore, lending to SMEs is an important element in supporting this sector. This study aims to evaluate bank performance in lending to SMEs, with a focus on efficiency, security and economic impact. This research methodology involves analyzing historical data from a number of banks that are active in supporting SMEs. Data includes the volume of credit disbursed, the interest rate applied, the credit approval process, and the non-performing loan ratio. Apart from that, the economic impact of credit provided to SMEs is also evaluated through business growth, job creation, and contribution to local GDP. The research results show variations in bank performance in lending to SMEs. Certain banks achieve high levels of efficiency in the credit approval and monitoring process, while others may face challenges in managing credit risk. The economic impact of credit to SMEs is positive, with significant business growth and job creation having a positive impact on the local economy.  

The application of an expert system (expert system) which is very useful for the wider community is certainly very much needed by society today. Apart from that, this development also supports various human activities. Expert systems are also able to make recommendations for a series of user actions. The aim of this research is to determine the development of expert systems in management information systems. The research method used in this research is a descriptive research method with theoretical studies, namely a method that discusses several possibilities for solving actual problems by collecting data, compiling or classifying them, analyzing and interpreting them with existing theories and comparing them from literature sources. The research results show the development of expert systems in management information systems, namely knowledge bases, inference engines, and user interfaces. It can be concluded that expert systems help work and technological progress more quickly and the decision-making process is based on existing information and facts. Expert systems have also been used in various fields, from medical, legal, to financial. In developing an expert system, it is necessary to increase the level of knowledge related to the latest technology and information. So you can utilize modern technology to complete work more effectively and efficiently.

Software architecture validation is the process of assessing whether a software architecture meets its intended requirements and goals. It is an important step in the software development process, as it can help to identify and address potential problems early on before they become more costly and difficult to fix. There are a variety of different methodologies that can be used to validate software architecture.
