In response to the increasing competition within the telecommunications industry, PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional III faces the challenge of maintaining its competitive advantage and fostering customer loyalty. This study aims to analyze the application of Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) by PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional III in enhancing the company’s competitiveness while simultaneously strengthening customer loyalty. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional III has effectively implemented essential IMC elements, including advertising, sales promotions, digital marketing, personal selling, and public relations. These strategies have proven to be effective in increasing customer awareness of services, reinforcing long-term relationships, and supporting the company’s competitive positioning in the market.

Culture is the main foundation that becomes strength and stability for society, because it contains values, norms, and traditions that form a collective identity. From the perspective of Islamic Religious Education (PAI), culture is seen as a strategic means to internalize Islamic values that support the creation of social and spiritual harmony. PAI plays a role in combining religious values with local cultural elements to build a society with character, ethics, and justice. In this context, culture is not only a heritage, but also a learning medium to strengthen solidarity, increase awareness of the importance of diversity, and maintain social stability. Thus, the synergy between culture and Islamic Religious Education is able to create a society that is based on noble values and resistant to the challenges of the times.  

The purpose of this research is to create an ontological framework of Islamic economics with tawhid and caliphate as its philosophical and theological pillars. Islamic economic ontology integrates moral and spiritual elements into the economic system and describes economic reality according to Islamic teachings. The study, which used the literature research method, found that caliphate leadership emphasizes human responsibility in managing natural resources in a just and sustainable way, while the concept of tawhid serves as a theological foundation that places Allah at the center of all economic activities. When these two ideas are combined, it results in a comprehensive strategy that prioritizes material, social, and spiritual well-being. It is hoped that the ontological framework put forward in this study will serve as a roadmap for creating an economic structure that is not only effective but also socially just and consistent with Islamic principles.

Entrepreneurship development not only benefits individuals in making changes and improving their quality of life, but also brings positive impacts to society and the economy as a whole. The goal of the community service conducted through these workshops and mentoring activities is to enable participants to succeed as entrepreneurs by optimizing resources to the fullest in running their businesses. The method of implementing the activities is through training and the application of entrepreneurial motivation and 11 practical steps that must be taken to start a business. The results of this workshop and mentoring activities show that many young entrepreneurs still need to learn and must pay attention to the two elements mentioned above. Motivation in entrepreneurship is necessary to develop abilities and skills, encourage commitment to achieving goals, while the 11 practical things must be applied by young entrepreneurs to become successful entrepreneurs.

The rampant corruption that continues to be demonstrated by public officials makes it seem as if the law has run out of ways to overcome it. And corruption is a type of crime that is only committed by people who have high intellectual capacity and ability. They continue to try how to avoid corruption crimes, so one of the methods they use is the pattern of giving gifts which is actually intended as a form of bribery. This study analyzes the concept of bribery and gratification and the parameters that differentiate between the two as regulated in several Articles of the Corruption Eradication Law. This involves the application of normative legal research supported by court decisions to clarify the differences. The results of this study indicate that bribery requires a meeting of minds between the bribe giver and the bribe recipient which is not found in the decision . The reporting mechanism and reversal of the burden of proof do not apply to bribery while the sting operation does not apply to gratification because it cannot meet the provisions of Article 1 number 19 of the Criminal Procedure Code. Criminal sanctions are also imposed on both the giver and the recipient of the bribe, while the act of the giver of gratification is not a criminal act. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method to explore the potential of Lake Toba as an open-ended material in learning Indonesian for Foreign Speakers (BIPA). The research findings show that the geographical uniqueness of Lake Toba as a tourist destination offers opportunities for enriching relevant vocabulary for BIPA learners. In addition, the cultural elements typical of Lake Toba, such as traditions, arts, and customs, are rich learning resources in supporting language and culture teaching simultaneously. To maximize this potential, teaching materials are developed through interactive modules, learning videos, and virtual tours that present an immersive learning experience. This approach not only improves learners' language skills but also creates a deep emotional connection with the material, because learners can experience the beauty of Indonesian culture directly through the media provided.

This article investigates the use of mood, atmosphere, and tone in F. Scott Fitzgerald's novel The Great Gatsby, as well as the socio-economic issues discussed therein, including gender, race, and social class. This research also investigates how Fitzgerald uses these narrative elements to criticize the American Dream and emphasize social inequality in the United States during the Jazz era. This novel tells of the sadness, emptiness, and dissatisfaction hidden behind the outer luxury and glamour. The results of the analysis show that The Great Gatsby shows a sharp criticism of socio-economic injustice and unrealistic expectations in society at that time. These things are still relevant for today's society

The purpose of this study is to examine how students in the 2022–2024 cohorts of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) at Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ) use financial technology features and financial literacy when deciding whether to use digital banking services. Eighty active SeaBank users participated in this study, which uses a quantitative methodology. Multiple regression techniques were used to evaluate the data. With a coefficient value of 0.872, the results show that financial literacy significantly influences usage decisions, while SeaBank's financial technology elements significantly influence usage decisions as well (coefficient value of 0.346). These results show that increasing financial literacy among students and making the most of financial technology features can boost young users' acceptance of digital banking services. The goal of this study is to support the present era's digital financial transformation by providing useful insights for creating marketing strategies and financial education in digital banking.

