The optimization of ship crew changes and Maritime Employment Agreement (MEA) contracts implementation is a crucial challenge in the shipping industry. This abstract details a holistic approach to understanding the constraints, optimization strategies, and impacts associated with crew changes and MEA implementation. The literature review highlights constraints such as uncertainty in policy changes, bureaucratic obstacles, and resistance to change. To address these constraints, optimization strategies involve technology integration, risk management, enhanced communication, transparency in MEA, and investment in training and development. The positive impacts of optimization include improved operational efficiency, crew welfare, company reputation, onboard safety, and harmonious relationships. These strategies are expected to provide guidance for shipping companies to overcome challenges and improve the implementation of crew changes and MEA, creating a more efficient, stable, and sustainable shipping industry.

This study aims to analyze the efficiency of sharia operations in the hotel industry by using sharia operational management approach in the check-in and check-out process. Operational efficiency is a key factor in the success of a hospitality business, and with the Islamic operational management approach, aspects of sharia are also integrated into operational processes.The research method used in this study is descriptive analysis by collecting data from various sources, including literature studies, field observations, and interviews with hotel managers who apply Islamic operational principles. The collected data was analyzed using a qualitative approach to gain deep insight into the operational efficiency of Sharia. The results of the analysis show that the application of sharia operational management in the check-in and check-out process can improve operational efficiency in the hotel industry. Some of the measures taken include the use of technology to speed up the check-in process, staff training in terms of friendly and efficient service in accordance with sharia principles, and the implementation of policies that promote integrity and transparency.In conclusion, the Islamic operational management approach can provide great benefits for the hotel industry in achieving operational efficiency. By paying attention to sharia aspects in the check-in and check-out process, the hotel can meet the needs of guests who want services that are in accordance with sharia values. In addition, the use of technology and proper staff training also play an important role in improving overall operational efficiency.

This study focuses on the management of gear pump maintenance on KM Kelimutu ship. Data collection methods are used to identify and investigate the causes of damage that occur in the gear pump. The required maintenance and repair actions are determined based on the analysis results. The process of managing maintenance involves several important steps. First, planning is carried out to determine the planned maintenance actions. Subsequently, organization is conducted by appointing responsible personnel and coordinating with relevant parties to minimize disruptions to the maintenance of equipment and other machinery on the ship. Furthermore, actuating involves efforts to ensure that all human resources work according to their tasks, functions, and competencies in order to achieve company goals. Finally, control is implemented through supervision of each job performed to identify and rectify any potential errors. The results of this study provide insights into the importance of gear pump maintenance and effective strategies in managing the maintenance process. By implementing the appropriate steps, it is expected to enhance the performance of the gear pump, extend its service life, and optimize operational efficiency in the industry.

The application of responsibility accounting has a very important role, with the aim of evaluating work results and generating feedback so that future cooperative operations can be better. Accountability accounting can help assess financial performance so that the proper use and use of financial resources can be identified. With performance appraisal it can be known the condition of the cooperative in evaluating the results of activities so that it can be used to measure success in KUD Tani Wilis. This study aims to determine the application of profit center responsibility accounting in assessing financial performance. In this study the data used are primary data in the form of an overview, vision and mission, as well as cooperative organizational structure, and secondary data in the form of profit center accountability reports. Sources of data collection in the form of interviews and documentation with quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the application of responsibility accounting in KUD Tani Wilis is inadequate because it is not fully in accordance with the requirements of responsibility accounting. The results of financial performance in terms of profit center based on the analysis of Gross Profit Margin, Operating Profit Margin, and Net Profit Margin show unfavorable financial performance results. Cooperatives need to implement responsibility accounting in accordance with responsibility accounting requirements by separating controllable and uncontrollable costs, as well as providing account codes for these accounts in the accountability report so that it makes it easier for cooperative managers to control costs and see who is responsible if irregularities occur. Cooperatives must also pay more attention to the increase in cost of goods sold, and minimize production costs and operational costs as well as optimize sales/revenues and evaluate business costs or operational costs, so as to increase profits. By evaluating business costs or operational costs carried out by cooperatives in an effort to increase efficiency where economic resources can be used effectively so that costs are not wasted so that the profits obtained are more optimal and can improve the financial performance of cooperatives.

