This paper explains the procedures for processing ship departure documents. PT. Tarunacipta Kencana Dumai Branch as a shipping company that handles ships entering and exiting Dumai Port and completes ship documents before the ship leaves Dumai Port. During the land practice, the author collected data using field research methods and library research methods, articles and journals related to the title and other supporting media. Procedures for processing ship departure documents have been effective and efficient. PT. Tarunacipta Kencana Dumai Branch as an agent who handles all ship departure documents for the relevant agencies starting from arranging Port Health Quarantine Clearance (PHQC) at the Quarantine office, processing Out Passport permits at the Immigration office, Crew List Out at the Port Authority office, Outward Manifest at the Customs and Excise office until the issuance of the Sailing Approval Letter (SPB) at the Harbormaster's office.

PT. Pelayaran Cahaya Papua Dumai Branch is one of the companies operating as a Shipping Agency (ship agency) which provides domestic and international services. PT. Pelayaran Cahaya Papua also provides ship services such as ship needs (reflagging, fresh water, bunker), and also provides services for processing ship certificates that are entering their expiry date. The discussion presented in this paper is the Ship Sanitation Control Exemption Certificate (SSCEC) Certificate Extension Procedure at the Class I Port Health Office (KKP) by PT. Dumai branch of the Papua Light Cruise. In the Ship Sanitation Control Exemption Certificate (SSCEC) Certificate Extension Procedure, the company deals directly with relevant agencies, both government and private (companies). By having a good relationship with the shipowner (ship owner) who has been given the authority to make a Letter of Appointment (LOA) agreement to agent their ships, the Company can more freely convey information regarding ship certificates because information regarding ship certificates has a very important role in managing the arrival and departure of ships. To obtain data, the author used 2 (two) types of observation methods in collecting data, namely direct observation of field study and library study. Thus the author can conclude that the procedure for extending the Ship Sanitation Control Exemption Certificate (SSCEC) at the Class I Port Health Office (KKP) has been running smoothly.

Onikomikosis merupakan suatu penyakit yang disebabkan oleh jamur yang menyerang kuku. Jamur penyakit kuku dapat disebabkan oleh jamur dermatofit, maupun non dermatofit. Jamur golongan dermatofit terdiri dari 3 genus saja yaitu Tricophyton, Microsporum, dan Epidermophyton. Semua genus tersebut memiliki enzim keratinase yang menjadi penentu termasuk jamur dermatofita, dengan penyakit yang diderita biasanya disebut Tinea unguium. Adapun jamur lain yang dapat menyebabkan onikomikosis yang bukan termasuk 3 Genus tersebut, maka dikelompokkan paada jamur non dermatofita. Gejala yang ditimbulkan onikomikosis bervariasi bergantung gejala yang diderita penderita, diantaranya perubahan warna pada lempeng kuku, onikolisis, dan hiperkeratosis subungual yang dapat menyebabkan penebalan lempeng kuku. Prevalensi onikomikosis di Indonesia menunjukkan angka 3,5-4,7%, dan 80-90% diantaranya merupakan kasus onikomikosis yang disebabkan oleh jamur Trichophyton rubrum dan Tricophyton mentagrophytes. Banyaknya kasus onikomikosis tersebut, membuat perlu diadakan kajian dalam penyampaian pencegahan onikomikosis. Dalam jurnal ini dibahas mengenai gembaran klinis serta prosedur diagnosis onikomisis, dan pengobatan yang dilakukan dalam mengurangi infeksi onikomikosis yang dapat dilakukan dengan pengobatan topikal maupun oral. Obat yang biasa digunakan untuk pengobatan onikomikosis diantaranya ciclopirox, eficonazole, dan Amorolfine.

This research aims to describe and analyze language errors in 5 procedural texts produced by SMPIT Darul Muta'allimin students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of documents. The results obtained contained language errors in the categories of morphology, phonology, spelling and signs which included: 2 morphological errors, 4 phonological errors, and 1 spelling and punctuation error.

Writing this paper or research paper has the aim and objective of knowing the Procedure for Handling the Arrival and Departure of Export Ships Loaded with Liquid Bulk at PT. Tarahan Cipta Kencana Branch, Lampung Branch. The methods applied are the literature method or (library research) as well as the field inspection method (field research) by describing the Arrival and Departure Handling Procedures for Export Vessels Containing Liquid Bulk Cargo at PT. Tarahan Cipta Kencana Branch, Lampung Branch. In this paper we have explained the obstacles faced, including the cargo not being ready from the shipper and the cargo analysis results not yet being published from the customs and excise agency. There are things that can be done to achieve the goal so that the ship is not hindered in the ship loading process and there are no delays in the ship's departure. So that the ship agency service process can run smoothly, precisely and quickly, PT. Tarunabuat Kencana must pay attention to and prepare all the facilities and infrastructure needed in the ship service process.