The presence of the State Administrative Courts Judiciary as an administrative law enforcement institution for justice seekers, often encounter obstacles to the implementation/execution of judgments. The decision in question is in the context of the fictitious lawsuit is negative where the nature of the decision is already in Kracht. Against the verdict that already in kracht, State Administrative Courts officials as the losing party often do not want to comply with the content decision from the judges of the State Administrative Court. This can be caused by several factors such as The implementation of the execution arrangement is not clear, then the presence of administrative efforts that are felt is still not effective in creating a deterrent effect, as well as a lack of awareness from State Administrative Courts officials who losing and not wanting to comply with the order of the State Administrative Courts decision is the main obstacle. Problem is the lack of awareness of the obedient attitude can be due to the nature of the State Administrative Courts decision, which is basically upholding self-respect from the losing party. The act of not complying with the content State Administrative Courts decision can be included in the elements of the Contempt of Court act that is regulated in Law Number 14 of 1985 jo Law Number 5 of 2004 concerning Supreme Court. This can certainly have implications for the possibility of criminalization of officials State Administrative Courts for the consequences of the non-compliance.

Through this wordwall-based learning media, it is hoped that students will find it easier to remember and understand important elements in the story material, and this media creates a more interesting learning atmosphere, students measure their understanding in real time through educational game quizzes.

This research aims to explore the effectiveness of human resource risk management in dealing with employee data security risks in the technology sector. Given the increasing threats to information security, especially in today's digital age, this research uses a qualitative approach with systematic literature analysis of various related articles and studies. The results show that the existence of clear security policies and procedures, regular employee training, the use of appropriate technology, and an organizational culture that supports information security are key factors that influence the effectiveness of risk management. In addition, evaluation and gathering feedback from employees are important elements in adjusting policies to meet evolving security challenges. This research provides recommendations for companies in the technology sector to improve their risk management systems through the integration of comprehensive policies, effective training programs, and the implementation of advanced technology, in order to protect employee data and increase trust within the organization.

One aspect that urgently needs to be addressed in the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum (IKM) is the issue of leadership and decision effective, efficien, requires the togetherness of all elements of teachers and educational staff. School Leadership Workshop 1, was held making which has impact on students. A leadership model that is in May 2024, at SMP Negeri 1 Sooko, Kab. Mojokerto. The formulation of the problem solved in this PKM (community service) activity is how to develop the potential of School Principals, School Supervisors and teacher educators in making decisions as leaders effectively, through leadership workshops. Learning objectives are prepared by each educational unit with local content that has meaning given the environmental conditions. The goal to be achieved from this activity is the transformation of the 'classical' education process into meaningful and contextual education during Sekolah Penggerak. In this change, adequate coaching capabilities are needed from teachers and school principals, so they can provide more positive approach to students. The methods used in this activity are lectures and discussions, online training, in-house training in each educational unit through PMM, followed by a mentoring process over a period of 1 year, then full implementation in each educational unit.

This study aims to describe and analyze the movement structure of the Sepen Dentok Dance in the Kundor Flower Studio, Batu Penyu Village, Gantung District, East Belitung Regency. This research is a qualitative research. The object of the research is the Sepen Dentok Dance at the Kundor Flower Studio, Batu Penyu Village, Gantung District, East Belitung Regency. The types of data are primary data and secondary data. Supporting instruments used are stationery, and cameras. The steps of analyzing data are collecting data, describing the data and inferring the data. Data collection techniques are carried out through literature studies, observations, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the relationship between the basic elements of the Sepen Penyok dance movement has basic elements related to the attitude and movement of the head, body, hands and feet. From the relationship system of the basic elements produce the forms of motifs. The hierarchical relationship system contained in the Sepen Penyok dance consists of 36 motifs, 15 phrases, 5 sentences, and 1 group. The Sepen Dentok Dance includes a syntagmatic relationship system, a relationship system that is like a link that cannot be separated or reversed between one and the other.