This study uses a financial ratio approach to examine the financial performance of Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk. This research is a quantitative descriptive study that uses financial data from businesses for two years between 2021 and 2022. Liquidity ratios, solvency ratios, profitability ratios, and activity ratios are all included in the financial ratio method. Based on the research results, it can be interpreted that the financial performance of Tri Banyan Tirta Tbk has decreased during the study period. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to improve financial performance by implementing effective and efficient business strategies and good risk management. In addition, the company also needs to improve operational performance and efficiency in the use of assets to develop the business in a sustainable manner in the future.

The layout of the production department at CV. ESA has problems in terms of the distance of moving the cutting results to the installation of the frame which is less efficient. The purpose of the study is to find out and redesign a good production facility layout so that it can minimize the distance and cost of material handling at CV. ESA Banyuwangi. The results of the redesign of the production facility layout concluded that the effective and efficient arrangement of the department layout is in the sequence B C I J K M N O. From the results of data processing, it was obtained about the redesign of the production facility layout in order to obtain a comfortable work area and to minimize the distance of material movement with a total distance of movement per day of 2,516 smaller than the initial layout of 4,916. Calculation of optimum material transfer costs for the initial layout Material transfer costs per month = Rp 23,990 while in the proposed layout Material transfer costs per month = Rp 12,239.

This research aims to analyze the financial performance of PT. H.M Sampoerna Tbk based on financial ratio data from 2018 to 2022. The study adopts a quantitative approach using a descriptive study method by collecting and analyzing the company's financial data. Liquidity, solvency, and profitability ratios are utilized to measure the financial performance of the company. The findings indicate that there are variations in the company's financial performance during the research period. Nonetheless, the company still records adequate net profit and returns. SOPs can be defined as documents that describe operational activities carried out daily, with the aim that the work is carried out correctly, precisely, and consistently, to produce products according to predetermined standards” (Tathagati, 2014). The existence of SOP will help the company to achieve company goals. To achieve company goals, the company provides a design in the form of an SOP that will guide employees in carrying out their duties and minimize errors in carrying out the responsibilities of each employee. This study aims to determine the application of standard operating procedures (SOP) in the Inventory Department at PT RIMEX International Indonesia Balikpapan. This type of research is qualitative concerning the 7 main points in the SOP which include efficiency, consistency, minimizing errors, problem-solving, and defense boundaries. There are 3 research informants: One supervisor, one Quality Control, and 1 Warehouseman. Data collection techniques through interviews. The results of the analysis show that Inventory Department employees have implemented the SOP made by the company. The problem found is that there are differences in goods between the recording of goods in the company's recording system and the physical goods between the recording of goods in the company's recording system and the physical goods in the warehouse, such as how many items are left, abandoned and how many items are left in the warehouse.

This study will discuss the latest methods and technologies used in container management, as well as their impact on operational efficiency and cost reduction. Container handling and arrangement are important components in international trade, so they require careful planning and implementation. By investing in new equipment, implementing automation technology, developing efficient logistics systems, and providing training and development programs, ports can improve efficiency and effectiveness in container handling and arrangement. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through field research, direct interviews with the company and secondary data obtained from books and journals in the library (library research) or other reading sources related to the subject matter taken.

This study aims to analyze the RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and MVSM (Maintenance Value Stream Mapping) strategies implemented by PT. XYZ in machine maintenance at the Sabroe Line. RCM is used to reduce equipment failures and ensure that each physical item or system is functioning as intended. Meanwhile, MVSM is used to identify waste in maintenance activities and perform repair analysis. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews and analysis of related documents. The results of the research show that PT. XYZ has implemented the RCM and MVSM strategies effectively in engine maintenance at the Sabroe Line. RCM implementation helps to reduce machine failure and increase machine reliability. Meanwhile, MVSM helps identify and overcome waste in maintenance activities. In conclusion, the RCM and MVSM strategies are effective approaches in engine maintenance at the Sabroe Line. This research provides a better understanding of the importance of a planned and structured maintenance strategy in improving engine performance. The recommendation for future research is to involve more departments and measure the impact of RCM and MVSM strategies on overall operational productivity and efficiency.

