Vermindo Utama Semarang has dozens of Salesmen and a leader. PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang carries out the process of buying and selling wholesale with various customers, the majority of whom are Pharmacies and supermarkets. In running its business, PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang still sells conventionally by using salesmen. And the marketing area still covers Central Java and East Java. Based on the problems above, the writer wants to propose a web-based booking system design to be considered in helping in the promotion of goods from PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang. Application Order System PT. Vermindo Utama Semarang by using PHP and MySql database. Making this application is expected to be one of the efforts that can be done to overcome the problems that often occur so as to increase the effectiveness of work which will certainly affect the quality of service to customers.

The purpose of this research is to produce tangible results in providing comfort or convenience in turning on or off the night life at home everyday, especially for people who forget to turn off the lights. The method used in making microcontroller-based home lighting control using an android smartphone is. This research method consists of several stages, analysis methods, design methods, implementation testing methods, and maintenance. The results achieved are improving the aspects of comfort and convenience for agencies, where this series of tools works after bluetooth devices are available on android smartphones. connected to a bluetooth module which is connected to the Arduino microcontroller. Basically, the principle of using this tool is that users must be able to operate a smartphone based on the Android operating system. The conclusion of this research is that the Arduino-based light control device using bluetooth can fulfill its function to control the lights properly and the device is designed to be minimalist and safety so it is safe to use.

ABSTRACT Quality of natural ventilation in low rise public housing in Jakarta tends to be low. Situation mentioned above presumably caused by several case, among other form and unadequate opening placement, unadequate furniture placement, form and orientation of public housing mass and minimum building protection from sun radiation. Whereas natural ventilation have an importent role in increasing indoor air quality, increasing occupant healthy and help increasing electricity consumption eficiency. The objective of this research is attempt solving natural ventilation problems in low rise public housing architecturally through designs that could used for occupant activity precisely and presenting good natural ventilation simultaneously so it can support occupant activity in public housing as efficiently, comfortable, healthy and secure. Research begins with conduct an observation towards existing public housing in Jakarta through interview, documentation of existing public housing condition and studying public housing designs through working documents and related standards. Collecting climate data especially wind velocity conducted to get illustration of condition that take place in definite period. Those data then analyzed to produce a model formula of public housing building that tested later with computer. The result of research show that the problems of natural ventilation in low rise public housing can be solved by accurately building design that can adapt with surrounding nature. Quite significant positive change occurs after modification does to the existing unit. Hopefully government through certain official can produce public housing design which more optimal, especially in natural ventilation. People also could knowing the caused of natural ventilation problems inside the room also could solving it by simply, efficiently and accurately through the result of this research. Some advantages occupant could gained are good and prevalent airflow inside the room, reducing air conditioning equipment utilization frequency, less maintenance cost and can it can works all the time.  Keywords: natural ventilation, sun radiation, electricity consumption efficiency, indoor air quality, low rise public housing, wind velocity

SMP Muhammadiyah Salatiga designing a Website which is also integrated with social networking is equipped with  several  facilities,  such  as  school  bulletin  board,  news,  articles,  schedule of  events,  photo  gallery,  downloadable content and web forums to provide convenience to members for sharing online. This  study  was  developed  using  the  method  of  system  development  Research  and  Developmnet  [1]  which consists  of:  Research  and  Information  Collection,  Planning,  Develop  Preliminary  Form  of  Product,  Preliminary  Field Testing,  Product  Revision  Main,  Main  Field  Testing,  Operational  Product  Revision,  Operational,  Field  Testing,  Final Product Revision, Dissemination and Implementation using the programming language PHP with MySQL database. The results showed that the system serves as a medium of information kominukasi with students, teachers, employees, alumni and the community as well as a media campaign.