Visual design at the HKBP Tapian Nauli Church plays an important role in providing counseling to young people. The message conveyed tends to be more effective if the design elements are adjusted to the preferences of the young audience, such as the use of modern colors and typography. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that design has a strategic role in religious counseling at the HKBP Tapian Nauli Church, especially in conveying messages to young people. Design is used as a supporting media that not only attracts attention but also helps clarify the religious values ​​that are to be conveyed.

Based on Article 351 (Paragraph 1) of the Criminal Code on ordinary persecution where in this article persecution is divided into three parts, namely ordinary, mild and severe persecution as in the case that I took to make this thesis with case number 2/Pid.B/2019/PN. In this case, the panel of judges sentenced the perpetrator of persecution to 10 months imprisonment, while the sentence that should have been imposed on the perpetrator of ordinary persecution was 2 years and 8 months by considering various kinds of evidence and factors of persecution, This study aims to analyze cases of persecution that refer to Article 351 of the Criminal Code (KUHP) in Indonesia.  In this analysis, we identify the elements necessary to determine whether an act can be classified as maltreatment under Article 351 of the Criminal Code.  This research involves a case study and analysis of the Depok district court decision, as well as referring to applicable laws and regulations.  The results of this analysis may provide a better understanding of the application of Article 351 of the Criminal Code in cases of maltreatment and its implications for the criminal justice system in Indonesia.   Keywords: Maltreatment under Article 351 of the Penal Code

This paper presents the design and implementation of an automatic Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) making device using an Arduino Uno microcontroller. Virgin Coconut Oil has gained popularity due to its health benefits and versatile uses in various industries. The traditional process of making VCO involves manual effort and precise timing, which can be tedious and inconsistent. The proposed automated system aims to streamline the VCO production process by integrating sensors, actuators, and a microcontroller to achieve precise control and monitoring of the process variables. The Arduino Uno microcontroller serves as the central unit for data acquisition, processing, and control, facilitating automation through programmed logic. Key components of the automated VCO maker include temperature sensors for monitoring heating stages, a motor for stirring, and relays for controlling heating elements. The system utilizes feedback loops to maintain optimal conditions during each phase of VCO production, ensuring reproducibility and quality. The design also emphasizes user-friendly operation, with an interface that provides real-time feedback on process parameters and allows manual intervention if necessary. Safety features are incorporated to prevent overheating and ensure operational reliability. Overall, the developed automatic VCO maker offers a practical solution to enhance the efficiency and consistency of VCO production, catering to both small-scale producers and commercial enterprises in the food and cosmetic industries

This research aims to analyze the role of economics and business in the context of sustainable development using a stakeholder approach. In facing complex global economic challenges, collaboration between various stakeholders—including government, the private sector, and society—has become critical to creating solutions that are effective and responsive to society's needs. The research method applied is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through in-depth interviews and participant observation in locations with significant economic activity. The research results show that synergy between stakeholders has a big influence on local economic development. This research identifies key factors such as effective communication and trust as important elements in collaboration. It is hoped that these findings will provide insight for policy makers and business people in formulating more inclusive and sustainable development strategies.

The Great Mosque of Demak is one of the oldest mosques on the island of Java, this mosque was built in the 15th century AD, with a unique architectural style that reflects the acculturation of Hindu-Javanese culture in harmony with Islamic principles. In writing this article, the author uses a qualitative approach method with a descriptive method. This approach was chosen to deeply understand the phenomenon of the form and space of the architecture of the Great Mosque of Demak through direct observation and data analysis. The acculturation of Hindu-Buddhist culture seen in the Great Mosque of Demak is found in the use of the tumpeng concept on its roof which is similar to the shape of a Hindu-Buddhist temple and also the shape of the pillars and the structure of the room are inspired by the Hindu-Buddhist pendopo architecture. Acculturation of Javanese culture is also applied to its roof which is in the form of a three-tiered pyramid, the use of wood as a building material, four main pillars (Saka Guru), Bulus ornaments, and Tajug typology. The Great Mosque of Demak is one of the most prominent examples of cultural and architectural acculturation in Indonesia. This mosque has succeeded in uniting local Javanese elements with Islamic traditions, creating a unique and meaningful building.

Along with the rapid advances in technology and digitalization in the era of globalization, companies are required to adapt in various operational aspects, including the employee recruitment process. This research aims to analyze the impact of digital e-recruitment and human resource management (HRM) on the level of job satisfaction of new employees in companies that have implemented a structured digital recruitment and HRM system. By using a quantitative approach and involving 100 new employee respondents, the research results show that digital e-recruitment has a positive influence on job satisfaction, with a path coefficient of 0.213. Meanwhile, HRM provides a more significant influence with a path coefficient of 0.497. These findings indicate that the application of these two elements can increase new employee job satisfaction, and has the potential to increase company performance and productivity.
