Chronic energy deficiency (CED) in pregnant women can also be interpreted as a situation when pregnant women have insufficient energy intake for a long period of time, causing the pregnant woman to gain less weight and can disrupt the health of the mother and fetus she is carrying. CED in pregnant women can trigger various health problems, such as anemia, respiratory tract infections, metabolic disorders, and increase the risk of complications during childbirth. The aim of this research was to determine the consumption pattern of Ferros (Fe) tablets among pregnant women who experience chronic energy deficiency (KEK) at the Kurra Health Center, Tana Toraja Regency. This research method is quantitative with a cross-sectional research design. The population in this study were 31 pregnant women who experienced Chronic Energy Deficiency (CED) at the Kurra Health Center, Tana Toraja Regency and the sample in this study were 31 pregnant women who experienced Chronic Energy Deficiency (KEK) at the Kurra Health Center, Tana Toraja Regency. pregnant mother. The sampling technique used in this research is total sampling where the researcher will take the entire population. This research was processed using a computerized system with the help of the SPSS program. The data analysis method used is statistical test analysis with a statistical test (chi-square) to determine the consumption pattern of Ferros (Fe) tablets in pregnant women who experience chronic energy deficiency (KEK), where if a p value of 0.000 < 0.05 is obtained, it can be interpreted as significant. High parity pregnancies increase the risk of complications for both the mother and fetus. In the Bumiayu Community Health Center alone in 2021-2022 there were 45 cases of mother with grande multipara. To provide Comprehensive Midwifery Care service to pregnant, maternity, newborn, postpartum and family planing sevices in a comprehensif manner though a midwifery management approach according to Varney and SOAP. Based on the bacground above, the problem formulation is how to provide comprehensive midwifery care for Mrs. I aged 32 years in the Bumiayu Community Health Center, Brebes Regency in 2022. The author uses a quality descriptive research method with a case study approach. In pregnancy cases of anemia and CED were found, partus precipitatus birth accurred. As well as giving formula milk to babies and lack of personal hygiene in neonatus and the normal postpartum periode. Grande Multipara Comprehensive Midwifery Care, Presipitatus delivery, giving formula milk to babies, and lack of personal hygiene with newborn and normal postpartum bebies.

Anxiety has a negative impact on pregnant women from conception to delivery by inhibiting growth and weakening uterine muscle contractions, among other things. Pregnant women who are anxious are more likely to have premature babies and even miscarriage. A lack of information and beliefs about what is valid (myths) can influence pregnant women's attitudes toward childbirth preparation, causing them to be unconcerned about childbirth preparation. This study aims to determine the relationship between anxiety and knowledge levels and childbirth preparedness in third trimester pregnant women at Kasihan II Primary Health Center. This research employed correlation analysis with cross sectional. The population in this study were third trimester pregnant women. In this study, there were 53 third trimester pregnant women at the Kasihan II Primary Health Center. Data collection techniques in this study used anxiety, knowledge and preparedness questionnaires. The data were then analyzed using the Spearman Rank Test. The study's findings revealed a 0.000 Sig (2-tiled) showing the relationship between the level of anxiety and childbirth preparedness at the Kasihan II Primary Health Center. The statistical test results showed Sig (2-tiled) 0.05, indicating that Ha is accepted, showing that there is a relationship between the level of anxiety and childbirth preparedness at the Kasihan II Primary Health Center. At the Kasihan II Primary Health Center, there is a Sig (2-tiled) value of 0.000 between Trimester III pregnant women's knowledge and their readiness for childbirth.  The statistical test results showed Sig (2-tiled) 0.05, indicating that Ha is accepted and that there is a relationship between third trimester pregnant women's knowledge and childbirth preparedness at the Kasihan II Primary Health Center. In order to reduce anxiety, it is hoped that third trimester pregnant women will learn as much about pregnancy as possible from the midwife during ANC. It is hoped that mothers will be able to attend classes for pregnant women held at the Puskesmas to further their education.

Nutritional problems, especially stunting, cannot only be intervened in in the first thousand days of life (1000 HPK). Therefore, various efforts need to be made to prevent this nutritional problem from being overcome. One effort that can be made is nutritional education for parents and children in the community. This educational activity is part of community service activities which aim to increase the knowledge and attitudes of mothers and children in implementing the consumption of balanced nutritious food in children from an early age. This is an effort to prevent and overcome ongoing stunting at school age in the Working Area of ​​the Labuan Badas Community Health Center, Labuan Badas Village, Sumbawa. The intervention method used to achieve this goal was by holding interactive education using the counseling method which was carried out door to door for 39 participants.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) are a series of standardized written instructions regarding various processes for carrying out organizational activities, how and when they must be carried out, where and by whom they are carried out. Community health center officers must comply with applicable SOPs in providing services to the community in order to improve the highest level of public health. The research used a cross-sectional design at the UPTD Awa'ai Health Center, North Nias Regency with a sample size of 61 respondents. Data analysis uses the Chi Square test. The research results show that there is a relationship between workload and length of work with compliance with implementing service SOPs (P-Value <0.005)

The IVA test is an initial action to detect changes in abnormal cervical cells and can be carried out in all types of health services, including community health centers. Here partners are not yet motivated to carry out screening. So it is necessary to provide education about early detection screening for cervical cancer.

