This study aims to examine and analyze the impact of promotions and prices on customer satisfaction, mediated by service quality in Medan City. The research is quantitative in nature, using an accidental sampling technique. Data collection was done through questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis was performed using SMART PLS. The population consisted of 50 respondents, all of whom were included as the research sample. The findings reveal that promotion has a positive and significant effect on service quality in Medan furniture stores. Price also positively and significantly impacts service quality at Akela Meubel in Medan. Promotions positively and significantly influence customer satisfaction at Akela Meubel, while price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in Medan furniture. Furthermore, promotion positively and significantly affects customer satisfaction at Akela Meubel in Medan through service quality, and price positively impacts satisfaction through service quality at Medan furniture.

The advancement of information technology has a major impact on life, especially in the business world. Business in the current era can no longer be run like in the past. Technology is a mainstay in running a business today which changes the direction of digital product marketing practices or digital marketing. Digital marketing opens communication between potential consumers and sellers that can be done without distance and time constraints. However, the facts on the ground state that there are still some MSMEs that only rely on conventional marketing activities by opening shops to serve consumers/buyers face to face directly. In the current digital era, these MSME actors have not utilized technology to carry out digital marketing, so the number of consumers is limited only to the area around the MSME. This community service aims to expand the reach of sales and increase the sales turnover of ARISTA MSMEs in Kalianget Timur Village, Kalianget District, Sumenep Regency through training and mentoring using digital marketing. This community service activity uses a qualitative method as an approach to the case with ARISTA MSMEs engaged in the home industry of kitchen equipment. The output of this service includes having an online store on social media (Instagram and Facebook) as a digital marketing strategy so that it can expand sales reach and increase sales turnover for ARISTA MSMEs.

The Information System for Participant Data Management in Vocational Training Institutions (LPK) is designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of participant data management at the Department of Manpower in Asahan Regency. This system focuses on managing training participant data, encompassing registration, grouping, and reporting processes. The data management process includes recording participant identities, the type of training attended, training schedules, and evaluation results. The system is designed to streamline administrative workflows, minimize manual errors, and accelerate access to information. Participant data is recorded and stored automatically using a structured format, including details such as participant names, addresses, identification numbers, and training programs attended. This system is developed using web-based technologies, such as HTML and other supporting technologies, to ensure flexibility and ease of access for users. By implementing this system, it is expected that the data management of vocational training participants in LPKs can be conducted more efficiently, accurately, and integratively, thereby supporting the improvement of administrative service quality at the Department of Manpower in Asahan Regency. The term "cloud computing" refers to the delivery of numerous services via the Internet. Because of providers that provide cloud services, users can store files and media on faraway servers and subsequently access the items online. Due to the lack of location requirements, this enables anyone to watch them remotely. This design is currently beginning to be implemented in the sphere of education, particularly in universities. In order to determine the factors influencing the adoption of cloud computing in education, previous academics have employed the technology adoption theory, which is discussed in this study. The purpose of this study, which is a systematic literature review, is to identify and assess knowledge gaps about the factors impacting the adoption of cloud computing in education. To fill in any gaps and add to the body of knowledge already in existence, this study will therefore enhance the information by offering a complete examination of the material that is already available.

E-commerce is all activities selling goods and services carried out through electronic media. Shrimp Cracker Shop, is a business that operates in the field of selling typical souvenirs. Currently, sales of goods are still carried out manually, namely by buyers coming directly to the shop or by purchasing by telephone. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This research provides an accurate description and explanation of the conditions or symptoms faced. The materials used in this research are data obtained from the results of interviews and later the results of the interviews can find out what needs are needed to build a website. System Design Methods in Designing a The system definitely requires modeling so that the results of the system design that you want to achieve can obtain maximum results. What the author uses is Unified Modeling Langue (UML). Which consists of use case diagrams, class diagrams, and activity diagrams. In this research the author uses the Rapid Application Development system development method. The software development method in this research uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model system development method. After the design is carried out, the researcher draws conclusions namely the e-commerce design of the Manda Shrimp Cracker Shop was successfully created to help promotion and sales. The results of testing the Blackbox Testing software system were declared successful, and the feasibility test using a Likert scale resulted in a score of 93% (very feasible). Overall, the results were successful and in accordance with what was designed.

: This study aims to determine: (1) To determine and analyze the quality of service of the Diario Shop Banjarmasin Branch (2) To determine and analyze what things need to be developed and improved at the Diario Shop Banjarmasin Branch so that customer satisfaction increases.This research employs a qualitative survey approach, collecting primary data through interviews, observations, and documentation. However, the implementation of activities so far has been deemed not fully aligned with the expected objectives. Therefore, to ensure the smooth progress of the work, improvements need to be made. The quality of service carried out by Toko Diario Banjarmasin Branch, in order to increase customer satisfaction and increase sales turnover which is still not stable, but has progressed from  month to month. The results of this study indicate: (1) Diario Shop Banjarmasin Branch meets customer satisfaction with timeliness, accuracy of service quality, courtesy, friendliness, and comfort. Diario Stores have carried out service quality in accordance with good service criteria.  (2) We recommend that Toko Diario needs to develop more facilities and make several upgrades to its sales in order to improve service quality by providing clear and detailed product information to increase customer satisfaction.