The purpose of this research is to design goods sorting equipment automatically using ultrasonic sensors, load cell sensors. A valid arduino-based servo motor so that the prototype product sorting device automatically uses ultrasonic sensors and arduino-based load cell sensors can be received by PT Wahana Prestasi Logistik Semarang. The method used in this research is the Research and Development (R&D from Borg and Gall) research method. This research discusses about building a sorting device automatically using ultrasonic sensors, load cell sensors, servo motors, conveyors and arduino. The final product results obtained The prototype product is valid, proven from the ultrasonic sensor, the load cell sensor detects the height of the package, and the weight of the package, the tool will sort the items automatically and know the price to pay, then this prototype product has been declared good and accepted by the user (PT Wahana Semarang Logistics Achievement) through user validation,

Utilization of a mobile device with the Android operating system that is used as a supporting medium and supplement in improving learning outcomes combined with demonstration and discovery learning or demon-disco learning methods is needed to help students improve learning outcomes in vocational competence subjects in hydroponic crop cultivation in vocational high schools Kristen Terang Bangsa, because the use of android-based applications can provide new experiences regarding the use of information and communication technology, as well as provide opportunities for students to be able to learn more independently. The concept chosen as a learning media is to explain the material about understanding, introduction of parts, types, and quiz containing questions about hydroponic plant cultivation. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 stages research that is the potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement, product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media in the form of Android-based applications. The validity value of media experts is 2.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.6 which is declared feasible, and is able to increase the average value in the subject of vocational competence in hydroponic cultivation in Christian Terang Bangsa Vocational Schools which initially 67 (with 13 students who had not yet reached KKM) to 80 (with 4 students who had not yet reached KKM).

This research generally aims to design a system that can overcome the problem at Wisma Menoreh Sampangan Hotel Semarang. In addition to the process of using bathroom equipment, a gas controller is needed in the bathroom, especially the ammonia and other gas levels in the bathroom . The bathroom control system at the Wisma Menoreh Sampangan Hotel in Semarang is currently considered ineffective, in the use of the bathroom equipment to hotel guests and hotel staff.The research method that I use is a Research and Development (R&D) research method that goes through stages of preliminary studies, planning, product development, testing, product design, product revision, and product testing. This system is made with the Arduino programming language. Based on the analysis, the ammonia gas detector in the Arduino-based bathroom can overcome the existing problems and help the hotel in controlling the bathroom, both to guests and hotel staff effectively and efficiently, as well as making it easier to manage bathroom rooms in the Hotel Wisma Menoreh Sampangan Semarang.

Rapid technological advances have a strong influence on various fields of life, one of which is the field of education. In the field of computer education is a familiar tool for use in the learning process. An educational institution such as a school certainly needs a learning medium as one of the methods in the teaching and learning process. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon is one of the educational institutions that always strives to improve quality both in terms of achievement and service. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon needs a learning media that can support the learning process to improve student performance that is still lacking, especially in science subjects. The solution offered in this study is a learning media with self direct learning method that makes it easy for users to understand the material being studied. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media with the method of self-direct learning. As for the validity value of the media expert at 2.7 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.4 which is declared feasible, and increases the average grade of the class of students 4 SD is 12% from the initial average score of 71 to 83.56.

The development of technology is now something that is universal and can be utilized in various human lives. One of them is in business. In this era, it is undeniable that a computer is a component that must be owned by a company in running its business, in order to assist in processing data and help improve the quality of work and quality of service. In this case, Eka Jaya Electronics Shop is used as a place of research, because in this place the system is still manual and not well managed, so that errors often occur in making reports and in processing stock. The purpose of this study is to provide convenience when processing sales, purchasing, product data, supplier data and customer data, minimizing errors in recording. The research method used in this study is to use the R & D (Research and Development) method. This method is used to produce a certain product that is analytical and its effectiveness can be tested so it can be used in the wider community. In designing the system tools used are Flowcharts, Entity Relationship Diagrams and Context Diagrams, while for data collection using observation, interviews, and literature study. Database application development tools using MySQL and programming languages ​​using Visual Basic 6.0. SP-Plast screen printing is a company engaged in the field of printing that uses tools or screen printing media. Company profile is a promotional media that can be used to support promotions that already exist on screen printing SP-Plast. Based on sales data available on SP-Plast screen printing, there was a decrease in the number of sales from March - May 2017. SP-Plast screen printing requires a media to help more attractive promotions to attract clients and keep customers from switching to other companies without eliminating the previous promotional media, namely with an interactive multimedia company profile. Company profile can be used to improve the presentation of company identity which was previously still in the form of print media, namely banners and business cards. The results of this design in the form of an interactive multimedia-based company profile that contains the history, vision & mission, screen printing production processes, contacts, and addresses SP-Plast screen printing. The results of this study are based on the validation test assessment of users is 3.13. These criteria are in the range of 2.51 - 3.25 which is included in the effective category, so this company profile tool can be said to be feasible.

