The research explores the growing concern about the lack of ethical behavior and values globally and the need for moral education, particularly in the context of Islamic education. It focuses on Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Indonesia and its efforts to cultivate a moral culture among its students through its curriculum, pedagogy, and community engagement. The research aims to explore the ethical values emphasized in its education and compare the experiences of its students and alumni with those who have received a secular education. The research methodology involves a literature review to gather and analyze data from various sources. The study examines the role of curriculum and pedagogy in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah, emphasizing the integration of Islamic values into various subjects and the emphasis on character development. It also explores the school's community engagement efforts, including partnerships with families, religious leaders, and local institutions to reinforce ethical values. The text compares the experiences of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah students and alumni with those of secular education, highlighting differences.

This research is inspired by the statement that a good leader must always be able to motivate his subordinates in such a way that in carrying out their duties, teachers will have high work effectiveness and are expected to be able to produce satisfactory results, both for the madrasah and the teachers themselves. The research approach uses qualitative methods. The data collection techniques are participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research uses individual site and cross-site data analysis. The validity check of data is based on several criteria including: degree of trust, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of this research are: 1) The leadership of the madrasah headmaster in raising teachers’ awareness at MIN 9 and MIN 14 Blitar, is carried out by improving the performance of his personnel and by giving awards to subordinates. The head of the madrasah provides a role model and attention, supports welfare, sets a good example, and motivates subordinates. The head of the madrasah supports and appreciates the achievements of his subordinates. The madrasah principal also always tries to take a personal approach by building a good relationship. The setting of a calm and pleasant work atmosphere will increase teacher performance, apart from that, creating a conducive physical environment will increase the motivation of education staff in carrying out their duties. Teacher awareness to increase their ability results of winning national scale literacy competitions. 2) The leadership of the madrasah headmaster in upgrading the capacity of teachers at MIN 9 and MIN 14 Blitar is carried out by ensuring that teachers can professionally carry out their duties by participating in preparing lesson plans, selecting teachers who are competent in guiding students in self-development, providing explanation and motivation to subordinates about how to carry out tasks in the madrasah, informing instructions to subordinates to galvanize their abilities by forming a well-organized work team, arranging a regular learning schedule, and fulfilling school facilities and infrastructure that are adequate and meet standards so that cleanliness and the amenities of the school environment is always maintained. 3) The leadership of the madrasah headmaster in empowering teachers at MIN 9 and MIN 14 Blitar is carried out by inviting subordinates to improve teacher competence, motivating teachers to work, coordinating in terms of work results, always evaluating teacher activities, holding official meetings, providing motivation to teachers during official meetings, being an example by arriving earlier to school and motivating teachers to continue their studies. The madrasah headmaster strives to increase teacher empowerment by giving them duty and authority to oversee superior or extra-curricular programs in the form of arts, religion, scouting and sports.

In Regency Majalengka, West Java, this community service adopts the idea of business communication training for public perpetrators in Industry Small Intermediate (IKM). The goal of this activity is to increase the public's ability to rise beyond COVID-19 by teaching them more effective communication skills and how to perceive and analyze market trends. At this point, a lot of people are interested in learning about these topics. Method implementation activities take the form of seminars or workshops with around 49 participants over the course of a full day. Outcomes of the action In particular, society has developed the ability to do role-playing, commercial communication, and product interpretation in order to boost income.

Banyuanyar is a village in Banjarsari district, Surakarta. This district has Puskesmas as its role in public health of the first level with two buildings namely Banyuanyar and Source. The second-largest visit data available at Puskesmas Banyuanyar Physiotherapy Poli in 2023 was obtained from 104 patients and 11 patients in the last 1 month, which is knee osteoarthritis characterized by pain, stiffness in the knee joints so impaired day-to-day activity. The aim of this program is to help provide education and treatment as well as training in the case of knee osteoarthritis in order to reduce and prevent complaints felt worse. The method used for educational purposes is dissemination as well as providing leaflets to the Lansia Post Community at RW 14 Kelurahan Source City of Surakarta. To see the improvement in understanding, the authors using pre-test and post-test questionnaires obtained results that are significant improvements in the understanding of the physical therapy material with an average pre test score of 4,55 and an average post test rating of 95.45.