Therefore, cost efficiency is very crucial for a company in order to maintain its sustainability of the company. Activity-based management is a technique for increasing efficiency. This research aims to implement activity-based management to increase the efficiency of PT. The Charm of Arnos Concrete Gresik. This research is descriptive and qualitative, using primary data from interviews. Research that is descriptive qualitative using primary data in the form of interviews. Research findings show that by implementing activity-based management in PT Pesona Arnos Beton Gresik, activities with a low amount of added value are obtained after being carried out by this method. Costs that do not have added value can be reduced so that there are cost savings. This still develops efficiency without negating the quality of service provided to consumers or customers.

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes in how businesses are conducted, especially in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector. E-commerce has become a key tool for MSMEs to expand their market reach and improve operational efficiency. This seminar discusses the importance of leveraging e-commerce for MSME development in Indonesia, highlighting the potential of digital platforms like social media to enhance market reach and business efficiency. However, challenges such as low digital literacy and inadequate infrastructure remain major barriers to adopting this technology, particularly in rural areas. The seminar results indicate that synergy between the government, private sector, and society is needed to overcome these challenges and support MSMEs in utilizing digital technology for sustainable growth.

The development of digital technology in the field of education continues to advance, including in academic administration. This article discusses the socialization of a digital system for undergraduate exam registration based on a database in the Physics Education Study Program. The purpose of this socialization is to introduce and implement a system that simplifies the process for students to register for undergraduate exams online. This system is designed to replace the manual registration method, which is time-consuming and prone to errors. Through this socialization, it is expected that students and academic staff can understand the benefits and how to use this new system. The results of the socialization show that the majority of users are satisfied with the ease and speed offered by this system. This system not only improves operational efficiency but also supports transparency and accuracy in academic data. In conclusion, the implementation of this digital system is a positive step towards modernizing academic services in the Physics Education Study Program.

Background: Stunting rates in Badung Regency show an upward trend while information on funding and utilization and who is the beneficiary is still very limited. Therefore, through the District Health Account, it is expected that decision makers will be able to overcome the problem of adequacy, equity, efficiency, effectiveness and sustainability. Objective: to analyze the cost of stunting prevention using the District Health Account Approach. Method: This research is descriptive using cross-sectional studies, data collection through in-depth interviews to the manager of the District Health Office in Bandung District and the manager of the Provincial Health Department of Bali Nutrition and documentation studies. Results: Most stunting prevention costs came from the central government (70.16%), and the highest proportion of the budget was managed by puskesmas (56.74%). Most of the stunting prevention funding was used for operational expenditure (79.43%), and the financing was mainly directed towards all age groups (48.53%). In the lowest 40% (poor families) the average monthly expenditure is only Rp.438,944 or equivalent to 1,962.55 Kcal per person per day, this figure is below the stipulated calorie adequacy rate of 2,200 - 2,500 Kcal per person per day. Conclusion: The cost of stunting prevention program is only sourced from the government, where most costs come from the central government (70.16%), far exceeding the Badung Regency Government (21.16%) and the Provincial Government of Bali (8.69%). The cost of puskesmas stunting prevention program is used for operational expenses for the bottom 40% (poor families) whose average monthly expenditure is only equivalent to consuming 1,962.55 Kcal of food per person per day. Badung Regency Government to increase the financing of stunting prevention which is prioritized for the lowest 40% population (poor population).Keywords: Stunting; Financing; Badung Regency

This community service aims to develop human resources to improve employee performance at PT Insan Ki Angka. This activity was carried out in November 2021, using training and development methods which included workshops, skills training and mentoring programs. This method is applied on an ongoing basis to ensure effective transfer of knowledge and skills to employees. The results of the activities show that human resource development through comprehensive and ongoing training can significantly improve employee performance, operational efficiency and job satisfaction. While there are challenges such as limited training time and variations in technology skills, the benefits are far greater. Therefore, it is recommended that companies continue to implement structured HR development programs and provide ongoing support for employees, as well as ensure that adequate facilities and resources are available to support the implementation of new knowledge. These steps will help the company achieve its vision and mission and strengthen its competitiveness in the market.