This study aims to design learning media that can increase enthusiasm, motivation and understanding of students towards Javanese script material, as well as media that can be used by teachers in learning Javanese language learning activities by reading Javanese characters and their partners. The method used by researchers is the R&D (Research and Development) method while the method used in the development of instructional media is the waterfall method. The material presented in the Javanese script learning media are (1) Introduction of Javanese script, (2) Sandhangan, (3) Couples, (4) Swara script, (5) Wilangan. In making learning media researchers used Adobe Flash CS6 software, CorelDraw X5, Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Adobe audition CS6, with the final product being an interactive CD (Compact Disk). Validation test from material experts and media experts got the criteria of "good" - "very good", while the results of the final product trial evaluation with 52 students stated "agreeing" - "strongly agreeing" with the use of Javanese script learning media. thus the Javanese alphabet learning media on elementary students of Muhammadiyah Weleri was declared feasible to be used in learning activities to read and understand Javanese script.

Multimedia-based learning media is a method of learning that can interact with its users besides having animated explanations of material. The problem at SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus about learning mechanical engineering drawings using AutoCAD is the difficulty of understanding the tools in the AutoCAD application, it becomes unattractive and difficult to understand the material in the teaching and learning process. The purpose of this research is to create an interactive learning media for machine engineering drawings using AutoCAD semesters I and II as media to assist student learning processes, providing alternative learning media to help teachers choose the right learning model for students. This type of research method uses the R&D method, the methods used include descriptive, evaluative and experimental methods. Descriptive method is used to collect data about existing conditions, evaluative methods are used to evaluate the trial process of developing a product and the experimental method is used to test the efficacy of the product produced. The results of this study are application programs, applications that have been designed can be used as an alternative to solving problems in SMK Wisudha Karya Kudus. By using electronic media in learning media, the benefits of creating alternative solutions from existing problems, namely in the form of Machine Engineering Image Learning Application, are able to provide complete video tutorials according to the basic competencies that the authors take from the source of mechanical engineering drawing books.

One institution that requires an accounting information system and budget plan is an educational institution. Education funding includes all expenditures that have been budgeted through the School Income and Expense Plan (RAPBS) or School Budget Activity Plan (RKAS) to support the process of providing education in the form of services or goods. Madrasah Aliyah Sabilul Ulum has a duty to manage finances based on financial management principles so that the money in circulation can be utilized optimally. Break even point is the point where total income equals total cost or the point where profit equals zero. The computer-based accounting information system that is designed includes account data recording, student data recording, accounting transaction records, cost classifications, BEP calculations, income budgets, account data reports, general journals, financial accountability reports, expense classification reports, BEP reports, income budget reports and school budget plans.

This community service aims to (1) provide understanding in the preparation of learning tools that are integrated with environmental education, (2) socialize innovative programs as an effort to realize the school’s cares and cultured environment, and (3) inculcate the attitude of environmental concern and scientific attitude to students of elementary school. The place of the community service is done in SDN Prawit I No. 69 Surakarta. Methods of implementation of community service include: (1) the approach method undertaken from the survey, licensing and motivation stages for the teacher to be trained (2) the method of program implementation, including the preliminary stage, the socialization and audience stage, the implementation stage and the final evaluation stage. The expected output targets is the teacher who attended this training is able to arrange learning tools and able to realize the program to the school’s cares and cultured environment. The resulting output is educational environment-oriented learning tools, Green Club's extracurricular design, implementation program in realizing a caring and cultured school environment, and publication of community service articles in scientific journals. Based on the dedication that has been done, the teachers feel interested and start designing environmentally oriented learning tools, schools have implemented clean and healthy life behaviour, and start running programs to adiwiyata school.Keywords: Environmental Concern Attitude, Scientific Attitude, School’s Care and Cultured Environment.