Birth certificate data management is an important aspect of population administration. In the digital era, the need for efficient systems is increasing to overcome various challenges, such as manual errors, slow administrative processes, and difficulties in searching for data. This research focuses on designing a data management system for Indonesian citizens' birth certificates at the Batu Bara Regency Population and Civil Registration Service (Dukcapil). This system was designed using a systematic approach, starting from needs analysis to the implementation stage. The method used involves collecting data through interviews, literature study, and direct observation in the field. The result of this design is a digital-based system that makes it easier to record, store and manage birth certificate data efficiently. By implementing this system, it is hoped that it can improve the quality of public services, minimize data errors, and support the government's digitalization program.

This community service initiative aims to enhance the brand awareness and market competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kedungjambe Village through digital marketing strategies. The study addresses the primary issue of limited consumer visibility, which hinders MSME growth. Training sessions were conducted to optimize the use of WhatsApp Business for effective customer communication and the Shopee e- commerce platform to expand market reach. MSME participants were guided in creating engaging promotional content, utilizing WhatsApp's broadcast features for direct interactions, and managing online stores on Shopee, including product descriptions, inventory, and sales analytics. Practical simulations on Shopee's features were provided to strengthen participants' understanding of e-commerce as a strategic sales channel. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales performance among participating MSMEs. This initiative highlights the effectiveness of leveraging digital platforms like WhatsApp Business and Shopee to enhance MSME competitiveness, offering a sustainable model for rural business development.

Community service activities aim to increase understanding and knowledge about digital or non-cash payment systems. This service was carried out at the MSMEs of the "Bu Yani" Grocery Store located in Karanglo, Argomulyo, Sedayu District, Bantul Regency and the MSMEs of the "Bu Ratmi" Grocery Store located in Balong, Kaligintung, Temon District, Kulon Progo Regency. The stages used in service activities are 1. Observation, 2. Presentation, 3. Training and Mentoring, 4. Evaluation. The result of this service activity is that MSME actors already understand QRIS and its benefits as an effective means of payment transactions, and the two grocery store MSMEs already have a new payment instrument with non-cash payments.

Electricity is a primary human need today. Because nowadays all equipment is electronic-based, it allows the use of large amounts of power every day. It can be seen clearly that every year the use of electricity is increasing. An example that we can see the development of the times at this time, so many restaurants are emerging. Each restaurant requires a large amount of electrical power for their production equipment. With the need for large electrical power, a tool is also needed to be able to monitor the power. One of the advances that can be felt is in the field of control, currently with the network technology, computers can be solved, especially those based on the internet / IOT (Internet Off Things) which have grown rapidly making the problem of distance and time barriers can be solved solution and time. The interface used for operation is App Invetor, which system-wise, App Inventor consists of two components, namely the server and the client. The App Inventor server functions to store all program assets and provide other services related to application (project) file management.

This community service aims to increase the competitiveness and visibility of Kedai Gading Serpong MSMEs through the creation of offline promotional media and the addition of locations on Google Maps. Within ± 2 months, the community service team provided promotional assistance in the form of banner redesign, menu creation, and location improvements on Google Maps. Through the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages, the program has succeeded in improving the professionalism and accessibility of store customers. As a result, the increase in visibility and attractiveness of the store can be seen through the installation of banners, menu posts, and the addition of locations on Google Maps. Kedai Gading Serpong positively welcomed this program, showing success in improving promotions and services. In conclusion, the combination of offline and digital promotion is effective in developing MSMEs in the era of fierce market competition.

Adolescence is the age of growth for physical, social, and thinking power for the level of knowledge. They go through a period called puberty, which is when individuals reach sexual maturity. This age is filled with high curiosity and the desire to try something new. Freedom and ease in accessing various content both on social media and the internet can have both positive and negative impacts. Ease of access, one of which is pornographic content, can be easily accepted and viewed by the public, especially teenagers. Pornography addiction in teenagers has the impact of destroying their future.  The main target is cognitive abilities which will then influence the process of thinking, remembering and recalling recorded data stored in the brain. So, this community service activity aims to provide knowledge to 26 students of SMK Negeri 16 Central Jakarta class XIIA about the dangers of pornographic video addiction in teenagers. This activity method uses lecture and question and answer methods. The author conveys the meaning of pornography, types of pornography, influencing factors, the dangers of pornography addiction and the role of nurses in preventing addiction to pornographic videos in adolescents. Students played an active role in the activity process and there was an increase in posttest scores as much as 78% of students answered well. The author hopes that students can apply it in everyday life so as to avoid addiction to pornographic videos.