Based on data released by the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenpppa), the number of cases of Domestic Violence (KDRT) that occurred in Indonesia throughout 2020 was still very high. East Java ranks second highest after Central Java as the province with the most domestic violence cases throughout 2020, with 1,588 cases. This figure is obtained from the number of cases of domestic violence reported in all cities in East Java. Efforts to reduce the incidence of domestic violence are not enough just to take repressive actions against perpetrators of domestic violence. What is more important is preventive action to prevent the occurrence of domestic violence. One of the causes of domestic violence can occur is the lack of public knowledge about what is meant by domestic violence. Because there are still many cases of domestic violence that occur during this Covid-19 Pandemic. This is where the role of universities is expected to be able to provide knowledge to the community, not only for women or children, but also for men. One of the things that universities can do in providing knowledge to the community regarding domestic violence is by conducting socialization and legal counseling. The role of legal counseling can provide increased legal knowledge to community members in order to avoid violations of the law, especially Law Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence. Another benefit of legal counseling is that the community can play an active role directly with other communities to transmit or relay the relay to other members of the community such as within the family, neighbors, in the neighborhood associations and neighborhood associations in the East Java region. UMKM play an important role in the economy in Indonesia. UMKM can play a role in improving people's welfare as a means of equalizing the economic level of the common people, a means of alleviating poverty and a means of earning foreign exchange for the country. Despite the importance of the contribution of UMKM to the national economy, it turns out that this sector still has many problems, one of which is the weakness of UMKM in marketing their products. The purpose of community service is to provide assistance to UMKM related to the use of digital technology to increase product sales, especially to UMKM Eshan.id_. Ehsan.id_ UMKM is a business in the field of knitting handicrafts, which in 2022 has achieved an income target of only 63.05%, so it is necessary to determine the right strategy in marketing its products, such as through digital marketing. The assistance is intended so that UMKM can take advantage of social media to increase sales by creating social media content on Instagram and Tiktok. The result of this activity is the giving of meaning and philosophy to the logo to meet the requirements for making IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) and also a company profile that can be used by UMKM in conducting product marketing. In addition, UMKM owners also receive education regarding the theory of digital product marketing through social media that is effective and right on target

Community Reading Center (TBM) as a means for children to learn is one of the programs formulated by the government to build a learning community by increasing children's interest in reading. However, it isn’t all TBM are able to support this purpose due to existence of conditiions facing it, as experienced by TBM Al Bayun in Bandasari Village. Therefore, in the Unpad’s PKM (Integrated KKN-PPM) activity, it is generally intended to assist the village government in carrying out one of its tasks, while specifically intended to help the management of Al Bayun TBM to become a child learning facilities. The Model chosen for the implementation of its activities is the quadruple helix collaboration. While the method of activity is in the form of assistance, counseling to the community related to literacy, and technical guidance in managing TBM. PKM can be held as planned and generally, the set of activities in TBM management can be carried out properly. This is inseparable from the collaboration between the government, universities, publishing business actors, and civil society.  The four collaborating parties can play their respective roles so that the aims and objectives of PKM activities can be achieved. This success also shows that with collaboration, the problems faced are more likely to be handled and all limitations can be completed

This research applies a qualitative descriptive method with the aim of describing and analyzing the issues found. This qualitative approach is based on collecting primary and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation, while secondary data was obtained through books, previous research, and articles relevant to this research. The data source in this research is interview transcripts obtained from a number of respondents called research informants. The informants were selected based on a certain method because their abilities or positions were deemed to be able to describe the problem that would be the object of research. The informants for this research were four people consisting of one head of the human resources division and three non-human resources division staff. The main objective of this research is to understand the employee work environment at the Female Daily Network company, including what factors influence the employee work environment and how the Female Daily Network creates a positive work environment. The results of this research show that respondents responded to the questions asked by researchers regarding the work environment. When interviewed by researchers, employees revealed that they noted differences in room arrangements at Female Daily Network, which also led to a lack of a sense of togetherness between various departments. This indirectly hinders social interaction and communication between employees from different departments within the company. This finding is strengthened by interview results which show that when problems arise in an unhealthy work environment, differences in room arrangements are one of the factors that play a role. The different room arrangements are carried out with the aim of limiting interference between divisions, so that employees can focus more on carrying out their duties.

In the rapidly evolving era of digitalization, the roles of halal certification and digital marketing strategies are increasingly influencing consumer behavior and their demands for products and services. This article aims to unveil the pivotal roles of halal certification and digital marketing strategies in shaping consumer preferences in the digitalization era. Halal certification has become a crucial factor in meeting the needs of consumers who are becoming more conscious of religious and health aspects in their products and services. On the other hand, changes in technology and consumer behavior have opened new doors for digital marketing, especially through online platforms and social media. This article dissects how halal certification impacts consumer purchasing decisions in the digital environment and how digital marketing strategies can be employed to enhance awareness and understanding of halal products. By analyzing the impact of the combination of these two factors, this article provides deep insights into how the roles and interactions between halal certification and digital marketing strategies affect consumer demands in the current digitalization era. The findings of this research have significant implications for companies aiming to meet the diverse and discerning demands of consumers. With a better understanding of how halal certification and digital marketing can work together, companies can design more effective strategies to reach and retain consumer preferences in a competitive and ever-changing business environment.  