Phlebitis is inflammation that occurs in the endothelial wall in the tunic intima caused by mechanical and chemical irritation from the administration of infusion therapy. Compress using normal salin liquid 0.9% can improve the anti-inflammatory response and can facilitate the flow of blood circulation to the area of ??phlebitis injury so that it can accelerate wound healing. The purpose of this case study is to analyze the application of compresses using normal salin liquid 0.9% to the incidence of phlebitis in the Hospital grade III 04.06.02 Bhakti Wira Tamtama Semarang. This type of case study design belongs to a descriptive study using a case study approach method. The subjects in this case study used two patients who were infused and had phlebitis marks VIP scores degree of phlebitis 1-4. Analysis of the degree of phlebitis experienced was carried out by observation and measured through assessment of degrees using VIP Score (Visual Infusion Score) which is a score of 0-5. The compression using normal salin liquid 0.9% in phlebitis patients were for 2 days, for each day compress 3 times, in 1 time compress for 30 minutes. The results of the case studies were found in subjects I and subject II, each of the VIP scores of the degree of phlebitis 3 (erythema, pain, swelling along the cannula), each VIP score of phlebitis 0 (no phlebitis). It is suggested to Hospital grade III 04.06.02 Bhakti Wira Tamtama Semarang to be taken into consideration in nursing care interventions in the handling of nonpharmacological phlebitis so that no further complications occur.

Sari ubi jalar yang mengandung senyawa antioksidan dan ditambahkan kultur bakteri probiotikmenghasilkan produk pangan fungsional untuk menjaga kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan, yaitu: 1)Mengetahui komposisi optimum formula minuman sinbiotik yang dihasilkan; 2) Mengetahui pengaruhsubstitusi rasio susu skim dan sari ubi jalar (1:3, 1:1 dan 3:1) dan penambahan konsentrasi (2%, 3% dan4%) terhadap sifat fisik, mikrobiologi, kimia dan sensori minuman sinbiotik yang dihasilkan sehinggamenghasilkan produk minuman sinbiotik terpilih. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Response SurfaceMethodology (RSM) pada perangkat lunak Design Expert v.9.06. Minuman sinbiotik dengan formula terbaikyaitu persentase Lactobacillus casei 2% dan perbandingan sari ubi jalar : susu skim (3:1) Memiliki hasilnilai pH 5,6, total padatan terlarut 26o Brix, total probiotik 1,56x 109 CFU, ketahanan terhadap pH rendah337,4 %. Viabilitas minuman sinbiotik dengan formula terbaik menunjukkan penurunan dari 1,56x 109 CFUmenjadi 6,3,2x108CFU pada minggu ke tiga. Jumlah total BAL pada penelitian ini sudah memenuhi syaratsebagai minuman fungsional pada SNI yogurt yaitu SNI (2981:2009) sebesar 1x107 CFU dan masih dapatdikonsumsi. Karakteristik sensoris berwarna coklat, viskositas sedikit kental, rasa enak dan tingkat kesukaan(overall) disukai.Kata kunci : Formulasi, Lactobacillus casei, minuman sinbiotik, ubi jalar

Tempe is a traditional fermented food usually made from soybeans by Rhizopus sp. Recents publicationsmentioned that the major component was dietary fiber. One which has the capacity to lowering blood cholesterollevel. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of tempe diet on the lipid profile and cholesterolexcretion in rats. 45 male Sprague Dawley rats were used and divided into 3 groups of 15. Each group were fedan isocaloric and isoprotein diet contained different proportion of tempe (0%, 10%,20%,30% and 40%) for 4weeks. This experiment used completely randomized design.The result showed that tempe diet significantly reduced total cholesterol (12%), LDL-cholesterol (50%) andtriglyceride (50,36%) and increased HDL resulted in the higher cholesterol faeces excretion with were maximumvalue 11,9 mg/g (40% tempe) compared 5,4 mg/g (standar diet).Keywords: Tempe, diet, lipid profile, cholesterol excretion.