The implementation of this community service involves one MSME, namely 'Mask and Furniture Wholesale Shop'. Located in Jayamukti Village, Central Cikarang District, Bekasi Regency or about 4.0 km from Pelita Bangsa University. MSMEs wholesale masks and furniture play a strategic role in meeting community needs, especially during the pandemic and changes in people's lifestyles that lead to online shopping. This service aims to examine the effect of training and e-commerce utilization in improving the competitiveness and operational efficiency of wholesale stores in this sector. Through training that focuses on the use of e-commerce platforms and internet-based marketing strategies, it is hoped that this training can evaluate the impact of digital transformation on the business growth of mask and furniture wholesale stores. The method used is a qualitative method, namely through a case study approach and in-depth interviews with MSME players, with the aim of analyzing the effectiveness of training that focuses on the use of ecommerce platforms and online marketing strategies. The results of the service showed that ecommerce training improved the ability of MSMEs to access a wider market, optimize business management, and increase sales. In addition, MSME players also face challenges such as technology adaptation and logistics management. This study provides recommendations on the importance of continuous training, technological infrastructure support, and collaboration between the government and e-commerce platforms to maximize the potential of wholesale MSMEs in the digital era..  .

According to legal regulations Republic of Indonesia No. 32 2009 concerning Environmental Protection and Management, it states that waste is the remaining results of activities or businesses whose reprocessing requires more effort and if the storage is not carried out properly it will pollute the environment. Hazardous and toxic waste is classified into three types based on its nature: liquid waste, solid waste, and gas waste. According regulations No. 74, 2001 concerning the Processing of Hazardous and toxic Materials, Hazardous and toxic Waste is the remainder of a business and/or activity that contains hazardous and/or toxic materials which due to their nature and/or concentration and/or quantity, either directly or indirectly, can pollute and/or damage the environment, and can endanger the environment. The implementation of Community Service activity focus on increase Awareness of Hazardous and toxic Waste Management in accordance with laws and regulations, To store and manage Hazardous and toxic Waste in the workplace. The implementation of this Community Service activity was carried out online in August 2024 inviting workers and prospective fresh graduates who were interested in fulfilling aspects of Hazardous and toxic waste management. The results of this activity the pre-test and post-test showed that webinar participants, increase in knowledge about Hazardous and toxic waste of 72%. A significant increase in knowledge is expected to improve community behavior regarding Hazardous and toxic waste.

MSMEs play an important role in the global economy, driving job creation, innovation, and economic growth. However, there are challenges such as financing and regulatory burdens caused by, among other things, difficulties in preparing financial reports. These obstacles begin with several issues, namely the loss of invoices, which makes it difficult to gather data for financial report preparation, discrepancies in stock between the cashier application and physical counts, and ineffective stock opname. Based on these issues, the objective of this Community Service is to provide an overview of ideas for optimizing the work system at MSME MESMart and to assist in the preparation of financial reports easily using a cloud-based accounting application called Jurnal Bijak. With the implementation of community service, it is hoped that various problems arising from obstacles in financial report preparation can be minimized. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR), involving active participation from participants to identify problems and seek solutions collaboratively. The results of this activity can implement work programs, from optimizing store program, creating cloud-based financial reports, and arranging store displays.

This community service process aims to increase community knowledge and awareness regarding Final Income Tax for MSMEs. The partners of this activity are fashion businesses and grocery stores in Caturharjo village, Sleman District, Sleman Regency. The type of this activity is carried out in discussions, case studies, simulations, training, and assessments with a direct meeting method. This service was carried out for 5 meetings which were held on October 6, 13, 20, 26, 27, and November 3, 2024. This process is carried out in stages by coming directly to the partner's place. The results of this community service provide results to target partners in the form of increased understanding of taxation, Final Income Tax for MSMEs, calculation of Final Income Tax, and the process of making NPWP.

The aim of this research is to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of the Service Quality (X) variable consisting of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), and Physical Evidence (X5) on Satisfaction Consumer (Y) Mobile Phone Service at the Kandilo Cell Com Shop in Tanah Grogot.The samples in this study were consumers who serviced cellphones at the Kandilo Cell Com Shop in Tanah Grogot in June and July 2023 using an incidental sampling technique and the number of samples obtained was 70 people. Consumers as the sample in this study were given a questionnaire consisting of 22 statements. Responses to the questionnaire were tested for validity and reliability before multiple linear regression analysis was carried out.Next, partial testing was carried out by looking at the t-count value for each service quality variable consisting of Reliability (X1), Responsiveness (X2), Assurance (X3), Empathy (X4), and Physical Evidence (X5). Each amounting to 4,878; 2,912; 2,805; 3,268; 1.126 which when compared with ttable of 1.997, then reliability (X1), responsiveness (X2), guarantee (X3), and empathy (X4) influence consumer satisfaction (Y) of cellphone service at the Kandilo Cell Com Store in Tanah Grogot because of the value tcount > ttable. Meanwhile, physical evidence (X5) has no effect on consumer satisfaction (Y) with cellphone service at the Kandilo Cell Com Shop in Tanah Grogot because the calculated t value < t table. So the most dominant influence on consumer satisfaction (Y) of cellphone service at the Kandilo Cell Com Shop is the Reliability variable (X1) because the tcount is the highest.