Pemindahan hak atas tanah secara melawan hukum merupakan permasalahan yang sering terjadi dalam praktik pertanahan di Indonesia, yang dapat mengancam kepastian hukum dan keadilan bagi pemilik tanah yang sah. Tindakan pemindahan hak atas tanah secara melawan hukum bisa dilakukan melalui berbagai cara, seperti pemalsuan dokumen, penipuan, penyalahgunaan wewenang, atau pengambilalihan tanah secara paksa tanpa prosedur yang sah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aspek perlindungan hukum terhadap hak atas tanah dalam pemindahan hak secara melawan hukum, serta mencari solusi untuk memperbaiki sistem perlindungan hukum di bidang pertanahan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode yuridis normatif, dengan mengkaji peraturan perundang-undangan, literatur hukum, dan teori-teori hukum yang relevan untuk melihat perlindungan hukum yang ada dalam sistem pertanahan Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun ada sejumlah aturan hukum yang mengatur perlindungan hak atas tanah, praktik pemindahan hak secara melawan hukum masih sering terjadi karena lemahnya pengawasan, penyalahgunaan wewenang, dan kurangnya pemahaman hukum di kalangan masyarakat. Hal ini berdampak pada terjadinya sengketa pertanahan yang tidak hanya merugikan pihak yang sah, tetapi juga merusak kepercayaan publik terhadap sistem hukum. Sebagai solusi, penelitian ini menyarankan beberapa langkah, antara lain: (1) peningkatan sistem administrasi pertanahan dengan penggunaan teknologi informasi yang lebih baik untuk mencegah pemalsuan dokumen, (2) penguatan penegakan hukum terhadap pelaku pemindahan hak atas tanah secara melawan hukum, (3) peningkatan edukasi dan penyuluhan hukum kepada masyarakat terkait hak-hak atas tanah, serta (4) penyediaan bantuan hukum bagi kelompok rentan yang menjadi korban pemindahan hak tanah secara ilegal. Dengan demikian, diharapkan perlindungan hukum terhadap hak atas tanah dapat lebih efektif dan memberi kepastian hukum bagi masyarakat.

Penelitian ini mengembangkan kerangka analitis dan normatif untuk transformasi kebijakan publik yang mengoptimalkan model Quintuple Helix dalam mendorong komersialisasi produk ramah lingkungan dari sumber daya lokal Indonesia. Melalui pendekatan kualitatif berbasis kajian literatur sistematis, studi ini mengidentifikasi tiga tantangan utama: fragmentasi arsitektur kebijakan Indonesia, asimetri relasional antar aktor, dan kesenjangan nilai dalam rantai komersialisasi sumber daya lokal. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa transformasi efektif memerlukan rekonfigurasi fundamental pada dimensi struktural, prosedural, dan substantif kebijakan publik. Kerangka operasional yang dikembangkan mengintegrasikan perspektif transition management dengan teori institutional work dalam model bertahap-namun-sistemik yang melampaui dikotomi reformisme gradual versus revolusi radikal. Studi ini memperluas pemahaman tentang governance transformatif dengan mengintegrasikan multi-perspektif teoretis dan mengembangkan mekanisme konkret untuk mengimplementasikan kolaborasi Quintuple Helix dalam konteks asimetri kekuasaan. Implikasi praktikal mencakup rekomendasi strategis untuk rekonfigurasi kelembagaan, pengembangan platform kolaboratif multi-skalar, dan intervensi targeted pada nexus kritis rantai nilai produk berkelanjutan

Aturan P2TL merupakan singkatan dari Peraturan Pencegahan Tabrakan di Laut, aturan yang memudahkan kapal-kapal berlayar dengan aman dan terhindar dari bahaya tubrukan antar 2 kapal atau lebih. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan penerapan aturan P2TL pada saat kapal sedang berlayar untuk mengurangi bahaya resiko tabrakan antar kapal dan terciptanya keselamatan dalam pelayaran di kapal MV. Meratus Palembang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan menggunakan metode penelitian statistik deskriptif kuantitatif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data berdasarkan hasil kuesioner, observasi, studi kepustakaan yang berkaitan dengan aturan P2TL saat dinas jaga laut. Kemudian data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan perhitungan SPSS dan di deskripsikan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan penerapan aturan P2TL saat dinas jaga laut di MV. Meratus Palembang telah sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan. Hal ini untuk memastikan keselamatan di laut dengan mencegah kecelakaan yang dapat mengakibatkan kerugian jiwa, kerusakan pada kapal, dan potensi pencemaran lingkungan di laut.