Background: Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a group of metabolic diseases characterized by hyperglycemia due to abnormalities in insulin secretion, insulin action, or insulin secretion. The prevalence of diabetes in the population aged 20-79 years based on region in 2019 globally reached 8.3% and Southeast Asia was in 3rd place (11.3%). Indonesia is ranked 7th among the 10 countries with the highest number of sufferers, namely 10.7 million. From the data obtained by the author, diabetes mellitus is one of the 10 biggest diseases in the Periuk Jaya Health Center, the number of which increases every year. From data obtained in 2023, January-December, there were 672 diabetes mellitus sufferers. To avoid disease complications in diabetes mellitus sufferers, it is necessary to control or reduce blood sugar levels. Controlling blood sugar levels for diabetes mellitus, apart from using diabetes medicines, you can also use more natural traditional plants, namely consuming red betel leaves. Method: Case study using nursing care for Mrs. S by giving boiled red betel leaves for 7 days. Result: This red betel leaf decoction provides significant results for controlling blood sugar levels for diabetes mellitus sufferers.

Diabetes mellitus is a group of metabolic diseases characterized by hyperglycemia that occurs due to abnormalities in insulin secretion, insulin action or both. The International Diabetes Federation (IDF) estimates that the number of diabetes sufferers in Indonesia could reach 28.57 million in 2045. This number is 47% greater than the number of 19.47 million in 2021. This research was conducted on patients who had been diagnosed with type 2 DM who were members of the Prolanis group. Prolanis is a health service system that aims to improve the quality of life of participants with chronic diseases, one of which is Diabetes Mellitus type 2. HbA1c is a substance formed from the reaction between glucose and hemoglobin. HbA1c is one of the parameters for assessing glycemic control (patient compliance). The research entitled Analysis of HbA1c Levels in Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Sufferers in the Prolanis Group at the Juhar Community Health Center aims to analyze and measure HbA1c levels in Type 2 Diabetes Sufferers. The research method used was Descriptive Cross-sectional. The examination material used is median cubital vein blood with EDTA anticoagulant. From the results of the examination, 25 samples were obtained, of which 12 patients had HbA1c levels >8% with criteria for poor DM control, 6 patients had HbA1c levels of 6.5-8% with criteria for moderate DM control, and there were 7 patients with HbA1c levels <6.5%. with the criteria for good DM control. From the results of this study, it was found that controlling DM at the Juhar Community Health Center there were 14 patients who had HbA1c values above 6.5 and after follow-up for the next 6 months, some had HbA1c levels that decreased and others that increased. To obtain good DM control, it is best for people with diabetes to have an HbA1c check every 3 months as part of diabetes management and this management is very important to carry out in health services, including primary level health services.

Old age is said to be the final stage of development in the human life cycle which experiences various health problems and is at high risk of dangerous diseases. Health problems that occur in the elderly in general are a decrease in organ function, changes in lifestyle, diet and physical activity which are often the main factors in degenerative diseases including hypertension which disrupts blood flow. This hypertension often occurs in the elderly where the blood pressure is at the upper limit ( Systole) is more than 140 mmHg and lower limit blood pressure (diastole) is more than 90 mmHg. One non-pharmacological treatment that can improve the flow of oxygen in the blood is laughter therapy. The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of laughter therapy using comedy videos on reducing blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension at the Tiban Baru Community Health Center, Batam City. The Batam City Health Service noted that hypertension occurs more frequently in elderly people aged 60-70 years and over with the highest number being 9,282 people at the Tiban Baru Community Health Center, Batam City. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a pre-test and post-test design without control. The sample provided used the purpose sampling method with a total research sample of 20 respondents. Therefore, it can be concluded that there is an effect of laughter therapy on reducing blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension.