The contemporary state of Indonesian education grapples with challenges concerning educational quality. The zoning system stands as one policy initiative by the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) to ensure equitable access to educational services and an even dissemination of national education quality. This study aims to elucidate the impact of school zoning system policies and school culture on education quality, moderated through student motivation and achievement at Public schoolin Semarang City. A quantitative research approach was employed, involving 192 participants chosen through purposive sampling. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) was employed as the data analysis method. Findings of this study reveal that both the school zoning system and school culture exhibit a significant, positive influence on student motivation and academic achievement. Consequently, these factors culminate in the enhancement of education quality within public senior high schools located in Semarang City. In sum, the study underscores the critical role of the zoning system and school culture in shaping student motivation, achievement, and, subsequently, the overall quality of education within the realm of public senior high schools.

One of the development frameworks for North Minahasa to be more advanced is that the government continues to improve and improve programs on stunting prevention in North Minahasa Regency, because in the last 5 years the stunting prevalence rate in North Minahasa is quite high, even in 2018 North Minahasa Regency became a district. with the highest stunting rate in North Sulawesi reaching 35.44%. Therefore, the authors are interested in conducting research with the title " NORTH MINAHASA TOWARDS STUNTING FREE ".  This study aims to find out how or what efforts are made by the North Minahasa Regency Government specifically at the Health Office regarding the stunting prevention and prevention process in order to realize stunting-free North Minahasa 2022, as well as what factors are the obstacles in this stunting prevention process. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with an inductive approach. Data collection techniques used are through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and then drawing conclusions. Based on the analysis conducted by the researchers, the stunting management process in North Minahasa Regency so far has been going well. All of this cannot be separated from the important role of the Regent of North Minahasa, Mr. Joune J.E Ganda, who always supports and provides input as well as programs in the handling of stunting in North Minahasa in order to realize a stunting-free North Minahasa in 2022.      

Banking is a financial institution that plays an important role in a country’s economy. One of the current economic developments in Indonesia is the emergence of sharia-based financial institution, one of which is sharia banking. Like the function of banking itself, namely as an intermediary between people who need capital and people who have excess capital. One of sharia banking services is financing, namely the distribution of money by banks to costumers who need working capital. The bank provides capital to customers as business capital whose business result are calculated from the results according to the agreement. But in reality, it is not uncommon for customers to fail to pay for this financing. One of the reasons for the cessation of funding itself is the possibility of worsening business conditions. To minimize the risk of bad financing itself, banks must be able to make clear rules. In this article, Bank SUMUT Syariah Karya Rantau Prapat discusses various strategies for dealing with bad financing.

Nopi 'Sapa' 2023. Analysis of Consumer Behavior on Purchase Intention at the To'Pao Art Market. This research is to find out how to analyze consumer behavior towards buying interest in the to'pao art market. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research in which researchers develop consumer behavior towards buying interest at to'pao art markets. The results of this study indicate that there are several factors that influence buying interest in the to'pao art market, namely: 1. Cultural factors influence a person's purchasing decision to follow the customs of the community, or ethnic groups collect and wear when attending certain events. 2. Social factors influence the influence of reference groups, family, and roles and status to cause a person to make a purchase intention in order to gain recognition in society. 3. Personal factors are influential because work, age, and economic conditions encourage someone to make a purchase intention. 4. Psychological factors affect purchase intention through motivation, information, and influence from other people so that it automatically causes a positive perspective on an item.  

The world of knowledge and technology continues to develop rapidly, especially in the current digital era, which allows works that were previously in physical form to switch to digital form. This research aims to gain an understanding of the legal protection of copyrighted works in the digital era and the role of the government in dealing with the problem of copying copyrighted works. In this research, the juridical normative method is used; Copyright consists of moral and economic rights, and to use the economic rights of a work, the copyright holder must be permitted. Nevertheless, copyright laws need to be strengthened, especially to stop e-book piracy.

Abstract: Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a student learning process through various direct activities in the community, and students strive to be part of the community. Students have a strategic role as agents of change. Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a form of community service of higher education students in certain areas which is carried out in integrated groups between departments at Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin State Islamic University, Jambi. KKN activities are divided into 4, namely, training or debriefing, implementation activities at locations, reporting, and evaluation. The Community Service Program was held on July 5 - August 14 2023 in Ulak Banjir Rambahan Village, Tebo Ulu District, Tebo Regency by Command Post 41 Batch 1. The KKN program in Ulak Banjir Rambahan Village that is carried out is a program that can develop children's skills and achievements and can create a society that is prosperous, creative, compact, intelligent and comfortable in the form of kinship. We also hope that the knowledge that we have taught can be useful for young people and children and the people of Ulak Banjir Rambahan Village.