Safety Leadership merupakan proses interaksi antara pemimpin dan pekerja untuk mencapai tujuan  keselamatan  yang  sangat penting dalam keberlangsungan proyek. Safety  Leadership Penerapan Keselamatan, Kesehatan Kerja Dan Lingkungan Dalam Proyek Konstruksi (Studi Kasus  Pembangunan  Gedung  Teater  Kabupaten  Karanganyar),  penelitian  untuk  mencari pengaruh safety leadership PT. Bettindo Bintang Perkasa terhadap perilaku keselamatan pekerja, mengetahui kepatuhan dan kedisiplinan pekerja dalam memakai Alat Pelindung Diri, khususnya pekerja pada ketinggian. Metodologi penelitian membahas rancangan, variabel penelitian & definisi operasional, serta teknik pengumpulan & analisis data. Langkah penelitian dengan menggunakan cross sectional, data diperoleh dari lembar checklist observasi dan wawancara. Hasil  dan  Analisa  penelitian  menyajikan kajian evaluasi penerapan prosedur kerja Kesehatan dan  Keselamatan  Kerja,  evaluasi  kesesuaian  teknik  aman  bekerja  di  ketinggian,  penerapan penggunaan alat pelindung diri &  perangkat  penahan jatuh  serta tenaga  kerja  bekerja  pada ketinggian.

The purpose of writing this paper is to find out the Procedure for Issuing a Certificate of Practice (COP) at the Belawan Port Health Office by PT. Semesta Sejahtera Lestari Belawan. The author collected data using two research methods, namely the field method (Field Research) and the library method (Library Research). The results of this research are the Procedure for Issuing a Certificate of Practice (COP) at the Belawan Port Health Office by PT. Semesta Sejahtera Lestari Belawan starts from submitting an application via the SINKARKES application (sinakarkes.kemkes.go.id). Then the agent logs in using the company account that has been registered in the SINKARKES application, after logging in the agent makes a request for the PNBP Certificate of Practice (COP) / Port Health Quarantine Certificate (PHQC) billing issuance service, then the company agent fills in the data and uploads ship documents such as: MDH (Maritime Health Declaration), SSCC/SSCEC, Medical Certificate/Drug Certificate (P3K), crew list, voyage memo, and last port clearance. After all data has been filled in completely and correctly, the agent can send the request by clicking create billing, the SINKARKES application will issue PNBP billing which must be permitted by PT. Semesta Sejahtera Lestari Belawan to carry out ship inspections together with the Port Health Quarantine.

This research aims to determine the implementation of campaign finance audit procedures and evaluate their conformity with applicable quality standards.  The case study was conducted at the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) Luthfi Muhammad & Partners. The data source was obtained from interviews with partners, the head of the audit implementation team, and members of the campaign fund auditors of KAP Luthfi Muhammad & Partners.  The research results showed that KAP Luthfi Muhammad & Partners did not make direct visits to the clients concerned when collecting the required reports and supporting evidence because it was done via the SIKADEKA website. At the stage of auditing campaign funds, KAP Luthfi Muhammad & Partners has referred to KPU regulations and applicable audit standards. Namely PKPU No. 18 in 2023.

The Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia is a unitary state in the form of a Republic, where the Head of State and Head of Government is the President and assisted by a Vice President in carrying out his duties. The term of office of the President and Vice President according to the 1945 Constitution is 5 years and can be re-elected in the next period. The President and/or Vice President may be dismissed during their term of office for various reasons. This research is a normative juridical research, namely, research conducted by reading works related to the procedure for the dismissal of the President and/or Vice President and the implications of the dismissal of the president and/or deputy in his term of office according to the constitutional system of the Republic of Indonesia. The results of this study show that: (1) The procedure for the dismissal of the President and/or Vice President during their term of office before the amendment of the 1945 Constitution has not been regulated in a limitative manner. Prior to the amendment, the MPR was the highest state institution that had the authority to dismiss the President and/or Vice President during his term of office. After the amendment of the 1945 Constitution, the procedure for dismissing the President and/or Vice President during his term of office has been regulated in Article 7B of the 1945 Constitution. (2) The dismissal of the President and/or Vice President during his term of office has implications for the continuation of the government and the life of the community in the future.