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya Pengaruh “PenerapanMetode Debat Aktif Berbasis Pendidikan Karakter Terhadap Prestasi BelajarPPKn Kelas VIII di SMP N 23 Surakarta 2016/2017. Jenis penelitian yangdigunakan adalah Penelitian kuantitatif eksperimen dengan desain pretest postesgroup design. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII G sebagai kelaskontrol yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional dan H sebagai kelaseksperimen, yang menggunakan pembelajaran metode debat aktif berbasispendidikan karakter. yang masing masing kelas berjumlah 34 siswa. Penelitian inidilakukan dua kali pertemuan setiap kelas, dan diberikan pretest dan postest untukmengukurnya. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi,dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji t test.Hasilpenelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan metode debat aktif pada hasil belajarsiswa pada kelompok eksperimen rata-rata 63,53, pada kelompok kontrol rata-rata64,56. Nilai p =0,651 (p>0,05 Data posttest hasil belajar siswa pada kelompokeksperimen rata-rata 87.79,. Pada kelompok kontrol rata-rata 74.56. Nilai p=0,000 (p<0,05). Data selisih pretest-posttest hasil belajar siswa pada kelompokeksperimen rata-rata 24.26, pada kelompok kontrol rata-rata 10.00. Nilai p =0,000(p<0,05), yang berarti bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajarsiswa sesudah perlakuan, dimana diketahui bahwa kelompok eksperimen (metodedebat aktif berbasis pendidikan karakter) mendapatkan peningkatan hasil belajaryang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Dengan demikian ada“Pengaruh Metode Debat Aktif Berbasis Pendidikan Karakter EfektifMeningkatkan Prestasi Belajar PPKn Kelas VIII di SMP N 23”.Kata Kunci : Metode Debat Aktif, Pendidikan Karakter, Prestasi Belajar, PPKn.

This study aims to design learning media that can increase enthusiasm, motivation, and understanding of students, and can facilitate teachers in learning Javanese subjects with material listening to the Werkudara puppet story. The method used in research is R&D (Research and Development) while the method used in the development of instructional media is the waterfall method. The story developed is a story with the title (1) Butcher Bilawa, (2) Bima Bungkus, and (3) Bima Suci. To produce a learning media researchers use a design processing program including; Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe After Effects CS6, Adobe Audition CS6, Pinnacle Studio 16, Adobe Flash CS6 with the final product in the form of an interactive CD. The results of the assessment by media experts and material experts, get the criteria value "quite good" - "very good" and tend to approach the criteria of "very good", while the results of the final product trial evaluation by students shows that all students totaling 23 children "agree" - "strongly agree" and approach the "strongly agree" category with the use of developed learning media. Thus the learning media for puppet story animation was declared feasible to facilitate learning activities in Javanese subjects to listen to the Werkudara puppet story in fifth grade students of Kutosari 02 State Elementary School.

In order to increase student interest in learning, increase grades and facilitate the understanding of biology subjects on the material of the human excretion system class XI Science. From a number of smarphone users in Indonesia, it turns out that most of the people are only intended for telephone, short message service (SMS), playing songs / videos, accessing social networks (facebook, twiter, BBM, Line, WhatsApp) and many playing games including students in high school. Negeri 2 Mranggen. The author uses data collection research methods including observation, interviews, questionnaires, R&D product development methods, prototype methods and object-oriented approaches. The equipment used in designing this system uses UML modeling. Use Case Diagrams include, Activity Diagrams, Class Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams and the software used by the author is Android Development Tools (ADT) and MySQL as a database. Mobile learning media application is expected to help facilitate the needs of students to learn the material of the human excretion system online at any time without any place and time restrictions.