The problems faced in this study include (1) How is the implementation of the SISDMK application in realizing manpower at the Tarogong Health Center, Garut Regency? (2) What are the obstacles in the implementation of the SISDMK application in realizing manpower at the Tarogong Health Center, Garut Regency? (3) What are the efforts to overcome the obstacles in the implementation of the SISDMK application in realizing manpower at the Tarogong Health Center, Garut Regency? This study aims to analyze descriptively (1) The implementation of the SISDMK application in realizing manpower at the Tarogong Health Center, Garut Regency. (2) Obstacles in the implementation of the SISDMK application in realizing manpower at the Tarogong Health Center, Garut Regency. (3) Efforts to overcome obstacles in the implementation of the SISDMK application in realizing manpower at the Tarogong Health Center, Garut Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis with qualitative research design, while the technical data analysis, namely Data reduction, Data display, Triangulation and conclusion. The results of the study inform that (1) The implementation of the SISDMK application in realizing manpower at the Tarogong Health Center, Garut Regency as a whole has not been carried out properly. This is due to 4 dimensions, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure, which have been implemented well, namely communication, disposition and bureaucratic structure. While what has not been implemented well is resources. (2) Obstacles in implementing the SISDMK application in realizing manpower at the Tarogong Health Center, Garut Regency, namely the less than optimal competence of staff in operating SISDMK and the unavailability of sufficient and sustainable budget from the Health Center for the implementation of SISDMK.

Merak Hamlet is a hamlet located on the north coast in the forest area of Baluran National Park. The distance from the city center takes ± 2 hours.  Facilities that are less suitable for use such as health facilities. With this community service, the government can see the back of the peacock hamlet which only controls sunlight for electricity, and can feel routine health checks. With the results of the service uploud in the mass media, the government sees the condition and situation of the peacock hamlet during the day and night. With the motivation of the class all children will not be broken and adults feel free health checks. Polindes became the main target to create a health post with the help of the health center medical team in the city. After the service activity, thank God there was a continuation for Electricity from the government and the merak hamlet is now bright like the city. The return of enthusiasm for learning and public health is now improving with the health check.

Cross-infection is one of the main risks faced in medical procedures, including tooth extraction in health facilities such as the dental clinic of the Health Center. This infection can occur through direct contact with blood, saliva, or non-sterile medical equipment, as well as through transmission from patients to medical personnel or vice versa. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of efforts to prevent and control cross-infection in tooth extraction procedures at the Dental Clinic of the Kassi - Kassi Health Center. The methods used in this study include counseling to medical personnel regarding cross-infection prevention protocols, including hand hygiene, use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and sterilization of equipment. Evaluations were conducted before and after counseling through questionnaires filled out by the participants. The evaluation results showed a significant increase in understanding, awareness, and implementation of cross-infection prevention protocols. Before counseling, only 60% of participants had a good understanding of cross-infection, while after counseling, this figure increased to 90%. Improvements were also seen in awareness of hand hygiene, knowledge of PPE use, sterilization procedures, implementation of SOPs, and handling of high-risk patients. The conclusion of this study shows that counseling and strict implementation of protocols can significantly reduce the risk of cross-infection in tooth extraction procedures. Therefore, it is recommended that similar counseling be held routinely to ensure consistent and sustainable implementation of infection prevention in the Puskesmas environment.

Serotinus pregnancy is one of the causes that can increase the risk of perinatal death and morbidity 3 times compared to term pregnancy and serotinus is a health problem that is clinically important and treatment must be appropriate to reduce the risk of death in the mother and baby born. To know The relationship between age and frequency of ante natal care with the incidence of serotinous pregnancies in the Pasanea Community Health Center working area. This research is a descriptive analytical research with a retrospective approach. The population is mothers who gave birth with serotinus with a sample size of 65 respondents. The sampling technique uses total sampling with the analysis test used is chi-square. Statistical tests using Chi-Square showed that the ρ value was 0.018 where α < 0.05 so it could be concluded that statistically there was a significant relationship between age and the incidence of serotinous pregnancy, while the ANC frequency variable was known to have a ρ value of 0.164 where α > 0.05 and could It was concluded that statistically there was no significant relationship between age and the incidence of serotinus pregnancy in the working area of the Pasanea District Health Center. North West Seram. Counseling with media is able to arouse and bring pregnant women into an atmosphere of joy and excitement, where there is emotional and mental involvement. This research aims to determine the effect of counseling using audiovisual media on compliance with iron tablet consumption behavior among pregnant women at Kenangan Public Health Center, Medan Denai District, Medan City in 2024. This type of research is research using a quasi-experimental research method (quasi-experiment) with a pretest-posttest design. The population and sample are all pregnant women from TM III Kenangan Health Center, Medan Denai District, Medan City in 2024 in May-June, as many as 32 people using the Purposive Sampling technique using the Chi Square statistical test. Constipation is a health problem that often occurs in infants. Basedon an initial survey at the Sei Langkai health center, data was obtained that out of 10 babies, 7 of them had experienced constipation and most mothers did not know how to deal with constipation in infants. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Pediatric Medical Massage asa Constipation Therapy. The subjects in this study were infants aged 6-12 months. Thisresearch  was carried out in  the Working Area of the Sei Langkai Health Center in Batam City using Quasi Experiments with pre and posttest control design. This research was conducted in.The results showed that in the intervention group obtained a value of p = 0.000 < 0.05 which showed that there was an  effect of Pediatric Medical Massage as a Constipation Therapy in infants aged 6-12 months, while in  the control group the test results showed that the value of   p = 0.083 > 0.05 so that it could be stated that   There is no effect on the treatment  of control groups against constipation in infants aged 6-12 months. Theconclusion of the study is  that pediatric medical massage  can  be a method in overcoming constipation in infants so that mothers can overcome the incidence of constipation in infants at home