This research is motivated by the existence of the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School which is located in Rejoso Hamlet where the people in the hamlet are dominant in their livelihoods as private employees, not a few people from young people who prefer to migrate rather than explore the potential that exists in the region, because the problem is that not all local people can take advantage of the economy with the existence of the Islamic boarding school. The focus of research in writing this thesis is. 1. How are the efforts of the community in utilizing the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School to improve the community's economy in Rejoso Hamlet, Ngumpul Village, Jogoroto District, Jombang Regency? 2. How is the impact of the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School on the economic increase in Rejoso Hamlet, Ngumpul Village, Jogoroto District, Jombang Regency? To find out the community's efforts in utilizing the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School to improve the community's economy in Rejoso Hamlet, Ngumpul Village, Jogoroto District, Jombang Regency. 2. To find out the impact of the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School on economic improvement in Rejoso Hamlet, Ngumpul Village, Jogoroto District, Jombang Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative approach. The research location is in Rejoso Hamlet, Ngumpul Village, Jogoroto District, Jombang Regency. Data sources taken using primary and secondary data. Data collection by observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis in the form of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data. From the results of the data discussion it can be seen that. Community efforts in utilizing Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School to improve the community's economy are opening a laundry service business, food business, and grocery store. 2. The positive impact of the existence of the Darul Ulum Islamic boarding school increases income, opens up jobs, facilitates access to daily needs. While the negative impact is the high number of business competitors, price differences and payment systems, cheating between business owners.

An Accounting Information System (AIS) is a system used to collect, store, process and present accounting information that is relevant and useful for decision making in an organization. The aim of this research is to determine the analysis of accounting information systems in improving the efficiency of financial reporting of the North Labuhanbatu Regency Social Service. This research uses qualitative research methods. The research method used is interviews (in-depth interviews) with research subjects, observation and documentation. The aim of this research is to describe Accounting Information System Analysis in Improving the Efficiency of Financial Reporting for the North Labuhanbatu Regency Social Service. The object of this research is the North Labuhan Batu Social Service. The subjects of this research were North Labuhan Batu social service employees. The data analysis technique used/used in this research is the Descriptive Analysis method. The data collected will be analyzed according to the criteria and things required in data collection. Research also shows that the integration of accounting information systems with other management systems, such as client data management systems and social programs, has improved coordination between departments. Previously, data was often re-inputted and processed separately by each unit, causing data duplication and potential errors. Based on evaluation results, training should be updated periodically to reflect changes in technology and organizational needs. Research shows that a continuous approach to updating training materials and teaching methods can ensure that employees always have relevant and up-to-date information. The North Labuhanbatu District Social Service should consider conducting regular follow-up training to introduce new features of the SIA and address changes in regulations. Based on the results of research related to Accounting Information System Analysis in Improving the Efficiency of Financial Reporting of the North Labuhanbatu Regency Social Service, it can be concluded that this technology significantly increases efficiency, accuracy, transparency and security in financial reporting. The implementation of AIS has reduced manual errors and accelerated the reporting process, enabling more accurate and timely financial reports, as well as supporting better decision making and tighter oversight.

Bookkeeping is an important part of running a business. This simple bookkeeping assistance and training activity was carried out in Argomulyo Village, Sedayu District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Region by taking 2 samples of MSME actors, namely “Grocery Store” owned by Mrs. Ina and “angkringan soto” owned by Mrs. Yuningsih. Based on the results of interviews and observations that have been made, there are several problems of these MSME business actors, which are almost the same, including that MSME actors have not made financial records consistently and there is no separation of records between business capital and personal finances. Therefore, from these problems, assistance and training in making simple bookkeeping have been carried out using materials consisting of modules related to MSME financial accounting. Assistance and training in bookkeeping for MSME actors in Argomulyo Village aims to improve the ability of MSME actors to manage their business finances. The method used for this community service activity is to provide training in bookkeeping and mentoring the material provided consists of modules that are guided by MSME financial accounting. The result of this activity is that with the training and mentoring activities related to simple bookkeeping, MSME actors already know the importance of implementing simple bookkeeping in their business and can distinguish between business capital and personal finances