The Islamic Digital Economy (IDE) has emerged as a transformative force, unlocking new opportunities for sustainable development within the global Muslim community (Ummah). The IDE encompasses a wide array of digital technologies, including but not limited to fintech, e-commerce, blockchain, and artificial intelligence, all aligned with Islamic principles. By leveraging these technologies, the Ummah can foster economic growth, financial inclusion, and social development while adhering to ethical and Sharia-compliant practices. This paper delves into the key components of IDE, examining its role in promoting entrepreneurship, enhancing financial literacy, and fostering innovation within the Ummah. Moreover, it explores the potential of IDE to address societal challenges such as poverty, unemployment, and income inequality through inclusive and sustainable economic models. In addition, the paper highlights the importance of regulatory frameworks that support the growth of IDE, ensuring that it aligns with Islamic values and principles. It also underscores the need for educational initiatives to enhance digital literacy within the Ummah, empowering individuals to fully participate in the digital economy. Through a comprehensive analysis of the opportunities and challenges associated with IDE, this paper aims to provide insights for policymakers, businesses, and communities seeking to harness the full potential of the Islamic Digital Economy for the sustainable development of the Ummah. By embracing IDE, the Ummah can not only navigate the digital age successfully but also contribute to a more inclusive, ethical, and sustainable global economic landscape.

Bureaucratic reform is one of the government's efforts to realize good governance and carry out reforms and fundamental changes in the governance system, especially from the institutional (organizational) aspects, management and human resources apparatus. Bureaucratic reform is the basis for changes in the life of the nation and state. Through bureaucratic reform, the provision of an efficient and effective government management system can be carried out. Public service is a reflection of the bureaucratic condition of a region, because public service is directly related to the real needs of the community and the government's role is to provide the needs of the public service itself. The protection of women and children from acts of violence is part of the public services provided by the government for women and children victims of violence. Violence against women and children is one of the issues that is of concern to the government. There is a trend of increasing cases of violence against women and children. The increase in incidents of violence has provided a solid basis for the government and stakeholders to accelerate progress on reducing violence against women and children.Protection of women and children as part of public services carried out by the government in the implementation of bureaucratic reform is carried out according to applicable regulations, to optimize the function of services for protecting women and children, it is necessary to optimize the role of service implementers, implementing human resources who have competence, collaboration of all relevant stakeholders, preparing tools which will serve as a guideline and carry out monitoring and evaluation functions.

The aim of this research is to describe the role of village government in developing tourist villages. The village government formulates policies for village development and facilitates the development of tourist villages by utilizing village potential, especially natural recreation, water tourism and fishing in the Ngreneng Reservoir, Cemara Pitu hill, Greneng Peak, Nglawungan Durian Garden, Pak Nari Fruit Farm, Asri Gardens and Fruit Gardens. and recreational activities such as outbound, gatherings, activities in the field, group exercise and culinary delights at tourist locations. The village government ratifies the plan to develop a tourist village, forms a tourism management and clean water facilities, toilets and parking lots and creates public order at tourist sites.

Marketing in a company is a function that determines the company's success in making a profit. One activity that has an important role in marketing is the distribution of goods and services. Apart from that, determining prices is also important in increasing sales. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of distribution and price on increasing sales. This type of research is qualitative using a literature review method whose sources are obtained from the latest journals in the last 5 years. The results of this research are that distribution can increase product sales. Distribution plays an important role in determining the sales volume that a company can achieve. Price can influence increased sales. If the company is correct in determining the price of its product, it will have an impact on increasing sales of the product.  

This study aims to describe the strategy of a kindergarten principal in improving the quality of education, from a leadership perspective, the role of the principal towards teachers and the management of the principal in the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten for Al-Qur'an Education in Sentang, Kisaran Timur District, Asahan District.The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a qualitative descriptive approach. There were three subjects in this study, namely one school principal and two teaching teachers in the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten for Al-Quran Education. The data analysis technique used in this study is data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this study indicate that the strategy of a school principal is seen from three aspects, namely: 1) Principal leadership, the head of the Integrated Islamic Kindergarten for Al-Qur'an Education, becomes a leader by learning to understand and learning to act professionally by dedicating oneself and being loyal to the school. 2) The role of the principal towards teachers in improving quality, the principal refers to improving good communication with teachers, students and school members. Meet the needs of teachers, both in fulfilling teaching and learning facilities and infrastructure. 3) Management of the principal of the school, carrying out the preparation, implementation of a program of school activities that have been designed to achieve school program goals in accordance with the school's vision, mission and goals that have been set.