Immunization is the process of administering vaccines aimed at providing protection or immunity against specific diseases. Immunization stimulates the body's immune system to recognize and fight disease infections more effectively, reducing the risk of individuals who have been vaccinated contracting the disease. Understanding the administration of immunization is crucial, especially in the current context where infections and diseases are highly dangerous and easily transmissible, such as tuberculosis, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, polio, hepatitis, and others. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between the mother's educational level and the completeness of basic immunization in the working area of ​​Sungai Tabuk 1 Community Health Center, Pemakuan Village, in the year 2023. The research design used is cross-sectional and was conducted in October 2023. The population consists of mothers with children aged ≥11, with a sample size of 112 respondents. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires and Maternal and Child Health Books (Buku KIA). The majority of mothers had a low level of education, amounting to 60 people with a percentage of 53.6%. Most respondents had complete basic immunization, totaling 77 respondents with a percentage of 68.8%. The Chi-Square Test analysis results show p = 0.000 < α (0.05), thus it is concluded that H0 is rejected, and Ha is accepted, indicating a relationship between the mother's educational level and the completeness of basic immunization in the working area of ​​Sungai Tabuk 1 Community Health Center, Pemakuan Village..

Malnutrition is a condition of lack of nutrition for a certain period of time so that the body will break down food reserves under the fat layer and organ layers. MPASI methods are divided into two, namely conventional MPASI, which is fed with a spoon, and the Baby Led Weaning (BLW) method, where the child eats with his own hands. The aim of this community service is that it is hoped that parents can increase their knowledge regarding Baby LED Weaning as an effort to improve the nutritional status of toddlers at the Pattingaloang Community Health Center. This research method uses an experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest approach. The study population was mothers who had toddlers aged at least 6-12 months. Sample collection used purposive sampling technique. results of intervention group research with a sample size of 20 children. The results of the study showed that the difference in the average knowledge score of the pretest and posttest groups was 16.5 with a p value = 0.0001 < α where it was concluded that there was an influence of LED Weaning education as an effort to improve the nutritional status of infants and toddlers at the Pattingaloang Community Health Center.

Pregnant women in Indonesia are required to have a Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Book. The latest edition of the MCH Book was published in 2020, the contents of which are increasingly complete and complex, on page 21 of this book contains a description of 6 Danger Signs in Pregnancy which are very important for a pregnant mother to know and be aware of. This study aims to determine the description of pregnant women's knowledge about the 6 Danger Signs in Pregnancy based on the KIA Book in the working area of ​​the Madising Na Mario Community Health Center. This type of research is descriptive research using primary data collected through a questionnaire instrument. The population in this study was 84 pregnant women and a sample of 51 respondents was obtained (purprosive sampling). This research was carried out from February 13 to March 13 2023. The research results obtained were that 56.9% (29 respondents) of respondents had poor knowledge about the 6 Danger Signs in Pregnancy based on the MCH Book they owned. So it is hoped that pregnant women will pay more attention to the MCH Book they have, not only to record their pregnancy history, but it can also be used as a guidebook during their pregnancy to avoid pregnancy complications.

The birth ball is a physical therapy ball that helps mothers in the first stage in the progress of labor and can be used in various positions. One of the movements is sitting on the ball and rocking back and forth which makes you feel comfortable and helps progress labor by using gravity while increasing the release of endorphins because the elasticity and curvature of the ball stimulates the receptors in the pelvis which are responsible for secreting endorphins (Kurniawati, 2017). This research aims to determine the effect of using a birth ball on the progress of labor among women in the first stage of labor at the ST Fransiskus Assisi Pratama Clinic, Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency in 2024. This type of research is research using a quasi-experimental research method (quasi-experiment) with a pretest-design. posttest. The population and sample are all pregnant women from TM III Kenangan Health Center, Medan Denai District, Medan City in 2024 in May-June, as many as 32 people using the Purposive Sampling technique using the Chi Square statistical test. It was concluded that based on the results of the Chi Square test analysis, a significance value of 0.018 was obtained.