Currently, the level of use of means of transportation in Indonesia is quite high, this can be found in daily life. Almost all the time we see a large number and type of vehicles popping up. This research is (1) normative research so that the data source used is a secondary data source obtained from company records, (2) empirical research so that the data source used is a primary data source obtained from the results of interviews. The results of this study show that: (1) The Regulation of Motor Vehicle Tax Collection Procedures in Kupang City is carried out based on Presidential Regulation Number 5 of 2015 concerning the Implementation of the One-Stop Manunggal Administration System by going through the stages of registration, examination of registration files, data collection, determination and control of SSPD, re-examination of SSPD and affixing of paragraphs, payment, control of SKPD, endorsement, and finally archiving, (2) The first inhibiting factor namely economic factors where there are taxpayers who have low income, high dependent burdens and unstable sources of income. The second factor is weak compliance or legal awareness of taxpayers.

Students' understanding of the linguistic principles that govern procedural texts, lack of teacher interest, and ineffective implementation of learning strategies were the impetus for conducting this research. The aim of this research is to provide an overview to class This research uses a quantitative research approach, more specifically a pre-test posttest control group design. Pre-test and post-test evaluations were carried out on both groups. The research sample consisted of 62 students, consisting of 30 class XI.B students as the experimental group and 32 class XI.C students as the control group. This research uses various data acquisition methods, such as documentation, written assessment, and observation. The t-test with paired sample significance levels was implemented in the SPSS version 22 computer program as part of the data analysis method. The results of the t-test carried out at a significance level of 0.05 show that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted and the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected. Regarding procedure texts, the Student Facilitator and Explain methodology has a big influence on the writing ability of MA Subullusalam Sriwangi class XI students.

Social assistance is an important aspect of government and non-government programs that can help on a large scale for the community so that the impact is to lighten life in the short term, but social assistance has several criteria such as income, social conditions, family status and the impact of the economic situation. . Knowing the criteria for social assistance is done by applying data mining to social assistance using the Naive Bayes algorithm procedure which produces accuracy calculations from 100 testing data, obtained good values, namely accuracy of 95.00%, precision of 92.31%, and recall of 97.95%.

This research aims to see how much influence results from learning using the Blended learning flex model system on student learning outcomes and their role in the learning process, especially on the material of writing procedural texts. In this study, a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design was used. One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design is a type of Pre-Experimental Design research. Data collection techniques use exams/tests and documentation. The population and sample size of this research are all class IV students at UPT SPF SDN Mamajang I, Makassar city, totaling 25 students. This research aims to provide an overview of experimental procedures to determine the correct price and solubility product (Ksp) as materials in introductory chemistry practical work. This research was preceded by an experiment to assess solubility values ​​and products, and then a descriptive analysis was carried out regarding the results obtained. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the steps for determining Ksp are (1) Calculating the mass of substances that can dissolve in a specific volume of solvent, (2) Calculating the mass of substances that can dissolve in 1 liter of solvent (solubility in g/L), (3) Calculating moles substances that can dissolve in 1 liter of solvent (molar solubility in units of mol/L), (4) Calculate the concentration of each ion, and (5) Calculate the Ksp of the compound from the concentration of each ion raised to the power of the reaction coefficient.

Export activities are the activity of removing goods from within the country to the destination country. So exports are trade by sending goods to a country with which there has previously been an agreement by each representative of the country concerned, namely the exporter and importer. The smoothness of the export process can be seen from the document handling procedures carried out by PPJK so that the cargo can enter the customs area without any problems occurring. The aim of this research is to analyze the export document procedures for abrasive cloth cargo by PT. Millennium Trans Bahari as PPJK. In writing this thesis, research was carried out using a qualitative approach through direct observation methods at PT. Millennium Trans Bahari, interview method with one of the operational staff and documentation in the export and import division in the form of written data which includes documents required for export activities. The results obtained in this research are that the analysis of procedures for abrasive cloth cargo export documents by PPJK at PT. Millennium Trans Bahari, in its implementation, is in accordance with existing procedures.

Evaluate the steps taken to create animated video-based teaching materials for procedural text, create an animated videos based teaching material for procedure text, and assess whether animation-based procedural texts are worthy of use in class VII in Muhammadiyah 03 Fields. This research is a developmental research with Borg and Gall designs. Data collection techniques implemented are structured interviews and rackets that will be given to students, teachers and experts. Descriptive analysis is the data analysis technique used in this research. The results of this study show that the results of validation by material experts, media experts, Indonesian language teachers, and student evaluation of the materials developed indicate that the materials are in the category of "Very Worthy". The validation results of the qualification can be described as follows: 88% of the evaluation results are very good, 2% of the media results are good, 91% of the lesson outcome is good, and 93% of the student or student participant's credibility is good.
